 PMC IT Department – (The Karbhari News Service) – Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) was considered to be the smartest municipal corporation in the state in terms of computer operations. All facilities have been computerized to bring speed and efficiency in operations. Now PMC has taken it one step further.  PMC has decided to become hi-tech. Accordingly, various schemes have been proposed. Municipal Commissioner Vikram Kumar (Vikram Kumar IAS) has also provided funds for this through the budget. (Pune PMC News)

 Most of the work of Pune Municipal Corporation is paperless.  Computerized systems are used in important departments.  So citizens are getting facilities in an easy way.  Last year, the Municipal Corporation updated its website.  So it is becoming convenient for citizens to use.  Also the facility of WhatsApp Chat BOT has been created.  Which includes 20 things like various bills, certificates, no objection certificate, license withdrawal.  Similarly, a separate website has been created for Rajiv Gandhi Zoo and an online ticket booking system has been developed.  Online fee system has been launched for Heritage Walk.  PMC Care Mobile App has been created.  Online system has been implemented for urban poor scheme.  It is seen that various such things are benefiting the citizens.  Therefore, the municipal administration intends to make the municipality hi-tech by implementing more systems in the future.  45 crores has been made available to the Information and Technology Department in the upcoming budget for this.

 – These will be new plans

 – It is proposed to develop computer system using latest technology for Property Tax Software department.

 – To save in digital form all the important records of various departments and city secretary of Pune municipality since 1950, records, records, records, various committee decisions etc.

 – E-office implementation (eFile Implementation) :- Effective use of e-office system to speed up administrative work, streamline, keep documents safe and get information quickly and make decision making process easier.

 – The development work is going on to manage the information of the employees of the Pune Municipal Corporation through a computer system, to pay the salary bills of the employees and to create a computer system for paying the retired salary after the retirement of the employees based on the latest technology.

 – Digital signature (Signature-e):- Different types of certificates, permission certificates are given to citizens through Pune Municipal Corporation.  Digital signature service will be made available for signature of the concerned authorities on the said documents in digital form.

 – Implementation of Digital Locker System :-

 Various types of certificates like marriage registration certificate, birth and death certificates through Pune Municipal Corporation

 etc.  Services are provided to citizens.  Integration of marriage registration certificate in digital format with Digilocker service has been done on experimental basis and it is proposed to provide other certificates to citizens through Digilocker.

 – e-sparrow :- Performance Evaluation Report/Confidential Report of Officers/Employees of Pune Municipality

 To write performance appraisal report as it is considered from time to time while doing promotion process

 To save them properly, working sparrow-e computer system is proposed.

 – Backup Solution :- Since it is necessary and essential to save the computer information of various online computer systems developed for administrative work, the work of taking backup of the data of all existing computer systems is underway.

 – Regarding network arrangement in new 34 villages :- New administrative work, civic facilities

 Internal operations will increase and there is a need to provide network arrangement LAN connectivity.

 All Gram Panchayat offices will be connected to the main building through Data Lease Line (1:1).

 Internet facility will be provided to them through Infrastructure Network system of Pune Municipality.

 – Backup Data Lease Line :- E-Governance project is being used on a large scale through which computers

 A large amount of information is exchanged through the system.  At present, all these offices are connected to Data Lease Line (1:1) with a bandwidth of 10 mbps and 4 mbps and a bandwidth of 20 mbps will be available to all offices through SD-WAN through Backup Lease Line for dynamic administrative work and uninterrupted operation.

PMC IT Department – (The Karbhari News Service) – संगणकीय कामकाजाच्या बाबतीत पुणे महापालिका (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) ही राज्यातील सर्वात स्मार्ट महापालिका समजली होते. कामकाजात गतिमानता आणि सुसूत्रता आणण्यासाठी सर्व सुविधांचे संगणकीकरण करण्यात आले आहे. आता PMC ने अजून एक पाऊल पुढे जात हायटेक होण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. त्यानुसार विविध योजना प्रस्तावित करण्यात आल्या आहेत. महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार (Vikram Kumar IAS) यांनी बजटच्या माध्यमातून यासाठी निधी देखील उपलब्ध करून दिला आहे. पुणे महापालिकेचे बरेचसे काम हे पेपरलेस सुरु आहे. महत्वपूर्ण विभागात संगणकीय प्रणाली वापरून कामकाज केले जाते. त्यामुळे नागरिकांना सुलभ पद्धतीने सुविधा मिळत आहेत. मागील वर्षी महापालिकेने आपले संकेतस्थळ अद्ययावत केले. त्यामुळे नागरिकांना वापरणे सोयीचे होत आहे. तसेच WhatsApp Chat BOT ची सुविधा निर्माण करून दिली आहे. ज्यात विविध बिल, दाखले, ना हरकत प्रमाणपत्र, परवाना काढणे अशा 20 गोष्टींचा समावेश आहे. त्याचप्रमाणे राजीव गांधी प्राणिसंग्रहालय साठी स्वतंत्र वेबसाईट तयार करण्यात आली असून ऑनलाईन तिकीट बुकिंग प्रणाली विकसित केली आहे. हेरिटेज वॉक साठी ऑनलाईन शुल्क प्रणाली सुरु केली आहे. PMC Care Mobile App तयार करण्यात आला आहे. शहरी गरीब योजनेसाठी ऑनलाईन प्रणाली राबवण्यात आली आहे. अशा विविध गोष्टींचा नागरिकांना चांगला फायदा होताना दिसून येत आहे. त्यामुळे आगामी काळात अजून प्रणाली राबवून महापालिका हायटेक बनवण्याचा महापालिका प्रशासनाचा मानस आहे. माहिती व तंत्रज्ञान विभागाला त्यासठी आगामी बजेट मध्ये 45 कोटी उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आले आहेत.

– पुणे मनपाच्या विविध विभाग व नगरसचिव विभागाकडील सन १९५० पासूनचे सर्व जुने व महत्वाचे दस्त, नस्ती, नोंदी, अभिलेख, विविध समिती निर्णय इत्यादी महत्वाचे रेकोर्ड स्कॅनिंग करुन डिजिटल स्वरुपात जतन करणे.

– ई-office अंमलबजावणी (eFile Implementation) :- प्रशासकीय कामकाज गतिमान व्हावे, सुसूत्रता यावी, दस्तऐवज सुरक्षित राहावेत व माहिती जलदगतीने प्राप्त होऊन निर्णय प्रक्रिया सुलभ व्हावी यासाठी ई-ऑफिस प्रणालीचा वापर प्रभावीपणे करणे.

– पुणे महानगरपालिकेतील सेवकांच्या माहितीचे संगणक प्रणालीद्वारे व्यवस्थापन करणे, सेवकांचे वेतन बिले अदा करणे व सेवक निवृत्त झाल्यावर सेवानिवृत्त वेतन अदा करण्याची संगणक प्रणाली एकमेकांना जोडून अद्ययावत तंत्रज्ञानावर आधारित तयार करणे त्यासाठी विकसनाचे कामकाज चालू आहे.

– डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर (Signature-e) :– पुणे मनपामार्फत विविध प्रकारचे दाखले, परवानगी प्रमाणपत्र नागरिकांना देण्यात येतात. सदर दाखल्यांवर डिजिटल स्वरुपात संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांची स्वाक्षरीकरिता डिजिटल स्वाक्षरीची सेवा उपलब्ध करुन देण्यात येणार आहे.

– Digital Locker System अंमलबजावणी :-
पुणे महानगरपालिकेमार्फत विविध प्रकारची प्रमाणपत्रे जसे विवाह नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्र, जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्रे इ. सेवा नागरिकांना देण्यात येतात. विवाह नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्राचे Digital स्वरुपात Digilocker या सेवेसोबत इंटिग्रेशन प्रायोगिक तत्वावर करण्यात आले असून तसे इतर प्रमाणपत्रे Digilocker द्वारे नागरिकांना देण्याचे प्रस्तावित आहे.

– e-sparrow :– पुणे मनपाच्या अधिकारी/कर्मचारी यांचे कार्यमुल्यमापन अहवाल/गोपनीय अहवाल यांचे पदोन्नती प्रक्रियेत करताना वेळोवेळी विचारात घेतले जात असल्याने कार्यमुल्यमापन अहवाल लिहिण्यासाठी
त्यांचे सुयोग्यपणे जतन करणे कामी sparrow-e संगणक प्रणालीचे कामकाज प्रस्तावित आहे.

– Backup Solution :- प्रशासकीय कामकाजासाठी विकसित केलेल्या विविध ऑनलाईन संगणक प्रणालींची संगणकीय माहिती सुरक्षेच्या दृष्टीकोनातून जतन करणे गरजेचे व अत्यावश्यक असल्याने सद्यस्थितीत अस्तित्वात असलेला सर्व संगणक प्रणालींच्या डाटाचा बॅकअप घेण्याचे कामकाज सुरु आहे.

– नवीन ३४ गावांमध्ये नेटवर्क व्यवस्था करणे :– नव्याने होणारे प्रशासकीय कामकाज, नागरी सुविधा अंतर्गत होणारे कामकाज वाढणार असून तेथे नेटवर्क व्यवस्था LAN कनेक्टीव्हिटी देणे आवश्यक आहे.
सर्व ग्रामपंचायतींमधील कार्यालय Data Lease Line (१:१) द्वारे मुख्य भवनला जोडण्यात येणार असून पुणे मनपातील Infrastructure Network व्यवस्थेद्वारा त्यांना इंटरनेटची सुविधा पुरविण्यात येणार आहे.

– बॅकअप डाटा लीज लाईन :- ई-गव्हर्नन्स प्रकल्पाचा मोठ्याप्रमाणात वापर होत असून त्याद्वारे संगणक प्रणालीतून मोठ्याप्रमाणात माहितीची देवाणघेवाण करण्यात येते. सद्यस्थितीत ही सर्व कार्यालय १० mbps व ४ mbps या बँडविड्थने Data Lease Line (१:१) जोडण्यात आली असून गतिमान प्रशासकीय कामकाजासाठी तसेच अखंडितपणे कामकाज चालू ठेवण्यासाठी Backup Lease Line द्वारे SD-WAN द्वारा एकत्रितपणे 20 mbps ची बँडविड्थ सर्व कार्यालयांना उपलब्ध होणार आहे.
