PMC Pune Property tax | Radio advertising will be done through the medium of FM radio to inform the citizens about the various property tax schemes implemented by the Pune Municipal Corporation and also about the concessions in the property tax bills. 35 lakhs will be spent for this. For this, the work will be done as per the requirements of the department as per section 5(2) (2) without calling for tender. According to the proposal of the administration, all the property holders in Pune city should pay the arrears of their income and the amount of penalty (rate) to Manapa. Radio City 91.1, Big FM Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd. Red FM 95, South Asia FM Ltd. Red FM 93.5, Prasar Bharati All India Radio, Next Radio Ltd. Radio One 94.3 operates these companies. The work is done from the radio company as per the requirement of the account and according to the plan after getting the rates from various radio companies. Radio is the best medium to reach the citizens and to reach the common citizens through advertisements without repeated approval, the work is done from the date of the mandate till the payment of the bill as per the mandate given from time to time for the next one year. According to the rates given by various 7 radio companies for the financial year 2022-2023, about 37 lakhs have been spent for 20 seconds, 30 seconds various spots (eg 4, 6, or 8 times a day).
