Sheikh Salla Dargah Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – पुणे पोलिस आयुक्त अमितेश कुमार (Pune CP Amitesh Kumar), पालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार (Vikram Kumar IAS), शेख सल्ला दर्गाचे विश्वस्त, राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यंक आयोगाचे सल्लागार अली दारूवाला (Ali Daruwala) आणि सामाजिक कार्यकर्त्यांच्या बैठकीत शेख सल्ला दर्गा अतिक्रमण प्रकरणावर तोडगा निघाला असून पुणेकरांच्या सलोखा, सामंजस्याचे दर्शन घडले आहे, अशी प्रतिक्रिया राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यांक आयोगाचे सल्लागार अली दारूवाला यांनी व्यक्त केली आहे.

या संदर्भात शनिवारी पोलिस आयुक्त कार्यालयात सर्व संबंधितांच्या बैठकीत दर्गाच्या विश्वस्तांनी २०१९ नंतरचे अतिक्रमण स्वताहून काढण्याची भूमिका घेतली. या बैठकीत शांततेत संवाद झाला आणि तोडगा निघाला, असे अली दारूवाला यांनी सांगितले. अमितेश कुमार विक्रम कुमार, अतिरिक्त पोलिस आयुक्त श्री. पवार, शहर अभियंता प्रशांत वाघमारे, पोलिस उपआयुक्त संदीप गील, राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यांक आयोगाचे सल्लागार अली दारूवाला, दर्गा विश्वस्त आदी उपस्थित होते. दर्गा संबंधी तणावाच्या अफवांवर विश्वास ठेऊ नये, असे आवाहन अली दारूवाला यांनी केले आहे

 Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) |  An investigation by the senior officials of the Pune Municipal Corporation has found that some of the registered street vendors on the roads of Pune city are selling their certificates to other street vendors/citizens through unauthorized financial transactions.  Pune Municipal Corporation’s Encroachment/Unauthorized Construction Removal Department has issued a warning to blacklist such professionals.  (PMC Encroachment/illegal construction removal department)
  According to the provisions of the Central Government’s “Street Vendors Act, 2014”, the “hawker certificate” given to any street vendor registered under the Pune Municipality does not give the right to sell to other street vendors or citizens in any way or to allow them to do business in an unauthorized manner.  Meanwhile, Pune Municipal Corporation will not be responsible if a registered street hawker engages in wrongful dealings with other persons to sell the certificate by exchanging money in such wrong way, no one can do business on footpaths on the hawker certificate obtained by such wrong way.  Also, the certificate of the registered street vendor selling such certificate will be canceled permanently and the name of the professional will be blacklisted by the municipal administration.  This warning has been given by the municipal administration.

पुणे – (The Karbhari News Service) – Pune Hawker’s Certificate | पुणे शहरातील रस्ता पद-पथांवरील नोंदणीकृत काही पथ विक्रेते त्यांची प्रमाणपत्रे इतर पथ विक्रेत्यांना/नागरिकांना अनधिकृतपणे आर्थिक व्यवहार करून विकत असल्याचे पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांच्या तपासणीत आढळून आले आहे. अशा व्यावसायिकांना काळ्या यादीत टाकण्याचा इशारा पुणे महापालिकेच्या अतिक्रमण/अनधिकृत बांधकाम निर्मूलन विभागाकडून देण्यात आला आहे.  केंद्र शासनाच्या “पथ विक्रेता अधिनियम, २०१४ मधील तरतुदीनुसार पुणे मनपाकडील नोंदणीकृत झालेल्या कोणत्याही पथ विक्रेत्यास देण्यात आलेले “फेरीवाला प्रमाणपत्र” हे इतर पथ विक्रेत्यांना अथवा नागरिकांना कोणत्याही मार्गाने विक्री करण्याचा अथवा अनधिकृतपणे व्यवसाय करणेस देण्याचा अधिकार दिलेला नाही. असे असताना एखाद्या नोंदणीकृत पथ विक्रेत्याने अशा प्रकारचा गैर मार्गाने आर्थिक देवान- घेवाण करून प्रमाणपत्र विकत देण्याचा इतर व्यक्तींशी गैर व्यवहार केल्यास त्यास पुणे महानगरपालिका जबाबदार राहणार नसून अशा गैर मार्गाने मिळविलेल्या फेरीवाला प्रमाणपत्रावर कोणालाही पदपथांवर व्यवसाय करता येणार नाही. तसेच असे प्रमाणपत्र विकत देणाऱ्या नोंदणीकृत पथ विक्रेत्याचे प्रमाणपत्र कायमस्वरूपी रद्द करण्यात येऊन व्यावसायिकाचे नाव मनपा प्रशासनाकडून काळ्या यादीत समाविष्ट केले जाईल. असा इशारा महापालिका प्रशासनाकडून देण्यात आला आहे.

Encroachment Department of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) appeals to Hawker’s to release the seized goods within 7 days

 |  Goods will not be delivered after auction

 PMC Encroachment Department |  Through the Encroachment/Illegal Construction Removal Department of Pune Municipal Corporation, goods or materials of illegal hawker’s (Illegal Hawker’s Pune) professionals on roads, footpaths are confiscated during encroachment removal operations.  The goods seized by the Municipal Corporation during the period from 2nd June to 31st December 2023.  The encroachment department of the municipal corporation has appealed to remove the goods by paying removal charges (PMC Seized Removal Charges Pune).  For this, a time limit of 7 days has been given to the Pathari holders.  After that auction (PMC Auction for Seized Material) will be conducted.  Deputy Commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation Madhav Jagtap has warned that the goods will not be available after the auction.  A public disclosure (PMC Public Disclosure) has been given by the department in this regard.  (PMC Encroachment Department)
 According to the public disclosure of the Municipal Corporation, through the Encroachment / Unauthorized Construction Removal Department of the Pune Municipal Corporation, during the encroachment removal activities, the goods / materials of the unauthorized street vendors on the roads, footpaths.  02-06-2023 to dt.  It has been seized during the period 31-12-2023.  All such hawker traders shall, within 7 days from the date of this public disclosure, ensure that the seized goods/materials have been kept in the warehouse of the Encroachment Department through the concerned Regional Office as per the prescribed procedure, and then make a written request to this office through an application for release of the goods.  The process should be completed.  After that, the said goods/materials are to be removed from the said Godaun within the above mentioned time period to this office in ‘J’ plot of the Municipal Corporation at Ghole Road after paying the removal charges as per rules.
 After the mentioned period, the seized goods remaining in the encroachment Godavon of various places in the encroachment action will be officially auctioned by the Pune Municipal Corporation in accordance with the provisions of Section 438 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act.  After the auction, the seized goods/materials will not be available or you will not be able to raise any objection regarding the same.
 The relevant organizations and associations of street vendor professionals should also issue proper instructions to their street vendor professional members to redeem the seized goods/materials within the time frame given above.  This has been said by the Municipal Corporation.

PMC Encroachment Department | पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या अतिक्रमण / अनधिकृत बांधकाम निर्मुलन विभागामार्फत (Encroachment/Illegal Construction Removal Department Pune Municipal Corporation) अतिक्रमण निर्मुलन कारवायांमध्ये रस्ते, पदपथांवरील अनधिकृत पथविक्रेता  (Illegal Hawker’s Pune) व्यावसायिकांचे माल किंवा साहित्य जप्त केले जाते. 2 जून ते 31 डिसेंबर 2023 या कालावधीत महापालिकेने जो माल जप्त केला आहे. तो माल रिमूव्हल चार्जेस (PMC Seized Removal Charges Pune) भरून सोडवून नेण्याचे आवाहन महापालिकेच्या अतिक्रमण विभागाकडून करण्यात आले आहे. त्यासाठी पथारी धारकांना 7 दिवसांची मुदत देण्यात आली आहे. त्यानंतर लिलाव (PMC Auction for Seized Material) केला जाणार आहे. लिलाव केल्यांनतर माल मिळणार नाही, असा इशारा महापालिकेच्या अतिक्रमण विभागाचे उपायुक्त माधव जगताप (Deputy Commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation Madhav Jagtap) यांनी दिला आहे. याबाबत विभागाकडून जाहीर प्रकटन (PMC Public Disclosure) देण्यात आले आहे. महापालिकेच्या जाहीर प्रकटन नुसार पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या अतिक्रमण / अनधिकृत बांधकाम निर्मुलन विभागामार्फत अतिक्रमण निर्मुलन कारवायांमध्ये रस्ते, पदपथांवरील ज्या अनधिकृत पथविक्रेता व्यावसायिकांचे माल / साहित्य दि. ०२-०६-२०२३ ते दि. ३१-१२-२०२३ या कालावधीत जप्त करण्यात आलेले आहे. अशा सर्व पथविक्रेता व्यावसायिकांनी त्यांचा जप्त माल / साहित्य हे या जाहीर प्रकटनाचे दिनांकापासून ७ दिवसांचे आत विहित कार्यपद्धतीनुसार, संबंधित क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयामार्फत जप्त केलेले माल/ साहित्य अतिक्रमण विभागाच्या कोणत्या गोडावूनमध्ये ठेवण्यात आला आहे, याबाबतची खात्री करून त्यानंतर या कार्यालयाकडे अर्जाद्वारे लेखी मागणी करून, माल सोडविण्याची मान्यता प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करावी. तद्नंतर घोले रोड येथील महानगरपालिकेच्या ‘जे’ प्लॉट मधील या कार्यालयाकडे गोडावूनमधून नियमानुसार रिमूव्हल चार्जेस भरून घेऊन स्वतःचे सदरचे माल/साहित्य ज्या गोडावूनमध्ये असेल तेथून आहे त्या अवस्थेत वरील नमूद मुदतीत स्वत: सोडवून न्यावयाचे आहे.

नमूद मुदतीनंतर अतिक्रमण कारवाईतील विविध ठिकाणच्या अतिक्रमण गोडावूनमधील जप्त शिल्लक मालाचा महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम कलम ४३८ चे तरतुदीचे अनुषंगाने पुणे महानगरपालिकेकडून अधिकृत लिलाव करण्यात येईल. लिलाव झाल्यानंतर जप्त माल/ साहित्य मिळणार नाही अथवा त्याबाबत आपणास कोणतीही हरकत घेता येणार नाही.

याकामी पथविक्रेता व्यावसायिकांचे संबंधित संस्था, संघटना यांनीदेखील वरीलप्रमाणे दिलेल्या मुदतीमध्ये जप्त माल / साहित्य सोडवून घेणे कामी आपल्या पथविक्रेता व्यावसायिक सदस्यांना योग्य ती सूचना देण्यात यावी. असे महापालिकेकडून सांगण्यात आले आहे.

 Hong Kong Lane Pune |  In the year 1986, the Pune Municipal Corporation General Body had taken a resolution regarding the concrete construction of 25 stalls in R Deccan Mall i.e. Hong Kong Lane (Hong King Lane Pune).  The municipal corporation would get good income from it.  However, this resolution was not implemented by the municipal administration.  This is in a way an insult to the main assembly.  Therefore, the municipal corporation has to be satisfied with the meager income.  On the other hand, the stall holders are earning lakhs per month.  Therefore, even now, will the municipality make a concrete structure in the lane and give the coal at a higher rate?  Such a question is being raised on this occasion.  (Pune Municipal Corporation News)
 Deccan Talkies in Deccan Gymkhana Area Pune and on FC Road Pune in Pune City is now a place owned by the Municipal Corporation in R Deccan Mall.  There are 25 lumps in this place.  Customers get all kinds of goods in it.  It has a legend that you can get what you can’t get anywhere else in Pune.  Mobile accessories, watches, essential cosmetics for women and men are available here.  Since this is a strategic location, the shopkeepers here earn lakhs of rupees a month.  But even though this is a Municipal Corporation site, the Corporation has to be satisfied with the meager ground rent.  But it is the municipal administration’s fault.  (Hong Kong lane FC Road Deccan Pune)
 Because the [Hong Kong Lane] stall holders had given a letter to the Municipal Corporation on 18/11/85 regarding the construction of pavement.  It said that 25 stalls measuring 10 x 5 feet in total in Deccan Docks have been given on ground rent by the Municipal Corporation.  As the stalls are very dilapidated and waterlogged, instead of wooden stalls, it is necessary to build concrete blocks of the same size instead of wooden stalls.  When feedback was sought from land acquisition, health, development planning, road department, building design department and construction permission department, the feedback of all the departments was favorable.  Accordingly, the resolution was approved by the main meeting through the standing committee.

 A total of 25 stalls measuring 10 feet by 5 feet have been provided by the municipality on ground rent in Deccan Talkies’ bolas.  As the said stalls are very dilapidated and eroded by the rain, wooden stalls should be replaced at that place to build concrete blocks of the same size and the existing stall holders are approved to rent space for the shop as shown in the maps attached to the letter of the Hon’ble Commissioner for a period of 30 years on conditions 1 to 19 of the letters of the Hon’ble Commissioner.  is being given.

 |  What should the administration do?
 Municipal administration especially Municipal Commissioner and Encroachment Department should implement this.  But no decision has been taken till now.  At present, the municipal corporation receives a rent of Rs 200 per shop per day.  Had the resolution been implemented, the municipality would have received Rs 1000 per day.  There are many places of municipal corporation in the city where concrete construction should be done and the coals should be auctioned.  Such is the place near Saras Bagh.  The municipal corporation has planned to make a food mall there.  On the same lines, a two-storied building should be constructed in Hong Kong Lane and the coals should be auctioned.  The municipal corporation will also get good income from this.

Hong Kong Lane Pune | डेक्कन टॉकीज बोळातील (R Deccan Mall) अर्थात हॉंगकॉंग लेन (Hong King Lane Pune) मधील 25 स्टॉल चे पक्के बांधकाम करण्याबाबत 1986 साली मुख्य सभेने (Pune Municipal Corporation General Body Proposal) ठराव केला होता. त्यातून महापालिकेला चांगले उत्पन्न मिळणार होते. मात्र महापालिका प्रशासनाकडून या ठरावाची अंमलबजावणीच करण्यात आली नाही. हा एक प्रकारे मुख्य सभेचा अवमान असतो. त्यामुळे तुटपुंज्या उत्पन्ना वरच महापालिकेला समाधान मानावे लागत आहे. दुसरीकडे स्टॉलधारक मात्र महिन्याला लाखों कमावत आहेत. त्यामुळे आता तरी महापालिका लेन मध्ये पक्क्या स्वरूपाचे बांधकाम करून गाळे ज्यादा दराने देणार का? असा सवाल या निमित्ताने उपस्थित होत आहे. पुणे शहरातील डेक्कन जिमखाना परिसरातील (Deccan Gymkhana Area Pune) आणि एफसी रोडवरील (FC Road Pune) डेक्कन टॉकीज आता आर डेक्कन मॉल (R Deccan Mall) बोळात महापालिकेच्या मालकीची जागा आहे. या ठिकाणी 25 गाळे आहेत. यात सर्व प्रकारच्या वस्तू ग्राहकांना मिळतात. पुण्यात इतरत्र कुठे मिळत नसेल ते इथे मिळते, अशी त्याची आख्यायिका आहे. यामध्ये मोबाईल ऍक्सेसरीज, घड्याळ, महिला आणि पुरुषासाठी आवश्यक सौंदर्य प्रसाधने अशा गोष्टी इथे मिळतात. ही मोक्याची जागा असल्याने इथल्या दुकानदारांना महिन्याला लाखों रुपये मिळतात. मात्र महापालिकेची ही जागा असून देखील महापालिकेला तुटपुंज्या भुई भाड्यावर समाधान मानावे लागते. मात्र यात महापालिका प्रशासनचीच चूक आहे. कारण  [हॉन्गकॉग लेन] स्टॉल पक्के बांधकाम – करणेबाबत स्टॉल धारकांनी १८/११/८५ पत्र देऊन महापालिकेकडे मागणी केली होती. त्यात म्हटले होते कि,  डेक्कन डॉकिजच्या बोळात एकूण १० x ५ फूट या मापाचे २५ स्टॉल्स महानगरपालिकेने भुईभाड्याने दिलेले आहेत. स्टॉल्स अत्यंत मोडकळीस आल्याने व पावसाने उगल्याने त्या ठिकाणी लाकडी स्टॉल्स ऐवजी त्याच मापाचे गाळे पक्क्या स्वरुपाचे बांधणे आवश्यक आहे. याबाबत भूमी प्रापण, आरोग्य, विकास योजना, पथ विभाग, भवन रचना विभाग व बांधकाम परवानगी विभाग कडील अभिप्राय मागविले असता सर्व खात्याचे अभिप्राय अनुकूल आलेले होते. त्यानुसार स्थायी समितीच्या माध्यमातून मुख्य सभेने ठराव मान्य केला होता. 

| काय होता 1 सप्टेंबर 1986 ला झालेला मुख्य सभेचा ठराव?

डेक्कन टॉकीजच्या बोळांत एकूण १० फूट बाय ५ फूट या मापाचे एकूण २५ स्टॉल्स मनपाने भुईभाड्याने दिलेले आहेत. सदरचे स्टॉल्स अत्यंत मोडकळीस आल्याने व पावसाने कुणल्याने त्या ठिकाणी लाकडी स्टॉल्स ऐवणी त्याच मापाचे गाळे पक्क्या स्वरूपाचे बांधणे व तेथे सध्या असलेल्या स्टॉल्सधारकांना मा.महा.आयुक्त यांच्या पत्रांतील १ ते १९ अटींवर ३० वर्षे कराराने महा.आयुक्त यांच्या पत्रासोबतच्या नकाशांत दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे दुकानासाठी जागा भाड्याने देण्यास मान्यता देण्यात येत आहे.

| प्रशासनाने काय करायला हवे?

महापालिका प्रशासन खासकरून महापालिका आयुक्त आणि अतिक्रमण विभागाने यावर अंमल करणे गरजेचे होते. मात्र अद्याप पर्यंत यावर कोणताही निर्णय घेतलेला नाही. सद्यस्थितीत महापालिकेला प्रति दुकानाकडून प्रति दिवशी 200 रुपयाचे भाडे मिळते. ठरावावर अंमल झाला असता तर पालिकेला प्रति दिवशी 1000 रुपये मिळाले असते. शहरात महापालिकेच्या अशा बऱ्याच जागा आहेत जिथे पक्क्या स्वरूपाचे बांधकाम करून गाळे लिलाव पद्धतीने द्यायला हवे आहेत. सारस बागेजवळील जागा ही अशीच आहे. तिथे महापालिकेने फूड मॉल करण्याचे नियोजन केलेले आहे. त्याच धर्तीवर हॉंगकॉंग लेन मध्ये देखील दोन मजली इमारतीचे बांधकाम करून गाळे लिलाव पद्धतीने द्यायला हवेत. यातून महापालिकेला देखील चांगले उत्पन्न मिळेल.

 PMC Pune Encroachment Department |  On behalf of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Encroachment Department, a drive against abandoned vehicles has been undertaken.  If such a vehicle is found on the road or footpath, the vehicle will be impounded.  The owner of the car can be fined from 5 thousand to 25 thousand for getting rid of that car.  The encroachment department has also started sending notices to such people.  Accordingly, 139 vehicles have also been confiscated.  Also, if citizens want to report an abandoned vehicle, the department has issued a WhatsApp number 9689931900.  This information was given by Deputy Commissioner Madhav Jagtap.  (Pune Municipal Corporation)
 Abandoned/abandoned vehicles, abandoned damaged vehicles are being found on roads, footpaths etc. within Pune Municipal Corporation limits.  As such vehicles stop on the road, the traffic is obstructed and it is observed that due to the non-moving of the said vehicles from the place, garbage is generated and foul smell is created.  In the past, action has been taken to pick up the off/abandoned vehicles on the road.  Complaints of citizens are also being received continuously regarding blocked/abandoned vehicles on the road.  Therefore, such vehicles are going to be confiscated through the regional office of Pune Municipal Corporation.  (PMC Pune News)

 2. Light vehicles (up to 10 tonnes) = 20,000/-

 4. Three Wheelers (Rickshaw, Tempo) = 10,000/-
 5. Two Wheeler (Automatic) Rs= 5000/-
 According to the information of the encroachment department, the concerned vehicle owner can resolve the encroachment within a period of 1 month.  A notice will be placed on the said vehicles through the regional office and a period of 7 days will be given for this.  If the concerned vehicle owners do not remove the vehicle within 7 days, confiscation action is being taken against the said vehicle by the Pune Municipal Corporation, according to which 139 vehicles have been seized in the city and some vehicles have been issued notices.  This was said by the department.

PMC Pune Encroachment Department | पुणे महापालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation) अतिक्रमण विभागाच्या (PMC Encroachment Department) वतीने बेवारस वाहनांवर कारवाईची मोहीम हाती घेतली आहे. असे वाहन रस्त्यावर किंवा फुटपाथवर आढळल्यास गाडी जप्त केली जाईल. ती गाडी सोडवण्यासाठी गाडी मालकाला 5 हजार पासून ते 25 हजार पर्यंत दंड होऊ शकेल. अतिक्रमण विभागाकडून अशा लोकांना नोटीस देखील पाठवणे सुरु केले आहे. त्यानुसार 139 वाहने जप्त देखील करण्यात आली आहेत. तसेच नागरिकांना बेवारस वाहनाची तक्रार करायची असल्यास विभागाकडून 9689931900 हा व्हाट्सअप नंबर जारी करण्यात आला आहे. अशी माहिती उपायुक्त माधव जगताप (Madhav Jagtap) यांनी दिली. पुणे महानगरपालिका हद्दीत रस्ता, पदपथावर इत्यादी ठिकाणी बंद / बेवारस वाहने, पडीक नादुरुस्त वाहने आढळ होत आहेत. अशी वाहने रस्त्यावर थांबल्याने वाहतुकीस अडथळा होत आहे तसेच सदर वाहने जागेवरून न हलविल्यामुळे कचरा तयार होऊन दुर्गंधी होत असल्याचे निदर्शनास येत आहे. यापूर्वी रस्त्यावरील बंद / बेवारस वाहने उचलणेची कारवाई करणेत आली आहे. रस्त्यावरील  बंद / बेवारस वाहनांबाबत नागरिकांच्या देखील तक्रारी सातत्याने प्राप्त होत आहेत.  त्यामुळे अशी वाहने पुणे महानगरपालिकेकडील क्षेत्रिय कार्यालयामार्फत कारवाई करून जप्त करणेत येणार आहेत.  (PMC Pune News)

-जप्त केलेली वाहनासाठी  रिमुव्हल चार्जेस खालील प्रमाणे –
1. अवजड वाहनासाठी (प्रवासी बस, ट्रक इ.) = २५,०००/-
2. हलकी वाहने (१० टना पर्यंत) = २०,०००/-
3. चार चाकी वाहने (कार, जीप इ.) = १५,०००/-
4. तीन चाकी (रिक्षा, टेम्पो) = १०,०००/-
5. दुचाकी (स्वयंचलित) र= ५०००/-
अतिक्रमण विभागाच्या माहितीनुसार  संबंधित वाहनमालक १ महिन्याचे कालावधीमध्ये सोडवून घेऊ शकेल. सदर वाहनांवर क्षेत्रिय कार्यालयामार्फत नोटीस लावण्यात येणार असून याकरिता ७ दिवसांची मुदत देण्यात येणार आहे. संबंधित वाहनधारकांनी ७ दिवसांच्या मुदतीत वाहन काढून न घेतल्यास सदर वाहनावर पुणे महानगरपालिकेकडून जप्तीची कारवाई करण्यात येत आहे, त्यानुसार शहरात 139 वाहने जप्त करण्यात आली असून काही वाहनाना नोटीस लावण्यात आल्या आहेत. असे ही खात्याकडून सांगण्यात आले.

| मांडव न काढणाऱ्या मंडळांना नोटिसा बजावण्याचे काम सुरु

PMC Encroachment Department | पुणे : महापालिका अतिक्रमण विभागाच्या नियमानुसार गणेशोत्सव (Pune Ganeshotsav) संपल्यानंतर दोन दिवसात मंडळांनी मांडव काढून घेऊन रस्ता रिकामा करणे आवश्‍यक आहे. मात्र, अद्याप अनेक मंडळांचे मांडव रस्त्यावर उभे आहेत. अशा मंडळांना क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयांकडून (PMC Ward Offices) नोटिसा बजावण्याचे काम सुरु झाले आहे. तसेच 22 मंडळावर कारवाई करण्यात आली आहे. अशी माहिती उपायुक्त माधव जगताप (PMC Deputy Commissioner Madhav Jagtap) यांनी दिली. पुणे शहरात गणेश मंडळांतर्फे गणेशोत्सवात देखाव्यांसाठी मोठे मांडव उभारले जातात. तसेच विसर्जन मिरवणुकीतील रथ रस्त्यात उभे केले जातात. गणेशोत्सव संपल्यानंतर त्यांनी दोन दिवसात हे मांडव, देखावा, रथावरील सजावट काढून घेऊन रस्ता रिकामा करणे आवश्‍यक आहे. पण अद्यापही मांडव काढला गेला नसल्याने वाहतुकीस अडथळा निर्माण होत आहे. काही मंडळांनी मांडव काढण्याचे काम सुरु केले आहे, पण त्यासाठी मंडळासमोराचा संपूर्ण रस्ता बंद ठेवून काम केले जात असल्याने वाहतूक कोंडीत आणखी भर पडत आहे. याबाबत जगताप यांनी सांगितले कि, पुणे शहरामध्ये नुकत्याच पार पडलेल्या गणेशोत्सव नंतर विहित मुदतीत म्हणजे दोन दिवसाच्या आत मध्ये मांडव कमानी रनिंग मंडप न काढल्यामुळे शहरातील 22 गणेशोत्सव मंडळाचे मंडप  काढण्यात आलेले आहेत. त्याचबरोबर शहरातील अनधिकृत फ्लेक्स बोर्ड बॅनर्स काढणे बाबतची कार्यवाही सुरू करण्यात आलेली असून पुढील काही दिवस सदाची कारवाई तीव्र करून संपूर्ण शहर अतिक्रमण मुक्त करण्याबाबतची मोहीम हाती घेण्यात आलेली आहे. या मंडळांनी मुदतीत मंडप कमानी काढलेल्या नाहीत त्यांना नोटीस देण्याबाबतची कार्यवाही देखील सुरू करण्यात आलेली आहे.  असेही माधव जगताप म्हणाले.
