Pune EV Charging Station | PMC | On behalf of Pune Municipal Corporation, four wheeler charging stations will be set up in 83 places in the city. This work has been given to Evigo Charge Pvt. Ltd. Company m. It has recently been decided that out of 83 stations, priority will be given to setting up charging stations at 20 places owned by the Pune Municipal Corporation. Also, a decision has been taken soon to set up a station for three wheeler vehicles (Three Wheeler charging station). 1. Evigo Charge Pvt. Ltd. The electricity department should conduct a necessary survey and make new places available for those places where there are difficulties in setting up the charging station or it is necessary to change the place out of the places that have been fixed for them. (PMC Pune)
2. Evigo Charge Pvt. Ltd. They should apply to the electricity department of the municipality for permission to dig at certain places and the concerned should pay the excavation fee fixed to the road department and get it reinstated. (Pune Municipal Corporation News)
3. If additional power supply is required for the charging station Evigo Charge Pvt. Ltd. should apply to MSEB and necessary assistance should be provided by Electricity Department. (PMC Pune News)
4. Evigo Charge Pvt.Ltd should make necessary arrangements regarding the places and size of advertisement boards as mentioned in the tender advertisement. (PMC Electrical Department)
5. Firstly on the land owned by the Municipal Corporation eg. The Electricity Department should coordinate with the property and other departments of the Municipal Corporation to make available space so that at least 20 places such as Municipal Main Building, 15 Regional Offices, Balgandharva, Savarkar Bhavan etc. should be constructed on priority. At busy places like Pune station – action should be taken to set up additional charging stations. (PMC Pune Marathi News)
6. Tender holders of places where Pay and Park Scheme has been implemented through the Municipal Corporation should be notified by letter not to park any vehicle other than the vehicle that has come for charging at the charging station installed.
7. A meeting should be held next week for the action to be taken regarding charging stations for rickshaws and other three wheelers.
