PMC Pune Property Tax 40% Discount PT 3 Application Form | PMC pune has been decided to maintain 40% property tax discount for Pune residents. Accordingly, the PT 3 application form has been made available on the PMC Pune website to get 40 percent of the citizens. Application for 40% rebate on residential income is made available at

Property Tax 40% Discount given by Pune Municipal Corporation was withdrawn. It was being recovered from 2019. After the people of Pune raised their voices against this, the state government has decided to implement this discount once again. It is being implemented from this financial year. PMC Pune Property Tax Department has started the process to prepare bills accordingly and to refund the 40% concession amount to the citizens and re-enforce it. But the municipal administration has clarified that there was confusion about where to get this application form, what proofs need to be attached and where to submit the application after filling it. . Take a print out of the application form, submit it to the Revenue Inspector at the concerned field offices or can also submit it at the Civic Centers.
