 Heavy rain has been lashing the state since last week.  Recently, the rain in Nagpur city blew away the grains.  It has been raining in and around Pune city for the last two days.  Heavy rain has started in Pune since yesterday.  Meanwhile, the Mumbai Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in Pune and Pune district for the next 5 days.  Heavy rain is expected in Pune city and district for next 5 days i.e. from 23rd to 27th September i.e. from today till next Wednesday.
