PMC Property Tax |  Who exactly will get 40% discount on property tax?  Whose discount will be cancelled?  |  Know everything

 PMC Property Tax |  Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has maintained a 40% discount for self-use of residential properties only.  All newly constructed residential properties on which levy has been extended from 01.04.2019 without 40% concession and on which 40% concession has been extended to G.I.S.  40% discount will be given to all the properties which have been canceled from 01.04.2018 under the survey and the difference payments (PMC property Tax bill) were sent earlier to such properties from 01.04.2023 for the next period.  (PMC Property Tax)
 All the above incomes will benefit from 40% discount from the date of levy/amendment date (i.e. the residential properties for which the discount is due from 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2023 but not given) and the discount given is 01.  For continuation for the next period from 04.2023 the property holder should submit PT-3 application form with complete proofs dt.  It will be necessary to submit to Taxation and Tax Collection Department (pmc pune property tax department) before 15 November 2023.  If the income tax is fully paid by the concerned property holders, the excess amount will be adjusted from the financial year payment in equal installments for the next 4 years after filing PT-3 application.  Use of property in case of non-submission of application within prescribed period
 for the year 2023-24 of such income assuming that the holder of the property is not making it for self-consumption
