Pune Property tax 40% Discount- (The Karbhari News Service) – Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has started an inspection campaign in accordance with 40% discount on property tax for self-use residential properties in Pune city. 1100 properties were inspected on Monday. The information was given by Deputy Commissioner Madhav Jagtap (PMC Property tax Department).

In accordance with the 40% concession on self-use residential income in the Pune Municipal Corporation area, Vadgaon Dhairi, Vadgaon Budruk and Hingane areas are being visited on a pilot basis from May 6. If the property earner is living on his own, 40% discount is being transferred from him to PT-3 form citizens. At the same time information is being collected. If the property holders are living on their own, the inspection is being done according to the documents submitted by the income holders while filling the form, and 1100 properties have been inspected on Monday.

A team of 5 Divisional Inspectors, 10 Peth Inspectors has been formed for this purpose.
