Pune Rain Update |  Pune Rain! The wait is finally over.  Today i.e. Saturday, it started raining in Pune from morning itself.  There was heavy rain in the city and surrounding areas as well as in the dam catchment area.  Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rainfall in Pune on June 25 and 26 in the city and surrounding areas.  (Pune Rain Update)

  Generally, Pune receives approximately 100 millimeters of rain in June.  However, only 20.7 mm of rain has been received this year so far.  Due to the late arrival of monsoon, heat wave and rising temperatures have caused discomfort among the residents.  Therefore, due to the upcoming heavy rains, there will be relief from the scorching sun.  Today’s rain has also brought relief to the people of Pune.  (Pune Rain News)
