Pune Municipal Corporation will take 100 security guards from the State Security Corporation!

A proposal in this regard has been prepared by the Security Department and it has been sent to the General Administration Department. The process will be started soon. Sources of the Municipal Corporation gave this information. Last year also, the municipal corporation hired 100 security guards.

A large number of unauthorized constructions are taking place in the city of Pune and it is necessary to evict them.
At the same time, encroachments on the footpath are increasing and it is necessary to remove them as per the traffic planning. Pune Municipal Corporation is an “A” class municipal corporation and is included in the Smart City. Also, as 11 villages and 23 new villages have been included in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune) earlier, the area of ​​Pune Municipal Corporation has increased. Similarly, there are large number of water tanks in the city. They need to be protected. So these new security guards will be provided at this place. Also, these security guards will be deployed in Municipal Parks, Rajiv Gandhi E-Learning School, Rajiv Gandhi Zoo. A proposal in this regard has been prepared by the Security Department and it has been placed with the General Administration Department for approval.

Candidates who are on the waiting list in the police recruitment process of the state government are given an opportunity to work as security guards. These candidates are recruited by the State Security Corporation on contract basis.

Pune Municipal Corporation Security Guard – (The Karbhari News Service) – पुणे महापालिकेच्या वतीने राज्य सुरक्षा महामंडळाकडून 100 सुरक्षा रक्षक घेण्यात येणार आहेत. याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव सुरक्षा विभागाने तयार केला असून तो सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाकडे पाठवण्यात आला आहे. लवकरच याबाबतची प्रक्रिया सुरु केली जाणार आहे. अशी माहिती महापालिकेच्या सूत्रांनी दिली. मागील वर्षी देखील महापालिकेने 100 सुरक्षा रक्षक घेतले होते.
पुणे शहरामध्ये मोठ्या प्रमाणात अनधिकृत बांधकामे होत असून ती निष्कासित करणे आवश्यक आहे. त्याचबरोबर रस्ता पदपथावर (Footpath) अतिक्रमणे वाढत असून वाहतूक नियोजनाच्या अनुषंगाने ती काढणे आवश्यक आहे. पुणे महानगरपालिका (Pune Municipal Corporation) ही “अ” वर्ग दर्जा प्राप्त झालेली महानगरपालिका असून स्मार्ट सिटी शहरामध्ये समावेश झालेला आहे. तसेच पुणे महानगरपालिकेत (PMC Pune) यापूर्वी ११ व नवीन २३ गावांचा समावेश झाला असलेने पुणे महानगरपालिकेचे क्षेत्रफळ वाढले आहे. त्यामुळे अतिक्रमण कारवाई करण्यासाठी मागील वर्षी महामंडळाकडून 100 सुरक्षा रक्षक घेतले होते. त्याचप्रमाणे शहरात पाण्याच्या टाक्या मोठ्या प्रमाणात आहेत. त्यांची सुरक्षा करणे आवश्यक आहे. त्यामुळे या ठिकाणी हे नवीन सुरक्षा रक्षक देण्यात येतील. तसेच महापालिकेची उद्याने, राजीव गांधी ई लर्निंग स्कुल, राजीव गांधी प्राणिसंग्रहालय या ठिकाणी देखील हे सुरक्षा रक्षक तैनात करण्यात येतील. याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव सुरक्षा विभागाने तयार केला असून तो सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाकडे मान्यतेसाठी ठेवण्यात आला आहे.
राज्य सरकारच्या पोलीस भरती प्रक्रियेत प्रतीक्षा यादीवर असणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना सुरक्षा रक्षक म्हणून काम करण्याची संधी दिली जाते. राज्य सुरक्षा महामंडळाकडून हे उमेदवार ठेका पद्धतीने घेतले जातात.

 Disaster management training for 2250 security guards in Pune Municipal Corporation!

 PMC Security Department |  Disaster Management |  Training and demonstration has been organized for the employees of PMC Security Department through PMC Fire Department and Disaster Management Cell of Pune Municipal Corporation.  A total of 2250 personnel including 1562 private security guards, security guards from Education Board and permanent security guards from Security Department were trained for this programme.  This information was given by security officer Rakesh Vitkar (Rakesh Vitkar PMC).  (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)
 This training has been organized to provide information about disaster to the security guards of Pune Municipal Corporation.  This training will be conducted from January 29 to February 20.  60 employees are trained every day from 10 am to 5 pm in the old GB Hall of the Municipal Corporation.  Officials from fire brigade, disaster management force as well as officers from Yashda are involved in imparting this training.  At the same time, the security personnel are also being made aware of their rights and duties on behalf of security officer Rakesh Vitkar.  (Pune PMC News)

PMC Security Guard | सुरक्षा रक्षकांच्या वेतनाबाबत महापालिका अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांनी ठरवून दिली नियमावली

PMC Security Guard | पुणे महापालिकेच्या सुरक्षा विभागामार्फत (PMC Security Department) पुरविण्यात येणाऱ्या बहुउद्देशीय कामगारांचे वेतन (Salary) विहित वेळेत होत नसल्याच्या तक्रारी प्राप्त होत आहेत.  बहुउद्देशीय कामगारांची हजेरी संबंधित खात्यांकडून विहित वेळेत प्राप्त होत नसल्याने कामगारांना महिनेमहा १० तारखेच्या आंत वेतन आदा करणे अडचणी होत असल्याची बाब निदर्शनास आली आहे. त्यामुळे अतिरिक्त आयुक्त डॉ कुणाल खेमणार (IAS Dr Kunal Khemnar) यांनी नियमावली ठरवून दिली आहे. अशी आहे नियमावली

१. सर्व संबंधित खात्यांकडून महिनेमहाची हजेरी २५ तारीख गृहित धरून संभाव्य हजेरी संबंधित खात्याचे पर्यवेक्षकीय अधिकारी/ विभागप्रमुख यांच्या स्वाक्षरीने देण्यात यावी. सदर हजेरी महिनेमहा महिन्याच्या ३० तारखेपर्यंत ठेकेदारास देण्याची तजवीज करावी.
२. ठेकेदाराने त्यांच्याकडील कंत्राटी कामगारांचे वेतन पुढील महिन्याच्या ५ तारखेपर्यंत आदा करण्याची
दक्षता घ्यावी.
३. संभाव्य हजेरीमध्ये कामगार गैरहजर राहिल्यास सदर गैरहजेरीचे वेतन त्याचे पुढील वेतनातून वसूल करण्याची कारवाई करण्यात करावी.
संबंधित खात्यांकडून विहित वेळेत हजेरी न मिळाल्यामुळे बहुउद्देशीय कामगारांचे वेतन करण्यामध्ये विलंब झाल्यास त्याची सर्वस्वी जबाबदारी संबंधित खातेप्रमुखांची राहील. असे अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांनी आपल्या आदेशात म्हटले आहे. (Pune Municipal Corporation News)
