PMC Property Tax – (The Karbhari News Service) – २०१९ च्या आधीची कर आकारणी असलेले मिळकतधारक जे एकच फ्लॅट जो स्व वापराकरिता मिळकतीचा वापर करत आहेत, अश्या मिळकतधारकांची GIS सर्वेक्षणात नजरचुकीने ४०% सवलत काढण्यात आली आहे. त्यांची सवलत फरकाची रक्कम न भरता लागू करून सदरील मिळकत धारकांना दिलासा द्यावा, अशी मागणी कसबा विधानसभा निवडणुक प्रमुख तथा माजी स्थायी समिती अध्यक्ष हेमंत रासने (Hemant Rasane) यांनी महापालिका आयुक्तांकडे केली आहे. कसबा विधानसभा मतदारसंघातील (Kasba Constituency) प्रलंबित प्रश्न आणि पुणे शहरातील मिळकत धारकांना दिलासा देण्यासाठी हेमंत रासने यांनी आग्रही भूमिका घेतली आहे. महापालिका आयुक्त राजेंद्र भोसले (Dr Rajendra Bhosale IAS) यांची भेट विविध मागण्यांचे निवेदन यावेळी देण्यात आले. पुणेकरांना मिळकत करात लागू असलेली १९७० पासूनची ४०% सवलत काढून घेण्याचा निर्णय राज्य सरकारने घेतला होता. पहिल्या टप्प्यात ज्या मिळकतधारकांचे दोन फ्लॅट आहेत किंवा भाडेकरू ठेवले आहेत अशा मिळकतींचा समावेश केला, त्यांना २०१९ ते २०२३ या काळातील ४०% सवलतीची रक्कम फरकासह भरण्याचा आदेश दिला. तसेच २०१९ पासून नव्याने नोंदणी होणाऱ्या मिळकतींची सवलत काढून घेतली. मार्च २०२३ मध्ये महायुतीच्या राज्य सरकारने विधीमंडळ अधिवेशनात पुणेकरांना पुन्हा ४०% सवलत देण्याचा निर्णय घेतला.

मात्र महानगरपालिकेने केलेल्या GIS सर्वेक्षणात जुने कर आकारणी असणारे अनेक मिळकतधारक हे एकच फ्लॅट (स्व वापराकरिताचा) असणारे नजरचुकीने समविष्ट झालेले आहेत, सदरील मिळकत धारकांमध्ये ज्येष्ठ नागरीकांचा मोठ्या प्रमाणावर समावेश आहे. सदरील मिळकत धारकांनी PT 3 चे अर्ज दिलेल्या मुदतीत महापालिकेच्या केंद्रात जमा करण्यासाठी गेले असता त्यांना अधिकाऱ्यांनी मिळकतीची आकारणी २०१९ च्या आधीची असल्याने अर्ज स्वीकारण्यास नकार दिला व PT3 अर्ज भरायची गरज नाही असे उत्तरे दिली. त्या मिळकत धारकांना ही कोणतीही पूर्व कल्पना अथवा नोटीस न देता या वर्षी २०१९ पासून च्या फरकाच्या रक्कम सहित बिल आले आहे. त्यामुळे GIS सर्वेक्षणात नजरचुकीने ४० टक्के सवलत काढण्यात आली आहे. त्यांची सवलत फरकाची रक्कम न भरता लागू करून सदरील मिळकत धारकांना दिलासा द्यावा, अशी मागणी निवेदनाच्या माध्यमातून करण्यात आली आहे.

Pune Property Survey – (The Karbhari News Service) – Pune Municipal Corporation’s Property Tax Department (PMC Property tax Department) has started efforts from the beginning to maximize recovery in the current financial year. As a part of the same, the department has started a survey of properties in the city (Pune Property Survey). A recent meeting with the Peth Inspector has been given to him. The property tax department has earned an income of 2273 crores in the last financial year. In the current year, the department has set a target of earning 3200 crores in revenue. Accordingly, the department has already started efforts.

Jagtap said that he had a meeting with Peth Inspector (SI) recently. In this he was informed that a survey should be done of all incomes in the city. Each inspector aims to conduct 25 properties surveys in a week. It involves registering the property if it is not registered, collecting property tax, removing duplicate names, filing PT3 application, etc. It has been started from today itself. Jagtap said that this will increase the revenue of the municipal corporation. Properties will also be taxed.

Pune Property Survey – (The Karbhari News Service) – पुणे महापालिकेच्या मिळकतकर विभागाने (PMC Property tax Department) चालू आर्थिक वर्षात जास्तीत जास्त वसुली करण्यासाठी सुरुवाती पासूनच प्रयत्न सुरु केले आहेत. त्याचाच एक भाग म्हणून विभागाने शहरातील मिळकतीचा सर्वे (Pune Property Survey) सुरु केला आहे. याबाबत पेठ निरीक्षकासोबत नुकतीच बैठक त्यांना उद्दिष्ट देण्यात आले आहे. अशी माहिती कर आकारणी व कर संकलन विभागाचे उपायुक्त माधव जगताप (Madhav Jagtap PMC) यांनी दिली. मिळकतकर विभागाने मागील आर्थिक वर्षात 2273 कोटींचे उत्पन्न मिळवले आहे. तर चालू वर्षात विभागाने 3200 कोटी महसूल मिळवण्याचे उद्दिष्ट्य समोर ठेवले आहे. त्यानुसार विभागाने आतापासूनच प्रयत्न सुरु केले आहेत.
याबाबत जगताप यांनी सांगितले कि नुकतीच पेठ निरीक्षक (SI) यांच्यासोबत बैठक घेतली. यात त्यांना सूचित करण्यात आले कि शहरातील सर्व मिळकतीचा सर्वे करण्यात यावा. प्रत्येक निरीक्षकाने एका आठवड्यात 25 मिळकतीचा सर्वे करण्याचे उद्दिष्ट दिले आहे. यात प्रॉपर्टी ची नोंदणी नसेल तर ती करून घेणे, मिळकतीची कर आकारणी करणे, दुबार नाव असेल तर ते काढून टाकणे, PT3 अर्ज भरून घेणे, अशा गोष्टी करायच्या आहेत. त्याची सुरुवात आजपासूनच करण्यात आली आहे. जगताप यांनी सांगितले कि यामुळे महापालिकेच्या महसुलात वाढ होणार आहे. तसेच मिळकती देखील आकारणीत येणार आहेत.

Residential Property is 47 thousand 819 in the newly assessed property. 63 crores have been collected from the Municipal Corporation. But the municipal corporation was expected to get 124 crores from it. Also, in the newly assessed properties, non-residential properties is 5 thousand 324. 68 crores was collected from this to the Pune Municipal Corporation. The PMC Property Tax Department has received a total revenue of 2273 crores in the financial year 2023-24This year a target of 2400 crores has been set. For that, the municipal corporation has to find new sources of income.

PMC Property Tax Department – (The Karbhari News Service) – पुणे महापालिका प्रॉपर्टी टॅक्स विभागाच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation Property tax Department) वतीने नवीन मिळकतींचा (New Property registration) शोध घेऊन आकारणी केली जाते. यातून महापालिकेला चांगले उत्पन्न मिळते. 2023-24 आर्थिक वर्षात 53 हजारांहून अधिक नवीन मिळकतीची नोंदणी करण्यात आली आहे. त्यातून विभागाला 130 कोटींहून अधिक उत्पन्न मिळाले आहे. अशी माहिती प्रॉपर्टी टॅक्स विभागाच्या वतीने देण्यात आली. नवीन आकारणी केलेल्या मिळकतीमध्ये निवासी मिळकती या 47 हजार 819 आहेत. त्यातून 63 कोटी महापालिकेकडे जमा झाले आहेत. मात्र त्यातून महापालिकेला 124 कोटी मिळणे अपेक्षित होते. तसेच नवीन आकारणी केलेल्या मिळकतीमध्ये बिगर निवासी मिळकती या 5 हजार 324 इतक्या आहेत. यातून महापालिकेकडे 68 कोटी जमा झाले. महापालिकेला यातून 118 कोटी मिळणे अपेक्षित होते. महापालिका प्रॉपर्टी टॅक्स विभागाला आर्थिक वर्षात एकूण 2273 कोटी उत्पन्न मिळाले आहे. यंदा 2400 कोटी चे उद्देश ठेवण्यात आला आहे. त्यासाठी महापालिकेला अजून नव्या मिळकतींचा शोध घ्यावा लागणार आहे.

PMC Property tax Bill – (The Karbhari News Service) – The new financial year has started from 1st April. Accordingly, the Property Tax Department of the Municipal Corporation (PMC Property Tax Department) has started the process of paying property tax bills. A total of 12 lakh bills will be given in the old limits of the Municipal Corporation and in the 11 villages included. Citizens will get these bills in the next few days. The property tax department said that initially the bills are given to citizens through SMS and e-mail by the pune municipal corporation. Accordingly, citizens will get these bills in the next two days. Also the bills have been sent for printing. Accordingly the printed bills will also be sent soon. There are nearly 12 lakh bills. Meanwhile the bills of 23 villages included will be given after these bills.

In the current financial year, the property tax department earned an income of Rs 2273 crore. This has given relief to the Municipal Corporation. It will help in development work. Meanwhile, citizens are given a 5-10% discount on the bill after paying the tax in the months of April and May. An appeal has been made on behalf of the Municipal Corporation to take advantage of this.

PMC Property tax Bill – (The Karbhari News Service) – नवीन आर्थिक वर्ष 1 एप्रिल पासून सुरु झाले आहे. त्यानुसार महापालिकेच्या प्रॉपर्टी टॅक्स विभागाने (PMC Property tax Department) मिळकतकराची बिले देण्याची प्रक्रिया सुरु केली आहे. महापालिकेची जुनी हद्द आणि समाविष्ट 11 गावांत मिळून एकूण 12 लाख बिले देण्यात येणार आहेत. आगामी काही दिवसांत ही बिले नागरिकांना मिळतील. प्रॉपर्टी टॅक्स विभागाकडून सांगण्यात आले कि सुरुवातीला महापालिकेकडून एसएमएस आणि ई मेल च्या माध्यमातून नागरिकांना बिले दिली जातात. त्यानुसार आगामी दोन दिवसांत नागरिकाना ही बिले मिळतील. तसेच बिले प्रिंटिंग ला देखील पाठवण्यात आली आहेत. त्यानुसार प्रिंटेड बिले देखील लवकरच पाठवली जातील. जवळपास 12 लाख बिले आहेत. दरम्यान समाविष्ट 23 गावांची बिले या बिलांनंतर दिली जाणार आहेत.
सरत्या आर्थिक वर्षात प्रॉपर्टी टॅक्स विभागाने 2273 कोटी रुपयांचे उत्पन्न मिळवले. याने महापालिकेला दिलासा मिळाला आहे. याने विकासकाम करताना मदत होणार आहे. दरम्यान एप्रिल आणि मे महिन्यात टॅक्स भरल्यानंतर नागरिकांना बिलात 5-10% सूट दिली जाते. याचा फायदा घेण्याचे आवाहन महापालिकेच्या वतीने करण्यात आले आहे.

| 308 crore more income than last year

PMC Property Tax – (The Karbhari News Service) – In the financial year 2024-25, 11 lakh 91 thousand 473 income holders have collected 2073 crores in the municipal treasury in the form of income tax. This amount is 308 crore more than the previous year i.e. 2023-24. Such information was given on behalf of the Municipal Property Tax Department (Pune Municipal Corporation Property Tax Department). The Income Tax Department of Pune Municipal Corporation had planned to achieve the given revenue target for the financial year 2024-25. In this regard, income tax bills for the financial year 2024-25 have been printed and distributed through the post department from April 1. Also, the income tax bills which are returned due to partial lack of address are sent to the income holders through speed post with the name and address of the income holders etc. Information will be updated. According to the information given by the tax department, last year the municipal corporation received 1965 crores. 2273 crores have been received in the year. Most of these payments have been made through online. 55% people i.e. 6 lakh 58 thousand 911 income holders have paid 1175 crores. 33% means 3 lakh 96 thousand 347 people deposited an amount of 285 crores in the form of cash. So 11% means 1 lakh 36 thousand 205 income holders deposited 805 crores through cheques.

As the income tax will get a discount of 5% to 10% by the end of May 31, the tax department has appealed to the income holders to pay the income tax as soon as possible.

PMC Property Tax – (The Karbhari News Service) – 2024-25 या आर्थिक वर्षात 11 लाख 91 हजार 473 मिळकतधारकांनी मिळकत कराच्या स्वरूपात महापालिका तिजोरीत 2073 कोटी इतके जमा केलेले आहेत. ही रक्कम पूर्वीच्या म्हणजेच 2023-24 या वर्षाच्या जमेपेक्षा रक्कम 308 कोटी इतक्या रक्कमेने अधिक आहे. अशी माहिती महापालिका प्रॉपर्टी टॅक्स विभागाच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation Property Tax Department) वतीने देण्यात आली. पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या मिळकत कर विभागाने सन २०२४-२५ या आर्थिक वर्षासाठी दिलेल्या उत्पन्नाचे उद्दिष्ट गाठण्यासाठी नियोजन केलेले होते. त्यादृष्टीने २०२४-२५ या आर्थिक वर्षाची मिळकत कराची बिले छपाई करून दिनांक 1 एप्रिल पासूनच पोस्ट विभागामार्फत वितरीत करण्यास आली. तसेच अर्धवट पत्त्या अभावी परत येणारे मिळकतकराची बिले स्पीड पोस्ट द्वारे मिळकत धारकांना पाठवून मिळकतधारकांची नाव व पत्ता इ. माहिती अद्यावत करण्यात येणार आहे. टॅक्स विभागाच्या वतीने देण्यात आलेल्या माहितीनुसार मागील वर्षी महापालिकेला 1965 कोटी मिळाले होते. तर वर्षी 2273 कोटी मिळाले आहेत. यात सर्वाधिक भरणा हा ऑनलाईन च्या माध्यमातून झाला आहे. 55% लोकांनी म्हणजे 6 लाख 58 हजार 911 मिळकतधारकांनी 1175 कोटींचा भरणा केला आहे. 33% म्हणजे 3 लाख 96 हजार 347 लोकांनी नगद (cash) स्वरूपात 285 कोटींची रक्कम जमा केली. तर 11% म्हणजे 1 लाख 36 हजार 205 मिळकतधारकांनी चेक च्या माध्यमातून 805 कोटी रक्कम जमा केली.

31 मे अखेर मिळकत करामध्ये ५% ते १०% इतकी सवलत मिळणार असल्यामुळे, मिळकतधारकांनी मिळकत कर लवकरात लवकर भरावा, असे आवाहन टॅक्स विभागाच्या वतीने करण्यात आले आहे.
यासाठी CFC (नागरी सुविधा केंद्र) वर मिळकत कराची माहिती देण्यासाठी व मदतीसाठी महानगरपालिका
कर्मचारी यांची नेमणूक करण्यात येणार आहे.तसेच  online payment करण्यासाठी खालील पर्याय / सुविधा उपलब्ध आहेत:-
