7th Pay Commission Latest News – (The Karbhari news Service) –  केंद्रीय कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी मार्च महिना खूप चांगला होता.  केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने महागाई भत्त्यात (DA Hike) ४ टक्के वाढ मंजूर केली आहे.  महागाई भत्ता 50 टक्क्यांपर्यंत वाढला आहे.  एचआरएमध्येही (HRA Hike) वाढ झाली.  पण, केंद्रीय कर्मचाऱ्यांचा आनंद इथेच थांबला नाही.  महागाई भत्ता आणि एचआरए व्यतिरिक्त, असे 9 भत्ते आहेत, ज्याचा लाभ केंद्रीय कर्मचाऱ्यांना दिला जात आहे.  हे भत्तेही वाढले आहेत. त्यामुळे कर्मचारी मालामाल झाले आहेत.  50 टक्के महागाई भत्त्याचा लाभ

 महागाई भत्त्यात (DA) वाढ इतर भत्त्यांमध्येही वाढली आहे.  महागाई भत्ता 4 टक्क्यांनी वाढवून 50 टक्के आणि एचआरएमध्ये 3,2,1 टक्क्यांनी वाढ करण्यात आली आहे.  याशिवाय प्रवास भत्ता (टीए) देखील वाढला आहे.  या सर्व भत्त्यांचा लाभ ३१ मार्चपासून मिळणार आहे.

 कोणते भत्ते वाढले?

 केंद्रीय कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या महागाई भत्त्यासह 9 भत्त्यांमध्ये मोठी वाढ करण्यात आली आहे.
 – घरभाडे भत्ता (HRA)
 – मुलांचा शिक्षण भत्ता (CAA)
 – बालसंगोपन विशेष भत्ता
 – वसतिगृह अनुदान
 – हस्तांतरणावर TA (वैयक्तिक प्रभावांची वाहतूक)
 – उपदान मर्यादा (Gratuity)
 – ड्रेस भत्ता
 – स्वतःच्या वाहतुकीसाठी मायलेज भत्ता
 – दैनिक भत्ता

 आता महागाई भत्त्याचे गणित बदलणार का?

 2016 मध्ये 7 वा वेतन आयोग लागू करताना सरकारने महागाई भत्ता शून्यावर आणला होता.  नियमानुसार, महागाई भत्ता ५० टक्क्यांपर्यंत पोहोचताच तो शून्यावर आणला जाईल आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांना ५० टक्के भत्ता म्हणून मिळणारे पैसे मूळ वेतनात म्हणजेच किमान वेतनात विलीन केले जातील.  समजा एखाद्या कर्मचाऱ्याचा मूळ पगार 18000 रुपये असेल तर त्याला 9000 रुपयांच्या 50 टक्के DA मिळेल.  पण, एकदा डीए ५० टक्के झाला की तो मूळ पगारात जोडला जाईल आणि महागाई भत्ता पुन्हा शून्यावर येईल.  याचा अर्थ मूळ वेतन 27,000 रुपये केले जाईल.  मात्र, यासाठी सरकारला फिटमेंटमध्येही बदल करावे लागतील.

 महागाई भत्ता शून्य कधी होणार?

 तज्ज्ञांच्या मते, नवीन महागाई भत्ता जुलैमध्ये मोजला जाईल.  कारण, सरकार वर्षातून दोनदाच महागाई भत्ता वाढवते.  जानेवारीची मंजुरी मार्चमध्ये देण्यात आली आहे.  आता पुढील सुधारणा जुलै 2024 पासून लागू होणार आहे.  अशा परिस्थितीत, महागाई भत्ता केवळ विलीन केला जाईल आणि तो शून्यातून मोजला जाईल.  म्हणजे, AICPI निर्देशांक जानेवारी ते जून 2024 मधील महागाई भत्ता 3 टक्के, 4 टक्के किंवा अधिक असेल हे ठरवेल.  ही परिस्थिती दूर होताच कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या मूळ वेतनात ५० टक्के महागाई भत्ता जोडला जाईल.

7th Pay Commission latest news today: Central employees have already received Holi (Holi 2024) gift. The central government had increased their dearness allowance (DA Hike) by 50 percent. It was implemented from January 1, 2024. Now at the end of March, it will be paid along with the arrears. But, what next? Further calculation has now started. One number has come, another is going to come. New numbers of AICPI index will come on the evening of 28 March. Because, March 29 is Good Friday and then Saturday-Sunday, so the Labor Bureau will release it on March 28 itself. In this, employees will get another new good news. The score of dearness allowance will increase beyond 50 percent. But, how much? Because, if there is 50 percent dearness allowance (DA), then a rule was made to make it zero.  So when will it happen?
Calculation will start from zero
The mathematics of dearness allowance (DA) of central employees is going to change in the year 2024. Actually, the picture of dearness allowance to be implemented from January 1 has become clear. Employees are to get 50 percent DA. From January 2024, central employees will get 50 percent dearness allowance. The rule says that after getting 50 percent dearness allowance, it will be merged in the basic salary and its calculation will start from zero. But, the government has not given any clarification on this yet. Meaning, the calculation of dearness allowance will go beyond 50 percent only. But, when will it be made zero?
New dearness allowance will be implemented from July 1, 2024
The government had made the dearness allowance zero while implementing the 7th Pay Commission in the year 2016.  According to the rules, as soon as the dearness allowance reaches 50 percent, it will be made zero and the money that the employees are getting as allowance according to 50 percent will be added to the basic salary i.e. minimum salary (da merger basic salary). Suppose the basic salary of an employee is Rs 18000, then he will get Rs 9000 of 50 percent DA. But, when the DA is 50 percent, it will be added to the basic salary and the dearness allowance will again be made zero. Meaning the basic salary will be revised to Rs 27,000. However, for this the government may also have to change the fitment.
Why is the dearness allowance becoming zero?
Whenever a new pay scale is implemented, the DA received by the employees is added to the basic salary. Experts say that although the rules state that 100 percent DA received by the employees should be added to the basic salary, but this does not happen. The financial situation comes in the way. However, this was done in the year 2016.  Before that, when the sixth pay scale came in the year 2006, at that time 187 percent DA was being given in the fifth pay scale till December. The entire DA was merged in the basic salary. Therefore, the coefficient of the sixth pay scale was 1.87. Then a new pay band and a new grade pay were also created. But, it took three years to give it.
Will the next revision be 4 percent?
If experts are to be believed, the new dearness allowance will be calculated in July. Because, the government increases dearness allowance only twice a year. Approval has been given for January in March. Now the next revision is to be implemented from July 2024. In such a situation, dearness allowance will be merged only then and it will be calculated from zero. Meaning, the AICPI index of January to June 2024 will decide that dearness allowance is expected to increase by 4 percent. As soon as this situation becomes clear, 50 percent dearness allowance will be added to the basic salary of the employees.
When did this rule start?
 In the year 2006, during the Sixth Pay Commission, the new pay scale was implemented from 1 January 2006, but its notification was issued on 24 March 2009. Due to this delay, DA arrears of 39 to 42 months were paid to the government in three installments in three financial years 2008-09, 2009-10 and 2010-11. A new pay scale was also created. In the fifth pay scale of 8000-13500, 186 percent DA on 8000 was Rs 14500. Therefore, after adding both, the total salary was 22 thousand 880. In the sixth pay scale, its equivalent pay scale was fixed at 15600 -39100 plus 5400 grade pay.  In the sixth pay scale, this salary was fixed at 15600-5400 plus 21000 and on adding 16 percent DA of 2226 on January 1, 2009, the total salary was fixed at Rs 23,226. The recommendations of the fourth pay commission were implemented in 1986, the fifth in 1996 and the sixth in 2006. The recommendations of the seventh commission were implemented in January 2016.

 PMC Employees DA Hike – (The Karbhari News Service) Union Cabinet has approved 4 percent increase in Dearness Allowance of Central Employees.  Now employees will get 50% dearness allowance.  This Dearness Allowance will be applicable from January 1, 2024.  It will be credited with salary at the end of March.  A total of two months of arrears will also be added to this.  On this line, the Pune Mahanagarpalika Kamgar Union has demanded to the Municipal Commissioner that revised dearness allowance should be applied to the PMC Employees and Officers and the difference should be given.  (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)
 According to the statement given by the President of the Workers’ Union, Uday Bhat to the Municipal Commissioner, the rate of dearness allowance has been revised from 46 percent to 50 percent from January 1, as per the office circular dated March 12 of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, North Block, New Delhi.  The increase has been notified through a circular.
 There is an agreement between the Pune Municipal Corporation and the Labor Union regarding the payment of Dearness Allowance to the officers/employees of the Pune Municipal Corporation as per the Central Government and there is a policy and prevailing procedure for the payment of Dearness Allowance as per the Central Government.
 However, the officers/employees of the Pune Municipal Corporation of Inflation Allowance as per the circular referred to  Revision of rate from 1st January to 50% from 46% paid in March, 2024  In April 2024, the concerned should be ordered to pay with the difference in salary.  The labor union has made such a demand.

पुणे मनपा अधिकारी/कर्मचारी यांना  केंद्र शासनाप्रमाणे महागाई भत्ता देण्याबाबत पुणे मनपा व कामगार संघटना यांचेमध्ये करार झालेला असून केंद्राप्रमाणे महागाई भत्ता देण्याचे धोरण व प्रचलित कार्यपध्दती आहे.

तरी, पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या अधिकारी/कर्मचारी यांना संदर्भाकित परिपत्रकानुसार महागाई भत्त्याच्या दरामध्ये सुधारणा करून 1 जानेवारी पासून ४६ टक्के वरून ५० टक्के दराने माहे मार्च, २०२४ पेड इन एप्रिल २०२४ चे वेतनामध्ये फरकासहीत अदा करणेबाबत संबधितांना आदेश व्हावेत. अशी मागणी कामगार यूनियन ने केली आहे.

In a meeting held before Holi, the Cabinet announced a 4 percent hike in the dearness allowance (DA Hike) of central employees. Along with this, a 3 percent increase in their House Rent Allowance (HRA) has also been announced. Now the HRA for X category employees will increase from 27 percent to a maximum of 30 percent. What will be the HRA for which city?

1. In Class X-

Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Kolkata have been placed in X category. Employees working here get 27% HRA of their basic salary. After an increase of 3 percent, it will be 30 percent.

2. In category Y-

Patna, Lucknow, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Vijayawada, Guwahati, Chandigarh, Raipur, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Vadodara, Surat, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Ranchi, Jammu, Srinagar, Gwalior, Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Ujjain, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Nagpur, Sangli, Solapur, Nashik, Nanded, Bhiwadi, Amravati, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Rourkela, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Bikaner, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Ajmer, Moradabad, Meerut, Bareilly, Aligarh, Agra, Lucknow, The cities are Kanpur, Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Firozabad, Jhansi, Varanasi, Saharanpur. Resident employees get HRA of 18 percent of basic pay. After a 3 percent increase, it will be 20 percent.

3. In Z category-

All cities other than X and Y category cities have been placed in Z category. Employees working in these cities get HRA of 9 percent of basic pay. After an increase of 1 percent, it will be 10 percent.

How HRA of employees will increase?

On Thursday, the cabinet also announced revisions in house rent allowance. The current rate of HRA has also been increased from 27 percent to 30 percent after the dearness allowance has been increased to 50 percent. It will be for employees falling in category X. In the second category i.e. Y, the repetition will be 2 percent. Its current level of 18% will be increased to 20%. After this the employees in Z category will get 10% HRA increased by 1 percent.

DA also increased

7th Pay Commission HRA Hike – (The Karbhari News Service) – केंद्रीय कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी गुरुवारी खूप आनंदाची बातमी आली. होळीपूर्वी झालेल्या बैठकीत मंत्रिमंडळाने केंद्रीय कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या महागाई भत्त्यात (DA Hike) 4 टक्के वाढ करण्याची घोषणा केली.  यासोबतच त्यांच्या घरभाडे भत्त्यातही (HRA) ३ टक्के वाढ जाहीर करण्यात आली आहे.  आता X श्रेणीतील कर्मचाऱ्यांना HRA 27 टक्क्यांवरून कमाल 30 टक्क्यांपर्यंत वाढेल.  एचआरएमध्ये या वाढीमुळे सरकारवर 9,000 कोटी रुपयांचा बोजा पडणार आहे.  कोणत्या शहरासाठी HRA किती असेल?

 1. X वर्गात-

 दिल्ली, अहमदाबाद, बेंगळुरू, मुंबई, पुणे, चेन्नई आणि कोलकाता यांना एक्स श्रेणीत ठेवण्यात आले आहे.  येथे काम करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना मूळ वेतनाच्या २७ टक्के एचआरए मिळतो.  3 टक्क्यांनी वाढल्यानंतर ते 30 टक्के होईल.

 2. Y श्रेणीत-

  पाटणा, लखनौ, विशाखापट्टणम, गुंटूर, विजयवाडा, गुवाहाटी, चंदीगड, रायपूर, राजकोट, जामनगर, वडोदरा, सुरत, फरिदाबाद, गाझियाबाद, गुडगाव, नोएडा, रांची, जम्मू, श्रीनगर, ग्वाल्हेर, इंदूर, भोपाळ, जबलपूर, उज्जैन, कोल्हापूर, औरंगाबाद, नागपूर, सांगली, सोलापूर, नाशिक, नांदेड, भिवडी, अमरावती, कटक, भुवनेश्वर, राउरकेला, अमृतसर, जालंधर, लुधियाना, बिकानेर, जयपूर, जोधपूर, कोटा, अजमेर, मुरादाबाद, मेरठ, बरेली, अलीगढ, आग्रा, लखनौ, कानपूर, अलाहाबाद, गोरखपूर, फिरोजाबाद, झाशी, वाराणसी, सहारनपूर ही शहरे येतात.  येथे राहणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना मूळ वेतनाच्या १८ टक्के एचआरए मिळतो.  3 टक्क्यांनी वाढल्यानंतर ते 20 टक्के होईल.

 3. झेड श्रेणीत-

 X आणि Y श्रेणीतील शहरांव्यतिरिक्त इतर सर्व शहरांना Z श्रेणीत ठेवण्यात आले आहे.  या शहरांमध्ये काम करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना मूळ वेतनाच्या ९ टक्के एचआरए मिळतो.  1 टक्क्यांनी वाढल्यानंतर ते 10 टक्के होईल.

 कर्मचाऱ्यांचा एचआरए कसा वाढेल?

 गुरुवारी, मंत्रिमंडळाने घरभाडे भत्त्यातही सुधारणा जाहीर केली आहे.  महागाई भत्ता 50 टक्क्यांपर्यंत वाढवल्यानंतर एचआरएचा सध्याचा दरही 27 टक्क्यांवरून 30 टक्के करण्यात आला आहे.  हे X श्रेणीत येणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी असेल.  दुस-या श्रेणीमध्ये म्हणजेच Y मध्ये, पुनरावृत्ती 2 टक्के असेल.  त्याची सध्याची पातळी 18% आहे, ती वाढवून 20% केली जाईल.  यानंतर झेड श्रेणीतील कर्मचाऱ्यांना 1 टक्क्यांनी वाढून 10% HRA मिळेल.

 डीएही वाढला

 केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने गुरुवारी महागाई भत्त्यात (डीए) वाढ करण्यास मंजुरी दिली.  मंत्रिमंडळाने डीएमध्ये 4% वाढ मंजूर केली आहे.  आता कर्मचाऱ्यांना ५० टक्के महागाई भत्ता मिळणार आहे.  हा महागाई भत्ता १ जानेवारी २०२४ पासून लागू होईल.  ते मार्चअखेर पगारासह जमा केले जाईल.  यात एकूण दोन महिन्यांची थकबाकीही जोडली जाणार आहे.  सलग चौथ्यांदा महागाई भत्त्यात ४ टक्क्यांनी वाढ झाली आहे.

7th Pay Commission DA Hike : There is good news for central employees.  Increase in dearness allowance has been approved.  The Union Cabinet has approved a 4 percent increase in dearness allowance.  Now employees will get 50% dearness allowance.  This Dearness Allowance will be applicable from January 1, 2024.  It will be credited with salary at the end of March.  A total of two months of arrears will also be added to this.  For the fourth time in a row, inflation allowance has been increased by 4 percent.

 

Rate determined from December AICPI index

 

Central employees will now be paid Dearness Allowance at the rate of 50 percent from January 1, 2024.  This is evident from the December AICPI index data.  However, the index fell by 0.3 points to 138.8 points in December.  But, this did not make a significant difference in the inflation allowance figures.  As expected, the dearness allowance went beyond 50 percent.  Now dearness allowance has increased to 50.28 percent.  But, the government decimal is below 0.50, so only 50 percent will be final.  It is certain that it will increase by four percent.

 

What has changed in AICPI index?

 

When will the benefit of increased DA be available?

 

In the meeting of the Union Cabinet, approval was given to increase the inflation allowance.  Before Holi in March, the government has given a big gift to the employees.  Employees will get this benefit from January 1, 2024.  This means that the new dearness allowance will be applicable from January 1.  Apart from this it is possible to pay it in March salary along with January and February arrears.

 

After 50 percent DA will be 0

 

Central employees will get 50 percent allowance from January 2024.  But, after that the dearness allowance will come to zero.  After this the calculation of inflation allowance will start from 0.  50 percent DA will be added to the basic pay of the employees.  Suppose, if an employee’s minimum basic pay as per his pay band is Rs.18000, then 50 percent of Rs.9000 will be added to his salary.

 7th Pay Commission DA Hike | (The Karbhari News Service) – केंद्रीय कर्मचाऱ्यांना आता 1 जानेवारी 2024 पासून 50 टक्के दराने महागाई भत्ता (Dearness allowance) दिला जाईल.  त्याला केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने मान्यता दिली आहे.  गुरुवारी झालेल्या विशेष मंत्रिमंडळात याला मंजुरी देण्यात आली.
7th Pay Commission DA Hike  : केंद्रीय कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी एक आनंदाची बातमी आहे.  महागाई भत्त्यात वाढ मंजूर करण्यात आली आहे.  केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने महागाई भत्त्यात ४ टक्के वाढ मंजूर केली आहे.  आता कर्मचाऱ्यांना ५० टक्के महागाई भत्ता मिळणार आहे.  हा महागाई भत्ता १ जानेवारी २०२४ पासून लागू होईल.  ते मार्चअखेर पगारासह जमा केले जाईल.  यात एकूण दोन महिन्यांची थकबाकीही जोडली जाणार आहे.  सलग चौथ्यांदा महागाई भत्त्यात ४ टक्क्यांनी वाढ झाली आहे.

 डिसेंबर AICPI निर्देशांकावरून दर ठरवले

 केंद्रीय कर्मचाऱ्यांना आता 1 जानेवारी 2024 पासून 50 टक्के दराने महागाई भत्ता दिला जाणार आहे.  डिसेंबरच्या AICPI निर्देशांकाच्या आकडेवारीवरून हे स्पष्ट झाले आहे.  मात्र, डिसेंबरमध्ये निर्देशांक 0.3 अंकांनी घसरून 138.8 अंकांवर आला.  परंतु, यामुळे महागाई भत्त्याच्या आकड्यांमध्ये विशेष फरक पडला नाही.  अपेक्षेप्रमाणे, महागाई भत्ता 50 टक्क्यांच्या पुढे गेला.  आता महागाई भत्ता 50.28 टक्के झाला आहे.  परंतु, सरकारी दशांश ०.५० च्या खाली आहे, त्यामुळे केवळ ५० टक्केच अंतिम असेल.  त्यात चार टक्क्यांनी वाढ होणार हे निश्चित आहे.
 AICPI निर्देशांकात काय बदल झाला?

 केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाच्या बैठकीत महागाई भत्त्यात वाढ करण्यास मंजुरी देण्यात आली.  मार्चमध्ये होळीपूर्वी सरकारने कर्मचाऱ्यांना मोठी भेट दिली आहे.  1 जानेवारी 2024 पासून कर्मचाऱ्यांना हा लाभ मिळणार आहे.  म्हणजे नवीन महागाई भत्ता १ जानेवारीपासूनच लागू होईल.  याशिवाय जानेवारी आणि फेब्रुवारीच्या थकबाकीसह मार्च महिन्याच्या पगारात ते देणे शक्य आहे.

 50 टक्क्यांनंतर DA 0 होईल

 केंद्रीय कर्मचाऱ्यांना जानेवारी २०२४ पासून ५० टक्के भत्ता मिळणार आहे.  पण, त्यानंतर महागाई भत्ता शून्यावर येईल.  यानंतर 0 पासून महागाई भत्त्याची गणना सुरू होईल.  कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या मूळ वेतनात ५० टक्के डीए जोडला जाईल.  समजा, जर एखाद्या कर्मचाऱ्याचा त्याच्या पे बँडनुसार किमान मूळ वेतन 18000 रुपये असेल, तर त्याच्या पगारात 9000 रुपयांच्या 50 टक्के रक्कम जोडली जाईल.

 महागाई भत्ता शून्यावर का आणला जाईल?

 जेव्हा जेव्हा नवीन वेतनश्रेणी लागू केली जाते तेव्हा कर्मचाऱ्यांना मिळणारा डीए मूळ वेतनात जोडला जातो.  नियमानुसार कर्मचाऱ्यांना मिळणारा 100 टक्के डीए मूळ पगारात जोडला जावा, असे तज्ज्ञांचे म्हणणे आहे, परंतु ते शक्य नाही.  आर्थिक परिस्थिती अडचणीत येते.  मात्र, हे 2016 साली करण्यात आले.  त्यापूर्वी 2006 साली सहावी वेतनश्रेणी आली, त्यावेळी पाचव्या वेतनश्रेणीत डिसेंबरपर्यंत 187 टक्के भत्ता दिला जात होता.  संपूर्ण डीए मूळ वेतनात विलीन करण्यात आला.  त्यामुळे सहाव्या वेतनश्रेणीचा गुणांक 1.87 होता.  मग नवीन पे बँड आणि नवीन ग्रेड पे देखील तयार केले गेले.  मात्र, ते पोहोचवण्यासाठी तीन वर्षे लागली.

  Why dearness allowance will increase only by 4 percent?
  The dearness allowance of central government employees is based on AICPI index numbers.  It is observed twice a year on half-yearly basis.  First from January to June and second from July to December.  The figures from January to June determine how much dearness allowance will increase from July.  At the same time, the figures from July to December determine how much dearness allowance will increase in January.  The AICPI index figures for November are out.  The index showed an increase of 0.7 points and remained at 139.1 points.  According to the DA calculator, the dearness allowance has reached 49.68 percent based on the index.  Because if the digit after the decimal point is greater than 0.50, it will be considered as 50 percent.  In such a situation 4 percent increase is seen.
  DA will be finalized from December index
  According to the November figures, the dearness allowance (DA increase) will be 50 percent.  But, the December figure is yet to come.  In such a situation, even if the index increases by 1 digit, the dearness allowance will reach only 50.40 percent.  Even in such cases dearness allowance will be 50 percent.  Even if the index rises by 2 digits, the DA will only reach 50.49 percent, though it will still be 50 percent on a decimal basis.  Therefore, it has been determined that only 4 percent increase in inflation allowance will be made this time as well.  But, we have to wait for the December issues for the final numbers.
  Central employees will get 50 percent DA from January 2024 under the 7th Pay Commission.  But, after that the dearness allowance will come to zero.  After this the calculation of inflation allowance will start from 0.  50 percent DA will be added to the basic pay of the employees.  Suppose an employee has minimum basic pay of Rs.18000 as per his pay band then 50% of Rs.9000 will be added to his salary.

 नोव्हेंबरच्या आकड्यांनुसार महागाई भत्ता (डीए वाढ) 50 टक्के असेल.  पण, डिसेंबरचा आकडा अजून यायचा आहे.  अशा परिस्थितीत निर्देशांक 1 अंकाने वाढला तरी महागाई भत्ता केवळ 50.40 टक्क्यांवर पोहोचेल.  अशा परिस्थितीतही महागाई भत्ता 50 टक्के असेल.  जरी निर्देशांक 2 अंकांनी वाढला तरी DA केवळ 50.49 टक्क्यांपर्यंत पोहोचेल, तरीही तो दशांश आधारावर 50 टक्के असेल.  त्यामुळे यावेळीही महागाई भत्त्यात केवळ ४ टक्केच वाढ होणार असल्याचे निश्चित झाले आहे.  परंतु, अंतिम आकड्यांसाठी आम्हाला डिसेंबरच्या अंकांची प्रतीक्षा करावी लागेल.
