Emergency Medical Room Opened for Commuters at Civil Court Metro Station
The Karbhari News Service – Pune Metro Inaugurated an Emergency medical room at Civil Court in association with Sancheti Hospital on 15th March 2024, the medical room will provide first aid to all its passengers The first aid room will have medical practitioners, paramedical staff, and essential medicine In cases of emergency, duty doctors may advise or recommend patients to seek further treatment at a nearby hospital
Medical room will be operational during metro working hours , 6am to 10pm. in the medical room there will be one doctor and a nurse / parademic staff
Ambulance services will be available on call to address any emergencies during metro working hours at Civil Court Metro Station. Ambulances will be equipped with a portable stretcher, as well as a basic life support system and one paramedic, available round the clock.
MD Maha Metro , Nr.Shravan Hardikar, Shri. Atul Gadgil , Director Works, Shri. Vinod Agrawal , Director Systems & Operations, Dr.Hemant Sonawane , Executive Director, PR Along with other metro officials Dr. Parag Sancheti (Chairman, Sancheti Hospital) were present there.
On this occasion, MD Maha Metro said, “The opening of the Emergency Medical Room at Civil Court Metro Station will help passengers at Civil Court Metro Station to secure first aid and further to be directed to the nearby hospital if required ”
