Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या कार्यक्षेत्रामध्ये १५ क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयाअंतर्गत ० ते ५ वयोगटातील मुलांची संख्या सुमारे ३ लाख इतकी असून त्यांना राष्ट्रीय लसीकरण कार्यक्रम अंतर्गत वयाच्या विविध टप्प्यावर वेगवेगळ्या लसी देण्यात येतात. जन्मता BCG, POLIO व HEPATITIS-B त्यानंतर ६,१०,१४ आठवडे पूर्ण केल्यानंतर PENTA, POLIO, ROTA, IPV, PCV त्यानंतर ९ महिने पूर्ण व १.५ वर्ष पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर MR, VITAMIN – A,DPT- B इत्यादी लसी दिल्या जातात . बाळाचे ४.५ वर्ष पूर्ण झाल्यावर पुन्हा DPT व १०, १६ वर्षानंतर व गरोदर महिलांना TD या लसी देण्यात येतात.
 लसीच्या साठवणीसाठी मुख्य लसीकरण केंद्र नारायण पेठ येथे ५ आय एल आर उपलब्ध असून पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या कार्यक्षेत्रातील ५४ दवाखाने व १९ प्रसूतिगृह यांना लसीचा पुरवठा करण्यात येतो.
आगामी काळात राज्य शासनामार्फत अॅडल्ट BCG, जापनीज इंसिफीलायटीस,MR लसीकरण यासारख्या मोहिमा नियोजित असल्याचे समजते याखेरीज विशेष इंद्रधनुष्य मोहीम, हज यात्रेकरूचे लसीकरण या सारख्या मोहिमा वेळोवेळी पार पाडाव्या लागतात.
 पुणे महानगरपालिकेत नवीन ३४ समाविष्ट गावांच्या अंतर्भावानंतर लसीकरणासाठी पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या २९ नव्याने सुरु केलेल्या आरोग्य वर्धिनी केंद्रावर लाभार्थ्यांची गर्दी होताना दिसते. याकरिता पुणे महानगरपालिकेकडून ISO प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त कंपनीकडून
२५,५०० लिटर्स क्षमतेचा वॉक इन कुलर बसविण्यात आला होता .
वॉक इन कुलरचा लस साठा करणेसाठी वापर करण्यापूर्वी शासनाच्या NCCRC येथील विशेषतज्ञाचे मार्गदर्शन घेवून व सदर वॉक इन कुलरच्या टेम्परेचर मपिंग सदर्भातील सर्व चाचण्या करून सातत्यपूर्ण टेम्परेचर मॅपिंग रेकॉर्डर व डिजिटल डिस्प्ले बसविण्यात आला उपकरणाला आवश्यक ते जनरेटर सेट व यु पी एस बॅकअप देण्यात आलेला आहे.
३ मार्च २०२४ रोजी पुणे महानगरपालिकेचे अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त  रविंद्र बिनवडे यांचे हस्ते सदर वॉक इन कुलर सुविधेचे उदघाटन करण्यात आले. या प्रसंगी  राज्य शासनाकडील सहाय्यक संचालक आरोग्य सेवा तथा उप राज्य लसीकरण अधिकारी श्री डॉ. प्रवीण वेदपाठक, पुणे महानगरपालिकेचे आरोग्य अधिकारी मा श्री डॉ. भगवान पवार, उप आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. कल्पना बळीवंत, सहाय्यक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. संजीव वावरे सहाय्यक आरोग्य अधिकारी तथा लसीकरण अधिकारी डॉ. राजेश दिघे, सहाय्यक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. सुर्यकांत देवकर, शहर क्षयरोग अधिकारी डॉ. प्रशांत बोठे,जागतिक आरोग्य संघटनेचे सर्व्हेलन्स मेडिकल ऑफिसर डॉ चेतन खाडे, क्षेत्रीय वैद्यकीय अधिकारी डॉ गोपाल उज्वणकर,वैद्यकीय अधिकारी डॉ. गणेश जगदाळे व डॉ. प्रदीप पवार, लसीकरण विभागातील सर्व कर्मचारी उपस्थित होते.

पुणे – (The Karbhari News Service) – PMC Polio Vaccine Schedule | राष्ट्रीय पल्स पोलिओ लसीकरण मोहीम २०२४ (National Pulse Polio Vaccination 2024) प्रथम फेरीमध्ये पुणे महानगरपालिका कार्यक्षेत्रात 0 ते ५ वयोगटातील बालकांसाठी पल्स पोलिओ लसीकरण मोहिम २०२४ ही ३ मार्च ते ९ मार्च २०२४ पर्यंत राबविण्यात येणार आहे. अशी माहिती महापालिका आरोग्य विभागाच्या वतीने देण्यात आली. रविवार ३ मार्च २०२४ रोजी राष्ट्रीय पल्स पोलिओ दिवसानिमित्त पुणे महानगरपालिका कार्यक्षेत्रात १३६२ पोलिओ बूथद्वारे ते ५ वयोगटातील सुमारे २,९८,७८४ बालकांना पोलिओ डोस देण्याचे उद्दिष्ट ठेवण्यात आले.  या मोहिमेत १५ हेड सुपरवायझर ,३१३ पर्यवेक्षक, १९१२ पथके कार्यरत असून मुख्यालय स्तरावरून सर्व सहाय्यक आरोग्य अधिकारी व आरोग्य अधिकारी यांचे सनियंत्रण असणार आहे. पुणे महानगरपालिका कार्यक्षेत्रातील १५ क्षेत्रिय कार्यालयांतर्गत ५४ दवाखाने, १९ प्रसूतिगृहे व २९ नवीन एच. डब्लू.सी अंतर्गत बूथव्दारे तसेच वीटभट्ट्या स्थलांतरीत वस्त्या, बांधकाम सुरु असलेली ठिकाणे, अतिजोखमिचे भाग या ठिकाणी बुथ लावण्यात आले होते, प्रवासात असणाऱ्या बालकांना पोलिओ लस देण्यासाठी बस स्थानके, एस टी स्थानके, मेट्रो स्टेशन,रेल्वे स्टेशन,एयर पोर्ट, उद्याने या ठिकाणी ट्रान्झीट टीम कार्यरत होती.
४ मार्च २०२४ ते ९ मार्च २०२४ ( ८ मार्च २०२४ रोजी महाशिवरात्रीची सुट्टी वगळता ) या कालावधीत IPPI मोहिमेअंतर्गत १०,३५,३३५ इतक्या घरांना गृहभेटी देवून बुथवर डोस दिला गेल्याची खात्री करून घेतली जाणार आहे.
विक्रम कुमार, महापालिका आयुक्त यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली मोहिमेची पूर्व तयारी करण्यात आली. रविवार दि ३ मार्च २०२४ रोजी पुणे महानगरपालिका पल्स पोलिओ मोहिमेचे उदघाटन अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त मा श्री रविंद्र बिनवडे यांचे शुभहस्ते करण्यात आले. या प्रसंगी कै कलावतीबाई मावळे दवाखाना, २८३, नारायण पेठ पुणे ३० या ठिकाणी उपस्थित बालकांना माननीय यांचेकडून प्रातिनिधिक स्वरुपात पोलिओचे डोस देण्यात आले.
याप्रसंगी मे. राज्य शासनाकडील सहाय्यक संचालक आरोग्य सेवा तथा उप राज्य लसीकरण अधिकारी मा श्री डॉ. प्रवीण वेदपाठक, पुणे महानगरपालिकेचे आरोग्य अधिकारी मा श्री डॉ. भगवान पवार उप-आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. कल्पना बळीवंत, सहाय्यक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. संजीव वावरे, सहाय्यक आरोग्य अधिकारी तथा लसीकरण अधिकारी डॉ. राजेश दिघे, सहाय्यक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. सुर्यकांत देवकर,शहर क्षयरोग अधिकारी डॉ. प्रशांत बोठे, जागतिक आरोग्य संघटनेचे सर्व्हेलन्स मेडिकल ऑफिसर डॉ चेतन खाडे, क्षेत्रीय वैद्यकीय अधिकारी डॉ गोपाल उज्वणकर, वैद्यकीय अधिकारी डॉ. गणेश जगदाळे व डॉ. प्रदीप पवार, लसीकरण विभागातील सर्व कर्मचारी उपस्थित होते.
उदघाटन सभारंभानंतर उपरोक्त नमूद आरोग्याधिकारी यांनी पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या कार्यक्षेत्रातील विविध दवाखाने, झोपडपट्टी ट्रान्झीट बूथ या ठिकाणी भेटी देवून मोहिमेंतर्गत सुरु असलेल्या कामाचे पर्यवेक्षण करून संबंधिताना सूचना दिल्या. आरोग्य अधिकारी मा. श्री भगवान पवार यांनी बूथच्या दिवशी ९५ टक्के उद्दिष्ट साध्य करण्याचे प्रयत्न करावे अशा सूचना केल्या.

New Regulations from PMC Health Department regarding Drug Bills of Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme (CHS)

 PMC CHS Health Scheme – (The Karbhari Online) : Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme (PMC CHS) is implemented for Pune Municipal Corporation Employees , retired PMC employees and ex-corporators.  But the number of members included in the scheme is large.  It inconveniences some employees.  To avoid this inconvenience, a new regulation has been implemented by the PMC health department for all accounts.  Health Officer Dr Bhagwan Pawar and Assistant Health Officer Dr Manisha Naik have given orders to implement accordingly.  (PMC Health Department)
 Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme of the PMC Health Department for submission of personal medical bills of servants under Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme by servants/retired servants, issue of new member registration card, inclusion of names of family members in the card, settlement of incomplete documents in medical reimbursement bills filed earlier etc.  Daily work continues.  The number of scheme members is large in it and the number of servants who have been included in the Municipal Corporation establishment from the recently incorporated 23 Gram Panchayats has also increased to a large extent.
 A large number of Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme Department is coming daily to concerned servants/retired servants, their relatives to carry out these works and also to inquire about the reimbursement of bills filed earlier by the scheme members with the department.  At present, the work of Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme Department is going on on a very limited staff basis and due to this, there is tension and sometimes disputes in the said department while doing daily work.  Therefore, the possibility of disruption of daily operations and taking time to complete the work of municipal servants cannot be ruled out.
 If it is possible to stop and reduce the continuous flow of scheme members, it will be convenient for the staff of the department to check the medical reimbursement bills during the rest of the day’s work, and to do further work related to the final approval of the bills and thus it will help in the settlement of bills and other tasks of the members quickly.  Due to the above factors it is necessary to partially change the daily activities.
 : Such will be the new regulations
 1. Employees and retired employees of Pune Municipal Corporation should submit their personal medical reimbursement bills to Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme Department from 1st to 15th of every month.
 2. Members should contact the Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme office between 10 am to 2 pm to get new member card, insert new name in the card and perform related tasks.

बिलांच्या कामात येणार सोयिस्करपणा

PMC CHS Health Scheme – (The Karbhari Online) : पुणे महानगरपालिका सेवक, सेवानिवृत्त सेवक,  आजी-माजी नगरसेवक यांचेसाठी अशंदायी वैद्यकीय सहाय्य योजना (PMC CHS) राबविणेत येते. मात्र योजनेत समाविष्ट सदस्यांची संख्या मोठ्या प्रमाणावर आहे. त्यामुळे काही कर्मचाऱ्यांची गैरसोय होते. ही गैरसोय टाळण्यासाठी आरोग्य विभागाकडून नवीन नियमावली सर्व खात्यासाठी लागू करण्यात आली आहे. त्यानुसार अमल करण्याचे आदेश आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ भगवान पवार (Dr Bhagwan Pawar PMC) आणि सहायक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ मनीषा नाईक (Dr Manisha Naik PMC) यांनी दिले आहेत. आरोग्य विभागाचे अंशदायी वैद्यकीय सहाय्य योजना विभागाकडे अंशदायी वैद्यकीय सहाय्य योजनेअंतर्गत सेवकांची वैयक्तीक उपचार खर्चाची बीले संबंधीत सेवक/सेवानिवृत्त सेवक यांचेकडून सादर करणे, नवीन सभासद नोंदणी कार्ड काढणे, कार्डमध्ये कुटुंब सदस्यांची नांवे समाविष्ठ करणे, यापुर्वी दाखल केलेल्या वैद्यकीय प्रतिपुर्ती बीलांमधील अपुर्ण कागदपत्रांची पुर्तता करुन घेणे इत्यादीबाबत दैनंदिन कामकाज सुरु असते. योजना सभासदांची संख्या मोठी त्यामध्ये असून नुकत्याच समाविष्ट झालेल्या २३ ग्रामपंचायतींकडून मनपा आस्थापनेवर समाविष्ट  झालेल्या सेवकांची संख्याही मोठ्या प्रमाणावर वाढलेली आहे.

ही  कामे करुन घेणेसाठी तसेच योजनेच्या सभासदांनी विभागाकडे यापुर्वी दाखल केलेल्या बीलाच्या प्रतिपुर्तीबाबत चौकशी करणे यासाठी संबंधीत सेवक/सेवानिवृत्त सेवक, त्यांचे नातेवाईक यांची दररोज मोठया प्रमाणात अंशदायी वैद्यकीय सहाय्य योजना विभागाकडे ये-जा सुरु असते. सद्यस्थितीत अंशदायी वैद्यकीय सहाय्य योजना विभागाचे कामकाज अत्यंत तोकड्या कर्मचारी वर्गावर सुरु असून यामुळे दैनंदिन कामकाज करतांना सदर विभागात ताण-तणाव व प्रसंगी वादाचे प्रसंग उद्भवत असतात. त्यामुळे दैनंदिन कामकाज विस्कळीत होऊन मनपा सेवकांची कामे होणेस वेळ लागण्याची शक्यता नाकारता येत नाही. योजना सभासदांची सततची वर्दळ थांबविणे, कमी करणे शक्य झाल्यास उर्वरीत दिवसाचे कामात वैद्यकीय प्रतिपुर्ती बीलांची तपासणी करणे, बीलांचे अंतीम मान्यतेसंबंधीत पुढील कामकाज करणे विभागातील कर्मचा-यांस सोयिस्कर होईल व त्यामुळे सभासदांच्या बील पुर्तता व अन्य कामे लवकर होणेस मदत होणार आहे. वरील बाबींमुळे दैनंदिन कामकाजात अंशत बदल करणे आवश्यक झाला आहे.

: अशी असेल नवीन नियमावली

1. पुणे महानगरपालिकेकडील सेवक व सेवानिवृत्त सेवक यांनी त्यांची वैयक्तीक वैद्यकीय प्रतिपुर्तीची बीले प्रत्येक महिन्याच्या १ ते १५ तारखेपर्यंत अंशदायी वैद्यकीय सहाय्य योजना विभागाकडे सादर करावीत.

2. नवीन सभासद कार्ड काढणे, कार्डमध्ये नवीन नाव समाविष्ठ करणे व तदनुषंगीक कामे करुन घेणेसाठी सकाळी १० ते २ वाजेपर्यंत सभासदांनी अंशदायी वैद्यकीय सहाय्य योजना कार्यालयाशी संपर्क साधावा.

: Dynamics to be brought to work!

 PMC Hospitals HMIS System |  A modern computer system will now be used in Pune Municipal Corporation Hospital.  In the first phase, this system will be started in 5 hospitals on a pilot basis.  This will speed up the work.  Moreover, the work will be paperless saving time and manpower.  This information was given by PMC Health Officer Dr Bhagwan Pawar.  (PMC Health Department)
 The proposal in this regard has been placed by the Health Department before the PMC Standing Committees for approval.  Accordingly, HMIS computer system will be used in 5 hospitals of the PMC . These include PMC Kamla Nehru Hospital, PMC Gadikhana, PMC Sutar Hospital, PMC Sonawane Hospital and PMC Rajiv Gandhi Hospital.  The Pune Smart City will be taken to implement this.  Computer material will be purchased for this purpose.  This computer equipment will include 48 desktops, 22 laser printers, 3 scanners, 3 barcode printers and 14 tablets.  A total of 80 lakhs will be spent for it.  This fund will be made available through classification.  (Pune PMC News)
 Dr. Pawar said that this system will be implemented in all the PMC hospitals.  For the first time, this will be implemented on an experimental basis.  In this we have selected 5 hospitals.  This computerized system will save time and manpower.  Because all the management will be done online.  This will streamline the work.  Employee reporting will also be completely online.  Dr Pawar said that after a citizen comes to the hospital, all his history from his case paper will be entered into the computer system.  This will benefit citizens and employees.  Because everything is coming into the system.  This will save time and speed up the work.  After seeing the situation in these 5 hospitals, this system will be implemented in all the hospitals.

PMC Hospitals HMIS System | पुणे महापालिकेच्या दवाखान्यात (Pune Municipal Corporation Hospital) आता अत्याधुनिक संगणक प्रणाली वापरली जाणार आहे. पहिल्या टप्प्यात प्रायोगिक तत्वावर 5 दवाखान्यात ही प्रणाली सुरु केली जाणार आहे. यामुळे कामकाजात गतिमानता येणार आहे. शिवाय वेळ आणि मॅनपॉवर वाचून कामकाज पेपरलेस होणार आहे. अशी माहिती आरोग्य प्रमुख डॉ भगवान पवार (PMC Health Officer Dr Bhagwan Pawar) यांनी दिली. याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव आरोग्य विभागाकडून स्थायी समितीच्या (PMC Standing Committees) समोर मंजूरीसाठी ठेवला आहे. त्यानुसार महापालिकेच्या 5 दवाखान्यात HMIS संगणक प्रणाली चा वापर केला जाणार आहे. यामध्ये कमला नेहरू हॉस्पिटल (PMC Kamla Nehru Hospital), गाडीखाना (PMC Gadikhana), सुतार हॉस्पिटल (PMC Sutar Hospital), सोनवणे हॉस्पिटल (PMC Sonawane Hospital) आणि राजीव गांधी हॉस्पिटल (PMC Rajiv Gandhi Hospital) चा समावेश आहे. याची अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी स्मार्ट सिटी (Pune Smart City) चे सहकार्य घेतले जाणार आहे. यासाठी संगणक साहित्याची खरेदी केली जाणार आहे. या संगणक साहित्यामध्ये 48 डेस्कटॉप, 22 लेजर प्रिंटर, 3 स्कॅनर, 3 बारकोड प्रिंटर आणि 14 टॅबलेट घेतले जाणार आहेत. त्यासाठी एकूण 80 लाख इतका खर्च येणार आहे. वर्गीकरणाच्या माध्यमातून हा निधी उपलब्ध केला जाणार आहे. डॉ पवार यांनी सांगितले कि महापालिकेच्या सर्वच दवाखान्यात ही प्रणाली लागू केली जाणार. पहिल्यांदा याची अंमलबजावणी प्रायोगिक तत्वावर केली जाणार आहे. यात आम्ही 5 हॉस्पिटल निवडली आहेत. या संगणक प्रणालीमुळे वेळ आणि मॅनपॉवर वाचणार आहे. कारण सगळे व्यवस्थापन ऑनलाईन केले जाईल. त्यामुळे कामकाजात सुसूत्रता येईल. कर्मचाऱ्यांचे रिपोर्टींग देखील पूर्णपणे ऑनलाईन असेल.  डॉ पवार यांनी सांगितले कि एखादा नागरिक दवाखान्यात आल्यानंतर त्याचा केसपेपर पासून त्याची सर्व हिस्टरी संगणक प्रणालीत येणार आहे. याचा फायदा नागरिक आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांना होईल. कारण सर्व गोष्टी प्रणालीत येणार आहेत. यात वेळ वाचून कामकाजात गतिमानता येणार आहे. या 5 दवाखान्यातील स्थिती पाहून नंतर सर्व दवाखान्यात ही यंत्रणा लागू केली जाणार आहे.

 Mosquito Tornadoes in Pune |  Pune |  There has been a sudden increase in mosquito breeding in the city since last week (Mosquito Émergence in Pune).  But this breeding is due to the growing waterfowl.  This disclosure has been made by Dr Surykant Devkar PMC, Assistant Health Officer of PMC Health Department.  Also, in the future, medicine will be sprayed through drones to prevent the breeding of mosquitoes caused by water leaf.  This was said by Dr. Devkar.  (PMC Health Department)
 Citizens are shocked by the sudden increase in mosquito breeding in Pune city.  Because there is more breeding of mosquitoes and therefore the rate of disease increases in the month of September.  However, due to the sudden increase in the population in the month of February, the citizens are troubled.  Although no diseases have increased due to this, complaints have started coming from the citizens.  This has been disclosed by the health department.
 Assistant Health Officer Dr. Devkar said that due to the growth of aquatic plants on the water in the river, mosquitoes have increased.  This waterfowl must come under control.  However measures are being taken by the health department.  We go there and spray in areas where the density of mosquitoes has increased.  Also, our employees spray weekly in the areas where complaints are received.  Dr. Devkar said that, recently we inspected the water leaf growing in the river in Kharadi area.  As the water leaf growth rate is high, the breeding of mosquitoes is also high.  So now, if needed, we will control the breeding by spraying medicine through drones.

Mosquito Tornados in Pune | पुणे | शहरात गेल्या आठवड्या भरापासून डासांची पैदास (Mosquito Émergence in Pune) अचानक वाढली आहे. मात्र ही पैदास वाढत्या जलपर्णी मुळे झाली आहे. असा खुलासा महापालिका आरोग्य विभागाचे सहायक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ सूर्यकांत देवकर (Dr Surykant Devkar PMC) यांनी केला आहे. तसेच आगामी काळात जलपर्णीमुळे होणारी डासांची पैदास रोखण्यासाठी ड्रोन च्या माध्यमातून औषध फवारणी केली जाईल. असे ही डॉ देवकर यांनी सांगितले. पुणे शहरात डासांची पैदास अचानक वाढल्याने नागरिक हैराण झाले आहेत. कारण डासांची जास्त पैदास आणि त्यामुळे आजार वाढण्याचे प्रमाण हे सप्टेंबर महिन्यात होत असते. मात्र फेब्रुवारी महिन्यात अचानक ही पैदास वाढल्याने नागरिक त्रासले आहेत. यामुळे अजून तरी कुठले आजार वाढले नसले तरी नागरिकांमधून तक्रारी येऊ लागल्या आहेत. याबाबत आरोग्य विभागाकडून खुलासा करण्यात आला आहे.

सहायक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ देवकर यांनी सांगितले कि, नदीतील पाण्यावर जलपर्णी वाढल्याने डास वाढले आहेत. ही जलपर्णी आटोक्यात येणे आवश्यक आहे. तरीही आरोग्य विभागाकडून उपाययोजना केल्या जात आहेत. डासांची घनता वाढलेल्या परिसरात आम्ही तिथे जाऊन फवारणी करतो. तसेच आमचे कर्मचारी तक्रारी आलेल्या परिसरात साप्ताहिक फवारणी करत असतात. डॉ देवकर यांनी सांगितले कि, नुकतेच आम्ही खराडी परिसरातील नदीत वाढलेल्या जलपर्णीची पाहणी केली.  जलपर्णी वाढीचा वेग जास्त असल्याने डासांची पैदास देखील जास्त होत आहे. त्यामुळे आता गरज भासली तर आम्ही ड्रोन च्या माध्यमातून औषध फवारणी करुन पैदास आटोक्यात आणू.

Aapla Dawakhana Yojana PMC Pune | पुणे महापालिका 58 ठिकाणी सुरु करणार ‘आपला दवाखाना’ योजना 

| पहिल्या टप्प्यात 45 ठिकाणी दिली जाणार सेवा 

 

Aapla Dawakhana Yojana PMC Pune | एकनाथ शिंदे सरकारने (Eknath Shinde Government) मुंबईसह राज्यभरात ‘बाळासाहेब ठाकरे आपला दवाखाना’ (Balasaheb Thackeray Aapla Dawakhana) ही योजना सुरू केली आहे. या योजनेअंतर्गत महाराष्ट्रात 700 दवाखाने सुरू केले जाणार आहेत. त्याच धर्तीवर पुणे शहरात 58 ठिकाणी दवाखाने सुरु केली जाणार आहेत. त्यापैकी पहिल्या टप्प्यात 45 ठिकाणे आरोग्य विभागाकडून (PMC Health Department) निश्चित करण्यात आली आहेत. अशी माहिती सहायक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ वैशाली जाधव (Dr Vaishali Jadhav PMC) यांनी दिली. पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या हस्ते 19 जानेवारीला मुंबईत अशा 20 दवाखान्यांचं लोकार्पण करण्यात आलं. यापूर्वी ऑक्टोबर 2022 मध्ये मुंबईत एकूण 52 ठिकाणी ‘आपला दवाखाना’ अंतर्गत आरोग्य सेवा सुरू करण्यात आली आहे. (Pune PMC News)

काय आहे ‘आपला दवाखाना’ योजना?

 

‘बाळासाहेब ठाकरे आपला दवाखाना’ ही मुंबई महानगरपालिका आणि शिंदे सरकारची नवीन आरोग्य योजना आहे. सध्यातरी ठाणे आणि मुंबई शहरात आपला दवाखाना अंतर्गत आरोग्य सुविधा दिल्या जात आहेत.

आगामी काळात राज्यभरात असे 700 दवाखाने सुरू करण्यात येतील असं आश्वासन शिंदे सरकारने दिलं आहे.

मुंबईसह राज्यभरातील महापालिका आणि सरकारी हॉस्पिटलमध्ये रुग्णांची प्रचंड गर्दी दिसून येते. अगदी ताप,सर्दी अशा आजारांसाठीही रुग्णांना उपचार आणि वैद्यकीय टेस्ट करण्यासाठी घरापासून दूर हॉस्पिटल गाठावे लागते.

यावर उपाय म्हणून दर 25 ते 30 हजार वस्तीनजीक ‘आपला दवाखाना’ असावा असं लक्ष्य आहे.

पुणे शहर जुनी आणि नवी हद्द मिळून 58 दवाखाने उभारले जाणार आहेत. सरकारने यासाठी जागा भाडे तत्वावर घेण्यास सांगितले आहे. यात खाजगी जागांचा देखील समावेश आहे. या दवाखान्यात सरकारकडून एक क्लिनिकल सर्जन दिला जाणार आहे. इतर कर्मचारी हे महापालिकेला नेमावे लागतील. त्यानुसार आरोग्य विभागाने 45 जागा शोधून त्याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव मालमत्ता विभागाकडे ठेवला आहे. मालमत्ता विभाग त्याचे भाडे ठरवून देणार आहे. मात्र खाजगी जागा भाड्याने घेण्यावरून काही तांत्रिक अडचणी निर्माण होत आहेत त्यामुळे हा प्रस्ताव पुढे जाऊ शकला नाही.

राज्य सरकारच्या मार्गदर्शनानुसार आम्ही पहिल्या टप्प्यात जागा 45 निश्चित केल्या आहेत. याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव आम्ही मालमत्ता व्यवस्थापन विभागासमोर ठेवला आहे.

आपला दवाखाना योजना शहरात चांगल्या पद्धतीने राबवली जाईल. यातील तांत्रिक अडचणी सोडवण्यासाठी आरोग्य विभाग आणि मालमत्ता व्यवस्थापन विभागाची बैठक घेतली जाणार आहे. लवकरच ही योजना कार्यान्वित होईल.

  Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) will purchase 2500 cervical cancer vaccines

 |  In the first phase, the vaccine will be given to girls in class 9

 Cervical Cancer Vaccine |  PMC Health Department |  2500 cervical cancer vaccines will be purchased from Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Health Department.  This vaccine is going to be given to the eighth and ninth class girls of municipal schools (PMC School).  In the first phase, this vaccine will be given to ninth grade girls.  This information was given by Dr. Rajesh Dighe PMC, Assistant Health Officer of Municipal Health Department.  (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)
 In this regard, Dr. Dighe said that a tender process has recently been implemented for the purchase of vaccines from the Health Department.  February 8 is the last date for submission of tenders.  The vaccine will be taken through this for two years.  After purchasing the vaccine, this vaccination will be given to the girls in class VIII and IX of Pune Municipal School.  In the first phase, the girls of Class IX and then Class VIII will also be vaccinated.  Dr Dighe said that the vaccination will be done in the last week of March or the first week of April.  (Pune PMC News)
 What is cervical cancer?
 Basically, cervical cancer is a cancer found in women.  In the beginning, there are no symptoms of this cancer.  But, gradually there are symptoms like white discharge from the body, bad smell from the vagina, bleeding after sexual intercourse.  Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women.  This cancer starts on the surface of the uterus, the lowest part of the uterus, so it is called cervical cancer.  Cervical cancer is mainly of two types.  The first is squamous cell carcinoma and the second is adenocarcinoma.
 What are the symptoms of cervical cancer?

 weight loss
 Discharge of white matter from the uterus
 Frequent urination
 Heartburn
 Diarrhea problems
 Loss of appetite or feeling full when eating
 Feeling very tired
 Severe abdominal pain or swelling
 Often a slight fever and feeling lethargic
 Bleeding after intercourse
 Heavy bleeding during menstruation
 What exactly causes cervical cancer?
 Cervical cancer is caused by the spread of HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) in the body.  Apart from that genetics is also a major reason for this.  Also, studies have found that cervical cancer can also be caused by family history.  Also, the nicotine in cigarettes can cause this cancer.
How to Take care?
 If you want to protect yourself from cervical cancer, the most important thing is to take proper care of your body.  Keeping the body clean.
 Conduct regular tests related to this disease
 Excessive smoking can also cause cervical cancer.
 Cervical cancer is caused by several types of HPV.
 Having safe sex can reduce the risk of cervical cancer.
