Strong encroachment action of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) in Pashan area

 Pune – (The Karbhari Online) – Strong action was taken today on behalf of PMC Construction Development Department against unauthorized show rooms, furniture malls etc. on Pashan Mumbai Pune Highway.  About 3 lakh square feet of construction was demolished in this operation.
 Earlier, action was taken at this place.  After that, some shopkeepers filed a suit in May High Court and obtained a stay order.  But on February 23, the court lifted the stay order.  After this, local settlement was obtained and action was taken today.  After the stay order, 6 shopkeepers may.  Went to Supreme Court.  As there is a possibility of getting a stay order today, the action was started early in the morning.
 Action was taken against 5 out of 6 shopkeepers earlier.  Action was first taken against the shopkeeper who was not prosecuted.  In May Supreme Court gave a stay order regarding 6 shopkeepers.  By then action had been taken.  Today, action was taken against 20 shops and about 3 lakh square feet of construction was demolished.
 The said construction falls under the restricted area of ​​the Defense Department, HEMRL.  Due to this furniture mall, there was traffic stress on the highway.  Complaints were made from HEMRL regarding this.  In the next week, action will be taken on the shops on the opposite side.  Action will be taken after getting the local arrangement of Chatushringi Police Station.  Deputy Engineer Sunil Kadam said that action will also be taken on the farm house at Kirti Garden.
 On this occasion jwa cutter machine, two jcb, gas cutter, breaker, 15 bugari and police personnel participated.
 Hinjewadi Police Station Chief Senior Police Inspector and other staff were also present.

Pune – (The Karbhari Online) – पाषाण मुंबई पुणे महामार्ग वरील विनापरवाना शो रूम, फर्निचर मॉल इ वर बांधकाम विकास विभागाचे वतीने आज पुन्हा जोरदार कारवाई करण्यात आली. या कारवाईत सुमारे 3 लाख चौरस फुट बांधकाम पाडण्यात आले.

यापूर्वी या ठिकाणी कारवाई करण्यात आली होती. त्या नंतर काही दुकानदारांनी मे उच्च न्यायालयात दावा दाखल करून स्थगिती आदेश मिळवले होते. मात्र 23 फेब्रुवारी रोजी न्यायालयाने स्थगिती आदेश उठवले . या नंतर स्थानिक बंदोबस्त मिळवून आज कारवाई करण्यात आली. स्थगिती आदेश नंतर 6 दुकानदार मे. सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात गेले होते. त्या मध्ये आज स्थगिती आदेश मिळण्याची शक्यता असल्याने सकाळी लवकर कारवाई सुरू करण्यात आली.

6 पैकी 5 दुकानदारांवर या पूर्वी कारवाई करण्यात आली होती. ज्या दुकानदारावर कारवाई झाली नव्हती त्याचेवर प्रथम कारवाई करण्यात आली. 6 दुकानदारां बाबत मे सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने स्थगिती आदेश दिले. तोपर्यंत कारवाई झाली होती. आज 20 दुकानावर कारवाई करून सुमारे 3 लाख चौरस फूट बांधकाम पाडण्यात आले.

सदर बांधकाम हे HEMRL या संरक्षण विभागाच्या प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्रात येत आहे. या फर्निचर मॉल मुळे highway वर वाहतुकीचा ताण येत होता. या बाबत HEMRL कडून तक्रारी करण्यात आल्या होत्या. पुढील आठवडय़ात समोरील बाजू कडील दुकानांवर कारवाई करण्यात येणार आहे. चतुःशृंगी पोलीस ठाणे चा स्थानिक बंदोबस्त प्राप्त करून कारवाई करण्यात येईल. तसेच कीर्ती गार्डन येथील फार्म हाऊस वरही कारवाई करण्यात येणार आहे असे उप अभियंता सुनील कदम यांनी सांगितले.

यावेळी jwa कटर मशीन, दोन jcb, गॅस कटर, ब्रेकर, 15 बिगारी व पोलीस कर्मचारी यांनी सहभाग घेतला.

हिंजवडी पोलीस स्टेशन चीफ वरिष्ठ पोलीस निरीक्षक व ईतर कर्मचारी सुद्धा उपस्थित होते.

 PMC Chief Security Officer |  PMC Deputy Commissioner Pratibha Patil has been given the charge of PMC Chief Security Officer of Pune Municipal Corporation’s Security Department.  Patil will have this additional charge.  The Municipal Additional Commissioner has recently issued orders in this regard.  (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)
 The additional charge of the post of Chief Security Officer was earlier given to Deputy Commissioner Madhav Jagtap (PMC).  Madhav Jagtap has the basic responsibility of Encroachment and Unauthorized Construction Eradication Department.  Recently, Jagtap has been given additional charge of taxation and tax collection department.  Because Ajit Deshmukh has been transferred by the government.  Therefore, now the responsibility of the post of Chief Security Officer has been entrusted to Deputy Commissioner Pratibha Patil by the administration.  Patil currently has the responsibility of Land Acquisition and Management Department.

PMC Chief Security Officer | पुणे महापालिकेच्या सुरक्षा विभागाच्या (PMC Security Department) मुख्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी (PMC Chief Security Officer) पदाची जबाबदारी उपायुक्त प्रतिभा पाटील (PMC Deputy Commissioner Pratibha Patil) यांच्याकडे देण्यात आली आहे. पाटील यांच्याकडे हा अतिरिक्त पदभार असणार आहे. महापालिका अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांनी नुकतेच याबाबतचे आदेश जारी केले आहेत. मुख्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी पदाचा अतिरिक्त पदभार या आधी उपायुक्त माधव जगताप (Madhav Jagtap PMC) यांच्याकडे सोपवण्यात आला होता. माधव जगताप यांच्याकडे मूळ जबाबदारी ही अतिक्रमण आणि अनधिकृत बांधकाम निर्मूलन विभागाची आहे. नुकताच जगताप यांच्याकडे कर आकारणी व कर संकलन विभागाचा अतिरिक्त पदभार देण्यात आला आहे. कारण अजित देशमुख यांची सरकारकडून बदली करण्यात आली आहे. त्यामुळे आता मुख्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी पदाची जबाबदारी प्रशासनाकडून उपायुक्त प्रतिभा पाटील यांच्याकडे सोपवण्यात आली आहे. पाटील यांच्याकडे सद्यस्थितीत भूसंपादन व व्यवस्थापन विभागाची जबाबदारी आहे.

 PMC Illegal Construction Action |  The construction control department of Pune Municipal Corporation finally took action on Wednesday against the unauthorized building coming up in Hill top hill slope bibvewadi area.  29 unauthorized establishments were demolished with the help of one jaw cutter, four JCBs, four gas cutters, one municipal manpower group, two police groups.  Also, this action has been taken in the area within the limits of Bibvewadi police station on the east side of Ai Mata Mandir to Shatrunjaya Mandir road.  (Pune Municipal Corporation latest news)
 Many businessmen have made unauthorized constructions of godowns, shops, showrooms etc. on the Ghatmat in Bibvewadi without taking the permission of the Municipal Corporation.  The administration has issued repeated notices to the concerned builders.  But it is being ignored.  Due to this, the administration has undertaken an action campaign in the area.  (Pune pmc news)
 Many concrete constructions have been done in the Dongarmatha area of ​​Bibvewadi.  Also, letter sheds and godowns have been set up.  Action has been initiated against these unauthorized constructions.

PMC Illegal Construction Action | बिबवेवाडी परिसरातील हिल टॉप हिल स्लोप (Hill top hill slope bibvewadi) मध्ये येणाऱ्या अनधिकृत इमारतीवर पुणे महापालिकेच्या बांधकाम नियंत्रण विभागाने अखेर बुधवार  रोजी कारवाई केली. एक जॉ कटर, चार जेसीबी, चार गॅस कटर, महापालिका मनुष्यबळगट एक, दोन पोलीस गट यांच्या साहाय्याने २९ अनधिकृत आस्थापना पाडण्यात आल्या. तसेच आई माता मंदिरा ते शत्रुंजय मंदिर रस्त्यावर पूर्व बाजू कडील बिबवेवाडी पोलीस चौकीच्या हद्दीतील भागात ही कारवाई करण्यात आलेली आहे. महापालिकेची परवानगी न घेता बिबवेवाडीतील घाटमाथ्यावर अनेक व्यावसायिकांनी गोडाऊन, दुकाने, शोरूम आदींची अनधिकृत बांधकामे केली आहेत. संबंधित बांधकामधारकांना प्रशासनाने वारंवार नोटिसा दिलेल्या आहेत. मात्र त्याकडे दुर्लक्ष केले जात आहे. यामुळे प्रशासनाने परिसरात कारवाईची मोहीम हाती घेतली आहे. बिबवेवाडी येथील डोंगरमाथा परिसरात अनेक पक्की बांधकामे करण्यात आली आहेत. तसेच पत्राशेड, गोडाऊन उभारलेले आहेत. या अनधिकृत बांधकामांवर कारवाई सुरू करण्यात आली आहे.

शहर अभियंता प्रशांत वाघमारे (City engineer prashant wagmare), मुख्य अभियंता युवराज देशमुख (Chief engineer yuvraj deshmukh) यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली कारवाई करण्यात आली. तसेच या प्रसंगी कार्यकारी अभियंता प्रकाश पवार, उपअभियंता शैलेंद्र काथवटे, शाखा अभियंता उमेश सिद्रुक, वंदना गवारी कनिष्ठ अभियंता, पियुष दिघे, ट्युलिप इंजिनीयर प्रथमेश देशपांडे, परीक्षित डोंगरे, जय ससाने या पथकाने सदर कारवाई योग्यरित्या पार पाडली.
