So the departments had to wait for the necessary papers. But now the Pune Municipal Corporation has completed the tender process. Miscellaneous 53  Kind of stationery is going to be purchased. It will cost 1 Crore 94 Lakhs. The proposal in this regard has been placed before the PMC Standing Committee (PMC Central Store Department) by the administration.
 Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune) is the second largest municipal corporation in the state and its budget is approximately 9 thousand crores.  There are various accounts, regional offices in the Municipal Corporation, and they require a large amount of materials, goods and supplies for their daily operations.  A central warehouse department has been created for its collective procurement.  According to the demand and requirement of the department, goods, materials and goods are procured and supplied from this department.  Other Departments do not have separate rights for such purchases.  Meanwhile, materials like paper, toner, which are essential for daily use, have not been purchased from the warehouse department for the past few months.  After much criticism in this regard, now the department has started procurement of materials.
 Regarding procurement of stationery, the administration had conducted tender process as per GeM portal procedure.  In this Hemdeep Enterprises had the lowest rate of 1 Crore 94 Lakh 6268.  Accordingly, it has been decided to give this work to this company.  Various 53 types of stationery will be taken.  This includes A4 paper 25000 rem, Legal paper 3000 rem, Ledger paper 1000 rem, Short hand book 500 nos., Pen, pencil, stapler pin, etc.

 Pune Municipal Corporation 74th Anniversary |  Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) is celebrating its 74th anniversary this year. On this occasion, various cultural programs have been organized by Pune Municipal Sanskrutik Kalamanch for the employees and officers.  Municipal Commissioner Vikram Kumar IAS, Additional Commissioner Ravindra Binwade IAS and Chief Labor Officer Nitin Kenjale PMC have appealed to the employees and officers to take advantage of this program.

 Photo and handiwork exhibition of officers and employees has been organized at Balgandharva Rangmandir from 14th to 16th February.  The exhibition will continue for two days from 10 am to 8 pm.
 Various art exhibitions will be held on February 15 from 10 am to 1 am.  Suresh Pardeshi and other staff will present the program.  The program will be held at Balgandharva Rangmandir.
 A Marathi play will be performed at Balgandharva Rangmandir on February 15 from 2 pm to 5 pm.  Mangaldas Mane, Adarsh ​​Gaikwad and municipal employees will perform the play.

PMC Employees Promotion | पुणे महापालिका (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) प्रशासनाने वरिष्ठ लिपिक व विविध संवर्गातील कर्मचाऱ्यांना पदोन्नती देण्यासाठी प्रारूप सेवाज्येष्ठता यादी (Seniority List) प्रसिद्ध केली आहे. त्यावर हरकती आणि सूचना (Suggestion and Objection) मागवण्यात आल्या आहेत. याबाबत महापालिकेच्या मूळ कर्मचाऱ्यांनी (PMC Employees) समाविष्ट गावातून महापालिकेत आलेल्या आणि शिक्षण मंडळातून समावेशन झालेल्या कर्मचाऱ्या बाबत जोरदार आक्षेप घेतले आहेत. विभागीय परीक्षा (Departmental Exam) नाही, पदवी नाही, टायपिंग नाही तरीही सेवाजेष्ठता यादीत वरचे स्थान देण्यात आले. असा आरोप कर्मचाऱ्यांनी केला आहे. तसेच हे वरच्या यादीतील कर्मचारी आणि प्रशासनाचे काही साटेलोटे आहे का, असा प्रश्न देखील मूळ कर्मचाऱ्यांनी उपस्थित केला आहे. मूळ कर्मचाऱ्यांनी प्रश्न उपस्थित केला आहे कि, वरच्या यादीत समाविष्ट झालेले कर्मचारी यांची जन्मतारीख, सेवा काळ, अर्हता  काय आणि कधी घेतली? या कर्मचाऱ्यांकडे टाइपिंग नाही, पदवी नाही, विभागीय परीक्षा दिली नाही, तरीही वरचे स्थान दिले आहे. नियम काय फक्त महापालिकेच्या मूळ कर्मचाऱ्यांनाच आहे का? असा प्रश्न देखील कर्मचाऱ्यांनी उपस्थित केला आहे. कर्मचाऱ्यांनी आक्षेप घेतला आहे कि  जे सेवक आत्ता २०२१ नंतर पालिकेत आले आहेत, ते एकवट वेतन घेत आहेत, ज्याना अजून पे स्केल फिक्स केले नाहीयेत , विभागीय परीक्षा तर पास देखील नाही. म्हणजे अजून पूर्ण समाविष्ट देखिल नाही, त्याना देखील सेवाजेष्ठता यादीत वरचे स्थान दिले आहे.
वास्तविक ग्रामसेवक हा ग्रामपंचायतीत सिनिअर क्लार्क दर्जाचा सर्वोच्च अधिकारी असतो. त्याने प्रशासन अधिकारी, अधिक्षक, उपअधिक्षक यांची सरपंचांच्या मान्यतेने नियुक्त्या केल्या आहेत. शासन नियमांनुसार पदोन्नती समिती, रोस्टर बिंदू नमावली, पदमान्यता, विभागीय परीक्षा, अर्हता मंजुरी काही नाही. या लोकांना १ ते ५ वर्षात केवळ ग्रामपंचायत ठराव करुन नियुक्ती आणि वरीष्ठ पदावर पदोन्नती दिली जाते. असे असतानाही प्रशासन त्यांना आहे त्या पदावर थेट सामावून घेण्याच्या भूमिकेत आहे. याला कर्मचाऱ्यांनी जोरदार आक्षेप घेतला आहे.
पुणे महापालिकेकडे ज्युनियर क्लर्क चा फक्त सीनिअर कर्मचारी व्हायला १०-१२ वर्ष लागतात.  विविध प्रशिक्षण व परीक्षा देणे आवश्यक असते. ही सर्व वस्तुस्थिती माहीत आहे तरीही मग हे ग्रामपंचायत सेवक थेट वरिष्ठ पदावर घेण्याचा अट्टाहास म्हणजे खूप मोठी देवाण-घेवाण असणार आहे. असा थेट आणि गंभीर आरोप कर्मचाऱ्यांनी केला आहे.
ग्रामपंचायतीच्या एक लाख लोकसंख्येला केवळ ३-४ क्लार्क व त्यापेक्षा निम्न पदावरील सेवक शासन जीआर नुसार मान्य आहेत.  मात्र इथे ३० -३० क्लार्क आणि त्यापेक्षा वरीष्ठ पदावरील नियुक्तीचे ठराव करुन रात्रीत प्रमोशनच्या बॅकडेटेड नोंदी केल्या आहेत.  काही ग्रामपंचायतींची एकूण सेवक संख्या १५० पेक्षा जास्त आहे. ही संख्या शासन जीआर नुसार बेकायदेशीर आणि पुणे शहराच्या लोकसंख्येच्या  प्रमाणात आहे. एवढा सगळा गोंधळ असताना देखील प्रशासन कसे वरच्या यादीत स्थान देते? असा प्रश्न कर्मचाऱ्यांनी उपस्थित केला आहे.
याबाबत जास्तीत जास्त लिखित हरकती घेण्याचा मानस कर्मचाऱ्यांनी व्यक्त केला. तसेच सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग आणि अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांनी दाद नाही दिली तर महापालिका आयुक्त यांच्यासमोर हा प्रश्न मांडला जाईल. अशी भूमिका कर्मचाऱ्यांनी घेतली आहे.

पुणे महानगरपालिकेत शिक्षण मंडळ आणि ग्रामपंचायत यांचा समावेश झाला आहे. परंतु समावेशन करताना मुळ सेवकांवर प्रशासनाने अन्याय केला आहे. कमी काळ सेवा झालेले सेवक तसेच शैक्षणिक अर्हता पूर्ण नाही व विभागीय परिक्षा उत्तीर्ण नसताना त्यांना सेवाजेष्ठाता यादीत अव्वल स्थान पुणे मनपाच्या काही अधिकाऱ्यांच्या मेहरबानीने दिले गेल्याचे दिसुन येत आहे. प्रशासनाने या बाबत गांभीर्याने लक्ष घालुन सेवाजेष्ठाता यादीत दुरुस्ती न केल्यास सर्व कामगार लेखणी बंद आंदोलन करतील. याची दक्षता घ्यावी.

Therefore, these employees will be provided flats from the Municipal Corporation’s Chal department. The proposal in this regard is  Security Officer Rakesh Vitkar (PMC Pune Transgender Employees) said that it will be kept for the approval of the Commissioner on behalf of the Security Department.
 The Municipal Corporation has given employment to the transgenders.  This includes PhD, MTech, B.Sc.  The said third parties have been appointed at places like Kamla Nehru Hospital, Vehicle Depot, Manpa Bhawan of Pune Municipal Corporation.  A public awareness campaign will be implemented to maintain harmony and social affection between municipal staff officers and third-class workers by forming a committee of charitable organizations working for the third-class class in the city.  In the future, it is resolved to bring people from the third class into the mainstream of the society and implement people-oriented activities for them and accordingly the action has been started.  (Pune Municipal Corporation News)

Sanitary Napkins in PMC Schools | पुणे शहरातील महापालिकेच्या शाळेतील (PMC Pune Schools) विद्यार्थिनींना सॅनेटरी नॅपकिन चा पुरवठा वेळेवर होत नसल्यामुळे विद्यार्थिनींची होणारी गैरसोय, आरोग्याची अडचण टाळण्याकरित पुणे शहर शिवसेना (Pune Shivsena) व एकनाथ शिंदे फाउंडेशनच्या (Eknath Shinde Foundation) वतीने सॅनिटरी नॅपकिन चे वाटप करण्यात आले. अशी माहिती शहर शिवसेना प्रमुख प्रमोद नाना भानगिरे (Pramod Nana Bhangire Pune Shivsena) यांनी दिली.

प्रमोद नाना भानगिरे पुढे म्हणाले की पुणे महानगरपालिकेत गेल्या तीन वर्षापासून सॅनिटरी नॅपकिन चे वाटप झालेले नाही. शाळेत शिकणाऱ्या विद्यार्थिनींची गैरसोय होऊ नये व आर्थिक अडचण लक्षात घेता आम्ही हे अभियान संपूर्ण पुण्यात राबविणार आहोत. शहरातील महापालिकेच्या शाळेतील किशोरवयीन 25 हजार 695 विद्यार्थिनींना या अभियानाच्या माध्यमातून सॅनिटरी नॅपकिन पुरवले जाणार आहेत. पालिकेच्या यंत्रणेला वेळ लागतोय आणि यामुळे मुलींची गैरसोय होता कामा नये हा या मागचा उद्देश असल्याचेही त्यांनी स्पष्ट केले.

पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या सर्व शाळांमधील सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांना सॅनिटरी नॅपकिन चा पुरवठा शिवसेनेतर्फे करण्यात येणार असल्याचे भानगिरे यांनी जाहीर केले. पुणे महानगरपालिकेने गेल्या चार वर्षापासून मुलींच्या आरोग्यासाठी आवश्यक असलेले सॅनिटरी नॅपकिन दिलेले नाहीत. मागील दोन वर्षात ठेकेदाराच्या वादात निविदा रद्द करण्यात आल्या. तसेच दरवर्षी 26000 नॅपकिन पालिकेकडून पुरवल्या जातात. मात्र दोन वर्षापासून हा पुरवठा झालेला नसल्या कारणाने विद्यार्थिनींना मोठ्या अडचणींना सामोरे जावे लागले होते.

 PMC Schools Sanitary Napkins |  The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) system is facing some delay in providing sanitary napkins (PMC School Girl Sanitary Napkins) to the students of Pune Municipal Corporation school on time.  City Shiv Sena and President Pramod Nana Bhangire Pune Shivsena have taken the initiative in this regard.  We are ready on behalf of Shiv Sena Party to supply sanitary napkins to the girl students in all the schools of the Municipal Corporation till the municipal tender process is done.  Approval has been requested from the Commissioner in this regard.  Shiv Sena city chief Pramod Nana Bhangire gave this information.  (PMC School Sanitary Napkins)
 Sanitary napkins are provided by the Pune Municipal Corporation PMC to the students of the schools.  About 38 thousand napkins are given every year.  A tender process is conducted for this.  This tender process was closed since the Covid era.  Meanwhile, last year, the municipal administration conducted a tender process for the purchase of napkins.  However, as complaints were made about this, the municipal corporation canceled the tender process.  But this is delaying girls getting napkins.  (Pune PMC News)
