PMC Pune property tax |  Where to submit PT 3 application form?  What are the required documents?  Know everything

 PMC pune Property Tax |  Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has made the application form available on the website of the municipal corporation (PMC pune) as PT 3 Application form has to be filled and submitted to the corporation to get 40 percent discount on property tax.  The facility of filling this application form will be made available at the civic facility center along with the wardoffices of the municipal corporation.  What documents have to be attached with this application?  Let us find out.  (PMC Pune Property Tax)
 For the convenience of the property holders, PT-3 Application form can be submitted to the nearest ward Office/Regional Office/Head Office to the Civil Welfare Center or Peth Inspector.  Residents who have been given 40% exemption prior to 01.04.2019, whose exemption continues today need not file PT-3 application again.  (PMC pune news)
 PT-3 Application for 40% Discount at Civil Facilities at Liaison Office / Regional Office / Head Office
 Center or Peth Inspector / Divisional Inspector will also be available in the office. The form is also made available on the website propertytax.punecorporation.org.  (Pune Municipal Corporation)

 Required documents to accompany PT-3 application for availing exemption:

 1) Nomination letter from society regarding use of property for self-maintenance (Society
 if any)
 2) Voter Identity Card / Passport / Driving License / Gas Card / Ration Card etc.
 3) Copy of property tax bill of that income in case of property elsewhere in Pune city

 PT-3 along with above competent proof documents and Rs.25  After submitting the application form to the nearest ward Office/Regional Office/Head Office/Nagri Suvidha Center or Peth Inspector/Divisional Inspector by paying the fee, the case will be finalized by the Head of Taxation and Tax Collection after inspection of the documents by the Peth Inspector/Divisional Inspector.
