Residential Property is 47 thousand 819 in the newly assessed property. 63 crores have been collected from the Municipal Corporation. But the municipal corporation was expected to get 124 crores from it. Also, in the newly assessed properties, non-residential properties is 5 thousand 324. 68 crores was collected from this to the Pune Municipal Corporation.
