 How to Care Your Eyes |  If most of your work is in front of a screen (laptop, mobile, desktop), your eyes suffer.  Your eyes no longer allow you to feel anything.  You won’t realize it until it’s too late.  There are some changes you should make to protect your eyes.
  🟢 Take a 60 second break to look at least 20 feet away every 20 minutes.
  🟢Keep the laptop 20 inches away from the eyes, keep the laptop elevated as shown with the stand as shown.
  🟢Always look slightly downward, the center of the screen should sit @ 15-20 degrees below eye level.
  Wash your eyes 3-4 times a day.
  🟢 Exercises for your eyes:
  Hardly anyone does this.
  Rotate the eyes clockwise and counterclockwise only 3-4 times a day.
  🟢 Take a break every 60 minutes and look at the blue sky, trees, birds for 60 seconds.
  🟢 Text should be legible from 20 inches, aim for 3X the smallest readable size.
  🟢Go for black text on a white or yellow background.
  🟢 Antiglare coating on glasses.
  🟢 Balance computer brightness with room lighting.  Consider any app to auto adjust.
  Prioritize sleep
  Do not use the phone in the dark
  Don’t check your phone in the morning
  Eat vitamins
  Avoid watching movies on cell phones.
  🟢Charge the eyes: Rub your palm vigorously and place it on your eyes.  You will feel comfortable and fresh.
