PMC Encroachment Action | Pune Peth Ambegaon Bu. In this area (Ambegaon Budruk Pune) next to Sinhagad College (Sinhagad College) A total of 11 out of 10 unauthorized buildings were taken yesterday through the Construction Development Department, Zone No. 2 of the Pune Municipal Corporation. About 45050 Sq. Action was taken to demolish the unauthorized construction of 45000 square foot. Such information was given on behalf of the municipal administration. With the help of Senior Police Inspector from Encroachment Department along with Police Police Personnel and Local Police Establishment and 7 Bigaris, 1 Jaw Crusher Machine, 3 JCB, 2 Breakers, 1 Gas Cutter of Pune Municipality.

A total of 45050 sq. of about 11 buildings in action. The demolition work was carried out. Since large scale unauthorized constructions are frequently being done in the said area, large scale and effective action will be planned by the administration in the next period as well. The Pune Municipal Corporation has requested that citizens, while buying flats, should submit proof of construction permission of Pune Municipality and registration with Maharera.
