Traffic in Dhayari | पुणे | (The Karbhari Online) – वाहतूक कोंडी टाळण्यासाठी धायरी फाटा येथील स्व. रमेश भाऊ वांजळे उड्डाण पुलाला (Ramesh Wanjle Flyover) वाय फाटा करण्याची मागणी शिवसेना (उद्धव बाळासाहेब ठाकरे) पक्षाच्या महेश पोकळे (Mahesh Pokale Pune Shivsena) यांनी महापालिका आयुक्त (PMC Commissioner) यांच्याकडे केली आहे.

पोकळे यांच्या निवेदनानुसार वाहतूक कोंडी टाळण्यासाठी धायरी फाटा येथील स्व. रमेश भाऊ वांजळे उड्डाण पुलाला वाय फाटा करण्यास पुणे मनपा प्रशासनाने मान्यता दिली असून त्यासाठी सन २०१९-२० या आर्थिक वर्षात १० कोटी रुपयांची भरीव तरतूद करण्यात आली होती. मात्र या कामाची निविदा काढून कामास लवकरच सुरवात करण्यात येणे गरजेचे असतानाही कामास सुरुवात झाली नाही.
मागील वर्षी महापालिकेचे प्रकल्प अधिकारी, शहर सुधारणा समितीचे पदाधिकारी, बांधकाम विभागाचे अधिकारी यांनी सदर प्रकल्पाची पाहणी सुद्धा केली होती. धायरी फाटा येथील स्व. रमेश भाऊ वांजळे उड्डाण पुलाचा उपयोग धायरी नऱ्हे या गावाकडे जाणाऱ्या नागरिकांना होत नाही. उड्डाण पुलाचा वापर पूर्णपणे होत नाही. तसेच उड्डाणपुलाखालील सर्विस रस्त्यावरून धायरी गावाकडे जाणाऱ्या वाहनांची मोठ्या प्रमाणात वर्दळ वाढून येथे वारंवार वाहतूक कोंडी होत आहे. याचा पादचाऱ्यांना देखील त्रास होत आहे.
यावर कायम स्वरूपी उपाय म्हणून सध्या असलेल्या स्व. रमेश भाऊ वांजळे उड्डाणपुलाला वाय फाटा करणे अत्यंत गरजेचे आहे. त्यामुळे धायरी फाटा येथील वाहतूक कोंडीच्या विळख्यात अडकलेले नागरिक मोकळा श्वास घेतील व नागरिकांना दिलासा मिळेल. पुणे महानगरपालिकेने लवकरात लवकर सदर प्रकरणी निविदा प्रक्रिया राबवून तातडीने वाय पुलाचे काम करण्यात यावे. असे पोकळे यांनी म्हटले आहे.

New Regulations from PMC Health Department regarding Drug Bills of Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme (CHS)

 PMC CHS Health Scheme – (The Karbhari Online) : Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme (PMC CHS) is implemented for Pune Municipal Corporation Employees , retired PMC employees and ex-corporators.  But the number of members included in the scheme is large.  It inconveniences some employees.  To avoid this inconvenience, a new regulation has been implemented by the PMC health department for all accounts.  Health Officer Dr Bhagwan Pawar and Assistant Health Officer Dr Manisha Naik have given orders to implement accordingly.  (PMC Health Department)
 Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme of the PMC Health Department for submission of personal medical bills of servants under Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme by servants/retired servants, issue of new member registration card, inclusion of names of family members in the card, settlement of incomplete documents in medical reimbursement bills filed earlier etc.  Daily work continues.  The number of scheme members is large in it and the number of servants who have been included in the Municipal Corporation establishment from the recently incorporated 23 Gram Panchayats has also increased to a large extent.
 A large number of Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme Department is coming daily to concerned servants/retired servants, their relatives to carry out these works and also to inquire about the reimbursement of bills filed earlier by the scheme members with the department.  At present, the work of Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme Department is going on on a very limited staff basis and due to this, there is tension and sometimes disputes in the said department while doing daily work.  Therefore, the possibility of disruption of daily operations and taking time to complete the work of municipal servants cannot be ruled out.
 If it is possible to stop and reduce the continuous flow of scheme members, it will be convenient for the staff of the department to check the medical reimbursement bills during the rest of the day’s work, and to do further work related to the final approval of the bills and thus it will help in the settlement of bills and other tasks of the members quickly.  Due to the above factors it is necessary to partially change the daily activities.
 : Such will be the new regulations
 1. Employees and retired employees of Pune Municipal Corporation should submit their personal medical reimbursement bills to Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme Department from 1st to 15th of every month.
 2. Members should contact the Contributory Medical Assistance Scheme office between 10 am to 2 pm to get new member card, insert new name in the card and perform related tasks.

PMC Retired Employees | Pune- (The Karbhari Online) – फेब्रुवारी, 2024  महिन्यात पुणे महापालिकेचे (Pune Municipal Corporation) 30 कर्मचारी आणि अधिकारी सेवानिवृत्त झाले. या कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी  महानगपालिका कामगार कल्याण विभाग (PMC Labour Welfare Department) च्या वतीने सेवापूर्ती समारंभ आयोजित करण्यात आला होता. या समारंभास प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून ज्येष्ठ वकील, प्रसिद्ध व्याख्याते ऍडव्होकेट डॉ. श्री. श्रीकांत मालेगावकर ( Shrikant Malegaonkar) उपस्थित होते.  नितीन केंजळे, मुख्य कामगार अधिकारी (Nitin Kenjale PMC) यांनी कार्यक्रमाच्या प्रस्तावनेवर बोलताना सेवकांच्या भविष्यात मिळणाऱ्या रकमा, वेळेचे नियोजन याची सविस्तर माहिती दिली व शुभेच्छा दिल्या. तदनंतर प्रवीण माळवे, कनिष्ठ लेखापरीक्षक, श्रीमती दाते कांचन, सहाय्यक शिक्षिका या सेवानिवृत्त होणाऱ्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी आपले मनोगत व्यक्त केले.
या कार्यक्रमास प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून लाभलेले डॉ. श्रीकांत मालेगावकर यांनी निवृत्त सेवकांना मार्गदशनपर बोलताना आरोग्य हीच संपत्ती आहे.  प्रत्येकाने आपले आरोग्य जपले पाहिजे.  शारीरिक आरोग्याबरोबर मानसिक स्वास्थ्य जपले पाहिजे, स्वच्छंदी जगले पाहिजे, असे नमूद करून सर्वाना भविष्यातील वाटचालीसाठी शुभेच्छा दिल्या.
प्रमुख पाहुण्यांच्या मार्गदर्शनानंतर सर्व सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारी / कर्मचारी यांना शॉल व स्मृतिचिन्ह देवून गौरविण्यात आले. कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन सुरेश परदेशी यांनी केले.

PMC JICA Project (JICA) Funding for Nala Basin and Monsoon Line Works

 |  35 crore proposal for classification

 Pune : (The Karbhari Online) – For the management of monsoon water (Pune Monsoon Water Management) in the city of Pune, works such as improvement of the Nala Basin, construction of culverts, laying of Monsoon Line have been started.  But the funds of 35 crores are insufficient for these works.  This fund will be allocated from the work of PMC JICA Project.  The proposal in this regard has been placed before the Standing Committee (PMC Standing Committee) by the administration.  (PMC Sewerage Maintenance and Repair Department)
 Kothrud Basin, Aundh Basin, Bavdhan Pashan Basin, Mangalwar Peth Basin, Shaniwar Peth Basin, Duttnagar Basin, Hingane Basin, Vadgaon Bu.  Basin, Kondhwa Basin for rainwater management, drain improvement works, construction of culverts, laying of rainwater lines and
 Corresponding works have started at the site.  54 crore tender process was implemented for this.  However, the Sewerage Maintenance and Repair Department will need additional funds of 35 crores to complete this work before March 31, 2024.  Accordingly a classification proposal is presented.
 A provision of 200 crores is available for implementation of sewage management plan (JICA) for carrying out root-mutha improvement works under the budget code ZE16D103/MP4-11 National River Improvement from Sewerage Maintenance and Repair Department of Pune Municipal Corporation.  35 crores will be classified out of it.

– ⁠शहरातील नाल्यांच्या सीमा भिंतींचा प्रश्न सुटणार

Pune – (The Karbhari Online) – शहरातील पूरस्थिती नियंत्रणासाठी (Flood in Pune) नाले आणि सीमा भिंती उभारणे, या अत्यंत महत्त्वाच्या कामासाठी राज्य सरकारने तब्बल २०० कोटी रुपयांचा विशेष निधी पुणे महापालिकेस उपलब्ध करुन दिला आहे. सरकारने नुकताच याबाबतचा आदेश जारी केला आहे. पुणे शहरातील नाल्यांची कामे आणि सीमा भिंती बांधणे यासाठी महापालिकेचा निधी तांत्रिक अडचणींमुळे खर्च करता येत नव्हता. त्यामुळे सीमा भिंतींची कामे रखडली होती. नाला परिसरातील नागरिकांमध्ये पाऊस काळात चिंतेचे वातावरण होते. म्हणून या कामासाठी राज्य सरकारच्या विशेष निधीची आवश्यकता होती. उपलब्ध झालेल्या निधीमुळे शहरातील नाल्यांच्या कडेने संरक्षण/सीमा भिंती बांधल्या जाणार असून विशेषतः आंबील ओढा परिसराला याचा मोठा फायदा होणार आहे. या सीमा भिंतींमुळे पूरपरिस्थितीत पाणी प्रवाही राहण्यास मदत होणार आहे.
दरम्यान या निधीचा अपव्यय होऊ नये, याबाबत जिल्हाधिकारी महापालिकेच्या कारभारावर लक्ष ठेवणार आहेत. तसे सरकारने आदेशात नमूद केले आहे.
याबाबत माजी महापौर मुरलीधर मोहोळ म्हणाले, ‘कमी वेळेत अधिक पाऊस झाल्याने २०१९ साली आंबिल ओढा परिसरात दुदैवी घटना घडली, त्यात वित्त आणि मनुष्यहानी झाली. असा प्रकार टाळण्यासाठी सीमा भिंतींची कामे महत्त्वाची ठरणार होती. त्यासाठी आपल्या पाठपुराव्यामुळे निधी उपलब्ध झाला, याचे नक्कीच समाधान आहे. देवेंद्रजींचे पुणे शहराकडे विशेष लक्ष असल्याचे या निधीच्या मंजुरीमुळे पुन्हा एकदा अधोरेखित झाले आहे’

| मिळकत करबुडवेगिरी विरोधात शिवसेना बँडबाजा राणेंच्या दारात.

 

पुणे – (The Karbhari Online ) –  पुण्यातील डेक्कन परिसरातील आर डेक्कन येथील इमारतीसमाेर शिवसेना उद्धव बाळासाहेब ठाकरे (Shivsena UBT) पक्षाच्या वतीने आक्रमकपणे “बँड बाजा” वाजविला. पुणे महापालिकेने (PMC Pune) आर डेक्कन (R Deccan Mall Pune) परिसरात भाजप नेते निलेश राणेंची (BJP Leader Nilesh Rane) मिळकत कर न भरल्यामुळे सील केली. शिवसेनेच्या वतीने भाजप नेते निलेश राणेंच्या विरोधात “बँड बाजा” आंदोलन छेडले. यावेळी निलेश राणेंच्या फोटोला जोडे मारत जोरदार घोषणाबाजी देखील करण्यात आली.

निलेश राणे यांना पुणे महापालिकेने दणका देत डेक्कन भागातील आर डेक्कन मॉलमध्ये मिळकत थकवल्या प्रकरणी पालिकेने राणेपुत्राला नोटीस बजावली होती. त्यानंतर महापालिकेच्या कर संकलन विभागाने थकित मिळकतीचा भाग सील केला. संबंधित मिळकतीची सुमारे साडेतीन कोटी रुपयांची थकबाकी होती. पुणे महापालिकेकडून नोटीस बजावूनही हा कर भरला जात नव्हता. त्यामुळे अखेर महापालिकेने तीन मजल्यांच्या मिळकतीचे वरचे दोन मजले सील केले आहेत. मात्र, एरवी एक मिळकत सील केली, तरी मोठा गाजावाजा करणाऱ्या प्रशासनाकडून मात्र ही माहिती गोपनीय ठेवण्यात आल्याने आश्चर्य व्यक्त केले जात होते. अशातच सामान्य पुणेकरांना वेगळा न्याय आणि भाजप नेत्यांना वेगळा न्याय असे का, सामान्य माणसाला सन्मान नाही का, पुणे प्रशासन भाजप किंवा राणे यांना घाबरते का? असा प्रश्न आंदोलनात विचारण्यात आला. यावेळी या आठवड्यात जर राणे यांनी मिळकत कर नाही भरला तर शिवसेना पुन्हा डेक्कन येथील हॉटेल समोर येऊन बँडबाजा घेऊन आंदोलनं करणार असे शिवसेना शहरप्रमुख संजय मोरे म्हणाले .

यावेळी शिवसेना शहप्रमुख संजय मोरे, गजानन थरकुडे, शहर संघटक राजेंद्र शिंदे, प्रसिध्दी प्रमुख अनंत घरत, किशोर राजपूत, बाळासाहेब भांडे, अतुल दिघे, महेश पोकळे, उमेश वाघ, चंदन साळुंखे, मुकुंद चव्हाण, करुणा घाडगे, संतोष भुतकर, नागेश खडके, संदीप गायकवाड, राजेश मोरे, इम्रान खान, संजय वाल्हेकर, किरण शिंदे, राहुल शेडगे, आदिनाथ भाकरे, सचिन घोलप, विकी धोत्रे, प्रवीण डोंगरे, रणजित शिंदे, प्रतीक गालिंदे गणेश खलाटे, हरी सपकाळ, अनिल इनामदार, शशांक सोळंखी उपस्थित होते.

Pune – (The Karbhari Online) | माजी नगरसेवक महेंद्र पठारे व खराडी येथील नागरिकांनी पुणे महापालिका उपायुक्त माधव जगताप (Madhav Jagtap PMC) यांना जलपर्णी भेट देऊन निषेध व्यक्त केला. (Jalparni in Kharadi Area)

 

खराडी, चंदननगर, केशवनगर, मुंढवा परिसरा लगत वाहणाऱ्या मुळा-मुठा नदीपत्रात मोठ्या प्रमाणात जलपर्णी साचली आहे. त्यामुळे डास, माश्या, यांची मोठ्या प्रमाणात उत्पत्ती होत आहे. त्यामुळे नदीकाठावरील नागरिक त्रासले असून आजारी पडणाऱ्या नागरिकांचे प्रमाण वाढले आहे. यासंदर्भात मनपा प्रशासनाला वेळोवेळी पत्राद्वारे कळवूनही उपाययोजना होत नाही. झालीच तर त्या उपाययोजना तात्पुरत्या स्वरूपाच्या असून समस्येचे पूर्णपणे निराकरण होत नाही. नदीकाठावरील नागरिकांना प्रचंड त्रास सहन करावा लागत असून नागरिकांच्या संतप्त प्रतिक्रिया उमटत आहेत. प्रचंड वाढलेल्या जलपर्णी कडे महापालिका प्रशासनाचे पूर्णपणे दुर्लक्ष होत आहे. असा आरोप करत माजी नगरसेवक महेंद्र पठारे व खराडी येथील नागरिकांनी पुणे महापालिका उपायुक्रत माधव जगताप यांना जलपर्णी भेट देऊन निषेध व्यक्त केला. नगरसेवक महेंद्र पठारे प्रभागातील विविध प्रश्नांसंदर्भात सातत्याने आवाज उठवत आहेत. नदी पत्रातील जलपर्णी लवकरात लवकर काढावी असे निवेदन दिले. अन्यथा तीव्र आंदोलन करण्यचा इशारा दिला. महापालिका प्रशासनाने यावेळी डासांच्या समस्येवर उपाययोजना करण्याचे आश्वासन दिले.

यावेळी माजी नगरसेवक महेंद्र पठारे , बापू वसंत पठारे, बाळासाहेब विष्णू पठारे, मधुकर पठारे, किरण पठारे, दादा थिटे, वैभव भोसले, दत्तात्रय पठारे, गणेश कांबळे व परीसरातील नागरिक उपस्थित होते.

Grade Separator/ Flyover to be constructed at Bindu Madhav Thackeray Chowk and Dandekar Bridge

 |  A Project Management Consultant will be appointed

 PMC Pune Flyover |  Pune |  On behalf of Pune Municipal Corporation, a grade separator / flyover will be constructed at Dandekar Pul Sinhgadh Road and at Sangamwadi Bindu Madhav Thackeray Chowk.  A consultant will be appointed for this work.  The proposal in this regard has been placed before the PMC Standing Committee.  (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)
 As per the proposal of the Standing Committee, a consultant will be appointed to supervise the pre and post tender activities and actual work of the flyover to be constructed in the Dandekar Bridge area.  A tender process was implemented by the Project Department (PMC Project Department).  It has the lowest rate of subduction zone which is 1.110% of projected amount.  Therefore, the department has recommended to give work to this company.  Pre tender fee is 0.5% and post tender fee is 0.61%.  A total tender process of 40 crores will be implemented for this.
 Similarly, a flyover will also be constructed at Sangamwadi Bindu Madhav Thackeray Chowk.  A consultant will be appointed to monitor its pre and post tender activities and actual work.  A tender process was implemented by the project department in this regard.  In this, the lowest rate of Sovil Limited is 1.10% of the projected amount.  There were 8 tenders for this.  A tender process of 40 crores will be conducted for this work also.

PMC Pune Flyover | पुणे | पुणे महापालिकेच्या वतीने सिंहगड रोडवरील दांडेकर पूल (Dandekar Pul Sinhgadh Road) या ठिकाणी आणि संगमवाडी बिंदू माधव ठाकरे चौकात (Sangamwadi Bindu Madhav Thackeray Chowk) ग्रेड सेपरेटर/ उड्डाणपूल उभारण्यात येणार आहे. या कामासाठी सल्लागाराची (Consultant) नियुक्ती केली जाणार आहे. याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव स्थायी समिती (PMC Standing Committee) समोर ठेवण्यात आला आहे. स्थायी समितीच्या प्रस्तावानुसार दांडेकर पूल परिसरात जो उड्डाणपूल उभारण्यात येणार आहे, त्याच्या प्री आणि पोस्ट टेंडर ऍक्टिव्हिटी आणि प्रत्यक्ष कामावर देखरेख ठेवण्यासाठी सल्लागार नेमण्यात येणार आहे. याबाबत प्रकल्प विभागाकडून (PMC Project Department) टेंडर प्रक्रिया लागू करण्यात आली होती. यात सबडक्शन झोन यांचा सर्वात कमी दर म्हणजे प्रकल्पीय रकमेच्या 1.110% दर आला आहे. त्यामुळे या कंपनीला काम देण्याबाबत खात्याने शिफारस केली आहे. यात प्री टेंडर फी 0.5% आणि पोस्ट टेंडर फी 0.61% अशी रक्कम दिली जाणार आहे. यासाठी एकूण 40 कोटींची निविदा प्रक्रिया राबवली जाणार आहे.
त्याचप्रमाणे संगमवाडी बिंदू माधव ठाकरे चौकात देखील उड्डाणपूल बांधण्यात येणार आहे. त्याच्या प्री आणि पोस्ट टेंडर ऍक्टिव्हिटी आणि प्रत्यक्ष कामावर देखरेख ठेवण्यासाठी सल्लागार नेमण्यात येणार आहे. याबाबत प्रकल्प विभागाकडून टेंडर प्रक्रिया लागू करण्यात आली होती. यात सोविल लिमिटेड  यांचा सर्वात कमी दर म्हणजे प्रकल्पीय रकमेच्या 1.10% दर आला आहे. यासाठी 8 निविदा आल्या होत्या. या कामासाठी देखील 40 कोटींची निविदा प्रक्रिया राबवली जाणार आहे.

 On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Sant Gadge Maharaj, Pune Municipal Corporation, Cummins India Foundation, KPIT, Purnam Ecovision Foundation and social organizations of Pune organized a city level e-waste and plastic collection campaign ‘PEHEL-2024’ on February 25 during Environment Week.  The campaign was inaugurated by the chief guest musician Dr.  Salil Kulkarni and Dr.  Dr. Kunal Khemnar, Pune Municipal Additional Commissioner.  It was held at Shyamaprasad Mukherjee Park.  (Pune Municipal Corporation Latest News)
 The program was graced by Deputy Commissioner Solid Waste Management Sandeep Kadam, Cummins India Foundation CSR Head Saujanya Veguru, KPIT CSR Head Tushar Juvekar, Aadar Poonawala Clean City Initiative Shri.  Malhar Karwande, Purnam Ecovision Foundation Director Atul Kshirsagar and CEO Dr.  Rajesh Manerikar, former corporator Madhuri Sahasrabuddhe, municipal assistant health officer Dr.  Ketaki Ghatge was present on this occasion.
 Around 1200 volunteers from different organizations, companies and colleges conducted public awareness experiments on 18th to 24th February, among all citizens under the campaign.  Public awareness through street plays, games, square meetings, leaflets were distributed.  A large number of e-waste and plastic was collected at 415 collection centers set up by volunteers during this campaign from 9 am to 1 pm with great response.
   A total of about 7500 people gave their household waste to the center through the campaign.  Around 53 tonnes of waste has been collected this time, including 40 tonnes of e-waste and 13 tonnes of plastic waste.  Recoverable computers and laptops from the collected e-waste will be repaired and delivered to the needy schools and students.  The remaining e-waste and plastic waste will be disposed of scientifically by government approved recyclers.  This was said on behalf of the solid waste department.
