 783 crores water bill of Pune Municipal Corporation due on Pune residents!

| 1% interest per month from 1st April if outstanding!

 

Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – MC Water Supply Department owes a total of 783 crores to the citizens of Pune. The municipal corporation has tightened its belt to recover this. Pune residents will now have to pay interest if they keep their water bills in arrears. It will be started from April 1. Meanwhile, a deadline of 60 days has been given to pay the arrears till January 31. This information was given by Nandkishore Jagtap PMC, Chief Engineer of Water Supply Department. According to Jagtap, the arrears of 783 crores are from the year 1990. It also includes included villages. 112 crores has been recovered by the water supply department in the current financial year. 212 crores has been set as a recovery target. Meanwhile, the department had recovered 150 crores in the previous financial year. Jagtap also said.

– Appeal of PMC Water Supply Department

According to the public appeal of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune), all commercial and some residential customers within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation are already being billed through meters. Also Khadki Cantonment Board and
Water is being supplied to all the customers in Pune Cantonment Board areas by charging the bill through meter according to water consumption. As no interest is charged on the overdue water bills, it has been noticed by the Pune Municipal Corporation that the arrears of the bill are increasing on a large scale. (Pune PMC News)

Therefore, if the bill is not paid within 60 days from the date of the meter bill, the provisions of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949, Chapter VIII, Taxation Rules
Pune Municipal Corporation has decided to levy penal interest at the rate of 1% per month on the outstanding amount as per 41. Since the decision has been taken afresh, a deadline of 60 days is being given to the end of March 31, 2025 to pay the arrears due on January 31, 2025. All customers should note that a penalty interest of 1% per month will be levied on the outstanding amount from 1st April and any overdue amount thereafter. It is said in the appeal.
Arrangements have been made to pay the bills to all customers who are supplied with water through meters by the Pune Municipal Corporation. However, if the customers do not receive the bills, they should obtain their water meter bills up to 31st January 2024 from Lashkar Water Supply Department/Swargate Water Supply Department/SNDT-Chatushrungi Water Supply Department and pay the outstanding amount before 31st March. Jagtap has made such an appeal.

– Review meeting tomorrow regarding recovery

Meanwhile, Municipal Additional Commissioner Ravindra Binwade has called a meeting of water supply officers to review the pending water bill. In this, what measures should be planned for maximum recovery. This will be discussed. This was said by the administration.

Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – PMC Water Supply Department | पुणेकरांवर महापालिकेच्या पाणीपुरवठा विभागाची एकूण 783 कोटींची थकबाकी आहे. ही वसुली करण्यासाठी महापालिकेने कंबर कसली आहे. पुणेकरांना आता पाणीपट्टी (Water Bill) थकीत ठेवल्यास व्याज भरावे लागणार आहे. त्याची सुरुवात 1 एप्रिल पासून करण्यात येणार आहे. दरम्यान 31 जानेवारी पर्यंतची थकबाकी भरण्यासाठी 60 दिवसाची मुदत देण्यात आली आहे. अशी माहिती पाणीपुरवठा विभागाचे मुख्य अभियंता नंदकिशोर जगताप (Nandkishor Jagtap PMC) यांनी दिली. जगताप यांच्या माहितीनुसार 783 कोटींची थकबाकी ही 1990 सालापासूनची आहे. यात समाविष्ट गावांचा देखील समावेश आहे. चालू आर्थिक वर्षात पाणीपुरवठा विभागाने 112 कोटींची वसूली केली आहे. तर 212 कोटी वसूल करण्याचे उद्दिष्ट ठेवण्यात आले आहे. दरम्यान मागील आर्थिक वर्षात विभागाने 150 कोटी वसूल केले होते. असेही जगताप यांनी सांगितले.

– पाणीपुरवठा विभागाचे आवाहन

पुणे मनपाच्या (PMC Pune) जाहीर आवाहनानुसार पुणे महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील सर्व व्यावसायिक व काही निवासी ग्राहकांना यापूर्वीपासून मीटरद्वारे बिलाची आकारणी होत आहे. तसेच खडकी कॅन्टोन्मेंट बोर्ड व पुणे कॅन्टोन्मेंट बोर्ड क्षेत्रांमधील सर्व ग्राहकांना पाण्याच्या वापरानुसार मीटरद्वारे बिल आकारणी करुन पाणीपुरवठा करण्यात येत आहे. पाण्याच्या थकित बिलावर कोणतीही व्याजाची आकारणी करण्यात येत नसल्याने मोठ्या प्रमाणावर बिलाच्या रकमेची थकबाकी वाढत असल्याचे पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या निदर्शनास आले आहे. यास्तव मीटर बिलाच्या दिनांकापासून ६० दिवसांत बिल न भरल्यास महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १९४९ चे प्रकरण आठ, कराधान नियम यातील नियम
४१ नुसार थकबाकी रकमेवर प्रतिमहा १% दराने दंडात्मक व्याज आकारण्याचा पुणे महानगरपालिकेने निर्णय घेतला आहे.  निर्णय हा नव्याने घेण्यात आला असल्याने दिनांक ३१ जानेवारी 2025 रोजीची थकबाकी भरणेस दिनांक ३१ मार्च अखेर ६० दिवसांची मुदत देण्यात येत आहे. 1 एप्रिल पासून थकबाकी रकमेवर व त्यानंतरच्या कोणत्याही थकित रकमेवर १% प्रतिमहा दंडात्मक व्याज आकारण्यात येणार आहे याची सर्व ग्राहकांनी नोंद घ्यावी. असे आवाहनात म्हटले आहे.
मीटरद्वारे पाणीपुरवठा होणाऱ्या सर्व ग्राहकांना बिले पुणे मनपाकडून देण्याची व्यवस्था केली आहे. तथापि, ग्राहकांना बिले न मिळाल्यास त्यांचे 31 जानेवारी 2024 पर्यंतचे पाण्याचे मीटर बिल लष्कर पाणीपुरवठा विभाग/स्वारगेट पाणीपुरवठा विभाग/एसएनडीटी-चतुश्रुंगी पाणीपुरवठा विभाग येथून प्राप्त करुन घ्यावे व 31 मार्च पूर्वी थकबाकी रकमेचा भरणा करावा. असे आवाहन जगताप यांनी केले आहे.

– वसुली बाबत उद्या आढावा बैठक

दरम्यान थकीत पाणीपट्टी बाबत आढावा घेण्यासाठी महापालिका अतिरिक्त आयुक्त रविंद्र बिनवडे यांनी पाणीपुरवठा अधिकाऱ्यांची बैठक बोलावली आहे. यामध्ये जास्तीत जास्त वसुली करण्यासाठी काय उपाय योजना करायला हव्यात. याबाबत चर्चा होईल. असे प्रशासनाकडून सांगण्यात आले.

 Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune) is the second largest municipal corporation in the state and its budget is approximately 9 thousand crores.  There are various accounts, regional offices in the Municipal Corporation, and they require a large amount of materials, goods and supplies for their daily operations.  A central warehouse department has been created for its collective procurement.  According to the demand and requirement of the department, goods, materials and goods are procured and supplied from this department.  Other Departments do not have separate rights for such purchases.  Meanwhile, materials like paper, toner, which are essential for daily use, have not been purchased from the warehouse department for the past few months.  After much criticism in this regard, now the department has started procurement of materials.
 Regarding procurement of stationery, the administration had conducted tender process as per GeM portal procedure.  In this Hemdeep Enterprises had the lowest rate of 1 Crore 94 Lakh 6268.  Accordingly, it has been decided to give this work to this company.  Various 53 types of stationery will be taken.  This includes A4 paper 25000 rem, Legal paper 3000 rem, Ledger paper 1000 rem, Short hand book 500 nos., Pen, pencil, stapler pin, etc.

Aapla Dawakhana Yojana PMC Pune | एकनाथ शिंदे सरकारने (Eknath Shinde Government) मुंबईसह राज्यभरात ‘बाळासाहेब ठाकरे आपला दवाखाना’ (Balasaheb Thackeray Aapla Dawakhana) ही योजना सुरू केली आहे. या योजनेअंतर्गत महाराष्ट्रात 700 दवाखाने सुरू केले जाणार आहेत. त्याच धर्तीवर पुणे शहरात 58 ठिकाणी दवाखाने सुरु केली जाणार आहेत. त्यापैकी पहिल्या टप्प्यात 45 ठिकाणे आरोग्य विभागाकडून (PMC Health Department) निश्चित करण्यात आली आहेत. अशी माहिती सहायक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ वैशाली जाधव (Dr Vaishali Jadhav PMC) यांनी दिली. पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या हस्ते 19 जानेवारीला मुंबईत अशा 20 दवाखान्यांचं लोकार्पण करण्यात आलं. यापूर्वी ऑक्टोबर 2022 मध्ये मुंबईत एकूण 52 ठिकाणी ‘आपला दवाखाना’ अंतर्गत आरोग्य सेवा सुरू करण्यात आली आहे. (Pune PMC News)

काय आहे ‘आपला दवाखाना’ योजना?

 

‘बाळासाहेब ठाकरे आपला दवाखाना’ ही मुंबई महानगरपालिका आणि शिंदे सरकारची नवीन आरोग्य योजना आहे. सध्यातरी ठाणे आणि मुंबई शहरात आपला दवाखाना अंतर्गत आरोग्य सुविधा दिल्या जात आहेत.

आगामी काळात राज्यभरात असे 700 दवाखाने सुरू करण्यात येतील असं आश्वासन शिंदे सरकारने दिलं आहे.

मुंबईसह राज्यभरातील महापालिका आणि सरकारी हॉस्पिटलमध्ये रुग्णांची प्रचंड गर्दी दिसून येते. अगदी ताप,सर्दी अशा आजारांसाठीही रुग्णांना उपचार आणि वैद्यकीय टेस्ट करण्यासाठी घरापासून दूर हॉस्पिटल गाठावे लागते.

यावर उपाय म्हणून दर 25 ते 30 हजार वस्तीनजीक ‘आपला दवाखाना’ असावा असं लक्ष्य आहे.

– पुणे महापालिकेकडून 45 जागा निश्चित

पुणे शहर जुनी आणि नवी हद्द मिळून 58 दवाखाने उभारले जाणार आहेत. सरकारने यासाठी जागा भाडे तत्वावर घेण्यास सांगितले आहे. यात खाजगी जागांचा देखील समावेश आहे. या दवाखान्यात सरकारकडून एक क्लिनिकल सर्जन दिला जाणार आहे. इतर कर्मचारी हे महापालिकेला नेमावे लागतील. त्यानुसार आरोग्य विभागाने 45 जागा शोधून त्याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव मालमत्ता विभागाकडे ठेवला आहे. मालमत्ता विभाग त्याचे भाडे ठरवून देणार आहे. मात्र खाजगी जागा भाड्याने घेण्यावरून काही तांत्रिक अडचणी निर्माण होत आहेत त्यामुळे हा प्रस्ताव पुढे जाऊ शकला नाही.

राज्य सरकारच्या मार्गदर्शनानुसार आम्ही पहिल्या टप्प्यात जागा 45 निश्चित केल्या आहेत. याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव आम्ही मालमत्ता व्यवस्थापन विभागासमोर ठेवला आहे.

आपला दवाखाना योजना शहरात चांगल्या पद्धतीने राबवली जाईल. यातील तांत्रिक अडचणी सोडवण्यासाठी आरोग्य विभाग आणि मालमत्ता व्यवस्थापन विभागाची बैठक घेतली जाणार आहे. लवकरच ही योजना कार्यान्वित होईल.

 As per the order of the Municipal Commissioner, Amar Shinde PMC has been promoted in his old i.e. Path Department.  Shridhar Yevlekar (PMC) has been given the construction department.  He was earlier in the Department of Sewage, Maintenance and Repairs.  Dinkar Gojare (Dinkar Gojare PMC) has been given the Department of Sewage, Maintenance and Repair.  It was earlier in the path section.  Abhijit Dombe PMC has been promoted to Project Office 1.  Dombey was in the path section.  Shrikant Vaydande (PMC) has been given the water supply department.  He was previously in the construction department.  Rajesh Bankar (Rajesh Bankar PMC) has been given the construction department.  He was earlier in the water supply department.

PMC Central Store Department | पुणे महापालिकेच्या अर्थसंकल्पात (Pune Municipal Corporation Budget) पुरेशी तरतूद असताना देखील क्षेत्रीय कार्यालये आणि विभागांना विविध प्रकारची सामग्री मिळण्यासाठी रखडावे लागले होते. अखेर मध्यवर्ती भांडार विभागाने (PMC Central Store Department) याबाबतची निविदा प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करून सामग्री खरेदीस सुरुवात केली आहे. त्यानुसार संगणक, स्कॅनर, प्रिंटर आणि आवश्यक पेपर मिळणार आहेत. 4 कोटींची ही खरेदी आहे. अशी माहिती मध्यवर्ती भांडार कार्यालयाकडून देण्यात आली. पुणे महानगरपालिका (PMC Pune) ही राज्यातीत दुसऱ्या क्रमांकाची महानगरपालिका असुन तिचे बजेट अंदाजे १० हजार कोटी जवळपास आहे. महानगरपालिकेत विविध खाती, क्षेत्रिय कार्यालये, असुन त्यांना दैनंदिन कामकाजा साठी मोठया प्रमाणावर साहित्य, वस्तु, मालाची  आवश्यकता असते. त्याची एकत्रितरित्या खरेदी करण्यासाठी  मध्यवर्ती भांडार विभागाची निर्मिती केली आहे. या विभागाकडुन खात्याच्या मागणी व आवश्यकतेनुसार वस्तु, साहित्य, माल खरेदी करून त्याचा पुरवठा  केला जातो. अशा खरेदीचे स्वतंत्र अधिकार इतर खात्याना नाहीत. असे असताना दैनंदिन वापरासाठी अत्यावश्यक असणारे पेपरची, टोनर सारख्या सामग्रीची खरेदी गेली काही महिन्यांपासुन भांडार विभागाकडून केली गेलेली नव्हती. याबाबत बरीच टीका झाल्यानंतर आता विभागाने सामग्री खरेदीस सुरुवात केली आहे. खासकरून हा बदल विभाग प्रमुख म्हणून गणेश सोनुने आल्यानंतर झाला आहे. या सामग्रीची रखडलेली निविदा प्रक्रिया सोनुने यांनीच पूर्ण केली आहे. मध्यवर्ती भांडार कार्यालयाच्या माहितीनुसार निविदा प्रक्रिया पूर्ण केल्यानंतर 400 संगणक खरेदी बाबत ऑर्डर देण्यात आली आहे. नेट टेक सोल्युशन कंपनीकडून हे संगणक घेतले जाणार आहेत. यासाठी 3 कोटी 31 लाख इतका खर्च येणार आहे. 100 स्कॅनर घेतले जाणार आहेत. यासाठी 27 लाख 73 हजार इतका खर्च येणार आहे. 200 प्रिंटर चा खर्च 75 लाख इतका येणार आहे. अशी 4 कोटींहून अधिक खर्चाची सामग्री घेतली जाणार आहे. मागणीनुसार संबंधीत खात्याना सामग्री दिली जाणार आहे. 
: आवश्यक पेपर खरेदी सापडली होती वादात
पुणे महापालिकेत (Pune Municipal Corporation) सर्वच खाती आणि क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयांना पेपरची (Paper Purchase) आवश्यकता असते. प्रत्येक खात्याची ती मूलभूत गरज आहे. मध्यवर्ती भांडार विभाग (PMC Central Store Department) याची खरेदी करते. त्यासाठी चालू अर्थसंकल्पात (PMC Budget) 2 कोटींची तरतूद देखील केली आहे. मात्र महापालिकेत आर्थिक वर्ष सुरु झाल्यापासून भांडार विभागाकडून पेपर ची खरेदीच झाली नाही. कारण याबाबतच्या प्रस्तावाला आयुक्तांकडून अजून मंजूरीच मिळालेली नव्हती. पुणे महापालिकेच्या इतिहासात पहिल्यांदाच पेपर ची खरेदी इतके दिवस रखडली होती. यावरून महापालिकेत उलट सुलट चर्चाना उधाण आले होते. त्यानुसार पेपर खरेदी ची देखील टेंडर प्रक्रिया सुरु करण्यात आली आहे. यासाठी 70 लाख इतका खर्च येणार आहे. असे मध्यवर्ती भांडार विभागाकडून सांगण्यात आले.

महापालिकेच्या मिळकतकर विभागासाठी दोन सहाय्यक आयुक्त पदे निर्माण करण्यात आली आहेत. मात्र वैभव कडलख सेवानिवृत्त झाल्याने एक सहायक आयुक्त पद रिक्त झाले होते. बऱ्याच महिन्यापासून हे पद रिक्त होते.    दरम्यान या पदाचा अतिरिक्त पदभार प्रशासन अधिकारी सुनील मते यांच्याकडे देण्यात आला आहे. महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार यांनी याबाबतचे आदेश जारी केले आहेत. एक सहायक आयुक्त पद हे अस्मिता तांबे यांच्याकडे आहे. तसेच प्रॉपर्टी टॅक्स विभागाकडे सध्या तीन प्रशासन अधिकारी आहेत. यामध्ये सुनिल मते, रविंद्र धावरे आणि संजय शिवले यांचा समावेश आहे. PMC Retired Employees | जानेवारी 2024 महिन्यात पुणे महापालिकेच (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) 36 कर्मचारी आणि अधिकारी सेवानिवृत्त झाले. या कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी महानगपालिका कामगार कल्याण विभाग (PMC Labour Welfare Department) च्या वतीने सेवापूर्ती समारंभ आयोजित करण्यात आला होता. (Pune PMC News)

या समारंभास प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून ज्येष्ठ लेखक, व्याखाते व देशभक्तकोशकार  चंद्रकांत शहासने (Chandrakant Shahasane) उपस्थित होते.  नितीन केंजळे, मुख्य कामगार अधिकारी (Nitin Kenjale PMC) यांनी कार्यक्रमाच्या प्रस्तावनेवर बोलताना सेवकांच्या भविष्यात मिळणाऱ्या रकमा, वेळेचे नियोजन याची सविस्तर माहिती दिली. तदनंतर रविंद्र मुळे, उप अभियंता, राजेंद्र ढुमने, क्रीडा अधिकारी,  शरद हरके, अधीक्षक या सेवानिवृत्त होणाऱ्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी आपले मनोगत व्यक्त केले.

या कार्यक्रमास प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून लाभलेले चंद्रकांत शहासने यांनी निवृत्त सेवकांना मार्गदशनपर बोलताना आरोग्य हीच संपत्ती आहे. प्रत्येकाने आपले आरोग्य जपले पाहिजे. कुटुंबातील सर्व सदस्यांना वेळ द्या, रोज व्यायाम करावा, योग- योगासने करावीत, घरातील व शेजारील व्यक्तींशी वादावादी करू नका. आपण केलेली सेवा ही फार मोठी गोष्ट आहे असे नमूद करून सर्वाना भविष्यातील वाटचालीसाठी शुभेच्छा दिल्या.

 4 Special Scod Vehicles in fleet of PMC Solid Waste Management  Department

According to that, for the communication of the Bharari team and to carry out punitive action more effectively, 4 special scud vehicles have been deployed through the solid waste management department.  Scod vehicle) has been purchased.  Daily Garbage Collection in Pune City (PMC Garbage Collection) 2200 to 2300 May.  Up to tons.  PMC Solid Waste Management Bylaws 2026 (PMC Solid Waste Management Bylaws 2026) has been issued by the central government to manage the solid waste generated on a daily basis.  As per the rules, it is mandatory to take action periodically at the regional office level to comply with various rules related to solid waste management.  This mainly includes various actions like plastic ban, chronic spot, atty spitting, open dumping, waste burning etc.  It is also necessary to implement Solid Waste Management Rules 2016 in newly included 34 villages.  (Pune PMC News)
  Daily site inspection is required for taking various actions.  For this there is not enough communication system available at field office level.  At present, the servants have to go to their two-wheelers to carry out operations so that operations are not carried out effectively and the head office also does not have vehicles available for carrying out large operations.
  A total of 18 vehicles, one for each regional office and three for the main department, will be purchased for taking action and it will be possible to effectively carry out various activities related to solid waste management at different levels in Pune city.  In the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan implemented by the central government, help will also be provided under this initiative to increase the rating of Pune city.  Also, if the vehicles are provided to the servants for action, their morale will increase and it will help the action to be carried out effectively and it will have positive results.  So the cars have been purchased.
 In order to carry out the penal action more effectively, a total of 18 special scod vehicles are being purchased through the solid waste management department of the Pune Municipal Corporation, 4 in the first phase and 14 in the second phase.  4 cars of the first phase were distributed today.  After that, the remaining 14 trains in the second phase will be distributed to the regional offices.  This time Dr.  Kunal Khemnar Additional Municipal Commissioner, Sandeep Kadam, Deputy Commissioner Solid Waste Management, Jayant Bhosekar, Deputy Commissioner Motor Vehicle Department, Prasad Katkar, Deputy Commissioner Circle No. 4, all municipal assistant commissioners, all senior health inspectors and all health inspectors were present.  Public awareness about solid waste management will also be created through these trains.  It will be possible to create awareness about the public cleanliness of the city, educate the citizens who violate the above rules and levy administrative charges in case of violation despite repeated notices.
