PMC Property Tax | मिळकत करात 40% सवलत नेमकी कुणाला मिळणार? कुणाची सवलत रद्द होणार? | जाणून घ्या सर्व काही

PMC property Tax |   पुणे महानगरपालिकेकडून (Pune Municipal Corporation) केवळ निवासी मिळकतींना (Residential property) स्वःवापराकरिता देण्यात येणारी ४०% सवलत (40% Discount) कायम करण्यात आली आहे. ज्या नव्याने बांधकाम झालेल्या निवासी मिळकतींची आकारणी ४०% सवलत न देता ०१.०४.२०१९ पासून पुढे झालेली आहे त्या सर्व मिळकतींना व ज्या मिळकतींची ४०% सवलत जी.आय.एस. सर्व्हे अंतर्गत दि.०१.०४.२०१८ पासून रद्द करण्यात आली आहे व अशा मिळकतींना ह्यापूर्वी फरकाची देयके (PMC property Tax bill) पाठवण्यात आली होती अशा सर्व मिळकतींना ४०% सवलतीचा लाभ ०१.०४.२०२३ पासून पुढील कालावधीकरिता देण्यात येणार आहे. वरील सर्व मिळकतींना ४०% सवलतीचा लाभ आकारणी दिनांक/दुरुस्ती दिनांकापासून (म्हणजेच ज्या निवासी मिळकतींना दि. ०१.०४.२०१८ पासून दि. ३१.०३.२०२३ पर्यंत सवलत देय आहे परंतु दिली गेलेली नाही) ती सवलत घेणेकरिता व देण्यात आलेली सवलत ०१.०४.२०२३ पासून पुढील कालावधीकरिता सुरु राहणेकरिता मिळकतधारकाने PT-३ अर्ज (PT 3 application form) संपूर्ण पुराव्यांसह दि. १५ नोव्हेंबर २०२३ पूर्वी कर आकारणी व कर संकलन (pmc pune property Tax department) खात्याकडे सादर करणे आवश्यक राहील. संबंधित मिळकतधारकांनी संपूर्ण मिळकतकर भरला असल्यास जादा जमा होणारी रक्कम PT-३ अर्ज भरून दिलेनंतर पुढील ४ वर्षांचे समान हप्त्यात आर्थिक वर्षाच्या देयकातून समायोजित करण्यात येईल. विहित मुदतीत अर्ज सादर न केल्यास मिळकतीचा वापर मिळकतधारक स्वः वापराकरिता करीत नसल्याचे गृहीत धरून अशा मिळकतीची सन २०२३-२४ करिता दिली गेलेली सवलत रद्द करण्यात येईल. PMC Pune Property Tax 40% Discount PT 3 Application Form |  PT 3 application for 40% discount available on PMC Pune website

 |  The application should be submitted at the Civic Facility Center along with the ward Offices

 PMC Pune Property Tax 40% Discount PT 3 Application Form |  PMC pune has been decided to maintain 40% property tax discount for Pune residents.  Accordingly, the PT 3 application form has been made available on the PMC Pune website to get 40 percent of the citizens.  Application for 40% rebate on residential income is made available at
propertytax.punecorporation.org.  The facility of filling this application form will be made available at CFC centers along with Ward offices of the Municipal Corporation.  (PMC Pune Property Tax 40% Discount Application Form)
 Property Tax 40% Discount given by Pune Municipal Corporation was withdrawn.  It was being recovered from 2019.  After the people of Pune raised their voices against this, the state government has decided to implement this discount once again.  It is being implemented from this financial year. PMC Pune Property Tax Department has started the process to prepare bills accordingly and to refund the 40% concession amount to the citizens and re-enforce it.  Around 53 lakh citizens have to submit a PT 3 application to the Municipal Corporation to get this discount again.  (PMC Pune News)
 But the municipal administration has clarified that there was confusion about where to get this application form, what proofs need to be attached and where to submit the application after filling it.  .  Take a print out of the application form, submit it to the Revenue Inspector at the concerned field offices or can also submit it at the Civic Centers.  As per the earlier decision of the Standing Committee, a fee of Rs. 25.  Therefore, citizens have to go and submit these applications in personally.
