PMC Pune Medical College News: Bharatratna Atalbihari Vajpeyi Medical College Pune of Pune Municipal Corporation Medical Education Trust has started with full capacity and currently 200 students are studying MBBS in the college. Pune Municipal Medical Education Trust has approved the recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff as per the guidelines of NMC required in the medical college. Accordingly, the necessary 535 posts of the medical college and the service entry rules were prepared and sent to the Urban Development Department for the approval of the Government of Maharashtra. It has recently been approved by the Maharashtra government. So now the way is open to invite regular advertisement to fill the remaining posts of the medical college. Medical College, Pune has received approval from the National Medical Commission (NMC), New Delhi to start a medical college with an enrollment capacity of 100 students. Pune Municipal Medical Education Trust (PMC-MET) rules and regulations (Agreement) of the Government Acts, Rules, Notifications are binding on the institution. The Board of Directors of Pune Municipal Corporation Medical Education Trust has approved the framework and service access rules. Accordingly, the proposal received from the Commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation for approval of the Pune Municipal Medical Education Trust (PMC-MET) Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical College, Pune Akritibandha and Service Entry Rules was under consideration of the Government. It has been approved accordingly.
– How many terms is the motif?
In this regard, the Dean of the Medical College, Dr. Ashish Banginwar, said that a total of 535 posts have been approved by the state government. 202 posts will be regular in this. In this, 99 posts will be for teachers and 103 posts will be for non-teachers. Whereas 303 posts to be filled in tertiary level are non-teaching staff. According to Dr. Banginwar, the third batch of the medical college is currently underway. Some posts were filled for that. But these posts are insufficient. But now due to the approval of the government, the way has been cleared to fill all the posts. Soon the process will be started in coordination with the municipality and the trust.
