PMC Pune Water Supply Department |   action will be taken against the builder and the contractor | Important decision of Pune Municipal Corporation

 |  It is mandatory to use treated water from STP for construction in Pune city

 PMC Pune Water Supply Department |  For various constructions going on in Pune city, it has been made mandatory to use only treated water from STP instead of drinking water as well as water from borewells and wells.  Appropriate action will be taken against the builders who will not use the said water.  Also, for the ongoing concretization work in various departments of Pune Municipal Corporation, it has also been made mandatory for the contractors to use treated water from STP.  This decision has been taken by the water supply department of the pune municipal corporation (PMC water supply department) in the background of water shortage.  This information was given by the water supply department.  (PMC Pune water supply department)
 Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC )has made it compulsory for builders to use treated water from sewage treatment plants of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune) in various constructions in Pune city.  In order to provide treated water from STP to these developers, Pune Municipal Corporation has developed pmcstpwatertanker App, which is currently developed for Android Phone.  Developers have to register their construction site wise in the said App.  Tanker owners who are interested in supplying treated water of STP have registered on the said App, and according to the site where the developers need treated water from STP, they have to register their demand through the said App.  The said charges are to be paid to the said tanker in accordance with the delivery of the tanker to the site.
 App was inaugurated today by Municipal Commissioner.  Additional Municipal Commissioner (General), Ravindra Binwade, Chief Engineer of Electricity Department Srinivas Kandul and Chief Engineer of Water Supply Department Anirudh Pavaskar were present on this occasion.
