On one hand, the city has given the highest number of construction permits in the last year. Also, since there is less water in the dams that supply water to the city, the city is facing a crisis of water shortage, so the municipal corporation had appealed to use water from Sewage Treatment Project (STP) for construction.

However, this appeal is getting little response from construction professionals. Therefore, if the treated water is not used for construction, the construction will have to be stopped, said Municipal Commissioner Dr. Rajendra Bhosle has given to builders.

The Khadakwasla dam chain, which supplies water to the city, has three TMC less water than last year. This water is sufficient for the city for two months. In addition, in the past few years, the city has been receiving good rainfall from July instead of June. Therefore, if the water storage in the dam reaches the bottom, there is a fear of water crisis in the city. On the other hand, as the demand for water in the city has increased to a great extent, the planning of the municipality has collapsed. Water is being supplied by tankers to 34 villages as well as in many areas in the city.

On the other hand, since the water storage in the dams is less, the irrigation department is also demanding to save water. For this, although efforts are being made by the municipality to prevent large-scale leakage in the city, on the other hand, it has come to light that drinking water is being used for construction purposes.

Municipal commissioner held a review meeting of water supply department for water planning. At that time, the construction professionals disliked the STP water and it has come to light that only 80 tankers are being demanded.

Therefore, the Municipal Corporation is going to conduct an inspection in the city to find out where the water supply for the constructions is actually coming from. Commissioner explained that if drinking water is used for construction even after appealing as per the provisions of the law, action will be taken to stop the construction along with punitive action.

In March last year, the Pune municipal corporation had forced the builders to use STP water for construction. It received a good response in the months of April and May last year, so the demand for water went up to around 80 to 85 tankers per day. However, as soon as the monsoon started, this demand decreased. Now, 80 tankers of water are going every month.

Meanwhile, builders had complained that STP water was not suitable for construction. As a solution, the municipality decided to test this water in a laboratory. However, it is said that this situation has arisen as nothing has happened in the dispute as to which department should do this inspection.

PMC Deputy Commissioner Transfer – (The Karbhari News Service) – राज्य शासनाकडून पुणे महापालिकेतील चार उपायुक्तांच्या बदल्या करण्यात आल्या आहेत. यामध्ये उपायुक्त चेतना केरुरे, आशा राऊत आणि संतोष वारुळे, प्रसाद काटकर यांचा समावेश होता. मागील गुरुवारी म्हणजे 21 मार्च हे आदेश आले होते. मात्र तरीही हे अधिकारी पालिकेत होते. अखेर महापालिका आयुक्त डॉ राजेंद्र भोसले यांनी या चौघांना कार्यमुक्त केले आहे. लोकसभा निवडणूक 2024 च्या पार्श्वभूमीवर निवडणूक आयोगाने महापालिका मधील आयुक्त आणि उपायुक्तांच्या बदल्यांचा धडाका लावला आहे. नुकतेच पुणे महापालिकेतील आयुक्त आणि अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांच्या बदल्या करण्यात आल्या. उपायुक्तांच्या देखील बदल्या करण्यात आल्या होत्या. त्यानंतर अजून काही उपायुक्तांच्या बदल्या करण्यात आल्या आहेत.
 मागील आठवड्यात सरकारने चार उपायुक्तांच्या बदल्या केल्या आहेत. यातील तीन अधिकारी हे महापालिकेत प्रतिनियुक्तीने आले होते. यामध्ये उपायुक्त चेतना केरुरे, आशा राऊत, प्रसाद काटकर आणि संतोष वारुळे यांचा समावेश आहे. दरम्यान या अधिकाऱ्यांच्या बदल्या करण्यात आल्या; मात्र त्यांची अजून पदस्थापना केलेली नव्हती.  याबाबत स्वतंत्रपणे आदेश जारी केले जाणार आहेत. असे सरकार कडून सांगण्यात आले होते.
सरकारने आदेशात असे म्हटले होते कि अधिकाऱ्यांनी तात्काळ कार्यमुक्त व्हावे, मात्र कालपर्यंत हे अधिकारी महापालिकेत काम करत होते. अखेर महापालिका आयुक्तांनी या चौघांना काल दुपारी कार्यमुक्त केले आहे. दरम्यान आता रिक्त झालेल्या पदांवर कुणाची नेमणूक केली जाणार, याबाबत उत्सुकता लागून राहिली आहे.

महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम कलम ६० (अ) मधील  तरतुदीनुसार महापालिकेतील सर्व विभागांनी त्यांच्या विभागाची माहिती प्रसिध्द करुन सदर माहिती दर तीन महिन्यांनी अद्ययावत करणे बंधनकारक आहे. ही  माहिती सर्व विभागांनी त्यांच्या कार्यालयाच्या सूचनाफलकावर व महापालिकेच्या संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिध्द करणे आवश्यक आहे. तसेच याबाबत
यापुर्वी देखील वेळोवेळी कार्यालय परिपत्रक प्रसृत करुन पुर्तता करणेबाबत, अवगत करण्यात आले होते. तथापि काही विभागांनी महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम कलम ६० (अ) अंतर्गत प्रसिध्द केलेली माहिती अद्यापही अद्ययावत केली नसल्याचे दिसून येत आहे. याबाबत महापालिका आयुक्त डॉ राजेंद्र भोसले यांनी नुकताच आढावा घेतला. आयुक्तांनी सूचित केले कि ही माहिती वेळच्या वेळी अपडेट केली जावी. त्यानुसार विभाग कामाला लागले आहेत. नाले सफाईचा कामाचा आयुक्तांनी घेतला आढावा

दरम्यान महापालिका आयुक्त डॉ राजेंद्र भोसले यांनी नाले सफाईच्या कामाचा आढावा घेतला. 15 मे पर्यंत सर्व कामे पूर्ण करण्यास सांगितले आहे. पावसाळ्यात पूर स्थिती उद्भवू नये म्हणून, आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन च्या कामाचा देखील आयुक्तांनी आढावा घेऊन यंत्रणा सज्ज ठेवण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत.

PMC Engineering Cadre – (The Karbhari News Service) – पुणे महापालिका (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) अभियंता संवर्गातील 6 उप अभियंत्याना (वर्ग 2) कार्यकारी अभियंता (वर्ग 1) या पदावर पदोन्नती (Engineer Promotion) देण्यात आली आहे. महापालिका प्रशासनाकडून पदस्थापना करण्यात आली असून त्यांना   नेमणुका देखील देण्यात आल्या आहेत. महापालिका आयुक्तांनी याबाबतचे आदेश जारी केले आहेत. कार्यकारी अभियंता पदी पदोन्नती झालेल्या अधिकाऱ्यांमध्ये एकनाथ गाडेकर, हेमंत मोरे, दिलीप पावरा, अनिल सोनवणे, विलास नवाळी आणि कन्हैयालाल लखानी यांचा समावेश आहे.
एकनाथ गाडेकर हे बांधकाम विभागात होते. त्यांना पाणीपुरवठा विभागात पदोन्नती देण्यात आली आहे. हेमंत मोरे हे बांधकाम विभागात होते. त्यांना पाणीपुरवठा विभागात पदोन्नती देण्यात आली आहे. परिमंडळ 4 ला असणाऱ्या दिलीप पावरा यांना पथ विभागात पदोन्नती देण्यात आली आहे. अनिल सोनवणे हे बांधकाम विभागात होते. त्यांना पथ विभागात पदोन्नती देण्यात आली आहे. प्रकल्प कार्यालय 2 मध्ये असणाऱ्या विलास नवाळी यांना बांधकाम विभागात पदोन्नती देण्यात आली आहे. तर जिल्हा नियोजन व विकास समितीत काम करणाऱ्या कन्हैयालाल लखानी यांना बांधकाम विभागात पदोन्नती देण्यात आली आहे.

Dhayari Narhe Road | Pune | Three main roads in Dhairi and Narhe areas will be developed by the Municipal Road Department (PMC Road Department). Municipal Additional Commissioner Vikas Dhakane assured that no matter what happens, we will complete this road to develop the area. 90% seats are occupied by us. Roads are not developed in Dhairi and Narhe areas. Hence traffic congestion is observed in these suburbs. As a result citizens have to suffer. Therefore, the municipal administration has decided to develop the roads in this area. It consists of 3 roads. (Pune PMC News)

One of these roads will be Lokmat Office to Savitri Garden road. This DP road of 30 meters width is going to be made. Its length is about 1200 meters. The main canal and baby canal bridge will also have to be constructed to make this road.

Meanwhile, some political leaders and citizens of the area had raised the question whether the places which are hindering the road development are under the control of the municipal corporation. When Municipal Additional Commissioner Vikas Dhakne was asked about this, he said that we have held a total of 6 meetings with the land owners in the concerned area. How important this road is for the development of the area and to solve the traffic problem of the people here. We have convinced them. Accordingly, the owners of the place had demanded a joint calculation. We have completed that calculation.

After confirmation, 90% of the land owners are ready to give land. Accordingly, we have started the process of possession. Also we are going to forcibly occupy the place from the remaining 10% people. Because this road is important to provide convenience to the people and for the development of the area. Accordingly, we are going to complete this road within the scheduled time i.e. by 30th July.

यातील एक रस्ता लोकमत कार्यालय ते सावित्री गार्डन रस्ता हा असणार आहे. 30 मीटर रुंदीचा हा डीपी रस्ता केला जाणार आहे. याची लांबी सुमारे 1200 मीटर आहे. हा रस्ता करण्यासाठी मुख्य कॅनॉल आणि बेबी कॅनॉल पुलाचे देखील काम करावे लागणार आहे.
दरम्यान रस्ता विकसनात बाधा ठरणाऱ्या जागा महापालिकेच्या ताब्यात आहेत का, असा प्रश्न काही राजकीय नेते आणि परिसरातील नागरिकांनी उपस्थित केला होता. याबाबत महापालिका अतिरिक्त आयुक्त विकास ढाकणे यांना विचारले असता त्यांनी सांगितले कि संबंधित परिसरातील जागा मालकासोबत आम्ही एकूण 6 वेळा बैठका घेतल्या आहेत. परिसराच्या विकासासाठी आणि इथल्या लोकांची वाहतुकीची समस्या सोडवण्यासाठी हा रस्ता करणे किती महत्वाचा आहे. हे आम्ही त्यांना पटवून दिले आहे. त्यानुसार जागा मालकांनी संयुक्त मोजणी करून देण्याची मागणी केली होती. ती मोजणी आम्ही पूर्ण केली आहे.
 खात्री झाल्यावर त्यातील 90% जागामालक जागा देण्यास तयार झाले आहेत. त्यानुसार आम्ही ताबा घेण्याची प्रक्रिया सुरु केली आहे. शिवाय बाकी जे 10% लोक आहेत त्यांच्याकडून आम्ही जबरदस्तीने जागा ताब्यात घेणार आहोत. कारण लोकांना सुविधा देण्यासाठी आणि परिसराचा विकास होण्यासाठी हा रस्ता होणं महत्वाचा आहे. त्यानुसार नियोजित वेळेत म्हणजे 30 जुलै पर्यंत आम्ही हा रस्ता पूर्ण करणारच आहोत.

 According to the information of Additional Commissioner Vikas Dhakne, the road from Dhaireshwar temple to Ram temple will be developed.  The existing road is 8 meters wide.  It will be made 15 meters.  Its length is 700 meters.
 The second road will be Lokmat Office to Savitri Garden road.  This DP road of 30 meters width is going to be made.  Its length is about 1200 meters.  The main canal and baby canal bridge will also have to be constructed to make this road.
 The third road to be developed will be between Bhumkar Chowk Narhe to Pari Company dhayari.  This road is the main traffic road from Dhayari  to Narhe to Ambegaon.  This road is 1 km long and this road is going to be made 18 meters wide.  At present it is a road of 8-9 meters.  This road was made of concrete.  Now it has deteriorated.  So it will be developed.

* अतिरिक्त आयुक्त विकास ढाकणे यांच्या माहितीनुसार धायरेश्वर मंदिर ते राम मंदिर रस्ता विकसित केला जाणार आहे. अस्तित्वात हा रस्ता 8 मीटर रुंदीचा आहे. तो 15 मीटरचा केला जाणार आहे. याची लांबी ही 700 मीटर आहे.
* दुसरा रस्ता हा लोकमत कार्यालय ते सावित्री गार्डन रस्ता हा असणार आहे. 30 मीटर रुंदीचा हा डीपी रस्ता केला जाणार आहे. याची लांबी सुमारे 1200 मीटर आहे. हा रस्ता करण्यासाठी मुख्य कॅनॉल आणि बेबी कॅनॉल पुलाचे देखील काम करावे लागणार आहे.
* तिसरा विकसित होणारा रस्ता हा भूमकर चौक नऱ्हे ते पारी कंपनी धायरी या दरम्यान चा असेल. हा रस्ता धायरी ते नऱ्हे ते आंबेगाव चा वाहतुकीचा मुख्य रस्ता आहे. 1 किमी लांबीचा हा रस्ता असून हा रस्ता 18 मीटर रुंद केला जाणार आहे. सद्यस्थितीत हा 8-9 मीटरचा रस्ता आहे. हा काँक्रीटचा रस्ता करण्यात आला होता. आता त्याची दुरावस्था झाली आहे. त्यामुळे याचा विकास केला जाणार आहे.

 On behalf of the Government of Maharashtra, the State Commission for Backward Classes has been given the task of checking the backwardness of the Maratha community.  Accordingly, a survey of Maratha community and open category will be conducted in all rural and urban areas of the state.  This work is also going to be done in Pune city.  This survey will be done by going door to door in the future.  For this, the state government is requesting information from the municipal corporation.  This work will be done in a short period of time.  More employees are required for this.  1 thousand 5 employees from various departments have been appointed as enumerators by the administration.  Meanwhile this work will be mandatory for the employees.  The information of these employees has been sent to the government.  (Pune Municipal Corporation News)
 Meanwhile, some of the servants in this list are deceased and some of the servants are retired.  Despite this, one wonders how the order was given to these servants.  In fact, it is necessary to update this list and send it.  But the indifference of the administration has been seen here.  When asked about this from the PMC General Administration Department, they were told that we get the list from the PMC Information and Technology Department.  Orders are placed accordingly.  Also since there are so many names we cannot check every name.  Also 1% error is assumed in such lists.  When the PMC information and technology department was asked for information, it was said that if the general administration department comes to update the information of the servants, we will make the change immediately.  We gave the last list on 6th December.  The list contained the information of the servants till the end of October.
 This means that two months old list was sent to the government.  If the administration had taken it to heart, they could have given the updated information of the servants by the end of December or up to January 10.  But it didn’t happen.  That is why even dead servants have lost their order.  Who will be held responsible for this?

PMC Ranking | PMC Pune Health Schemes | Central and State governments health schemes are implemented on behalf of the Pune Municipal Corporation to provide benefits to the people of Pune. The implementation of this scheme has been started from the year 2006-2007. From then till 2022, the ranking of Pune Municipal Corporation was always below (Low Ranking) in the state. This ranking used to be in the last 5. But in the year 2022, due to the initiative implemented by the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune) and the efforts of Assistant Health Officer Dr. Vaishali Jadhav, this ranking improved and came to the 4th position. After that, in 2023, this ranking has improved to the 3rd position. The state government has also appreciated the Pune Municipal Corporation in this regard. On behalf of Pune Municipal Corporation (Pune Municipal Corporation), central and state government health schemes are implemented. It includes various health related programs. In 2023, the municipality is in the top 5 and the ranking is at the third position. The first place is Navi Mumbai, the second is Kolhapur and the third place is the city of Pune.

In this regard, Assistant Health Officer Dr. Vaishali Jadhav said that we have put in a lot of effort in conveying this scheme to the people and giving them the benefits. Vacancies were filled in this. Appointed Asha Worker. Operation theaters and maternity wards were started. Male sterilization programs were implemented to create awareness about family planning.
