The Karbhari News Service | पुणे महापालिकेच्या प्रभाग २ मधील रस्ते विकसित करणे, नवीन ड्रेनेज लाईन टाकणे, सीसीटीव्ही बसविणे आदींसह विविध कामांसाठी आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार यांनी भरघोस निधींची तरतूद केली आहे. माजी उपमहापौर डॉ. सिद्धार्थ धेंडे यांनी यासाठी यशस्वी प्रयत्न केले आहेत. त्यामुळे प्रभागातील विकासकामांना गती मिळणार आहे. या कामांसाठी निधीची तरतूद करण्यासाठी केलेल्या पाठपुराव्याबद्दल उच्च व तंत्रशिक्षण मंत्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांनी तर निधीसाठी आयुक्तांनी सकारात्मक भूमिका घेतल्याची माहिती डॉ. धेंडे यांनी दिली.

राज्यातील स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थांमध्ये गेल्या दोन वर्षांपासून प्रशासक राजवट आहे. त्यामुळे लोकप्रतिनिधी या नात्याने नागरिक समस्या घेऊन येत आहेत. काही ठिकाणी विकासकामे रखडली आहेत. प्रभाग क्रमांक दोन मध्ये अनेक कामांना गती देणे गरजेचे होते. यासाठी डॉ. धेंडे यांनी आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार यांच्याकडे सातत्याने निवेदन देऊन पाठपुरावा केला आहे. त्या बाबत आयुक्तांनी देखील सकारात्मक प्रतिसाद देत डॉ. धेंडे यांनी सुचविलेल्या कामांना निधींची तरतूद करून दिली आहे.

या कामांमध्ये विविध गोष्टींचा समावेश आहे. या मध्ये बीएसयुपी अंतर्गत येणाऱ्या चंद्रमानगर, येरवडा येथील नागरिकांच्या घरांचा प्रश्न आठ वर्षांपासून रखडला होता. त्यासाठी निधींची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे. येरवडा पोस्ट कार्यालय ते मेंटल कॉर्नर दरम्यान असणाऱ्या येरवडा जेलसमोरील रस्ता विकसित करणे. तसेच कॉमरझोन चौक ते महिला बाल विकास कार्यालय रस्ता विकसित करण्यासाठी निधी मंजूर झाला आहे. प्रभागातील सर्व झोपडपट्टयांमधील रस्ते विकसित करणे तसेच ड्रेनेजलाईन टाकण्यासाठी निधीची तरतूद केली आहे. शांतीरक्षक चौक ते सह्याद्री हॉस्पिटल दरम्यान ६०० मिमी मलवाहिनी टाकन्यात येणार आहे. महाराष्ट्र हौसिंग बोर्ड एलटाईप, महाराष्ट्र हौसिंग बोर्ड एमटाईप, बैठी चाळ, नागपूर चाळ, तक्षशिला विहारासमोर, पंचशील नगर मधील गणपती मंदिर समोर ड्रेनेजलाईन टाकणे व कॉक्रिट करन्यात येणार आहे. जाधवनगर देवी मंदिरासमोरील ड्रेनेज लाईन टाकणे व कॉक्रिट करणे. श्रमिक वसाहत येथील ड्रेनेज लाईन टाकणे व कॉक्रिट करणे. शांतीनगर देवी मंदिर समोरील ड्रेनेज लाईन टाकणे व कॉक्रिट करणे. विविध उद्यानांमधील विकासाची कामे करणे. विविध ठिकाणचे सीसीटीव्ही देखभाल व दुरूस्ती करणे. विविध समाजमंदिराची देखभाल व दुरूस्ती करणे आदी कामांसाठी निधींची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे. शहरात मागासवर्गीय कल्याण निधीसाठी भरीव निधी देण्यात आला आहे. येरवडा येथील अण्णा भाऊ साठे सभागृहासाठी एक कोटीची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे.

डॉ. सिद्धार्थ धेंडे यांनी वरील कामांबाबत आयुक्तांकडे पत्रव्यहार करून निधीच्या तरतुदीबाबत सुचविले होते. त्यांनी केलेल्या प्रयत्नांमुळे प्रभागातील विकासकामांना गती मिळणार आहे.

पुणे महापालिकेच्या प्रभाग २ मधील विविध विकासकामांना आयुक्तांनी सकरात्मक प्रतिसाद देत महापालिका अर्थसंकल्पात भरघोस निधी दिला आहे. या पूर्वी मी त्यांच्याकडे निवेदनाद्वारे कामे सुचवून निधीची मागणी केली होती. तसेच उच्च व तंत्रशिक्षण मंत्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांनी तर निधीसाठी पाठपुरावा केला. प्रभागाच्या जनहिताच्या आणि विकासाच्या कामासाठी दोघांनीही घेतलेल्या भूमिकेबद्दल त्यांचे आभार.

PMC Election Department  – (The Karbhari News Service) – लोकसभा सार्वत्रिक निवडणूक २०२४ च्या (Loksabha Election 2024) अनुषंगाने राज्यात लवकरच आदर्श आचार संहिता (Ideal Code of Conduct) लागू होण्याची शक्यता आहे. त्या अनुषंगाने आचारसंहिता लागू झाल्यावर तात्काळ सार्वजनिक ठिकाणचे राजकीय फ्लेक्स, बॅनर, पक्षांच्या जाहिराती काढून टाकण्याचे आदेश महापालिका निवडणूक विभागाच्या उपायुक्त चेतना केरुरे (Chetna Kerure PMC) यांनी सर्व विभाग आणि क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयांना दिले आहेत. भारत निवडणूक आयोगाने निवडणुका मुक्त व निष्पक्ष वातावरणात पार पाडण्यासाठी आचार संहिता लागू होण्याच्या कालावधीत जाहिरातींच्या प्रकाशना संदर्भात वेळोवेळी देण्यात आलेल्या सूचना अधिक्रमित करून एकत्रित सूचना निदर्शनास आणल्या आहेत. पत्रातील सूचना सर्व सबंधित यंत्रणांच्या निदर्शनास आणून त्यांना सुचनांचे काटेकोरपणे पालन करण्याच्या सूचना देण्याबाबत कळविणेत आलेले आहे.

तसेच आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू झालेनंतर मालमत्तेच्या विरुपणास प्रतिबंध करण्याकरिता अधिनियम १९९५ अंतर्गत आपले कार्यक्षेत्रातील शासकीय संपत्तीच्या भिंतीवरील लेखन, पोस्टर / पेपर्स किंवा कटआऊट / होर्डिंग्ज / बंनर्स / झेंडे तसेच शासकीय बसेस वरील पक्षाच्या जाहिराती, सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी जसे रेल्वे स्टेशन बसस्टॅंड, विमानतळ, रेल्वेपूल, रस्ते, इलेक्ट्रीक / टेलिफोन खांब, स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थेच्या इमारती इत्यादी निवडणुका जाहीर झाल्या नंतर काढून टाकणेबाबतची कार्यवाही करण्यात यावी. असे  जिल्हाधिकारी तथा जिल्हा निवडणूक अधिकारी पुणे यांनी कळविले आहे. त्यानुसार आदर्श आचार संहितेचे पालन होणेकामी आपले स्तरावरावरून योग्य ती कार्यवाही करावी. असे आदेशात म्हटले आहे.

Vanaz to Chandni Chowk and Ramwadi to Wagholi metro line approved by the state government!

 Pune Metro News – (The Karbhari News Serviece) – The State Cabinet today (March 11) approved the expansion of the Vanaz to Ramwadi Metro line in the Pune Metro Rail Project Phase 1.  Vanaz to Chandani Chowk Metro and Ramwadi to Wagholi Metro projects have been approved.  Considering the importance of this project in the transport development of Pune, these projects were approved in the Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.  (Pune News)
 Pune Municipal Corporation Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.  This proposal was submitted to the government through  The Vanaz to Chandni Chowk extension on the Vanaz to Ramwadi route in Pune Mahanagar Metro Rail Project Phase-1 is 1.12 km long and 2 stations are proposed on this route.  The length of Ramwadi to Wagholi (Vithalwadi) route is 11.63 kilometers and 11 stations are proposed on this route.
 Total 12.75 km.  In length and with 13 elevated stations, approval has been given to implement the fully elevated metro rail project through Mahametro at a project completion cost of Rs.3 thousand 756 crores 58 lakhs.  In this, the participation of Central and State Governments is Rs.  496 crores 73 lakhs (15.40 per cent), 50 per cent of the central tax amount, secondary loans to the central and state governments each amounting to Rs.  148 crores 57 lakhs (4.60 per cent), bilateral, multilateral institutions lending assistance Rs.  1 thousand 935 crores 89 lakhs (60 percent) Thus the project cost of Rs.3 thousand 226 crores 49 lakhs will be eligible for central government subsidy.
 Apart from this, interest free secondary loan of state government for state tax is 259 crores 65 lakhs, interest free secondary loan of state government for land acquisition is Rs.  24 crores 86 lakhs, State Govt interest free subordinated loan of Rs.  65 crores 34 lakhs, Pune Municipal Corporation’s contribution for land is Rs.  24 lakhs, the interest free secondary loan of the State Government for construction period interest will be Rs.180 crores.
 For the project, the Pune Municipal Corporation will contribute Rs.  Pune Municipal Corporation has been directed to provide financial assistance of 24 lakhs/land to Mahametro.  Approval has been given to make available Rs 496 Crore 73 Lakhs of the State Government’s share in the said project to Mahametro.
 Approval has also been granted to provide 50 per cent of the Central Government tax, State Government taxes and charges, land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement and interest during the construction period to a total of Rs 678 crore 42 lakh as interest-free secondary loan from the State Government.  Mahametro has been instructed to repay the secondary loan after repayment of the main loan taken for the project.
 For the project, the Central Government has provided Rs.  496 crore 73 lakh shares and Rs.  Approval has also been granted to request the Central Government for obtaining interest-free secondary loan assistance of 148.57 crores.  Managing Director, Maharashtra Metro Railway Corporation Ltd. to correspond to receive funds through Central Government.  He has been authorized.
 The Managing Director, Mahametro has been authorized to take a low interest rate loan through Bilateral/Multilateral Financial Institutions/Other Financial Institutions to the extent of Rs.10935 Crore 89 Lakhs for the project on the condition that no burden of principal, interest and other charges shall fall on the State Government.  .  Mahametro will be responsible for the repayment of the principal and interest of the loan taken through the bilateral/multilateral financial institution for the project.
 The Government has approved the implementation of this metro project as per “Metro Railway Act 2009 (Amended)”.  Both these metro line projects have been approved to be declared as “Urgent Public Project” and “Ambitious Civil Transport Project” for various purposes.
 Private land required for timely completion of metro rail project for metro rail station facilities as well as car depot under Metro Rail Act, 2009/ Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966/ New Central Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation and Redevelopment Act, 2013 or Development Rights/ Transfer of Development Rights  Can be done through
 In case of any increase in the cost of this metro project, Mahametro and Pune Municipal Corporation have been instructed to bear the entire burden/responsibility of the said increase.  During the construction period of the metro rail, the relevant departments will be instructed to temporarily use the vacant spaces of the government and semi-governmental organizations along the said metro line and the concerned departments should make the said vacant spaces available to the Mahametro at a nominal rate.
 In order to rehabilitate the project victims under this project, the rehabilitation policy implemented under the government decision of the Department of Housing and Special Assistance for the rehabilitation of the project victims for the MUTP project has been approved to be implemented with the said project.

PMC Warje Multispeciality Hospital- Supriya Sule – (The Karbhari News Service) | MP Supriya Sule has demanded that the Pune Municipal Corporation should publish a White Paper regarding Warje Multispeciality Hospital. Sule said, 16 percent of the people will get free and government rate treatment in the hospital. 84 percent of the beds will be used commercially. The municipal corporation owns land worth crores and the loan has been guaranteed. Therefore, MP Supriya Sule alleged that this hospital is not being built for the poor but for the benefit of businessmen. Sule also assured that we will provide free treatment to the patients after coming to power.

 

The Bhoomipujan program of the multispeciality hospital being built on the municipal site at Warje was held recently. Speaking to reporters at that time, MP Sule made this demand. Sule said that it is the inauguration of the municipal hospital. But after the Deputy Chief Minister’s speech, it was realized that here only ten percent beds are going to be available for the poor and six percent beds are going to be available at the government rate. The remaining 84 beds will be used for commercial purposes. If the intention of the Netherlands is so good, there is no problem in providing treatment facility on the lines of Yashwantrao Chavan Hospital in Pimpri Chinchwad with 100 percent beds for free or at a moderate cost.

Sule said, it is doubtful that only 16 percent of the beds and one crore rent per year will be received when the municipal land is worth crores, the loan is guaranteed by the municipal corporation. For this, we demand that the facts be presented to the people by taking out the white paper and that the poor get treatment on 100 percent beds. When we come to power, we will provide treatment facilities for the poor at a very modest cost in Warje Hospital on the lines of Yashwantrao Chavan Hospital. Sule gave such an assurance at this time.

PMC Warje Multispeciality Hospital  – (The Karbhari News Service) – वारजे येथील प्रभाग क्र. ३० मध्ये उभारण्यात येणाऱ्या  मल्टीस्पेशालिटी हॉस्पिटलचे भूमिपूजन उद्या सकाळी (रविवारी) उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस आणि अजित पवार यांच्या हस्ते करण्यात येणार आहे. कै. अरविंद बारटक्के दवाखाना ,अतुल नगर, वारजे, पुणे या ठिकाणी हा कार्यक्रम होणार आहे. अशी माहिती महापालिका प्रशासनाच्या वतीने देण्यात आली. तसेच यावेळी इतर प्रकल्पांचे भूमिपूजन आणि लोकार्पण ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने करण्यात येणार आहे.

– हे आहेत प्रकल्प

1. घोरपडी येथे पुणे-सोलापूर रेल्वे लाईनवर उभारण्यात आलेल्या उड्डाणपुलाचे (ROBII) लोकार्पण (ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने)

2. घोरपडी येथील पुणे-मिरज रेल्वे लाईनवर नव्याने उभारण्यात येणा-या उड्डाणपुलाचे (ROBI) भूमिपूजन

3. वारजे येथील समान पाणीपुरवठा योजने अंतर्गत बांधण्यात आलेल्या पाण्याच्या टाकीचे लोकार्पण (ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने)

4. वारजे येथील स. नं. १३१ ते १३४ लगतच्या स.नं. मधून जाणाऱ्या २४ मी. डि पी रस्त्याचे भुमिपूजन (ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने)

यावेळी दिलीप वळसे-पाटील, सहकार मंत्री,  चंद्रकांतदादा पाटील, उच्च व तंत्र शिक्षण, संसदीय कामकाज मंत्री, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, डॉ. नीलम गोऱ्हे, उपसभापती, विधानपरिषद आणि सर्व खासदार व सर्व आमदार यांची उपस्थिती असणार आहे.

 

वारजे मल्टिस्पेशालिटी हॉस्पीटल चा प्रस्ताव काय आहे? 

वारजे येथे महापालिकेच्या जागेवर डीबीएफओटी तत्वावर उभारण्यात येणार्‍या ३५० बेडस्चे मल्टिस्पेशालिटी हॉस्पीटलची उभारणी करण्याचा प्रस्ताव १७ फेब्रुवारी २०२३ रोजी स्थायी समितीमध्ये मंजूर करण्यात आला. या हॉस्पीटलसाठी ठेकेदार ३६० रुपये कर्ज काढणार असून त्याचा विमाही काढणार आहे. २०२२ मध्ये लोकनियुक्त स्थायी समितीने वारजे येथील महापालिकेच्या जागेवर डीबीओएफटी तत्वावर ३५० बेडस्चे मल्टिस्पेशालिटी हॉस्पीटल उभारण्याचा प्रस्ताव मंजुर केला. मार्च २०२२ मध्ये स्थायी समितीचा कार्यकाळ संपत असताना भाजपच्या सदस्यांनी महापालिकेने डीबीएफओटी तत्वावर उभारण्यात येणार्‍या या हॉस्पीटलसाठी ठेकेदार कंपनी काढणार्‍या कर्जाला जामीनदार राहावे, अशी उपसूचना दिली होती.

महापालिकेच्या आरोग्य विभागाने यासाठी मागविलेल्या निविदांमध्ये रुरल एनहांसर्स (Rural Enhancers ltd.) आणि मे.ए.सी.शेख कॉन्ट्रॅक्टर (M/s. A. C. Shaikh Contractor) या दोनच कंपन्या सहभागी झाल्या होत्या. त्यापैकी रुरल एनहांसर्स या कंपनीचा प्रस्ताव अधिक फायदेशीर असल्याने या कंपनीला काम देण्याचा निर्णय १७ फेब्रुवारी  २०२३ मध्ये स्थायी समितीच्या बैठकीमध्ये घेण्यात आला.  या कंपनीने १० टक्के फ्री बेड, ६ टक्के बेडस हे सी.जी.एच.एस. दरामध्ये उपलब्ध होणार  आहेत, तर उर्वरीत ८४ टक्के बेडस् हे संबधित संस्था व्यावसायीक दराने वापरणार आहे.  महापालिकेला दरवर्षी ९० लाख रुपये भाडे देणार आहे. ३० वर्षांसाठीच्या करारात दरवर्षी ३ टक्के दराने भाडेदरात वाढ करण्यात येणार आहे.

या कंपनीने महापालिकेच्या नावे परदेशातील कंपनीतून कर्ज काढायचे असून नेदरलँडमधील इन्शुरन्स कंपनी या कर्जाचा विमा उतरवणार आहे. कर्जाचे हप्ते संबधित संस्थेने भरायचे आहेत.  तसेच राज्य शासनाच्या आदेशानुसार महापालिका, संबधित संस्था, कर्ज पुरवठा करणारी बँक व इन्शुरन्स कंपनी असा त्रिसदस्यीय करार करण्यात येणार आहे. यामध्ये महापालिकेवर कुठलेच आर्थिक दायित्व नसणार असल्याचे प्रस्तावामध्ये म्हंटले आहे.

Monorail Project Pune |  थोरात उद्यानातील मोनोरेल प्रकल्पास विरोध!

पुणे – ( The Karbhari News Service) – Monorail Project Pune | राष्ट्रवादी युवक काँग्रेस पार्टी (शरदचंद्रजी पवार) कोथरुड विधानसभा मतदारसंघाचा थोरात उद्यानातील मोनोरेल प्रकल्पास विरोध केला आहे.

कोथरूड येथे मध्यवस्तीत असणाऱ्या छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांच्या पुतळ्याजवळ अनेक वर्षांपासून थोरात उद्यान नामक सुंदर, मोठे आणि मनमोहक असे पुणे मनपाचे एक उद्यान स्थित आहे. हे उद्यान गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून नागरिकांना चालण्यासाठी मोकळी जागा आणि घेण्यासाठी मोकळा श्वास देत आले आहे. खुली व्यायामशाळा, विरंगुळा केंद्र, लहान मुलांसाठी खेळणी, पदपथ अशा सुविधा या ठिकाणी मनपातर्फे विकसित करण्यात आल्या असून यामुळे हे उद्यान नागरिकांच्या सोयीचे बनले आहे.

परंतु गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून सदर ठिकाणी मोनोरेल साकारण्यासाठी पुणे मनपाच्या मोटार वाहन विभागातर्फे काही बांधकाम सुरू करण्याचे नियोजन आहे. या ठिकाणी प्रस्तावित मोनोरेलसाठी वृक्षांची कत्तल केली जाणार असून अनेक ठिकाणी बांधकाम करणेही मनपाला आवश्यक आहे. यामुळे नागरिकांतून नाराजी व्यक्त होत असून विरोधही केला जात आहे.

सदर ठिकाणी नागरिकांतून कोणतीही मागणी नसताना हा प्रकल्प साकारला जात आहे. असे युवक अध्यक्ष गिरीश गुरनानी म्हणाले.

या प्रकल्पामुळे पर्यावरणीय नुकसान तर अटळ असून याचसह मनपातर्फे आजवर विकसित करण्यात आलेल्या सुविधाही हटवल्या जातील, ज्यामुळे आजवर या सुविधांवर नागरिकांच्या कररूपी निधीतून केलेला खर्च पाण्यात जाणार आहे. एक सुजाण नागरिक म्हणून या प्रकल्पाला विरोध करत नैसर्गिक उद्यान चिरंतन ठेवणे, हे नक्कीच आमचे कर्तव्य आहे.

त्वरित हा प्रकल्प थांबवण्याची सूचना केली असून असे न केल्यास भविष्यात जनआंदोलन उभारण्यात येईल, असा इशाराही गुरनानी यांनी दिला.

Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – महंमदवाडी परिसर आणि परिसरातील सोसायट्यामध्ये पाणी प्रश्न गंभीर झाला आहे. मात्र ही समस्या आता कायमस्वरूपी सुटणार आहे. याबाबत शिवसेना शहर प्रमुख प्रमोद नाना भानगिरे यांनी महापालिकेच्या पाणीपुरवठा अधिकाऱ्या सोबत आढावा बैठक घेऊन समस्या सोडवण्याबाबत सूचना केल्या आहेत. याबाबत भानगिरे यांनी सांगितले कि, परिसरात महापालिकेकडून 9 टाक्या बांधण्यात आल्या आहेत. मात्र त्या चालू करण्यात आल्या नाहीत. मात्र आता Sangriya Society बूस्टर येथून नाविन पाइप लाइन टाकून raheja vista Society परिसरात पाणीपरवठा करणेसाठी कामे करण्यात येत आहेत. त्या अनुषंगाने पाणीपरवठा विभाग अधिकारी यांचे समवेत बैठक घेण्यात आली.  तसेच दोराबजी येथील बांधून पूर्ण असलेल्या तीन टाक्याचे अनुषंगाने पाणीपरवठा करण्याबाबत देखील या बैठकीत चर्चा झाली. लवकरच ही कामे मार्गी लागणार असून परिसरातील पाणी समस्या कायमस्वरूपी सुटणार आहे. असे भानगिरे यांनी सांगितले मी.

आढावा बैठकीला नंदकिशोर जगताप ,मुख्य अभियंता पाणीपुरवठा, रणदिवे, अधिक्षक अभियंता लष्कर, वायदंडे, अधिक्षक अभियंता समान पाणीपुरवठा, पावरा, कार्यकारी अभियंता लष्कर,  बोरसे उपअभियंता लष्कर, वासकर कनिष्ठ अभियंता लष्कर असे अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

PMC Deputy Commissioner Asha Raut and Pratibha Patil have been extended by 1 year in Pune Municipal Corporation

 Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) –  Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Deputy Commissioner Asha Raut (PMC) and Pratibha Patil (PMC) on deputation have been given 1 year extension in Pune Municipal Corporation. The state government has recently issued orders in this regard.
 Deputy Commissioners Patil and Raut were appointed on deputation in Pune Municipal Corporation on September 8, 2021.  The appointment was for two years.  They have expired.  However, they was not transferred or extended.  Finally, today the order of 1 year extension has come from the government.  Accordingly, this extension is going to be till 8 September 2024.  But if the government feels the need, it can be transferred before the deadline.  This was stated in the order issued by Priyanka Kulkarni-Chhapwale, Deputy Secretary to the Government.  (Pune PMC News)
 Meanwhile, PMC Deputy Commissioner Pratibha Patil has been given the charge of PMC Chief Security Officer of Pune Municipal Corporation Security Department.  Patil has this additional charge.  The additional charge of the post of Chief Security Officer was earlier given to Deputy Commissioner Madhav Jagtap (PMC).  Madhav Jagtap has the basic responsibility of Encroachment and Unauthorized Construction Eradication Department.  Recently, Jagtap has been given the additional charge of taxation and tax collection department.  Because Ajit Deshmukh has been transferred by the government.  Therefore, now the responsibility of the post of Chief Security Officer has been entrusted to Deputy Commissioner Pratibha Patil by the administration.  Patil also has the responsibility of Land Acquisition and Management Department.
 Deputy Commissioner Aasha Raut has been appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Circle Three of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune).  Raut was earlier Deputy Commissioner of PMC Solid Waste Management Department.

 Maharashtra Kesari Shivraj Rakshe appointed as sports officer in Pune Municipal Corporation!

 Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – Maharashtra Kesari Shivraj Rakshe has been appointed as Sports Officer in Pune Municipal Corporation.  Orders in this regard have been issued by the state government recently.
 Shivraj Rakshe has won the prize ‘Maharashtra Kesari’.  Accordingly, feedback was submitted to the government about appointing him as sports officer in Pune Municipal Corporation.  There are two posts of Sports Officer in Pune Municipal Corporation.  A post is filled by promotion.  The second position is nominative.  The post is filled by promotion.  Second nominated post is vacant.  Rakshe will be appointed accordingly.
 The proposal to relax the educational qualification for the post of sports officer has been approved as a special matter after submission of feedback to the government in this regard.  Accordingly, Deputy Secretary of Maharashtra Government, Priyanka Kulkarni-Chaipwale has asked the Municipal Commissioner to appoint Rakshe.  It has also been asked to submit a report.

Vidyaniketan 19 Marathi School in Katraj of Pune Municipal Corporation 21 lakhs reward!

Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – Pune Municipal Corporation’s Vidyaniketan School in Katraj has won in the ‘Mukhyamantri Majhi Shukla, Sundar Shala’ campaign implemented for the overall development of schools in the state.  Vidyaniketan School No. 19 has been ranked first in the field of ‘A’ and ‘B’ Class Municipal Corporations in the campaign.  There is a prize of 21 lakhs for that. The award will be given in a ceremony organized on March 5.  (Pune Municipal Corporation Schools)
 under the Babasaheb Ambedkar Adarsh ​​School Yojana.  Bharat Ratna Dr.  1 lakh 3 thousand 312 schools participated in the initiative ‘Chief Minister Majhi Shokla Sunder Shoola’  This includes 64 thousand 312 government schools and 39 thousand private schools.  1 crore 99 lakh 61 thousand 586 students participated in these schools.  1 crore 4 lakh 64 thousand 420 students and 94 lakh 97 thousand 166 girls participated in this.
 The first prize is Rs.21 lakh, the second prize is Rs.11 lakh and the third prize is Rs.7 lakh to schools under the jurisdiction of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation and Class ‘A’ and ‘B’ Municipal Corporations.  In this group, Dr Yashwant Ganpat Shinde Vidyaniketan No. 19 Marathi medium school in Katraj of Pune Municipal Corporation has bagged the first rank.  The second number belongs to a school in Pimpri Chinchwad municipal jurisdiction.
 Regarding this award, Additional Commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation Vikas Dhakne said that we are making Pune Municipal Corporation schools ideal schools.  Under this, 15 schools are being made model schools in the first phase.  Among them Vidyaniketan School got the first rank.  Dhakne further said that we are going to idealize a total of 45 schools.  We have prepared a total of 89 standards while doing this school.  It includes everything from how the school should be structured, to how the quality should be.  The award of our school by the state government has sealed the quality of the ideal municipal school.
