Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – Pune PMC News |  पुणे महानगरपालिकेत (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) मागासवर्गीय अधिकाऱ्याला  एका राजकीय पक्षाच्या पदाधिकाऱ्याकडून फसवणूक करून अडचणीत आणण्याचा प्रयत्न केला जात आहे. असा आरोप पुणे महापालिका कर्मचारी संघटनेच्या (Pune Mahanagarpalika Magasvargiy Karmchari Sanghatana) वतीने करण्यात आला आहे. चौकशी पूर्ण होईपर्यंत संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यावर कुठलीही कारवाई करू नये. अशी मागणी संघटनेचे अध्यक्ष रुपेश सोनवणे (Rupesh Sonawane) यांनी महापालिका आयुक्त यांच्याकडे केली आहे. सोनवणे यांनी महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार यांना दिलेल्या निवेदनानानुसार पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या भवन विभागातील मागासवर्गीय अभियंता  सुशिल मोहिते यांचे
कार्यालयातील टेबलच्या ड्रॉव्हरमध्ये अज्ञान व्यक्तिने शिलबंद असलेला बॉक्स ठेवलेला होता. त्यावेळी एका पक्षाच्या पदाधिकाऱ्याने व त्याच्या सहकाऱ्याने मोबाईल रेकॉर्डिंग करून ड्रॉव्हरमधून बॉक्स बाहेर काढून स्वतःच तो उघडत त्यातील नोटांची बंडले बाहेर काढत सुशिल मोहिते (अभियंता) यांना दमदाटी करताना दिसून येत आहे. प्रत्यक्षात सुशिल मोहिते यांना बॉक्समध्ये नोटा होत्या हे माहितीही नव्हते. तसेच त्या नोटांवर माहिते यांच्या बोटांचे ठसे दिसून येत नाहीत. ती रेड अॅन्टीकरप्शेन यांचीही नव्हती.

सोनवणे यांनी पुढे म्हटले आहे कि, यावरून लक्षात येते की, मागासवर्गीय अधिकाऱ्याला जाणीव पुर्वक अडकवण्याचा प्रयत्न केला जात आहे. त्यामुळे या प्रकरणाची संपूर्ण चौकशी होईपर्यंत  सुशिल मोहिते यांचेवर प्रशासनाने कोणतीही कारवाई करू नये.

 783 crores water bill of Pune Municipal Corporation due on Pune residents!

| 1% interest per month from 1st April if outstanding!

 

Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – MC Water Supply Department owes a total of 783 crores to the citizens of Pune. The municipal corporation has tightened its belt to recover this. Pune residents will now have to pay interest if they keep their water bills in arrears. It will be started from April 1. Meanwhile, a deadline of 60 days has been given to pay the arrears till January 31. This information was given by Nandkishore Jagtap PMC, Chief Engineer of Water Supply Department. According to Jagtap, the arrears of 783 crores are from the year 1990. It also includes included villages. 112 crores has been recovered by the water supply department in the current financial year. 212 crores has been set as a recovery target. Meanwhile, the department had recovered 150 crores in the previous financial year. Jagtap also said.

– Appeal of PMC Water Supply Department

According to the public appeal of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune), all commercial and some residential customers within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation are already being billed through meters. Also Khadki Cantonment Board and
Water is being supplied to all the customers in Pune Cantonment Board areas by charging the bill through meter according to water consumption. As no interest is charged on the overdue water bills, it has been noticed by the Pune Municipal Corporation that the arrears of the bill are increasing on a large scale. (Pune PMC News)

Therefore, if the bill is not paid within 60 days from the date of the meter bill, the provisions of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949, Chapter VIII, Taxation Rules
Pune Municipal Corporation has decided to levy penal interest at the rate of 1% per month on the outstanding amount as per 41. Since the decision has been taken afresh, a deadline of 60 days is being given to the end of March 31, 2025 to pay the arrears due on January 31, 2025. All customers should note that a penalty interest of 1% per month will be levied on the outstanding amount from 1st April and any overdue amount thereafter. It is said in the appeal.
Arrangements have been made to pay the bills to all customers who are supplied with water through meters by the Pune Municipal Corporation. However, if the customers do not receive the bills, they should obtain their water meter bills up to 31st January 2024 from Lashkar Water Supply Department/Swargate Water Supply Department/SNDT-Chatushrungi Water Supply Department and pay the outstanding amount before 31st March. Jagtap has made such an appeal.

– Review meeting tomorrow regarding recovery

Meanwhile, Municipal Additional Commissioner Ravindra Binwade has called a meeting of water supply officers to review the pending water bill. In this, what measures should be planned for maximum recovery. This will be discussed. This was said by the administration.

Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – PMC Water Supply Department | पुणेकरांवर महापालिकेच्या पाणीपुरवठा विभागाची एकूण 783 कोटींची थकबाकी आहे. ही वसुली करण्यासाठी महापालिकेने कंबर कसली आहे. पुणेकरांना आता पाणीपट्टी (Water Bill) थकीत ठेवल्यास व्याज भरावे लागणार आहे. त्याची सुरुवात 1 एप्रिल पासून करण्यात येणार आहे. दरम्यान 31 जानेवारी पर्यंतची थकबाकी भरण्यासाठी 60 दिवसाची मुदत देण्यात आली आहे. अशी माहिती पाणीपुरवठा विभागाचे मुख्य अभियंता नंदकिशोर जगताप (Nandkishor Jagtap PMC) यांनी दिली. जगताप यांच्या माहितीनुसार 783 कोटींची थकबाकी ही 1990 सालापासूनची आहे. यात समाविष्ट गावांचा देखील समावेश आहे. चालू आर्थिक वर्षात पाणीपुरवठा विभागाने 112 कोटींची वसूली केली आहे. तर 212 कोटी वसूल करण्याचे उद्दिष्ट ठेवण्यात आले आहे. दरम्यान मागील आर्थिक वर्षात विभागाने 150 कोटी वसूल केले होते. असेही जगताप यांनी सांगितले.

– पाणीपुरवठा विभागाचे आवाहन

पुणे मनपाच्या (PMC Pune) जाहीर आवाहनानुसार पुणे महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील सर्व व्यावसायिक व काही निवासी ग्राहकांना यापूर्वीपासून मीटरद्वारे बिलाची आकारणी होत आहे. तसेच खडकी कॅन्टोन्मेंट बोर्ड व पुणे कॅन्टोन्मेंट बोर्ड क्षेत्रांमधील सर्व ग्राहकांना पाण्याच्या वापरानुसार मीटरद्वारे बिल आकारणी करुन पाणीपुरवठा करण्यात येत आहे. पाण्याच्या थकित बिलावर कोणतीही व्याजाची आकारणी करण्यात येत नसल्याने मोठ्या प्रमाणावर बिलाच्या रकमेची थकबाकी वाढत असल्याचे पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या निदर्शनास आले आहे. यास्तव मीटर बिलाच्या दिनांकापासून ६० दिवसांत बिल न भरल्यास महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १९४९ चे प्रकरण आठ, कराधान नियम यातील नियम
४१ नुसार थकबाकी रकमेवर प्रतिमहा १% दराने दंडात्मक व्याज आकारण्याचा पुणे महानगरपालिकेने निर्णय घेतला आहे.  निर्णय हा नव्याने घेण्यात आला असल्याने दिनांक ३१ जानेवारी 2025 रोजीची थकबाकी भरणेस दिनांक ३१ मार्च अखेर ६० दिवसांची मुदत देण्यात येत आहे. 1 एप्रिल पासून थकबाकी रकमेवर व त्यानंतरच्या कोणत्याही थकित रकमेवर १% प्रतिमहा दंडात्मक व्याज आकारण्यात येणार आहे याची सर्व ग्राहकांनी नोंद घ्यावी. असे आवाहनात म्हटले आहे.
मीटरद्वारे पाणीपुरवठा होणाऱ्या सर्व ग्राहकांना बिले पुणे मनपाकडून देण्याची व्यवस्था केली आहे. तथापि, ग्राहकांना बिले न मिळाल्यास त्यांचे 31 जानेवारी 2024 पर्यंतचे पाण्याचे मीटर बिल लष्कर पाणीपुरवठा विभाग/स्वारगेट पाणीपुरवठा विभाग/एसएनडीटी-चतुश्रुंगी पाणीपुरवठा विभाग येथून प्राप्त करुन घ्यावे व 31 मार्च पूर्वी थकबाकी रकमेचा भरणा करावा. असे आवाहन जगताप यांनी केले आहे.

– वसुली बाबत उद्या आढावा बैठक

दरम्यान थकीत पाणीपट्टी बाबत आढावा घेण्यासाठी महापालिका अतिरिक्त आयुक्त रविंद्र बिनवडे यांनी पाणीपुरवठा अधिकाऱ्यांची बैठक बोलावली आहे. यामध्ये जास्तीत जास्त वसुली करण्यासाठी काय उपाय योजना करायला हव्यात. याबाबत चर्चा होईल. असे प्रशासनाकडून सांगण्यात आले.

In the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan implemented by the central government, help will also be provided under this initiative to increase the rating of Pune city. Also, if the vehicles are provided to the servants for action, their morale will increase and it will help the action to be carried out effectively and it will have positive results. So the cars have been purchased.

In the first phase, 4 trains were taken through the solid waste management department of the Pune Municipal Corporation to carry out the penal action more effectively. Now 4 more trains will be taken in the second phase. As per Municipal Act 5 2 (2) Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. These cars will be taken from this company. For this, each car will cost 8 lakh 70 thousand and the total cost is 34 lakh 83 thousand. The proposal was recently approved by the Standing Committee.

Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – PMC Solid Waste Management Special Scod  Vehicle  | पुणे महापालिका (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) हद्दी मध्ये घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन नियमावली (PMC Solid Waste Management Bylaws) लागू करण्यात आली आहे. त्या अनुषंगाने विविध कारवाई करणेकरिता भरारी पथकाच्या दळणवळण साठी व दंडात्मक कारवाई अधिक प्रभावीपणे करण्यासाठी घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन विभागामार्फत 4 स्पेशल स्कॉड व्हेईकल (Special Scod vehicle) ची खरेदी करण्यात आली आहे. त्यानंतर अजून 4 गाड्या घेण्यास स्थायी समितीने नुकतीच मान्यता दिली आहे. यासाठी 34 लाख 83 हजारांचा खर्च येणार आहे.  आगामी काळात अजून 10 गाड्या खरेदी करण्यात येणार आहेत. असे प्रशासनाकडून सांगण्यात आले.
पूर्वी घेतलेल्या 4 गाड्या दंडात्मक कारवाई प्रभावीपणे करणाऱ्या ४ क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय म्हणजे हडपसर-मुंडवा क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय (PMC Hadapsar Mundhva Ward office), कोथरूड-बावधन क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय (PMC Kothrud Bavdhan Ward office),  नगररोड- वडगावशेरी क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय (PMC Nagarrod Vadgaonsheri Ward office) आणि  प्लास्टिक स्कॉड मुख्य मनपा भवन (Plastic Scod PMC bhavan) कार्यालय यांना देण्यात आल्या आहेत. पुणे शहरात दैनंदिन कचरा निर्मिती (PMC Garbage Collection) २२०० ते २३०० मे. टन पर्यंत होत आहे. दैनंदिन निर्माण होणाऱ्या घनकचऱ्याचे व्यवस्थापन करणेकरिता केंद्र ल शासनामार्फत घनकचरा हाताळणी नियमावली २०१६ (PMC Solid Waste Management Bylaws 2026) निर्गमित केले आहे. नियमावली नुसार घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन निगडीत विविध नियमांचे पालन करणेकरिता क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय स्तरावर वेळोवेळी कारवाई करणे अनिवार्य आहे. यामध्ये प्रामुख्याने प्लास्टिक बॅन, क्रॉनिक स्पॉट, अॅटी स्पिटिंग, ओपन डम्पिंग, वेस्ट बर्निंग इ स्वरूपाच्या विविध कारवाईचा समावेश आहे. तसेच नव्याने समाविष्ठ ३४ गावांमध्ये घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन नियमावली २०१६ ची अंमलबजावणी करणे आवश्यक आहे. विविध कारवाई करणेकरिता दैनंदिन स्थळ पाहणी करणे आवश्यक आहे. या करिता क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय स्तरावर दळणवळण करिता पुरेशी यंत्रणा उपलब्ध नाही. सद्यस्थितीत सेवकांना त्यांचेकडील दुचाकी वाहनावर जाऊन कारवाई करावी लागते जेणेकरून कारवाई प्रभावी रित्या होत नाही तसेच मुख्य खात्याकडे देखील मोठ्या कारवाया करणेकरिता वाहन उपलब्ध होत नाही.

 कारवाई करणेकरिता प्रत्येक क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयास एक व मुख्य खात्यास तीन असे एकूण १८ वाहन खरेदी करण्यात येणार असून पुणे शहरामध्ये विविध स्तरावर घनकचरा व्यवस्थापनाशी निगडीत विविध कारवाया प्रभावीपणे करणे शक्य होणार आहे. केंद्र शासनामार्फत राबविण्यात येणाऱ्या स्वच्छ भारत अभियान मध्ये देखील पुणे शहराचे मानांकन वाढविणे करिता या उपक्रमअंतर्गत मदत होणार आहे. तसेच सेवकांना कारवाई करिता वाहने उपलब्ध करून दिल्यास त्यांचे मनोबल वाढून कारवाई प्रभावी रित्या होणेस मदत होईल व त्याचे दुरोगामी चांगले परिणाम होतील. त्यामुळे गाड्यांची खरेदी करण्यात आली आहे.
दंडात्मक कारवाई अधिक प्रभावीपणे करणे करिता पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन विभागामार्फत पहिल्या टप्यात ४ गाड्या घेण्यात आल्या. आता दुसऱ्या टप्यात अजून 4 गाड्या घेण्यात येतील. महापालिका अधिनियम 5 2 (2) नुसार महिंद्रा अँड महिंद्रा लि. या कंपनी कडून या गाड्या घेण्यात येणार आहेत. यासाठी प्रत्येक गाडीला 8 लाख 70 हजार असा खर्च येणार असून एकूण खर्च हा 34 लाख 83 हजार इतका आहे. या प्रस्तावाला स्थायी समितीने नुकतीच मान्यता दिली आहे.

| 35 कोटी रुपयांच्या वर्गीकरणाचा प्रस्ताव

Pune : (The Karbhari Online) – पुणे शहरात पावसाळी पाण्याच्या व्यवस्थापनासाठी (Pune Monsoon Water Management) नाला सुधारणा कामे करणे (Nala Basin), कल्व्हर्टस बांधणे, पावसाळी लाईन (Monsoon Line) टाकणे अशी कामे सुरु करण्यात आली आहेत. मात्र या कामांसाठी 35 कोटींचा निधी अपुरा पडत आहे. हा निधी जायका प्रकल्पाच्या (PMC JICA Project) कामातून वर्गीकृत करून घेतला जाणार आहे. याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव प्रशासनाकडून स्थायी समिती समोर (PMC Standing Committee) ठेवण्यात आला आहे. पुणे शहरातील कोथरुड बेसीन, औंध बेसिन, बावधन पाषाण बेसिन, मंगळवार पेठ बेसिन, शनिवार पेठ बेसिन, दत्तनगर बेसिन, हिंगणे बेसिन, वडगाव बु. बेसिन, कोंढवा बेसिन याठिकाणी पावसाळी पाण्याच्या व्यवस्थापनासाठी नाला सुधारणा कामे करणे, कल्व्हर्टस बांधणे, पावसाळी लाईन टाकणे व तदनुषंगिक कामे जागेवर सुरु झाले आहेत. यासाठी 54 कोटीची टेंडर प्रक्रिया लागू केली होती. मात्र मलनिःसारण देखभाल व दुरुस्ती विभागास ३१ मार्च २०२४ पूर्वी ही  काम पूर्ण करणेसाठी वाढीव 35 कोटी रक्कमेचा निधी लागणार आहे. त्यानुसार वर्गीकरणाचा प्रस्ताव सादर करण्यात आलेला आहे.

पुणे महानगरपालिकेकडील मलनि:सारण देखभाल व दुरुस्ती विभागाकडील बजेटकोड ZE16D103/MP4-11 राष्ट्रीय नदी सुधारणा अंतर्गत मुळा-मुठा सुधारणा कामे करणेसाठी मैलापाणी व्यवस्थापन विषयक योजना राबविणे (JICA) या कामासाठी 200 कोटी इतकी तरतुद उपलब्ध आहे. त्यातून 35 कोटींचे वर्गीकरण केले जाणार आहे.

 PMC Solid Waste Management |  The Pune Municipal Corporation has received the Swachhta Award only because of the employees who work daily within the boundaries of all the zonal offices.  In the near future, the Municipal Corporation will rank among the first three in India in the Cleanliness Survey.  Municipal Commissioner Vikram Kumar (Vikram Kumar PMC Commissioner) expressed this belief.  Also, the commissioner assured to provide the necessary system/facilities on priority basis if necessary.  (Pune Municipal Corporation Solid Waste Management Department)
 Pune Municipal Corporation, Solid Waste Management Office organized a “Workshop on Cleanliness and felicitation”.  Commissioner was speaking at this time.
 In the competition organized under Swachh Survekshan 2023, Pune city has more than one lakh population
 It has been ranked 10th in India among the cities with population and 9th among the cities with a population of more than 1 million.  Similarly, Hardeep Singh Puri, Cabinet Minister MoHUA and Manoj Joshi, Secretary, MoHUA were honored with 5 star rating under Garbage Free City (GFC).
 On behalf of Pune Municipal Corporation, Municipal Commissioner, Vikram Kumar, Additional Municipal Commissioner (E), Dr.  Kunal Khemnar and Head of Solid Waste Management, Deputy Commissioner, Sandeep Kadam accepted the award.
 This honor has been achieved due to the tireless work done by all the officers and employees of the Municipal Corporation, the positive response given by the citizens and the cooperative efforts of all the NGOs and the involvement of the innovative project.  Mr. Vikram Kumar, Commissioner, Pune opined that the Municipal Corporation will make more efforts for cleanliness through public participation in the future

 According to this, under Clean Survey 2023, on Wednesday  From 11:00 am to 04:00 pm, a workshop on cleanliness and felicitation ceremony was organized at Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule Memorial, Ganjpeth, Pune.
 This workshop was organized by Hon.  Municipal Commissioner, Shri.  Vikram Kumar and Hon.  Additional Municipal Commissioner

PMC Solid Waste Management | सर्व क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयामधील हद्दीत दैनंदिन काम करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांमुळेच स्वच्छता पुरस्कार महापालिकेला मिळाला आहे. पुढील काळामध्ये महापालिका स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण मध्ये भारतात प्रथम तीन क्रमांकामध्ये येईल. असा विश्वास महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार (Vikram Kumar PMC Commissioner) यांनी व्यक्त केला.
तसेच त्यासाठी लागणारी यंत्रणा/सुविधा आवश्यक असल्यास प्राधान्याने उपलब्ध करून देणेबाबत आयुक्तांनी आश्वासित केले. (Pune Municipal Corporation Solid Waste Management Department)
पुणे महानगरपालिका, घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन कार्यालयामार्फत “स्वच्छता विषयक कार्यशाळा व सत्कार समारोह” आयोजित करण्यात आला होता. यावेळी आयुक्त बोलत होते.

स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण २०२३ अंतर्गत आयोजित स्पर्धेमध्ये पुणे शहराला लाख लोकसंख्येपेक्षा जास्त लोकसंख्या असलेल्या शहरांमध्ये भारतात १० क्रमांकाचे मानांकन व १० लाख लोकसंख्येपेक्षा जास्त लोकसंख्या असलेल्या शहरांमध्ये ९ क्रमांकाचे मानांकन प्राप्त झाले आहे. त्याचप्रमाणे Garbage Free City (GFC) अंतर्गत ५ स्टार मानांकनाने हरदीप सिंग पुरी, कॅबिनेट मंत्री MoHUA व मनोज जोशी, सचिव, MoHUA यांच्या हस्ते गौरविण्यात आले.
पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या वतीने महापालिका आयुक्त,  विक्रम कुमार, मअतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त (इ), डॉ. कुणाल खेमनार व घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन विभागप्रमुख, उप आयुक्त, संदिप कदम यांनी पुरस्कार स्वीकारला.
महापालिकेचे सर्व अधिकारी, कर्मचारी यांनी केलेले अथक परिश्रम, नागरिकांनी दिलेला सकारात्मक प्रतिसाद व स्वयंसेवी संस्था या सर्वांचे सांधिक प्रयत्न व नाविन्यपूर्ण प्रकल्पाच्या अंतर्भाव, या मुळे हा सन्मान प्राप्त झाला आहे. पुढील काळात लोकसहभागातून स्वच्छतेसाठी महापालिका आणखी प्रयत्न करेल असे मत त्यावेळी श्री विक्रम कुमार, आयुक्त, पुणे
महानगरपालिका यांनी व्यक्त केले होते.
या अनुषंगाने स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण २०२३ अंतर्गत बुधवार रोजी स. ११:०० ते सायं ०४:०० या वेळेत क्रांतीज्योती सावित्रीबाई फुले स्मारक, गंजपेठ, पुणे या ठिकाणी स्वच्छता विषयक कार्यशाळा व सत्कार समारोह चे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.
या कार्यशाळेस मा. महापालिका आयुक्त, श्री. विक्रम कुमार व मा. अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त (इ), डॉ. कुणाल खेमनार, मा. अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त (वि), श्री. विकास ढाकणे, उप आयुक्त, घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन श्री. संदीप कदम व तसेच माजी अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त, श्री. सुरेश जगताप आणि श्री. ज्ञानेश्वर मोळक देखील उपस्थित होते. स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण चे ब्रँड अॅम्बॅसडर, टेनिसपटू ऋतुजा भोसले देखील उपस्थित होते.
या प्रसंगी घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन विभागाचे उप आयुक्त, श्री. संदीप कदम यांनी प्रास्ताविक केले. मा. महापालिका आयुक्त, श्री. विक्रम कुमार यांनी सर्व अधिकाऱ्यांचे / कर्मचाऱ्यांचे अभिनंदन केले.
मा. अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त (इ), डॉ. कुणाल खेमनार, माजी अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त, श्री. सुरेश जगताप आणि श्री. ज्ञानेश्वर मोळक यांनी देखील आपले मनोगत व्यक्त करून कर्मचाऱ्यांना प्रोत्साहन दिले.
तसेच “मनाची अमर्याद शक्ती व तणावमुक्ती” या विषयावर डॉ. दत्ता कोहिनकर माईड पॉवर ट्रेनर यांनी व्याख्यान दिले.
तसेच स्वच्छताविषयक कामकाज करणारे अधिकारी / कर्मचाऱ्यांचा / क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय / मुख्य विभाग यांना महापालिका आयुक्त यांच्या हस्ते गौरव चिन्ह व प्रशस्तीपत्र देऊन सत्कार करण्यात आला.

15 bed dialysis unit to start soon in PMC Kamala Nehru Hospital

 Kamla Nehru Hospital Dialysis Center |  Kamala Nehru Hospital Dialysis Center was initially started in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Kamala Nehru Hospital.  The Center has been entrusted to Lions Club of Poona Mukundnagar Charitable Trust.  However, irregularities were found in the daily operations of the dialysis center run by this organization.  Therefore, the work was withdrawn from the organization.  As a result, the dialysis service at the hospital was closed.  Now a new 15 bed unit will be started soon.  This work will be given to THS Wellness Private Limited.  After completing the tender process, the administration has placed the proposal before the PMC Standing Committee.
 Dialysis Center was initially started in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Kamala Nehru Hospital.  The Center has been entrusted to Lions Club of Poona Mukundnagar Charitable Trust.  However, irregularities were found in the daily operations of the dialysis center run by this organization.  This was likely to affect the health of the patients, so the municipal administration blamed the Lions Club for not being able to run the centre.  An explanation was also sought from the organization.  But the organization had accused the municipal corporation itself.  Therefore, the Municipal Corporation has withdrawn the work from the organization.  So this center is closed for a month.  The Municipal Corporation had now started a new tender process.
 7 companies came forward after the Pune Municipal Corporation implemented the tender process.  The rate of THS was the lowest among them.  Therefore, the municipality is jointly running the project with the company.  2000 square feet of space in Kamala Nehru Hospital will be allotted for Dialysis Unit and Dialysis Attached Intensive Care Unit.  The institution will be granted tenure of 10 years and then twice by extension of 10 years.  The rent of the place will not be taken from the municipal body.  But the organization has to set up all the systems from staff to machinery.
 As a part of providing affordable facilities to the poor who cannot bear the burden of private hospitals, the Health Department of Pune Municipal Corporation has started dialysis facility at a low cost in its 8 clinics on PPP basis.  This facility is provided for just 400 rupees.  It has been 7 years, the municipality is providing this facility.  So far more than 71 thousand people have benefited from this service.  (What is the cost of one session of dialysis In PMC Pune Hospitals?)
 On behalf of the Pune Municipal Corporation PMC, a dialysis center was first started in Kamla Nehru Hospital PMC in the year 2017.  This facility has been made available for only Rs 400 in the center done on PPP basis.  After seeing the response, the Municipal Corporation started this facility in 7 more hospitals.  But the need for this is still increasing.  Because the number of patients is also increasing.

Kamla Nehru Hospital Dialysis Center | पुणे महापालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)) कमला नेहरू रुग्णालयात सुरुवातीला डायलिसिस सेंटर (Kamala Nehru Hospital Dialysis Center) सुरु करण्यात आले होते. हे सेंटर लायन्स क्लब ऑफ पूना मुकुंदनगर चॅरिटेबल ट्रस्ट या संस्थेला चालवण्यास देण्यात आले आहे. मात्र या संस्थेकडून चालवल्या जाणाऱ्या या डायलेसिस सेंटरमध्ये दैनंदिन कामकाजात अनियमितता आढळून आलेल्या होत्या. त्यामुळे संस्थेकडून काम काढून घेण्यात आले होते. परिणामी दवाखान्यातील डायलिसिस सेवा बंद होती. आता नव्याने 15 बेड्चे युनिट लवकरच सुरु केले जाणार आहे. हे काम टीएचएस वेलनेस प्रा लि (THS Wellness private Limited) कंपनीला दिले जाणार आहे. प्रशासनाने याबाबतची टेंडर प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करून प्रस्ताव स्थायी समिती (PMC Standing Committee) समोर ठेवला आहे.
पुणे महापालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)) कमला नेहरू रुग्णालयात सुरुवातीला डायलिसिस सेंटर (Kamala Nehru Hospital Dialysis Center ) सुरु करण्यात आले होते. हे सेंटर लायन्स क्लब ऑफ पूना मुकुंदनगर चॅरिटेबल ट्रस्ट या संस्थेला चालवण्यास देण्यात आले आहे. मात्र या संस्थेकडून चालवल्या जाणाऱ्या या डायलेसिस सेंटरमध्ये दैनंदिन कामकाजात अनियमितता आढळून आलेल्या होत्या. याचा परिणाम रुग्णांच्या आरोग्यावर होण्याची शक्यता निर्माण होत होती, त्यामुळे महापालिका प्रशासनाने लायन्स क्लब वर सेंटर चालवण्यास असमर्थ असल्याचा ठपका ठेवला होता. तसेच संस्थेकडून खुलासा देखील मागवला होता. मात्र संस्थेने महापालिकेवरच आरोप केले होते. त्यामुळे महापालिकेने संस्थेकडून काम काढून घेतले आहे. त्यामुळे महिन्याभरा पासून हे केंद्र बंद आहे. महापालिकेने आता नवीन टेंडर प्रक्रिया सुरु केली होती.
महापालिकेने टेंडर प्रक्रिया लागू केल्यांनतर 7 कंपन्या पुढे आल्या होत्या. त्यात टीएचएस चा दर सर्वात कमी होता. त्यामुळे कंपनी सोबत महापालिका हा प्रकल्प संयुक्त विद्यमाने चालवत आहे. कमला नेहरू हॉस्पिटल मधील 2000 चौ फूट जागा डायलिसिस युनिट आणि डायलिसिस संलग्न अतिदक्षता विभाग करण्यासाठी दिली जाणार आहे. संस्थेला ही जागा पाहिल्यान्दा 10 वर्ष आणि नंतर दोन वेळा मुदत 10 वर्ष वाढवून दिली जाणार आहे. जागेचे भाडे महापालिका संस्थेकडून घेणार नाही. मात्र स्टाफ पासून ते मशिनरी पर्यंतची सगळी यंत्रणा ही संस्थेला उभी करावी लागणार आहे.
खाजगी हॉस्पिटलचा भार सहन न करणाऱ्या गोरगरिबांना परवडणारी सुविधा देण्याचा भाग म्हणून पुणे महापालिकेच्या आरोग्य विभागाने (Health Department Pune Municipal Corporation) आपल्या 8 दवाखान्यात पीपीपी तत्वावर अल्प दरात डायलिसिस ची सुविधा सुरु केली आहे. अवघ्या 400 रुपयांत ही सुविधा दिली जाते. गेली 7 वर्ष झाले, महापालिका ही सुविधा देत आहे. या सेवेचा आतापर्यंत 71 हजार हून अधिक लोकांनी लाभ घेतला आहे.  (What is the cost of one session of dialysis In PMC Pune Hospitals?)
