PMC Deputy Commissioner Madhav Jagtap  | महापालिकेच्या (PMC Pune) अतिक्रमण विभागाचे उपायुक्त माधव जगताप (Deputy commissioner Madhav Jagtap) यांना पथारी व्यावसायिकाच्या (Hawkers) अन्न पदार्थासह, स्टॉलला लाथ मारणे चांगलेच महागात पडणार आहे. जगताप यांचा हा लाथ मारण्याचा व्हिडीओ सोशल मिडीयावर व्हायरल झाल्यानंतर शहरातील राजकीय पक्ष, पथारी व्यावसायिक संघटना, सामाजिक संघटनांनी आक्रमक भूमिका घेत जगताप यांचा पदभार काढून त्यांना निलंबित करण्याची मागणी केली आहे. दरम्यान, या प्रकरणाची गंभीर दखल घेत महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार (PMC commissioner Vikram Kumar) यांनीही घेतली असून या प्रकरणी जगताप यांना कारणे दाखवा नोटीस (Show cause Notice) बजाविण्यात आली आहे. त्यानंतर या घटनेबाबत त्यांच्याकडून खुलासा घेऊन त्यांच्यावर पुढील कारवाई केली जाणार असल्याचे महापालिकेचे आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार यांनी स्पष्ट केले. जुना video वायरल करण्यात आला 


माधव जगताप यांचा व्हायरल झालेला व्हीडीओ हा फर्ग्युसन रस्त्यावरील असून तो 5 एप्रिलचा आहे. या व्हिडीओमध्ये जगताप हे आपल्या सुरक्षा रक्षकासह हॉटेल चालकांशी वाद घालत असल्याचे दिसून असून काही वेळानंतर त्यांनी खाद्यपदार्थ ठेवलेल्या स्टॉलवर लाथ मारत हे पदार्थ उडवून लावले आहेत. तसेच दोन ते तीन वेळा लाथा मारून स्टॉल मागे ढकलला आहे. हा व्हीडीओ 16 मे रोजी व्हायरल झाला असून जगताप यांच्याकडून तो व्हायरल करू नये, म्हणून दबाव टाकण्यात आल्याने तो उशिरा बाहेर आल्याची चर्चा आहे. हा व्हीडीओ समोर आल्यानंतर, खासदार सुप्रिया सुळे यांच्यासह अनेक राजकीय पक्षांच्या नेत्यांनी सोशल मिडीयावर तो व्हायरल करत जगताप यांच्या कृतीचा निषेध केला आहे. त्यांना कायद्याने कारवाईचा अधिकार आहे. मात्र, अशा प्रकारे हिंसक होऊन लाथा मारण्याचा अधिकार कोणी दिला, असा सवाल करत कडक कारवाईची मागणी करण्यात येत आहे.  PMC Pune Transgender Employees |  Transgender persons are going to join the service of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) as contract employees.  Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune) intends to take a progressive step and bring transgenders into the mainstream with the aim of ensuring that all sections of the society get equal treatment under the Civil Rights Act.  On the proposal of the Security Department, Administrator and PMC Commissioner Vikram Kumar and Additional Municipal Commissioner (Estate) Kunal Khemnar approved the immediate hiring of 25 transgender persons through contractors and the rest on a phased basis.  is  This information was given by Deputy Commissioner Madhav Jagtap.  (PMC Pune Transgender Employees)

 Individuals will be appointed.  Currently working Sainik Security Pvt. Ltd.  And Eagle  Security Pvt. Ltd.  Salaries and government payments will be paid by this private company.
 The proposal for the said work was prepared and submitted by Madhav Jagtap (Deputy Commissioner Security Department).  Also, by creating a committee of charitable organizations working for the third-class in city, an awareness campaign will be implemented to maintain harmony and social affection between municipal staff officers and transgender workers.  In the future, it is resolved to bring people from the third class into the mainstream of the society and implement people-oriented activities for them and accordingly the action has been started.  The initiative of Pune Municipal Corporation is important in terms of providing justice to every section of the society.  Madhav Jagtap said on this occasion.  (PMC Pune news)

| सुरक्षा विभागाच्या प्रस्तावाला महापालिका आयुक्तांची मान्यता

PMC Pune Transgender Employees | पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या (Pune municipal corporation) सेवेत तृतीयपंथी व्यक्तींना (Transgender) कंत्राटी सेवक (Contract employee) म्हणून रुजू होणार आहेत.  पुणे महानगरपालिकेने (PMC Pune) एक पुरोगामी पाउल उचलण्याचा मानस असून समाजातील सर्वच वर्गाना नागरिक हक्क कायद्यानुसार समानतेची वागणूक मिळावी या उद्देशाने तृतीयपंथी व्यक्तींना मुख्य प्रवाहात आणणे कामी मनपाच्या मिळकतीचे संरक्षणार्थ प्रायोगिक तत्वावर २५ तृतीयपंथी व्यक्तींना कामावर घेतले जाणार आहे. या बाबतच्या सुरक्षा विभागाच्या प्रस्तावावर  प्रशासक तथा आयुक्त  विक्रम कुमार (PMC commissioner Vikram Kumar) व  अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त (इस्टेट)  कुणाल खेमनार (PMC Additional commissioner Dr Kunal Khemnar) यांनी २५ तृतीयपंथी व्यक्तींना तातडीने ठेकेदारामार्फत कामावर रुजू करून घेण्यास व उर्वरितांना टप्याटप्याने कामावर घेण्यास मान्यता दिली आहे. अशी माहिती उपायुक्त माधव जगताप (Deputy Commissioner Madhav Jagtap) यांनी दिली. पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या कमला नेहरू हॉस्पिटल, राजीव गांधी प्राणीसंग्रहालय, मनपा भवन तसेच अनधिकृत बांधकाम निर्मुलन व अतिक्रमण विभागाच्या कारवाई करिता सदरच्या तृतीयपंथी
व्यक्तींना नेमणूक दिली जाणार आहे. सध्या कार्यरत असलेल्या सैनिक सेक्युरिटी प्रा.लि. व इगल सेक्युरिटी प्रा.लि. या खाजगी कंपनी कडून वेतन तसेच सरकारी देय देणे दिली जाणार आहेत.
सदर कामाचा प्रस्ताव  माधव जगताप ( उप आयुक्त सुरक्षा विभाग) यांनी तयार करून सादर केला होता. तसेच याकामी शहरातील तृतीयपंथीय वर्गासाठी काम करण्याऱ्या सेवाभावी संस्थांचे कमिटी तयार करून मनपा कर्मचारी अधिकारी व तृतीयपंथी कामगार याच्यात सलोख्याचे व सामाजिक स्नेह राहावं यासाठी जनजागृती अभियान राबविले जाणार आहे. भविष्यात तृतीयपंथीय व्यक्तींना समाजाच्या मुख्य प्रवाहात आणून त्यांच्याकरिता लोकाभिमुख उपक्रम राबविण्याचा संकल्प असून त्यानुसार कार्यवाही सुरू करण्यात आलेली आहे. पुणे महानगरपालिकेचा उपक्रम समाजातील प्रत्येक घटकास न्याय देण्याच्या दृष्टीने महत्त्वाचा आहे. असे माधव जगताप यावेळी म्हणाले.
