 Pune Zilla Parishad |  on behalf of the Indian Institute of Public Administration for implementing innovations in public administration Pune Zilla Parishad (Pune ZP) has been selected for the Late S.  s .  Due to the initiatives undertaken by Pune Zilla Parishad under the guidance of Chief Executive Officer Ayush Prasad (Pune ZP CEO Ayush Prasad), significant progress has been made in public service administration.  Under this, the Zilla Parishad determined 1 thousand 183 work processes in all departments through a thorough and comprehensive evaluation process.  Each process was carefully examined taking into account the required collection of information (data), decision-making requirements and implementation processes.  (ZP Pune News)
 Relevant laws, regulations, government resolutions, court orders, standing orders of superior offices and fixed practices were studied through extensive research.  According to an order issued on January 25, 2022, these findings were classified into seven categories and notified under the Right to Service Act to create a harmonized process.  (Pune ZP  News)
 Under this process, the Zilla Parishad conferred several powers on the Chief Executive Officer.  All officers and employees of Zilla Parishad actively participated in this process which lasted for about seven months.  Trained everyone through an extensive research and development process, determining a more informed approach to everyone’s roles.  All these contributed significantly to capacity building.  These procedures were compiled into manuals.  (ZP Pune News)

 Zilla Parishad has another remarkable achievement of implementing a collaborative project named ‘Mahalabharthi’ with Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation (MKCL).  The initiative was implemented in two phases, the first phase implemented projects in tribal communities in Junnar and Ambegaon.  Through the use of Internet search engines, a list of schemes was compiled based on personal information submitted by citizens.  The project created awareness among the public and enabled a large number of citizens to access various schemes.
 In the second phase implemented by the Pune Zilla Parishad, an innovative ‘Family Folder’ concept was created along with the development of a ‘Single Master Form’ to enable citizens and families to easily access all the schemes implemented by the Pune Zilla Parishad.  Through this unique system, the process of applications along with the identification of beneficiaries has also become easier.  Implementation of ‘Case Management Software’ has facilitated citizen handling, benefits in less time and compliance with regulations.  As a result, Pune Zilla Parishad has been able to process a large number of applications within a remarkable period of 15 days.  It has benefited around one lakh people.
