Pune – (The Karbhari News Service) – पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या कार्यक्षेत्रामध्ये १५ क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयाअंतर्गत ० ते ५ वयोगटातील मुलांची संख्या सुमारे ३ लाख इतकी असून त्यांना राष्ट्रीय लसीकरण कार्यक्रम अंतर्गत वयाच्या विविध टप्प्यावर वेगवेगळ्या लसी देण्यात येतात. जन्मता BCG, POLIO व HEPATITIS-B त्यानंतर ६,१०,१४ आठवडे पूर्ण केल्यानंतर PENTA, POLIO, ROTA, IPV, PCV त्यानंतर ९ महिने पूर्ण व १.५ वर्ष पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर MR, VITAMIN – A,DPT- B इत्यादी लसी दिल्या जातात . बाळाचे ४.५ वर्ष पूर्ण झाल्यावर पुन्हा DPT व १०, १६ वर्षानंतर व गरोदर महिलांना TD या लसी देण्यात येतात.
 लसीच्या साठवणीसाठी मुख्य लसीकरण केंद्र नारायण पेठ येथे ५ आय एल आर उपलब्ध असून पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या कार्यक्षेत्रातील ५४ दवाखाने व १९ प्रसूतिगृह यांना लसीचा पुरवठा करण्यात येतो.
आगामी काळात राज्य शासनामार्फत अॅडल्ट BCG, जापनीज इंसिफीलायटीस,MR लसीकरण यासारख्या मोहिमा नियोजित असल्याचे समजते याखेरीज विशेष इंद्रधनुष्य मोहीम, हज यात्रेकरूचे लसीकरण या सारख्या मोहिमा वेळोवेळी पार पाडाव्या लागतात.
 पुणे महानगरपालिकेत नवीन ३४ समाविष्ट गावांच्या अंतर्भावानंतर लसीकरणासाठी पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या २९ नव्याने सुरु केलेल्या आरोग्य वर्धिनी केंद्रावर लाभार्थ्यांची गर्दी होताना दिसते. याकरिता पुणे महानगरपालिकेकडून ISO प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त कंपनीकडून
२५,५०० लिटर्स क्षमतेचा वॉक इन कुलर बसविण्यात आला होता .
वॉक इन कुलरचा लस साठा करणेसाठी वापर करण्यापूर्वी शासनाच्या NCCRC येथील विशेषतज्ञाचे मार्गदर्शन घेवून व सदर वॉक इन कुलरच्या टेम्परेचर मपिंग सदर्भातील सर्व चाचण्या करून सातत्यपूर्ण टेम्परेचर मॅपिंग रेकॉर्डर व डिजिटल डिस्प्ले बसविण्यात आला उपकरणाला आवश्यक ते जनरेटर सेट व यु पी एस बॅकअप देण्यात आलेला आहे.
३ मार्च २०२४ रोजी पुणे महानगरपालिकेचे अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त  रविंद्र बिनवडे यांचे हस्ते सदर वॉक इन कुलर सुविधेचे उदघाटन करण्यात आले. या प्रसंगी  राज्य शासनाकडील सहाय्यक संचालक आरोग्य सेवा तथा उप राज्य लसीकरण अधिकारी श्री डॉ. प्रवीण वेदपाठक, पुणे महानगरपालिकेचे आरोग्य अधिकारी मा श्री डॉ. भगवान पवार, उप आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. कल्पना बळीवंत, सहाय्यक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. संजीव वावरे सहाय्यक आरोग्य अधिकारी तथा लसीकरण अधिकारी डॉ. राजेश दिघे, सहाय्यक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. सुर्यकांत देवकर, शहर क्षयरोग अधिकारी डॉ. प्रशांत बोठे,जागतिक आरोग्य संघटनेचे सर्व्हेलन्स मेडिकल ऑफिसर डॉ चेतन खाडे, क्षेत्रीय वैद्यकीय अधिकारी डॉ गोपाल उज्वणकर,वैद्यकीय अधिकारी डॉ. गणेश जगदाळे व डॉ. प्रदीप पवार, लसीकरण विभागातील सर्व कर्मचारी उपस्थित होते.

PEHEL 2024 Pune PMC | पुणे महापालिका (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) आणि शहरातील सामाजिक संस्थांच्या वतीने ‘पेहेल-२०२४’ हे (PEHEL 2024) शहर स्तरावरील ई-कचरा (E – Waste) आणि प्लॅस्टिक संकलन अभियान रविवार रोजी राबविले गेले. यात पुणेकरांनी 415 संकलन केंद्रावर 4 तासात 53 टन ई-कचरा आणि प्लॅस्टिक जमा केले. अशी माहिती महापालिका घनकचरा विभागाच्या (PMC Solid Waste Management Department) वतीने देण्यात आली. संत गाडगे महाराज यांच्या जयंतीनिमित्त पुणे महानगरपालिका, कमिन्स इंडिया फाऊंडेशन, केपीआयटी, पूर्णम इकोव्हिजन फाऊंडेशन आणि पुण्यातील सामाजिक संस्था यांच्याद्वारे पर्यावरण सप्ताहात ‘पेहेल-२०२४’ हे शहर स्तरावरील ई-कचरा आणि प्लॅस्टिक संकलन अभियान  25 फेब्रुवारी रोजी राबविले गेले. या अभियानाचे उद्घाटन प्रमुख अतिथी  संगीतकार डॉ. सलील कुलकर्णी आणि डॉ. कुणाल खेमनार, पुणे मनपा अतिरिक्त आयुक्त यांच्या हस्ते डॉ. श्यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी उद्यान येथे संपन्न झाले. या कार्यक्रमाला घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन प्रमुख उपायुक्त  संदिप कदम कमिन्स इंडिया फाऊंडेशनच्या CSR प्रमुख  सौजन्या वेगुरु, केपीआयटीचे CSR प्रमुख  तुषार जुवेकर, आदर पूनावाला क्लीन सिटी इनिशिएटिव्हचे श्री. मल्हार करवंदे, पूर्णम इकोव्हिजन फाऊंडेशनचे संचालक अतुल क्षीरसागर व सीईओ डॉ. राजेश मणेरीकर, माजी नगरसेविका माधुरी सहस्रबुद्धे, मनपा सहाय्यक आरोग्यअधिकारी डॉ. केतकी घाटगे हे यावेळी उपस्थित होते.

वेगवेगळ्या संस्थांच्या, कंपनीच्या तसेच महाविद्यालयाच्या सुमारे १२०० स्वयंसेवकांनी १८ ते २४ फेब्रुवारी रोजी, लोकांमध्ये सर्व नागरिकांनी अभियानांतर्गत जनजागृतीचे प्रयोग केले. पथनाट्य, खेळातून जनजागृती, चौकसभा, पत्रक वाटप केले गेले. या अभियानात स्वयंसेवकांकडून उभारण्यात आलेल्या 415 संकलन केंद्रांवर सकाळी ९ ते दुपारी 1 या वेळेत उत्तम प्रतिसाद देत मोठ्या संख्येने ई-कचरा आणि प्लॅस्टिक जमा केले.

अभियानातून एकूण सुमारे ७५०० जणांनी आपल्या घरातील कचरा केंद्रावर दिला. यावेळी अंदाजे 53 टन कचरा संकलित झाला असून त्यामध्ये 40 टन ई-कचरा आणि 13 टन प्लॅस्टिक कचरा जमा झाला आहे. जमा झालेल्या ई- कचऱ्यातून दुरुस्त होण्यासारखे कॉम्प्युटर आणि लॅपटॉप दुरुस्त करून गरजू शाळा आणि विद्यार्थ्यांपर्यंत पोहोचवले जाणार आहेत. उर्वरित ई-कचरा आणि प्लॅस्टिक कचऱ्याचे शासनमान्य रिसायकलर्स द्वारे शास्त्रीय पद्धतीने विल्हेवाट लावली जाईल. असे घनकचरा विभागाच्या वतीने सांगण्यात आले.

 PMC Chief Security Officer |  PMC Deputy Commissioner Pratibha Patil has been given the charge of PMC Chief Security Officer of Pune Municipal Corporation’s Security Department.  Patil will have this additional charge.  The Municipal Additional Commissioner has recently issued orders in this regard.  (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)
 The additional charge of the post of Chief Security Officer was earlier given to Deputy Commissioner Madhav Jagtap (PMC).  Madhav Jagtap has the basic responsibility of Encroachment and Unauthorized Construction Eradication Department.  Recently, Jagtap has been given additional charge of taxation and tax collection department.  Because Ajit Deshmukh has been transferred by the government.  Therefore, now the responsibility of the post of Chief Security Officer has been entrusted to Deputy Commissioner Pratibha Patil by the administration.  Patil currently has the responsibility of Land Acquisition and Management Department.

PMC Chief Security Officer | पुणे महापालिकेच्या सुरक्षा विभागाच्या (PMC Security Department) मुख्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी (PMC Chief Security Officer) पदाची जबाबदारी उपायुक्त प्रतिभा पाटील (PMC Deputy Commissioner Pratibha Patil) यांच्याकडे देण्यात आली आहे. पाटील यांच्याकडे हा अतिरिक्त पदभार असणार आहे. महापालिका अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांनी नुकतेच याबाबतचे आदेश जारी केले आहेत. मुख्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी पदाचा अतिरिक्त पदभार या आधी उपायुक्त माधव जगताप (Madhav Jagtap PMC) यांच्याकडे सोपवण्यात आला होता. माधव जगताप यांच्याकडे मूळ जबाबदारी ही अतिक्रमण आणि अनधिकृत बांधकाम निर्मूलन विभागाची आहे. नुकताच जगताप यांच्याकडे कर आकारणी व कर संकलन विभागाचा अतिरिक्त पदभार देण्यात आला आहे. कारण अजित देशमुख यांची सरकारकडून बदली करण्यात आली आहे. त्यामुळे आता मुख्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी पदाची जबाबदारी प्रशासनाकडून उपायुक्त प्रतिभा पाटील यांच्याकडे सोपवण्यात आली आहे. पाटील यांच्याकडे सद्यस्थितीत भूसंपादन व व्यवस्थापन विभागाची जबाबदारी आहे.

15 bed dialysis unit to start soon in PMC Kamala Nehru Hospital

 Kamla Nehru Hospital Dialysis Center |  Kamala Nehru Hospital Dialysis Center was initially started in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Kamala Nehru Hospital.  The Center has been entrusted to Lions Club of Poona Mukundnagar Charitable Trust.  However, irregularities were found in the daily operations of the dialysis center run by this organization.  Therefore, the work was withdrawn from the organization.  As a result, the dialysis service at the hospital was closed.  Now a new 15 bed unit will be started soon.  This work will be given to THS Wellness Private Limited.  After completing the tender process, the administration has placed the proposal before the PMC Standing Committee.
 Dialysis Center was initially started in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Kamala Nehru Hospital.  The Center has been entrusted to Lions Club of Poona Mukundnagar Charitable Trust.  However, irregularities were found in the daily operations of the dialysis center run by this organization.  This was likely to affect the health of the patients, so the municipal administration blamed the Lions Club for not being able to run the centre.  An explanation was also sought from the organization.  But the organization had accused the municipal corporation itself.  Therefore, the Municipal Corporation has withdrawn the work from the organization.  So this center is closed for a month.  The Municipal Corporation had now started a new tender process.
 7 companies came forward after the Pune Municipal Corporation implemented the tender process.  The rate of THS was the lowest among them.  Therefore, the municipality is jointly running the project with the company.  2000 square feet of space in Kamala Nehru Hospital will be allotted for Dialysis Unit and Dialysis Attached Intensive Care Unit.  The institution will be granted tenure of 10 years and then twice by extension of 10 years.  The rent of the place will not be taken from the municipal body.  But the organization has to set up all the systems from staff to machinery.
 As a part of providing affordable facilities to the poor who cannot bear the burden of private hospitals, the Health Department of Pune Municipal Corporation has started dialysis facility at a low cost in its 8 clinics on PPP basis.  This facility is provided for just 400 rupees.  It has been 7 years, the municipality is providing this facility.  So far more than 71 thousand people have benefited from this service.  (What is the cost of one session of dialysis In PMC Pune Hospitals?)
 On behalf of the Pune Municipal Corporation PMC, a dialysis center was first started in Kamla Nehru Hospital PMC in the year 2017.  This facility has been made available for only Rs 400 in the center done on PPP basis.  After seeing the response, the Municipal Corporation started this facility in 7 more hospitals.  But the need for this is still increasing.  Because the number of patients is also increasing.

Kamla Nehru Hospital Dialysis Center | पुणे महापालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)) कमला नेहरू रुग्णालयात सुरुवातीला डायलिसिस सेंटर (Kamala Nehru Hospital Dialysis Center) सुरु करण्यात आले होते. हे सेंटर लायन्स क्लब ऑफ पूना मुकुंदनगर चॅरिटेबल ट्रस्ट या संस्थेला चालवण्यास देण्यात आले आहे. मात्र या संस्थेकडून चालवल्या जाणाऱ्या या डायलेसिस सेंटरमध्ये दैनंदिन कामकाजात अनियमितता आढळून आलेल्या होत्या. त्यामुळे संस्थेकडून काम काढून घेण्यात आले होते. परिणामी दवाखान्यातील डायलिसिस सेवा बंद होती. आता नव्याने 15 बेड्चे युनिट लवकरच सुरु केले जाणार आहे. हे काम टीएचएस वेलनेस प्रा लि (THS Wellness private Limited) कंपनीला दिले जाणार आहे. प्रशासनाने याबाबतची टेंडर प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करून प्रस्ताव स्थायी समिती (PMC Standing Committee) समोर ठेवला आहे.
पुणे महापालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)) कमला नेहरू रुग्णालयात सुरुवातीला डायलिसिस सेंटर (Kamala Nehru Hospital Dialysis Center ) सुरु करण्यात आले होते. हे सेंटर लायन्स क्लब ऑफ पूना मुकुंदनगर चॅरिटेबल ट्रस्ट या संस्थेला चालवण्यास देण्यात आले आहे. मात्र या संस्थेकडून चालवल्या जाणाऱ्या या डायलेसिस सेंटरमध्ये दैनंदिन कामकाजात अनियमितता आढळून आलेल्या होत्या. याचा परिणाम रुग्णांच्या आरोग्यावर होण्याची शक्यता निर्माण होत होती, त्यामुळे महापालिका प्रशासनाने लायन्स क्लब वर सेंटर चालवण्यास असमर्थ असल्याचा ठपका ठेवला होता. तसेच संस्थेकडून खुलासा देखील मागवला होता. मात्र संस्थेने महापालिकेवरच आरोप केले होते. त्यामुळे महापालिकेने संस्थेकडून काम काढून घेतले आहे. त्यामुळे महिन्याभरा पासून हे केंद्र बंद आहे. महापालिकेने आता नवीन टेंडर प्रक्रिया सुरु केली होती.
महापालिकेने टेंडर प्रक्रिया लागू केल्यांनतर 7 कंपन्या पुढे आल्या होत्या. त्यात टीएचएस चा दर सर्वात कमी होता. त्यामुळे कंपनी सोबत महापालिका हा प्रकल्प संयुक्त विद्यमाने चालवत आहे. कमला नेहरू हॉस्पिटल मधील 2000 चौ फूट जागा डायलिसिस युनिट आणि डायलिसिस संलग्न अतिदक्षता विभाग करण्यासाठी दिली जाणार आहे. संस्थेला ही जागा पाहिल्यान्दा 10 वर्ष आणि नंतर दोन वेळा मुदत 10 वर्ष वाढवून दिली जाणार आहे. जागेचे भाडे महापालिका संस्थेकडून घेणार नाही. मात्र स्टाफ पासून ते मशिनरी पर्यंतची सगळी यंत्रणा ही संस्थेला उभी करावी लागणार आहे.
खाजगी हॉस्पिटलचा भार सहन न करणाऱ्या गोरगरिबांना परवडणारी सुविधा देण्याचा भाग म्हणून पुणे महापालिकेच्या आरोग्य विभागाने (Health Department Pune Municipal Corporation) आपल्या 8 दवाखान्यात पीपीपी तत्वावर अल्प दरात डायलिसिस ची सुविधा सुरु केली आहे. अवघ्या 400 रुपयांत ही सुविधा दिली जाते. गेली 7 वर्ष झाले, महापालिका ही सुविधा देत आहे. या सेवेचा आतापर्यंत 71 हजार हून अधिक लोकांनी लाभ घेतला आहे.  (What is the cost of one session of dialysis In PMC Pune Hospitals?)
पुणे महापालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation PMC) वतीने 2017 साली पहिल्यांदा कमला नेहरू हॉस्पिटलमध्ये (Kamla Nehru Hospital PMC) डायलिसिस सेंटर सुरु केले.   पीपीपी तत्वावर केलेल्या सेंटर मध्ये फक्त 400 रुपयांत ही सुविधा उपलब्ध करून दिली. याला मिळत असलेला प्रतिसाद पाहून मग महापालिकेने अजून 7 हॉस्पिटलमध्ये ही सुविधा सुरु केली. मात्र याची गरज अजून वाढतच आहे. कारण रुग्णाची संख्या देखील वाढत आहे.

 PMC Fireman Bharti Results |  The examination was conducted for the post of Fireman on behalf of Pune Municipal Corporation Recruitment.  But the final selection list was yet to be published.  The exam was conducted for 200 posts.  But 167 candidates have qualified.  Accordingly, the administration has released the selection list and given immediate temporary appointments.

 The recruitment process for 320 posts was implemented on behalf of Pune Municipal Corporation.  200 of these posts were for the post of fireman.  Accordingly, more than 3500 applications were received by the Municipal Corporation.  These candidates were examined.  The exam was of 120 marks.  A minimum of 54 marks is required.  666 people passed in this.  Documents of passed candidates were verified.  Accordingly, 575 candidates were qualified for the physical test.  Accordingly, the physical test was conducted from 26th to 29th October and 22nd November.  Accordingly, the marks of this test were published on the official website of the Municipal Corporation.  After that, a written test was conducted on firefighting material recognition.  There were 5 marks for this.  The candidate’s answer sheet and appropriate statement of the examination were released on the municipal website.  If there were any objections in this regard, they were asked to give them.  Thereafter, the answer sheets solved by the candidates have been re-checked by taking into consideration the objections received from the candidates regarding the answers and marks in ‘Identification of Fire Fighting Materials’.  The table of revised marks of the candidates who have changed in the re-examination and the corresponding answer sheets have been published on the municipal website.  Pune Municipal Corporation Recruitment)

 Meanwhile the candidates were staring at the final result.  Finally the final result has been released.  Only 167 people have been selected out of 200 seats.  The final selection list was to be decided by the selection committee.  Accordingly, the committee has discussed and released this list.  30 ex-servicemen have been disqualified.  Because the course he took became a point of controversy.  There was a woman.  She was disqualified due to the height rule.  Meanwhile, the matter is in court.  While two candidates were from the orphan category which the corporation could not get.  Accordingly 167 candidates have been qualified.

 Meanwhile, on the occasion of this recruitment, a woman has been included in the Pune Municipal Fire Brigade for the first time.  The name of this qualified woman is Meghna Mahendra Sapkal.  A woman was appointed on a permanent post in Pune, under Mumbai.  Meghna’s grandfather Sadashiv Bapurao Sakpal is a retired firefighter while her father Mahendra Sadashiv Sakpal is currently working as a fireman.
 – Physical fitness certificate is mandatory
 Meanwhile, it has been made mandatory for these candidates to bring physical qualification certificate before joining the Municipal Corporation.  Candidates have to take physical examination letter from fire department and undergo physical examination from Chairman, Medical Board.  Only then the candidates will be brought to work.

PMC  Fireman Bharti Results | पुणे महापालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation Recruitment) वतीने फायरमन (Fireman) पदासाठी परीक्षा घेण्यात आली. मात्र अंतिम निवड यादी प्रसिद्ध होणे बाकी होते. 200 पदांसाठी परीक्षा घेण्यात आली होती. मात्र यात 167 उमेदवार पात्र ठरले आहेत. त्यानुसार प्रशासनाने निवड यादी प्रसिद्ध करून तात्काळ हंगामी नेमणुका देखील दिल्या आहेत.  (Pune Mahanagarpalika Fireman Bharti Results)
पुणे महापालिकेच्या वतीने 320 पदांची भरती प्रक्रिया राबवण्यात आली. यातील 200 जागा या फायरमन पदाच्या होत्या. त्यानुसार महापालिकेकडे 3500 हून अधिक अर्ज आले होते. या उमेदवारांची परीक्षा घेण्यात आली. 120 मार्कांची परीक्षा होती. यात किमान 54 गुण मिळणे आवश्यक होते. यात 666 लोक उत्तीर्ण झाले. उत्तीर्ण झालेल्या उमेदवारांच्या कागदपत्रांची पडताळणी करण्यात आली. त्यानुसार शारीरिक चाचणी परीक्षेसाठी 575 उमेदवार पात्र ठरले होते. त्यानुसार शारीरिक चाचणी परीक्षा  ही 26 ते 29 ऑक्टोबरला आणि 22 नोव्हेंबर ला घेण्यात आली होती.  त्यानुसार या चाचणीचे गुण महापालिकेच्या अधिकृत संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आले होते. त्यानंतर अग्निशमन साहित्य ओळख बाबत लेखी परीक्षा घेण्यात आली होती. यासाठी 5 गुण होते. परीक्षेची उमेदवाराची उत्तरपत्रिका आणि योग्य विवरणी महापालिका वेबसाईट वर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आली होती. याबाबत काही हरकती असतील तर त्या देण्यास सांगण्यात आले होते. त्यानंतर ‘अग्निशमन साहित्याची ओळख’ यामधील उत्तरांबाबत आणि गुणांबाबत उमेदवारांकडून प्राप्त झालेल्या हरकती विचारात घेऊन उमेदवारांनी सोडवलेल्या उत्तरपत्रिकांची पुनर्तपासणी करण्यात आलेली आहे. पुनर्तपासणीमध्ये बदल झालेल्या उमेदवारांच्या सुधारित गुणांचा तक्ता व संबंधित उत्तरपत्रिका मनपा संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिद्ध करणेत आली.   Pune Municipal Corporation recruitment)

| काही ठरले अपात्र

दरम्यान अंतिम निकालाकडे उमेदवार टक लावून होते. अखेर अंतिम निकाल प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आला आहे. 200 जागांपैकी 167 लोकांनाच यात निवडण्यात आले आहे. अंतिम निवड यादी ही निवड समिती ठरवणार होती. त्यानुसार समितीने चर्चा करून ही यादी प्रसिद्ध केली आहे. यात 30 माजी सैनिक अपात्र ठरले आहेत. कारण त्यांनी केलेला कोर्स हा वादाचा मुद्दा ठरला. एक महिला होती. तिला उंचीच्या नियमात अपात्र ठरवण्यात आले. दरम्यान हा विषय कोर्टात आहे. तर दोन उमेदवार हे अनाथ प्रवर्गातील होते जे महापालिकेला मिळू शकले नाहीत. त्यानुसार 167 उमेदवार पात्र करण्यात आले आहेत.

| पुणे अग्निशमन दलात प्रथमच महिलेचा समावेश

दरम्यान या भरतीच्या निमित्ताने पुणे महापालिका अग्निशमन दलात प्रथमच एका महिलेचा समावेश झाला आहे. मेघना महेंद्र सपकाळ असे या पात्र झालेल्या महिलेचे नाव आहे. मुंबई खालोखाल पुण्यात स्थायी पदावर महिलेला नेमणूक देण्यात आली. मेघनाचे आजोबा सदाशिव बापुराव सकपाळ हे अग्निशमन दलाकडून सेवानिवृत्त तर वडिल महेंद्र सदाशिव सकपाळ हे सध्या फायरमन पदावर कार्यरत आहेत.

– शारीरिक पात्रतेचा दाखला अनिवार्य

दरम्यान महापालिकेत रुजू होण्या अगोदर या उमेदवारांना शारीरिक पात्रतेचा दाखला घेऊन येणे अनिवार्य केले आहे. उमेदवारांनी अग्निशमन विभागाकडून शारीरिक तपासणी बाबतचे पत्र घेऊन अध्यक्ष, वैद्यकीय बोर्ड यांच्याकडून शारीरिक तपासणी करून घ्यायची आहे. त्यानंतरच उमेदवारांना कामावर हजर करून घेतले जाणार आहे.

PMC Officers Property Declaration | महापालिका कायद्यानुसार महापालिकेच्या वर्ग १ ते ३ ऱ्या गटातील सर्व अधिकाऱ्यांना (PMC Officers) त्यांच्या मालमत्तेचा तपशील सादर करणे बंधनकारक करण्यात आले आहे.  वर्ग 2 आणि 3 मधील कर्मचाऱ्यांनी ही माहिती सादर केली आहे. मात्र वर्ग 1 मधील अधिकाऱ्यांनी अजूनही माहिती सादर केली नाही. त्यामुळे तात्काळ माहिती सादर करण्याचे आदेश अतिरिक्त आयुक्त रविंद्र बिनवडे (Ravindra Binwade IAS) यांच्याकडून जारी करण्यात आले आहेत. तसे न झाल्यास शिस्तभंग कारवाईचा इशारा देखील अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांनी दिला आहे.  – महापालिका कायद्यानुसार तपशील देणे बंधनकारक आहे

 महानगरपालिकेच्या इमारतीत आणि सर्व क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयांमध्ये 20 हजारांहून अधिक कामगार काम करतात.  श्रेणी 1 ते श्रेणी 4 कर्मचारी यामध्ये काम करतात.  राज्य सरकारच्या सूचनेनुसार श्रेणी 4 वगळता सर्व कर्मचारी आणि अधिकाऱ्यांना त्यांच्या मालमत्तेचा तपशील देणे बंधनकारक करण्यात आले आहे.  त्याअंतर्गत महापालिका त्यावर अमल करत आहे.  या तपशिलाचा अहवाल सादर करण्याच्या सूचना महापालिकेच्या प्रत्येक विभागाला देण्यात आल्या आहेत.  तरीही त्यांच्या मालमत्तेचा तपशील महापालिका कर्मचारी व अधिकारी मांडत नाहीत. दरम्यान वर्ग तीन आणि 2 मधील कर्मचाऱ्यांनी ही माहिती सादर केली आहे. मात्र वर्ग 1 मधील अधिकाऱ्यांनी अजूनही माहिती सादर केली नाही. वर्ग 1 मधील अधिकाऱ्यांनी आयुक्तांकडे माहिती सादर करणे आवश्यक आहे. मात्र ही माहिती अधिकारी ज्या कार्यालयात काम करतात तेथेच पडून आहे. त्यामुळे अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांनी शिस्तभंग कारवाईचा इशारा दिला आहे. अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांनी आदेशात म्हटले आहे कि वर्ग 1 मधील अधिकाऱ्यांनी त्यांची विवरणपत्रे खातेप्रमुख आणि अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांच्या माध्यमातून आयुक्तांकडे सादर करावीत. तर वर्ग 2 आणि 3 मधील अधिकाऱ्यांनी त्यांच्या खाते प्रमुखाकडे विवरणपत्र सादर करावीत.

PMC Gunvant Kamgar Purskar | Gunvant Kamgar Purskar (Gunvant Kamgar Purskar) is awarded annually to 20 PMC Employees and Officers from Class 1 to 4 of the Municipal Corporation under the Pune Municipal Labor Welfare Fund. Awards are given annually

Gunwant Kamgar Award is given on behalf of PMC Labor Welfare Department to encourage and express gratitude towards PMC Pune employees and officers for their work. This award is given to 20 employees from class 1 to class 4 every year. The award consists of 25 thousand rupees, citation and trophy. These 20 employees include 1 officer each of Class 1 and Class 2, 5 employees of Class 3 and 13 employees of Class 4. (PMC Pune News)

Various criteria are considered while awarding meritorious workers. It also takes into consideration the personal information of employees in particular. Service information is also considered. In this, the information about the contribution of the employee in increasing the income of the municipal corporation and saving is taken into consideration. The confidential appraisal reports of the employees for the last 5 years are also taken. Also, opinions about the participation of employees in cultural and social activities are taken into consideration. It is reviewed whether any awards have been received for academic work. Participation in sporting events and proficiency in a sport are also taken into consideration. Whether the employee has written and published any book, written any articles in newspaper or magazine is also considered. Marks are given after reviewing all such things.

Apart from this, the employees are also interviewed. A panel of 5 to 6 people has been formed for this.
