Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – PMC Budget by IAS Vikram Kumar | पुणे महापालिका आयुक्त तथा प्रशासक विक्रम कुमार (IAS Vikram Kumar) यांनी आज महापालिकेचे आर्थिक वर्ष 2024-25 साठीचा अर्थसंकल्प (PMC Budget 2024-25) सादर केला. 11 हजार 601 कोटींचे हे अंदाजपत्रक आयुक्तांनी स्थायी समितीला (PMC Standing Committee) सादर केले. महापालिकेत प्रशासकच सर्वेसर्वा असल्याने आयुक्तांनी अर्थात स्थायी समितीने हे अंदाजपत्रक मान्य देखील केले. स्थायी समितीला बजेट सादर करताना आयुक्त भाषण अर्थात आपले निवेदन करत असतात. त्यात पुणे शहराविषयी, महापालिकेविषयी त्यांची भूमिका याचा अंतर्भाव असतो. या बजेटमध्ये आयुक्तांनी काय निवेदन केले, हे आम्ही तुमच्यासाठी सविस्तर देत आहोत. महापालिका आयुक्त यांचे निवेदन: 

मला पुणे महानगरपालिकेचे चौथे अंदाजपत्रक सादर करण्याची व प्रशासक म्हणून दुसरे अंदाजपत्रक सादर
करण्याची जी संधी प्राप्त झाली, त्याचा मला आनंद होत आहे. पुणे शहर जागतिक व देशातील इतर अग्रगण्य शहरापैकी एक असून सर्वांना आकर्षित करणारे आहे. चांगले जीवनमान व राहण्यास सुयोग्य शहर असल्याने तसेच रोजगाराच्या संधी, दर्जेदार शिक्षण, जगातील नाविन्यपूर्ण गोष्टी तत्परतेने आत्मसात करणारे वातावरण असल्याने शहराचे मोठ्याप्रमाणात नागरिकीकरण वाढत आहे. त्याचबरोबर पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या हद्दीत नव्याने समाविष्ट गावे झाल्याने पायाभूत सोयी सुविधांवर दिवसेंदिवस ताण वाढत आहे. या सर्व बाबींचा सर्वंकष विचार करुन सर्व समावेशक विकास करण्याची अंतिमतः जबाबदारी प्रशासनावर असते.

स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्था या शासन संस्थेचाच एक महत्वाचा भाग आहे व त्याचे कार्यक्षेत्र मर्यादित असो किंवा मोठे प्रत्येक नागरीकांची नाळ या संस्थेशी जोडलेली असते. स्थानिक पातळीवरील सार्वजनिक स्वरुपाची विशेषतः जनतेच्या प्राथमिक गरजांशी निगडीत असणारी कामे त्यांचा प्राधान्यक्रम महत्वाचा असतो. अंदाजपत्रक तयार करताना वाढीव सेवा मागणी व उपलब्ध निधी यांची सांगड घालताना मोठी कसरत करावी लागत असते. भारतातील लोकशाही प्रणाली सुदृढ, सक्षम व विकसित करण्याच्या उद्देशाने सरकारने कल्याणकारी शासन व्यवस्थेचा स्वीकार केला आहे. त्या दृष्टीकोनातून स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थांना स्वायत्तता व स्वातंत्र्य देण्यात आले आहे.

स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्था या शासन व नागरिक यांना जोडणारा दूवा आहे. त्यामुळे शहरातील प्रत्येक नागरिक मनुष्यजीवनाचा प्रारंभ जन्मापासून स्थानिक संस्थेशी जोडला जात असतो व पुढेही सर्व सोयी सुविधांसाठी स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थेशी निगडीत व संपर्कात असतो व अशा गोष्टींबाबत प्रशासनाकडून प्रतिसाद मिळावा अशी त्यांची अपेक्षा असते. त्यामुळेच नागरिकांची सुप्रशासन, विकास पारदर्शकपणा व गतिमानता अशा सर्व कामांच्या पातळ्यांवर पुणे महानगरपालिकेशी बांधिलकी निर्माण होते. या सर्व गोष्टींचा सर्वांगीण विचार करुन व शहराच्या विकासाची दिशा निश्चित करुन अंदाजपत्रक मा. स्थायी समितीस सादर करीत आहे.

स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण विशेष सन्मान :–
पुणे शहराचा स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण अंतर्गत आयोजित स्पर्धेमध्ये मागील वर्षी २० क्रमांक आणि ३ स्टार मानांकन होते. यापूर्वी स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण २०२३ मध्ये १ लाखापेक्षा जास्त लोकसंख्या असलेल्या शहरांमध्ये पुणे शहराला १०क्रमांकाचे मानांकन प्राप्त झाले आहे. केंद्र शासनाचा Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs यांच्या हस्ते पुणे शहराला सन्मानित करण्यात आले. त्याचप्रमाणे प्रथमच GFC अंतर्गत ५ स्टार मानांकनाने गौरविण्यात आले आहे.

 – Proposals before the Standing Committee

 Pune| (The karbhari online) –  Municipal Commissioner Vikram Kumar (Vikram Kumar IAS) will present the budget of Pune Municipal Corporation for the year 2024-25 (PMC Budget 2024-25) on March 7 at 11:30 am.  According to the resolution of the general body meeting, the commissioner is required to submit the budget to the standing committee by January 15.  However, due to unavoidable reasons, the Municipal Commissioner was not able to submit the budget within a reasonable time.  Now the proposal to present the budget on March 7 has been placed before the standing committee by the administration.  (Pune Municipal Corporation Budget)
 |  The budget must be submitted to the Standing Committee by January 15
 According to section 95 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, the revenue, capital etc. of the Municipal Corporation.  Draft Income and Expenditure Budget (“A” and “C”) Budget to be submitted to the Standing Committee on or before 15th January.
 is necessary.  After that the Standing Committee Chairman amends it and submits the budget to the main body.  The budget must be discussed in the main assembly and approved before March 31.  Then it can be implemented.  Meanwhile, the municipal commissioner had started preparing to present the budget.  The Commissioner had sought information about this from all the departments.  However, due to unavoidable reasons, the Municipal Commissioner was not able to submit the budget within a reasonable time.  Now the proposal to present the budget on March 7 has been placed before the main assembly by the administration through the standing committee.
 – Attention should be given to the development of included villages
 Meanwhile, there are high expectations from the municipal commissioner through the budget of the included villages.  Because even though the years have passed after the inclusion of the villages, there has been no systematic development of the villages.  So citizens have to contend with basic problems.  Despite this, citizens are not exempted from taxes.  So citizens have high expectations from the budget.  The administration has given good attention to the roads in the city and widened the roads.  Now attention is going to be paid to whether some new roads will be suggested in the new budget.  Also, attention will also be paid to what new things the commissioner is going to bring through the budget for the people of Pune.

– स्थायी समिती समोर प्रस्ताव

पुणे : (The Karbhari Online) –  पुणे महापालिकेचे वर्ष 2024-25 चे अंदाजपत्रक (PMC Budget 2024-25) महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार (Vikram Kumar IAS) 7 मार्च ला सकाळी 11:30 वाजता सादर करणार आहेत. मुख्य सभा ठरावानुसार आयुक्तांनी 15 जानेवारी पर्यंत अंदाजपत्रक स्थायी समितीला सादर करणे आवश्यक असते. मात्र महापालिका आयुक्तांना अपरिहार्य कारणास्तव उचित कालावधीत बजेट सादर करणे शक्य झाले नाही.  आता 7 मार्च ला बजेट सादर करण्याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव प्रशासनाकडून स्थायी समितीच्या समोर ठेवला आहे. | 15 जानेवारी पर्यंत अंदाजपत्रक स्थायी समितीला सादर करणे आवश्यक
महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम कलम ९५ नुसार महानगरपालिकेचे महसूली, भांडवली इ. उत्पन्न व खर्चाचे अंदाजपत्रक आराखडा (“अ” व “क’) अंदाजपत्रक १५ जानेवारी अगर तत्पूर्वी स्थायी समितीस सादर करणे
आवश्यक आहे. त्यांनतर स्थायी समिती अध्यक्ष त्यात बदल करून बजेट मुख्य सभेला सादर करतात. मुख्य सभेत चर्चा होऊन हे बजेट 31 मार्च पूर्वी मंजूर होणे आवश्यक असते. त्यांनतर त्यावर अंमल करता येतो. दरम्यान महापालिका आयुक्तांनी बजेट सादर करण्याची तयारी सुरु केली होती. सर्व विभागाकडून आयुक्तांनी याबाबतची माहिती मागवली होती. मात्र महापालिका आयुक्तांना अपरिहार्य कारणास्तव उचित कालावधीत बजेट सादर करणे शक्य झाले नाही.  आता 7 मार्च ला बजेट सादर करण्याबाबत प्रस्ताव प्रशासनाकडून स्थायी समिती मार्फत मुख्य सभेसमोर ठेवण्यात आला आहे.
– समाविष्ट गावांच्या विकासावर द्यावे लागणार लक्ष 
दरम्यान महापालिका आयुक्त यांच्याकडून अंदाजपत्रकाच्या माध्यमातून समाविष्ट गावांच्या खूप अपेक्षा आहेत. कारण गावे समाविष्ट होऊन वर्षे सरत आली तरी गावांचा रचनाबद्ध विकास झालेला नाही. त्यामुळे नागरिकांना मूलभूत समस्यांशी झगडावे लागते. इतके असूनही नागरिकांची करातून सुटका नाही. त्यामुळे नागरिकांना बजेट मधून खूप अपेक्षा आहेत. प्रशासनाने शहरातील रस्त्यांवर चांगले लक्ष देऊन रस्ते मोठे केले आहेत. आता नवीन बजेट मध्ये नवीन काही रस्ते सुचवले जाणार का, याकडे लक्ष असणार आहे. तसेच पुणेकरांसाठी बजेट च्या माध्यमातून आयुक्त नवीन काय घेऊन येणार आहेत, याकडे देखील लक्ष असणार आहे.

PMC Solid Waste Management | सर्व क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयामधील हद्दीत दैनंदिन काम करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांमुळेच स्वच्छता पुरस्कार महापालिकेला मिळाला आहे. पुढील काळामध्ये महापालिका स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण मध्ये भारतात प्रथम तीन क्रमांकामध्ये येईल. असा विश्वास महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार (Vikram Kumar PMC Commissioner) यांनी व्यक्त केला.
तसेच त्यासाठी लागणारी यंत्रणा/सुविधा आवश्यक असल्यास प्राधान्याने उपलब्ध करून देणेबाबत आयुक्तांनी आश्वासित केले. (Pune Municipal Corporation Solid Waste Management Department)
पुणे महानगरपालिका, घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन कार्यालयामार्फत “स्वच्छता विषयक कार्यशाळा व सत्कार समारोह” आयोजित करण्यात आला होता. यावेळी आयुक्त बोलत होते.

स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण २०२३ अंतर्गत आयोजित स्पर्धेमध्ये पुणे शहराला लाख लोकसंख्येपेक्षा जास्त लोकसंख्या असलेल्या शहरांमध्ये भारतात १० क्रमांकाचे मानांकन व १० लाख लोकसंख्येपेक्षा जास्त लोकसंख्या असलेल्या शहरांमध्ये ९ क्रमांकाचे मानांकन प्राप्त झाले आहे. त्याचप्रमाणे Garbage Free City (GFC) अंतर्गत ५ स्टार मानांकनाने हरदीप सिंग पुरी, कॅबिनेट मंत्री MoHUA व मनोज जोशी, सचिव, MoHUA यांच्या हस्ते गौरविण्यात आले.
पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या वतीने महापालिका आयुक्त,  विक्रम कुमार, मअतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त (इ), डॉ. कुणाल खेमनार व घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन विभागप्रमुख, उप आयुक्त, संदिप कदम यांनी पुरस्कार स्वीकारला.
महापालिकेचे सर्व अधिकारी, कर्मचारी यांनी केलेले अथक परिश्रम, नागरिकांनी दिलेला सकारात्मक प्रतिसाद व स्वयंसेवी संस्था या सर्वांचे सांधिक प्रयत्न व नाविन्यपूर्ण प्रकल्पाच्या अंतर्भाव, या मुळे हा सन्मान प्राप्त झाला आहे. पुढील काळात लोकसहभागातून स्वच्छतेसाठी महापालिका आणखी प्रयत्न करेल असे मत त्यावेळी श्री विक्रम कुमार, आयुक्त, पुणे
महानगरपालिका यांनी व्यक्त केले होते.
या अनुषंगाने स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण २०२३ अंतर्गत बुधवार रोजी स. ११:०० ते सायं ०४:०० या वेळेत क्रांतीज्योती सावित्रीबाई फुले स्मारक, गंजपेठ, पुणे या ठिकाणी स्वच्छता विषयक कार्यशाळा व सत्कार समारोह चे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.
या कार्यशाळेस मा. महापालिका आयुक्त, श्री. विक्रम कुमार व मा. अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त (इ), डॉ. कुणाल खेमनार, मा. अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त (वि), श्री. विकास ढाकणे, उप आयुक्त, घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन श्री. संदीप कदम व तसेच माजी अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त, श्री. सुरेश जगताप आणि श्री. ज्ञानेश्वर मोळक देखील उपस्थित होते. स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण चे ब्रँड अॅम्बॅसडर, टेनिसपटू ऋतुजा भोसले देखील उपस्थित होते.
या प्रसंगी घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन विभागाचे उप आयुक्त, श्री. संदीप कदम यांनी प्रास्ताविक केले. मा. महापालिका आयुक्त, श्री. विक्रम कुमार यांनी सर्व अधिकाऱ्यांचे / कर्मचाऱ्यांचे अभिनंदन केले.
मा. अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त (इ), डॉ. कुणाल खेमनार, माजी अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त, श्री. सुरेश जगताप आणि श्री. ज्ञानेश्वर मोळक यांनी देखील आपले मनोगत व्यक्त करून कर्मचाऱ्यांना प्रोत्साहन दिले.
तसेच “मनाची अमर्याद शक्ती व तणावमुक्ती” या विषयावर डॉ. दत्ता कोहिनकर माईड पॉवर ट्रेनर यांनी व्याख्यान दिले.
तसेच स्वच्छताविषयक कामकाज करणारे अधिकारी / कर्मचाऱ्यांचा / क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय / मुख्य विभाग यांना महापालिका आयुक्त यांच्या हस्ते गौरव चिन्ह व प्रशस्तीपत्र देऊन सत्कार करण्यात आला.

Vikram Kumar PMC Commissioner | The Municipal Commissioner had ordered all the department heads to issue work orders from 20th to 25th February in the background of Loksabha Election Code of conduct. However, this deadline has been extended by 10 days. Municipal Commissioner Vikram Kumar (Vikram Kumar IAS) has issued orders in this regard (PMC Circular). (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)

The financial year of the Municipal Corporation ends on March 31. Work orders for work or purchase are issued by about 25 March every year. So that the concerned contractors get time to submit the bills to the Municipal Corporation before the end of the financial year. But this year is the year of Lok Sabha elections. Anytime elections are announced, there is a possibility that things will get stuck in the code of conduct. Against this backdrop, Municipal Commissioner Vikram Kumar had ordered all departments to issue work orders for all works from 20 to 25 February three weeks ago.

Now the commissioner has extended this deadline by 10 days. The commissioner has warned that the department will be held responsible if the works are not completed within this period.

Vikram Kumar PMC Commissioner | महापालिका आयुक्तांनी आगामी लोकसभेची आचारसंहितेच्या (Loksabha Election Code of conduct) पार्श्‍वभूमीवर कामाच्या वर्क ऑर्डर २० ते २५ फेब्रुवारीपर्यंत देण्याचे आदेश सर्व विभागप्रमुखांना दिले होते. मात्र, ही मुदत 10 दिवसांनी वाढविण्यात आली आहे. महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार ( Vikram Kumar IAS) यांनी याबाबतचे आदेश जारी (PMC Circular) केले आहेत. महापालिकेचे आर्थिक वर्ष ३१ मार्चला संपते. दरवर्षी साधारण २५ मार्चपर्यंत कामाच्या अथवा खरेदीच्या वर्क ऑर्डर दिल्या जातात. जेणेकरून आर्थिक वर्ष संपण्यापुर्वी संबधीत ठेकेदारांना बिले महापालिकेकडे सादर करण्यास अवधी मिळतो. परंतू यंदा लोकसभा निवडणुकीचे वर्ष आहे. केव्हांही निवडणुका जाहीर होउन कामे आचारसंहितेत अडकण्याची शक्यता आहे. या पार्श्‍वभूमीवर महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार यांनी तीन आठवड्यांपुर्वी सर्व विभागांना २० ते २५ फेब्रुवारी पर्यंत सर्व कामांच्या वर्क ऑर्डर देण्याचे आदेश दिले होते.

आता आयुक्तांनी ही मुदत 10 दिवसांनी वाढवली आहे. या कालावधीत कामे पूर्ण न झाल्यास खात्याला जबाबदार धरले जाईल, असा इशारा आयुक्तांनी दिला आहे.

 PMC 74th Anniversary |  On the occasion of Pune Municipal Corporation Anniversary, Pune Municipal Cultural Arts Forum has organized a photo exhibition at Balgandharva Rangmandir Kaladalan.  It was inaugurated by Municipal Commissioner Vikram Kumar (Vikram Kumar IAS).  (Pune PMC News)
 In this exhibition, visitors will get an opportunity to see photography, paintings, hand-made idols, wood carvings, collection of old coins, etc.  This exhibition is open to all from 14th to 16th February 2024 from 10 am to 9 pm.  However, an appeal has been made on behalf of the Cultural Forum to visit the said exhibition.
 The following officers/servants of the Municipal Corporation have participated in this exhibition.
 Nisha Chavan, Suresh Pardeshi, Sandeep Khalate, Ankush Kangude, Rahul Waghmare, Devendra Bhagwat, Swati Sidhul, Lalit Bode, Anil Chavan, Sudhakar Memane, Prakash Bhoke, Narendra Dixit, Shital Wagh, Karuna Laghade.

PMC 74th Anniversary | पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या वर्धापन दिनानिमित्त (Pune Municipal Corporation Anniversary), पुणे महानगरपालिका सांस्कृतिक कला मंच यांचे वतीने बालगंधर्व रंगमंदिर येथील कलादालन येथे छायाचित्र प्रदर्शनाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. याचे उद्घाटन महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार (Vikram Kumar IAS) यांच्या हस्ते करण्यात आले. या प्रदर्शनात फोटोग्राफी, पेंटिंग्स, हाताने तयार केलेल्या मूर्ती, काष्ठशिल्प, जुन्या नाण्यांचा संग्रह, इत्यादी साहित्य पाहण्याची संधी दर्शकांना मिळणार आहे. हे प्रदर्शन दिनांक 14 ते 16 फेब्रुवारी 2024 या कालावधी त सकाळी 10 ते रात्री 9 वाजेपर्यंत सर्वांसाठी खुले आहे. तरी सदर प्रदर्शनास भेट देण्याचे आवाहन सांस्कृतिक कलामंच च्या वतीने करण्यात आले आहे.

या  प्रदर्शनामध्ये महानगरपालिकेमधील खालील अधिकारी/सेवकांनी सहभाग घेतला आहे.

Pune Municipal Corporation 74th Anniversary | पुणे महापालिका (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) यंदा आपला 74 वा वर्धापनदिन (PMC Anniversary) साजरा करत आहे. या निमित्ताने कर्मचारी आणि अधिकाऱ्यांसाठी पुणे महापालिका सांस्कृतिक कलामंच (PMC Sanskrutik Kalamanch) च्या वतीने विविध सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमांचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. तीन दिवस या मेजवानीचा लाभ कर्मचाऱ्यांना घेता येणार आहे. महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार (Vikram Kumar IAS), अतिरिक्त आयुक्त रविन्द्र बिनवडे (Ravindra Binwade IAS) आणि मुख्य कामगार अधिकारी नितीन केंजळे (Nitin Kenjale PMC) यांनी कर्मचारी आणि अधिकाऱ्यांना या कार्यक्रमाचा लाभ घेण्याचे आवाहन केले आहे.

| उद्यापासून सुरु होतील कार्यक्रम

14 ते 16 फेब्रुवारी या कालावधीत बालगंधर्व रंगमंदिरात अधिकारी आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांचे छायाचित्र तथा हस्तचित्र प्रदर्शन आयोजित करण्यात आले आहे. हे प्रदर्शन दोन दिवस सकाळी 10 वाजल्यापासून रात्री 8 पर्यंत सुरु राहणार आहे.
15 फेब्रुवारी रोजी सकाळी 10 ते 1 या कालावधीत विविध कला गुणदर्शनाचे कार्यक्रम होतील. सुरेश परदेशी आणि इतर कर्मचारी हा कार्यक्रम सादर करतील. बालगंधर्व रंगमंदिरात हा कार्यक्रम असेल.
15 फेब्रुवारी रोजी दुपारी 2 ते 5 या कालावधीत बालगंधर्व रंगमंदिरात मराठी नाटक सादर करण्यात येणार आहे. मंगलदास माने, आदर्श गायकवाड आणि महापालिका कर्मचारी हे नाटक सादर करतील.
15 फेब्रुवारी रोजी सायंकाळी 5 ते 8 या कालावधीत मराठी आणि हिंदी गीतांचा कार्यक्रम होईल. सचिन कदम आणि महापालिका कर्मचारी हा कार्यक्रम सादर करतील.

   1100 contestants took a total of 3000 entries in various categories in various competitions held on the occasion of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) fruits, flowers and vegetable exhibition (PMC 42th Fruit, flowers and vegetable competition and exhibition). The first prize in the exhibition was Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd.  12000/- check and trophy to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, 2nd prize – Shree Shivaji Pre-Gretary Military School, Pune 10000/- check and trophy and 3rd prize – Shreya Landscaping and Gardening, Pune 9000/- check and trophy  (Pune Municipal Corporation 74th Anniversary)
 42nd Fruits, Flowers and Vegetables Exhibition on the occasion of the anniversary of Pune Municipal Corporation.  It was held at Sambhaji Raje Park.  The prize distribution ceremony of the competitions organized on the occasion of the said exhibition was held on Sunday.
 The prize distribution ceremony was attended by Mr. Dr. Shri.  Deepak Tilak, Chancellor, Tilak Maharashtra University, Chief Advisor, The Rose Society of Pune, Editor, Kesari Newspaper and Hon. Dr. Shri.  Siddharth Dhende, Former Deputy Mayor, Pune, Mr. Vikram Kumar, Principal, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation, Pune, Mr.  Dnyaneshwar Mokal, Additional Municipal Commissioner (General) (Retd.), Mr. Ganesh Shirke President, The Rose Society of Pune, Shri.  Arun Patil, Former President, The Rose Society of Pune and Mr.  Nilesh Apte- Secretary, The Rose Society of Pune was the chief guest and Hon.  Sandeep Kale, Former Tree Authority Committee Member, Pune Municipal Corporation and Mr. Rakesh Witkar of Pune Municipal Corporation, Pr.  Chief Security Officer, Hon.  Ashok Ghorpade, Chief Park Superintendent and Mr. Santosh Kumar Kamble, Park Superintendent, Mr. Snehal Harpale, Mr. Ratnakar Karde, Mrs. Shruti Nazirkar, six.  Park Superintendent and officers and employees of Park Department were also present.
 – Various 12 sections on exhibition
 This type of exhibition is organized every year by the Pune Municipal Corporation with the aim of allowing the citizens to see the diversity of nature and thereby create awareness of nature conservation among them and to increase their participation in the work of “Majhi Vasundhara” project which is ongoing in the city of Pune.  The exhibition had a total of 12 different sections, with 215 sub-sections, including decorative leaf flower pot arrangements, herb collection, rose flower arrangement, seasonal flowers, table decoration, different types of flowers, vegetables, salad decoration, for women from disadvantaged groups, fruit and vegetable processing.  Prepared items, various types of necklaces, bouquets, ships, braids were on display.  Also, a separate section was kept for photographs based on nature and environment.  A variety of dahlia orchids,
 6, andhurium, gerbera, rose, cananion, etc.  A variety of seasonal as well as perennial flowers are the main attraction of this exhibition.  In this exhibition, replicas of different types of gardens were created for viewing.

 In this, Mr. Dr. Deepak Tilak, Chancellor, Tilak Maharashtra University, Chief Adviser, The Rose Society of Pune, Editor, Kesari Newspaper have the auspicious hands of “King of Flowers” ​​and “Queen of Flowers” ​​as well as “Princess” and “Prince”.  All four such awards were given to Mr. Manchar K Irani, while Mr. Sahil Thombare was awarded the “Laxmibai Anantrao Naik Silver Medal” for his outstanding work in roses.  Kashta Shilp, Friends of Bonsai, Brahma Kumaris Vishwa Vidyalaya, Marathwada Mitra Mandal College of Architecture etc. have participated and in this exhibition, citizens got to see Bonsai, Features Garden Pushkarani’s various flower designs and the concept of eco-friendly musical instrument production.
 – Various decoration on exhibition
 The exhibition includes main entrance decoration through garden department, flower butterfly decoration in main mandap, Mickey Mouse flower decoration, heart shape selfie point flower decoration, tree trunk display, my beauty display, natural display from waste material, flower valley display, water fall garden, dream zoo park.  Safari Scene, Flying Tea Pot Scene, Nectar Festival of Freedom, Udyan Darshan Bus Scene were created.
 – 1.25 lakh people benefited from the exhibition
  A total of 350 gardeners, Bigari Sevaks from the Parks and Trees Authority Department have received valuable support for the successful execution of the exhibition.  Plants, Fertilizers, Implements etc. for citizens.  75 stalls were made available with the aim of making the goods available.  Approximately 1 to 1.25 lakh citizens of the city have benefited from seeing the said exhibition.
