Lonavala Sky Walk Project | PMRDA |मावळ विधानसभा मतदारसंघाचे (Maval Constituency) आमदार  सुनील शेळके (MLA Sunil Shelke) यांचे संकल्पनेतून लोणावळा परिसर पर्यटन क्षेत्र विकासासाठी लोणावळ्यापासून १५ किमी अंतरावरील प्रसिद्ध लायन्स व टायगर पॉईंट येथे स्काय वॉक विकसित करण्यात येणार आहे. अशी माहिती पीएमआरडीए प्रशासनाच्या (PMRDA Administration) वतीने देण्यात आली. मावळ तालुक्यातील वन विभागाच्या मौजे आतवन येथील राखीव वन गट नं. १६६ मधील ८ हेक्टर क्षेत्रात हा स्काय वॉक पुणे महानगर प्रदेश विकास प्राधिकरणामार्फत विकसित केला जाणार असून त्यास्तही पर्यटन विकास विभागाकडून वित्त पुरवठा केला जाणार आहे. पुणे जिल्ह्याचे पालकमंत्री व राज्याचे वित्त मात्री आदरणीय अजितदादा पवार यांचे अध्यक्षतेखाली नुकत्याच झालेल्या बैठकीत हा निर्णय झाला असून या प्रकल्पाचा सविस्तर प्रकल्प अहवाल तयार करण्याचे काम पीएमआरडीए ने हाती घेतले आहे.

PMRDA signed MoU with South Korea Bilateral cooperation in Urban Development

PMRDA | South Korea | PMRDA today signed MoU with Busan Metropolitan Corporation, to enter into this Memorandum of Understanding to facilitate and support cooperation in urban development areas in Busan Metropolitan City, ROK and Pune Region. This information is given by PMRDA PRO Ramdas Jagtap.
The purpose of this MoU is to facilitate mutual cooperation and people-to-people exchanges between partner organizations. Busan and PMRDA will Exchange information of policies and projects conducting in bilateral urban development areas and promote them also Exchange of manpower in the areas of Art (fine Art and performing art), culture, films, culture and tourism. This MOU will help to organise bilateral events/meetings/seminars/workshops/training programs either in PMR region or in Bushan. And Organize bilateral study tours.
It will also help to organise students/academicians/scientists exchange programmes, Share information and facilitate people-to-people exchanges for sustainable development and construction.
Fort effective implementation of objectives of this MOU, on behalf of PMRDA the Science and Technology Park, Pune, an organization promoted by Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt of India, will be the coordinating agency
              Delegation headed by Mrs. Hoe Sook Director K-Art institute, Busan of South Korea signed MoU with Metropolitan Commissioner of Pune Mr. Rahul Mahiwal.  Mr. Deepak Singla Adl Commissioner PMRDA, Mr. Sunil Pandhare Jt. Commissioner Administration and Mr Ramdas Jagtap Dy collector & OSD to Commissioner, Smt. Shilpa Karmarkar, Dy CEO from PMRDA side along with Dr Rajendra Jagdale Director General & CEO Science and Technology Park Pune were present for this occasion.

| नागरी विकासामध्ये द्विपक्षीय सहकार्य

PMRDA | South Korea | PMRDA ने शुक्रवारी बुसान मेट्रोपॉलिटन कॉर्पोरेशन (Busan Métropolitain Corporation) सोबत सामंजस्य करारावर (MOU) स्वाक्षरी केली आहे. ज्यामुळे बुसान मेट्रोपॉलिटन सिटी,आणि पुणे विभागातील नागरी विकास क्षेत्रांमध्ये सहकार्य आणि सहकार्य सुलभ करण्यासाठी या सामंजस्य करारात प्रवेश केला जाईल.  या सामंजस्य कराराचा उद्देश भागीदार संस्थांमधील परस्पर सहकार्य आणि विचारांची देवाणघेवाण सुलभ करणे हा आहे. बुसान आणि पीएमआरडीए द्विपक्षीय शहरी विकास क्षेत्रात आयोजित केलेल्या धोरणांची आणि प्रकल्पांच्या माहितीची देवाणघेवाण करतील आणि त्यांना प्रोत्साहन देतील तसेच कला (ललित कला आणि परफॉर्मिंग आर्ट), संस्कृती, चित्रपट, संस्कृती आणि पर्यटन या क्षेत्रात मनुष्यबळाची देवाणघेवाण करतील. हा सामंजस्य करार PMR प्रदेशात किंवा बुसानमध्ये द्विपक्षीय कार्यक्रम/बैठक/सेमिनार/कार्यशाळा/प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करण्यात मदत करेल. आणि द्विपक्षीय अभ्यास दौरे आयोजित करण्यात येतील. शाश्वत विकास आणि बांधकामासाठी विद्यार्थी/शिक्षणतज्ज्ञ/शास्त्रज्ञ देवाणघेवाण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करणे, माहितीची देवाणघेवाण करणे आणि व्यक्ती व्यक्तींमध्ये विचारांची देवाणघेवाण सुलभ करण्यास देखील हे मदत करेल.
या सामंजस्य कराराच्या उद्दिष्टांची प्रभावी अंमलबजावणी, PMRDA च्या वतीने सायन्स अँड टेक्नॉलॉजी पार्क, पुणे, ही भारत सरकारच्या विज्ञान आणि तंत्रज्ञान मंत्रालयाने प्रवर्तित केलेली संस्था, समन्वयक एजन्सी असेल.
               दक्षिण कोरियाच्या बुसान येथील के-आर्ट इन्स्टिट्यूटच्या संचालक श्रीमती हो सूक यांच्या नेतृत्वाखालील शिष्टमंडळाने पुण्याचे महानगर आयुक्त राहुल महिवाल यांच्याशी सामंजस्य करार केला. श्री दीपक सिंगला अति. आयुक्त PMRDA, सुनील पांढरे सहआयुक्त प्रशासन आणि रामदास जगताप उपजिल्हाधिकारी तथा आयुक्तांचे ओएसडी,  या वेळी पीएमआरडीएच्या उपायुक्त शिल्पा करमरकर यांच्यासह डॉ. राजेंद्र जगदाळे महासंचालक आणि सीईओ सायन्स अँड टेक्नॉलॉजी पार्क पुणे उपस्थित होते.

PMRDA Pune | पीएमआरडीए (PMRDA) क्षेत्रातील सुमारे ७ हजार चौ.कि.मी.हून अधिक क्षेत्रफळाचा प्रारुप विकास आराखडा (PMRDA Draft Development Plan) तयार करण्यात आला आहे. त्यावर हरकती सूचना (Suggestion and objections) घेऊन आराखडा अंतिम करण्यात आला आहे. त्याला मंजूरी देण्यासाठी राज्य सरकारने 17 जून ला बैठक बोलावली होती. मात्र ही बैठक पुढे ढकलण्यात आली आहे. अशी माहिती पीएमआरडीए प्रशासनाच्या वतीने देण्यात आली. पीएमआरडीए क्षेत्रातील सुमारे ७ हजार चौ.कि.मी.हून अधिक क्षेत्रफळाचा प्रारुप विकास आराखडा (PMRDA Draft Development Plan) तयार करण्यात आला आहे. यामध्ये  पुणे महापालिकेमध्ये नव्याने समाविष्ट करण्यात आलेल्या २३ गावांचाही समावेश आहे. या आराखड्यावर हरकती आणि सूचना मागविण्यात आल्या. पीएमआरडीएच्या नियोजन समितीवर लोकप्रतिनिधींची  नियुक्ती करण्यात आली होती. तसेच परआराखड्यावरील हरकती व सूचनांवर सुनावणी घेउन आराखडा अंतिम करण्याची प्रक्रिया पार पाडण्यासाठी सुनावणीसाठी समितीची स्थापना करण्यात आली होती. सगळी प्रक्रिया करून आराखडा अंतिम देखील करण्यात आला आहे. त्यानुसार या योजनेला मंजूरी देण्यासाठी 17 जून ला सरकारकडून बैठक देखील बोलावण्यात आली होती. सह्याद्री अतिथीगृह, मुंबई येथे ही बैठक मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली आयोजित करण्यात आली होती. एवढे सगळे अंतिम झाले असताना देखील ऐन वेळेला हा निर्णय बदलण्यात आला आणि या योजनेला सहा महिने मुदतवाढ देण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला.   The process of preparing the development plan of Pune Metropolitan Region is underway by the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority.  The population of the metropolitan region is 17 lakh 12 thousand and 6 thousand 900 sq.  km  is the area.  Like other city councils, 6 months period is insufficient to extend the draft development plan to the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority.  There are development authorities for the cities of Nashik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Nagpur in the state and considering the fact that they may also get short time while preparing the development plan of the metropolises, it was decided to extend the deadline for preparing the development plan by one year.  (Cabinet Meeting Decision)

PMRDA Pune | Incoe Tax | पुणे महानगर प्रदेश विकास प्राधिकरणास (PMRDA) आयकरातून (Income Tax) सूट मिळाली आहे.  २०१७ ते २०२२ या पाच वर्षांसाठी प्रथमतः प्राधिकरणास सूट प्रदान करण्यात आली आहे. त्यातून बचत होणाऱ्या सुमारे एक हजार ते अकराशे कोटी रुपयांचा निधी स्थानिक विकास कामांना उपलब्ध होऊ शकेल. अशी माहिती पीएमआरडीएचे उपजिल्हाधिकारी तथा जन संपर्क अधिकारी  रामदास जगताप (PMRDA public relations officer Ramdas Jagtap) यांनी दिली. ​रामदास जगताप यांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार पुणे महानगर प्रदेश विकास प्राधिकरण कार्यालयाची स्थापना ३१ मार्च २०१५ रोजी झाली असून सदर प्राधिकरण हे शासनाकडून कोणतेही अनुदान न घेता महानगर क्षेत्रातील बांधकाम परवानगी व जमीन संबंधी मिळणारा महसूल या दोन प्रमुख उत्पन्नाच्या स्वोतावर प्राधिकरण क्षेत्राचा पायाभूत विकास करण्याचे काम करीत आहे. ​त्या अनुषंगाने नागरिकांसाठी पायाभूत सोयी सुविधा निर्माण करणे हेच प्रमुख कार्य असल्याने आयकर भरणेपासून सवलत मिळावी असा विनंती अर्ज सन २०१७ मध्ये प्राधिकरणाने Central Board of Direct Taxes या Authority कडे दाखल केला होता. (PMRDA Marathi news)

​दरवर्षी सुमारे २५० ते २७५ कोटी रकमेची मागणी आयकर विभागाकडून करण्यात येत होती. दरम्यानच्या काळात प्राप्तीकर वसूलीच्या तगाद्याविरुद्ध उच्च न्यायालयात याचिका दाखल केली होती. त्या अनुषंगाने CBDT कडे मा. महानगर आयुक्त राहुल महिवाल यांचे मार्गदर्शनाखाली बोरकर अँड बोरकर या फर्म तर्फे श्री. प्रथमेश बोरकर आणि मुख्य लेखा व वित्त अधिकारी, लेखा व वित्त विभाग पुणे महानगर प्रदेश विकास प्राधिकरण यांनी आवश्यक त्या कागदपत्र पुर्ततेसाठी परिश्रम घेतले व त्या अनुषंगाने दि.१०.०५.२०२३ चे नोटीफिकेशन द्वारे सन २०१७ ते २०२२ या पाच वर्षांसाठी प्रथमतः प्राधिकरणास सूट प्रदान करण्यात आली आहे. त्यातून बचत होणाऱ्या सुमारे एक हजार ते अकराशे कोटी रुपयांचा निधी स्थानिक विकास कामांना उपलब्ध होऊ शकेल. असे रामदास जगताप यांनी सांगितले.
