  A total of 18 vehicles, one for each regional office and three for the main department, will be purchased for taking action and it will be possible to effectively carry out various activities related to solid waste management at different levels in Pune city.  In the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan implemented by the central government, help will also be provided under this initiative to increase the rating of Pune city.  Also, if the vehicles are provided to the servants for action, their morale will increase and it will help the action to be carried out effectively and it will have positive results.  So the cars have been purchased.
 In order to carry out the penal action more effectively, a total of 18 special scod vehicles are being purchased through the solid waste management department of the Pune Municipal Corporation, 4 in the first phase and 14 in the second phase.  4 cars of the first phase were distributed today.  After that, the remaining 14 trains in the second phase will be distributed to the regional offices.  This time Dr.  Kunal Khemnar Additional Municipal Commissioner, Sandeep Kadam, Deputy Commissioner Solid Waste Management, Jayant Bhosekar, Deputy Commissioner Motor Vehicle Department, Prasad Katkar, Deputy Commissioner Circle No. 4, all municipal assistant commissioners, all senior health inspectors and all health inspectors were present.  Public awareness about solid waste management will also be created through these trains.  It will be possible to create awareness about the public cleanliness of the city, educate the citizens who violate the above rules and levy administrative charges in case of violation despite repeated notices.

पुणे शहरात दैनंदिन कचरा निर्मिती (PMC Garbage Collection) २२०० ते २३०० मे. टन पर्यंत होत आहे. दैनंदिन निर्माण होणाऱ्या घनकचऱ्याचे व्यवस्थापन करणेकरिता केंद्र ल शासनामार्फत घनकचरा हाताळणी नियमावली २०१६ (PMC Solid Waste Management Bylaws 2026) निर्गमित केले आहे. नियमावली नुसार घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन निगडीत विविध नियमांचे पालन करणेकरिता क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय स्तरावर वेळोवेळी कारवाई करणे अनिवार्य आहे. यामध्ये प्रामुख्याने प्लास्टिक बॅन, क्रॉनिक स्पॉट, अॅटी स्पिटिंग, ओपन डम्पिंग, वेस्ट बर्निंग इ स्वरूपाच्या विविध कारवाईचा समावेश आहे. तसेच नव्याने समाविष्ठ ३४ गावांमध्ये घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन नियमावली २०१६ ची अंमलबजावणी करणे आवश्यक आहे. विविध कारवाई करणेकरिता दैनंदिन स्थळ पाहणी करणे आवश्यक आहे. या करिता क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय स्तरावर दळणवळण करिता पुरेशी यंत्रणा उपलब्ध नाही. सद्यस्थितीत सेवकांना त्यांचेकडील दुचाकी वाहनावर जाऊन कारवाई करावी लागते जेणेकरून कारवाई प्रभावी रित्या होत नाही तसेच मुख्य खात्याकडे देखील मोठ्या कारवाया करणेकरिता वाहन उपलब्ध होत नाही.

 कारवाई करणेकरिता प्रत्येक क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयास एक व मुख्य खात्यास तीन असे एकूण १८ वाहन खरेदी करण्यात येणार असून पुणे शहरामध्ये विविध स्तरावर घनकचरा व्यवस्थापनाशी निगडीत विविध कारवाया प्रभावीपणे करणे शक्य होणार आहे. केंद्र शासनामार्फत राबविण्यात येणाऱ्या स्वच्छ भारत अभियान मध्ये देखील पुणे शहराचे मानांकन वाढविणे करिता या उपक्रमअंतर्गत मदत होणार आहे. तसेच सेवकांना कारवाई करिता वाहने उपलब्ध करून दिल्यास त्यांचे मनोबल वाढून कारवाई प्रभावी रित्या होणेस मदत होईल व त्याचे दुरोगामी चांगले परिणाम होतील. त्यामुळे गाड्यांची खरेदी करण्यात आली आहे.
दंडात्मक कारवाई अधिक प्रभावीपणे करणे करिता पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन विभागामार्फत पहिल्या टप्यात ४ व दुसऱ्या टप्यात १४ अश्या एकूण १८ स्पेशल स्कॉड व्हेईकल खरेदी करण्यात येत आहेत. पहिल्या टप्यातील ४ गाड्यांचे वितरण आज करण्यात आले. तद्नंतर दुसऱ्या टप्यातील उर्वरित १४ गाड्यांचे वितरण क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयांना करण्यात येईल. या वेळी डॉ. कुणाल खेमनार अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त, संदिप कदम, उप आयुक्त घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन, जयंत भोसेकर, उप आयुक्त मोटार वाहन विभाग, प्रसाद काटकर, उप आयुक्त परिमंडळ क्र ४, सर्व महापालिका सहाय्यक आयुक्त, सर्व वरिष्ठ आरोग्य निरीक्षक व सर्व आरोग्य निरीक्षक उपस्थित होते. या गाड्यांद्वारे घनकचरा व्यवस्थापनाबाबत जनजागृती सुद्धा करण्यात येणार आहे. शहराच्या सार्वजनिक स्वच्छतेबद्दल जनजागृती करणे, वरील नियमांचे उल्लंघन करणाऱ्या नागरिकांचे प्रबोधन करणे तसेच वारंवार सूचना देऊनही उल्लंघन होत असेल तर प्रशासकीय शुल्क आकारणे या बाबी अधिक प्रभावी करणे शक्य होणार आहे.

Accordingly, a penalty of 180/- has been provided for untidy public places/roads/routes under Pune Municipal Corporation, Solid Waste Management Office. The expansion of the city of Pune is increasing and the increasing population requires the active participation of the citizens of the city to manage the various types of daily waste generated by it, to implement it and to make it effective according to the PMC Solid Waste Management Bylaws 2016. In the old city limits and in the newly included villages, the citizens throw their garbage in the open. This creates a chronic spot and unhealthy conditions and the Municipal Corporation has to bear the financial burden for the extra manpower, transport costs and processing of mixed waste to pick up the garbage lying at the said place. Due to the fact that the provision of fines for littering in public places as well as on the roads is minimal, citizens are showing disinterest in following solid waste management rules.
Therefore, if the fine is increased to 500/- instead of 180/-, according to the theory of deterrence, there will be an expected change in the citizens and the amount of littering in the open will decrease. PMC Solid Waste Management Bylaws | सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी तसेच रस्ता किंवा मार्गावर अस्वच्छता करणे, कचरा टाकणे यासाठी पुणे महापालिकेच्या घनकचरा विभागाकडून (PMC Pune Solid Waste Management Department) दंड आकारला जातो. मागील 5 महिन्यात महापालिकेने 1 कोटींहून अधिक दंड वसूल केला आहे. दरम्यान आगामी काळात सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी अस्वच्छता करणे, अजून महागात पडणार आहे. कारण यासाठी आकारण्यात येत असलेला 180 रुपयाचा दंड वाढवून तो 500 रुपये करण्यात येणार आहे. यासाठी राज्य सरकारच्या मंजुरीची आवश्यकता असते. महापालिका सरकार मान्यता देईल या भरवश्यावर नवीन दंडाची अंमलबजावणी करणार आहे. याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव प्रशासनाकडून स्थायी समिती (PMC Standing Committee) समोर ठेवण्यात आला होता. याला नुकतीच मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे. घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन नियम २०१६ चे तरतुदींचे (PMC Solid Waste Management Bylaws) अनुपालन न करणाऱ्या व्यक्ती, संस्था यांना दंड करण्याचे अधिकार नगरपरिषद / नगर पंचायत यांना शासन निर्णय नुसार देण्यात आले आहेत.  त्यानुसार  पुणे महानगरपालिका, घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन कार्यालयांतर्गत सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी / रस्ता / मार्गावर अस्वच्छता करणे याकरिता १८०/- दंडाची तरतूद करण्यात आलेली आहे. पुणे शहराचा विस्तार वाढत चाललेला असून वाढती लोकसंख्या त्यातून निर्माण होणाऱ्या विविध प्रकारच्या दैनंदिन कचऱ्याचे व्यवस्थापन करणे, त्याची अंमलबजावणी करणे तसेच घनकचरा हाताळणी आणि व्यवस्थापन नियमावली २०१६ (PMC Solid Waste Management Bylaws 2016) नुसार प्रभावी करणेसाठी शहरातील नागरिकांचा सक्रीय सहभाग आवश्यक आहे. शहरातील जुन्या हद्दीत व नवीन समाविष्ट गावे येथील नागरिक कचरा उघड्यावर टाकत असतात. त्यामुळे क्रोनिक स्पॉट व अनारोग्यकारक परिस्थिती निर्माण होते व सदर ठिकाणी पडलेला कचरा उचलून घेण्यासाठी अतिरिक्त मनुष्य बळ वाहतूक खर्च व मिश्र कचऱ्यावर प्रक्रिया याकरिता महानगरपालिकेला आर्थिक तोशिष सहन करावी लागत आहे. सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी तसेच रस्त्यावर  अस्वच्छता करणे याकरिता सध्या असणारी दंडाची तरतूद अत्यल्प असल्याने नागरिकांकडून घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन नियमांचे पालन करण्यामध्ये अनास्था दिसून येत आहे. त्यामुळे दंडात्मक रक्कमेमध्ये वाढ करून १८०/- ऐवजी रक्कम ५००/- इतकी दंड आकारणी केल्यास प्रतिबंध सिद्धांतानुसार (theory of Deterrence) नुसार नागरिकांमध्ये अपेक्षित बदल घडून उघड्यावर कचरा टाकण्याचे प्रमाण कमी होणार आहे. यामुळे अपेक्षित घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन नियमांची अंमलबजावणी होऊन शहर स्वच्छ व सुंदर राखण्यास मदत होणार आहे. यामध्ये नागरिकांकडून निधी वसूल करणे असे उद्दिष्ट नसून घनकचरा व्यवस्थापनामध्ये नागरिकांचा सहभाग वाढवणे व शहर विद्रुपीकरणास प्रतिबंध करणे असे ध्येय आहे. त्यानुसार हा प्रस्ताव स्थायी समिती समोर ठेवण्यात आला होता.  समितीने नुकतीच याला मंजूरी दिली आहे. आता मुख्य सभेच्या मान्यतेनंतर यावर अंमल करण्यात येणार आहे. असे घनकचरा विभागाकडून सांगण्यात आले.

Sport Complex in Pune | PMC Swimming Pool |  पुणे | शहरात पुणे महापालिकेची (Pune Municipal Corporation) क्रीडा संकुले (PMC Krida Sankul), बॅडमिंटन हॉल  (PMC Badminton Hall) आणि जलतरण तलाव (PMC Swimming Pool) आहेत. मात्र त्यांची देखभाल दुरुस्ती न केल्याने त्याचा वापर करता येत नाही. त्यामुळे पुणे महापालिका शहरातील 19 क्रीडा संकुलांची दुरुस्ती करणार आहे. त्यासाठी साडे पाच कोटींची आवश्यकता आहे. हा निधी वर्गीकरणाच्या माध्यमातून घेतला जाणार आहे. त्यासाठी स्थायी समिती समोर प्रस्ताव ठेवण्यात आला आहे. क्रीडा संकुले वापरता येत नसल्याची तक्रार नागरिक तसेच खेळाडू करतात. त्यामुळे महापालिकेने यांची दुरुस्ती करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. मात्र या कामांसाठी पुरेशी तरतूद उपलब्ध नाही. यासाठी एकूण साडेपाच कोटी हवे आहेत. याआधी पहिल्या टप्प्यात  10 क्रीडा संकुलाची दुरुस्ती निधी वर्ग करण्याबाबत स्थायी समिती समोर ठेवण्यात आला होता. हा निधी मेडिकल कॉलेज (PMC Medical College) च्या कामातून वर्ग केला गेला.  यासाठी 1 कोटी 94 लाखाची यासाठी आवश्यकता होती. हा निधी भारतरत्न अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालय च्या कामातून घेतला गेला.
त्यानंतर आता साडेतीन कोटी रुपये वर्गीकरणाचा प्रस्ताव स्थायी समिती समोर ठेवण्यात आला आहे. यामध्ये 9 क्रीडा संकुलांचा समावेश आहे. विविध कामांतून हा निधी वर्ग केला जाणार आहे.

 Hong Kong Lane Pune |  In the year 1986, the Pune Municipal Corporation General Body had taken a resolution regarding the concrete construction of 25 stalls in R Deccan Mall i.e. Hong Kong Lane (Hong King Lane Pune).  The municipal corporation would get good income from it.  However, this resolution was not implemented by the municipal administration.  This is in a way an insult to the main assembly.  Therefore, the municipal corporation has to be satisfied with the meager income.  On the other hand, the stall holders are earning lakhs per month.  Therefore, even now, will the municipality make a concrete structure in the lane and give the coal at a higher rate?  Such a question is being raised on this occasion.  (Pune Municipal Corporation News)
 Deccan Talkies in Deccan Gymkhana Area Pune and on FC Road Pune in Pune City is now a place owned by the Municipal Corporation in R Deccan Mall.  There are 25 lumps in this place.  Customers get all kinds of goods in it.  It has a legend that you can get what you can’t get anywhere else in Pune.  Mobile accessories, watches, essential cosmetics for women and men are available here.  Since this is a strategic location, the shopkeepers here earn lakhs of rupees a month.  But even though this is a Municipal Corporation site, the Corporation has to be satisfied with the meager ground rent.  But it is the municipal administration’s fault.  (Hong Kong lane FC Road Deccan Pune)
 Because the [Hong Kong Lane] stall holders had given a letter to the Municipal Corporation on 18/11/85 regarding the construction of pavement.  It said that 25 stalls measuring 10 x 5 feet in total in Deccan Docks have been given on ground rent by the Municipal Corporation.  As the stalls are very dilapidated and waterlogged, instead of wooden stalls, it is necessary to build concrete blocks of the same size instead of wooden stalls.  When feedback was sought from land acquisition, health, development planning, road department, building design department and construction permission department, the feedback of all the departments was favorable.  Accordingly, the resolution was approved by the main meeting through the standing committee.

 Municipal administration especially Municipal Commissioner and Encroachment Department should implement this.  But no decision has been taken till now.  At present, the municipal corporation receives a rent of Rs 200 per shop per day.  Had the resolution been implemented, the municipality would have received Rs 1000 per day.  There are many places of municipal corporation in the city where concrete construction should be done and the coals should be auctioned.  Such is the place near Saras Bagh.  The municipal corporation has planned to make a food mall there.  On the same lines, a two-storied building should be constructed in Hong Kong Lane and the coals should be auctioned.  The municipal corporation will also get good income from this.

Hong Kong Lane Pune | डेक्कन टॉकीज बोळातील (R Deccan Mall) अर्थात हॉंगकॉंग लेन (Hong King Lane Pune) मधील 25 स्टॉल चे पक्के बांधकाम करण्याबाबत 1986 साली मुख्य सभेने (Pune Municipal Corporation General Body Proposal) ठराव केला होता. त्यातून महापालिकेला चांगले उत्पन्न मिळणार होते. मात्र महापालिका प्रशासनाकडून या ठरावाची अंमलबजावणीच करण्यात आली नाही. हा एक प्रकारे मुख्य सभेचा अवमान असतो. त्यामुळे तुटपुंज्या उत्पन्ना वरच महापालिकेला समाधान मानावे लागत आहे. दुसरीकडे स्टॉलधारक मात्र महिन्याला लाखों कमावत आहेत. त्यामुळे आता तरी महापालिका लेन मध्ये पक्क्या स्वरूपाचे बांधकाम करून गाळे ज्यादा दराने देणार का? असा सवाल या निमित्ताने उपस्थित होत आहे. पुणे शहरातील डेक्कन जिमखाना परिसरातील (Deccan Gymkhana Area Pune) आणि एफसी रोडवरील (FC Road Pune) डेक्कन टॉकीज आता आर डेक्कन मॉल (R Deccan Mall) बोळात महापालिकेच्या मालकीची जागा आहे. या ठिकाणी 25 गाळे आहेत. यात सर्व प्रकारच्या वस्तू ग्राहकांना मिळतात. पुण्यात इतरत्र कुठे मिळत नसेल ते इथे मिळते, अशी त्याची आख्यायिका आहे. यामध्ये मोबाईल ऍक्सेसरीज, घड्याळ, महिला आणि पुरुषासाठी आवश्यक सौंदर्य प्रसाधने अशा गोष्टी इथे मिळतात. ही मोक्याची जागा असल्याने इथल्या दुकानदारांना महिन्याला लाखों रुपये मिळतात. मात्र महापालिकेची ही जागा असून देखील महापालिकेला तुटपुंज्या भुई भाड्यावर समाधान मानावे लागते. मात्र यात महापालिका प्रशासनचीच चूक आहे. कारण  [हॉन्गकॉग लेन] स्टॉल पक्के बांधकाम – करणेबाबत स्टॉल धारकांनी १८/११/८५ पत्र देऊन महापालिकेकडे मागणी केली होती. त्यात म्हटले होते कि,  डेक्कन डॉकिजच्या बोळात एकूण १० x ५ फूट या मापाचे २५ स्टॉल्स महानगरपालिकेने भुईभाड्याने दिलेले आहेत. स्टॉल्स अत्यंत मोडकळीस आल्याने व पावसाने उगल्याने त्या ठिकाणी लाकडी स्टॉल्स ऐवजी त्याच मापाचे गाळे पक्क्या स्वरुपाचे बांधणे आवश्यक आहे. याबाबत भूमी प्रापण, आरोग्य, विकास योजना, पथ विभाग, भवन रचना विभाग व बांधकाम परवानगी विभाग कडील अभिप्राय मागविले असता सर्व खात्याचे अभिप्राय अनुकूल आलेले होते. त्यानुसार स्थायी समितीच्या माध्यमातून मुख्य सभेने ठराव मान्य केला होता.

डेक्कन टॉकीजच्या बोळांत एकूण १० फूट बाय ५ फूट या मापाचे एकूण २५ स्टॉल्स मनपाने भुईभाड्याने दिलेले आहेत. सदरचे स्टॉल्स अत्यंत मोडकळीस आल्याने व पावसाने कुणल्याने त्या ठिकाणी लाकडी स्टॉल्स ऐवणी त्याच मापाचे गाळे पक्क्या स्वरूपाचे बांधणे व तेथे सध्या असलेल्या स्टॉल्सधारकांना मा.महा.आयुक्त यांच्या पत्रांतील १ ते १९ अटींवर ३० वर्षे कराराने महा.आयुक्त यांच्या पत्रासोबतच्या नकाशांत दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे दुकानासाठी जागा भाड्याने देण्यास मान्यता देण्यात येत आहे.

| प्रशासनाने काय करायला हवे?

महापालिका प्रशासन खासकरून महापालिका आयुक्त आणि अतिक्रमण विभागाने यावर अंमल करणे गरजेचे होते. मात्र अद्याप पर्यंत यावर कोणताही निर्णय घेतलेला नाही. सद्यस्थितीत महापालिकेला प्रति दुकानाकडून प्रति दिवशी 200 रुपयाचे भाडे मिळते. ठरावावर अंमल झाला असता तर पालिकेला प्रति दिवशी 1000 रुपये मिळाले असते. शहरात महापालिकेच्या अशा बऱ्याच जागा आहेत जिथे पक्क्या स्वरूपाचे बांधकाम करून गाळे लिलाव पद्धतीने द्यायला हवे आहेत. सारस बागेजवळील जागा ही अशीच आहे. तिथे महापालिकेने फूड मॉल करण्याचे नियोजन केलेले आहे. त्याच धर्तीवर हॉंगकॉंग लेन मध्ये देखील दोन मजली इमारतीचे बांधकाम करून गाळे लिलाव पद्धतीने द्यायला हवेत. यातून महापालिकेला देखील चांगले उत्पन्न मिळेल.

PMC Wheelbarrow | पुणे महापालिकेच्या )Pune Municipal Corporation) विविध क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयाच्या वतीने कचरा गोळा केला जातो. हा संकलित केलेला कचरा वाहतुक करण्यासाठी ढकल गाड्यांची (Pushkarts) आवश्यकता असते. त्यामुळे क्षेत्रीय कार्याकाया कडून मागणी केली जाते. त्यानुसार 2 बकेट असलेल्या 1425 व्हीलबॅरो (Wheelbarrow) महापालिका खरेदी करणार आहे. यासाठी 95 लाखांचा खर्च येणार आहे. हे काम पायल इंडस्ट्रीज ला देण्यात आले आहे. याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव स्थायी समिती (PMC Standing Committee) समोर ठेवण्यात आला आहे. पुणे मनपा मोटार वाहन विभागाच्या कर्मशाळा विभागाकडून मनपाच्या विविध कार्यालयातील लाकडी फर्निचर दुरुस्ती, नवीन तयार करणे तसेच कचरा संकलनासाठी उपलब्ध तरतूदीनुसार ढकलगाडे, व्हिलबॅरो खरेदी करुन पुरविणे त्यांची दुरुस्ती करणे व इतर तदनुषंगिक कामे करण्यात येतात. पुणे मनपाच्या १५ क्षेत्रिय कार्यालयांच्या हद्दीमधील विविध ठिकाणावरून ओला व सुका कचरा संकलनाचे काम मनपा सेवक व स्वच्छ संस्थेमार्फत करण्यात येते. विविध ठिकाणावरून संकलित केलेला कचरा उचलणे व तो अनलोडिंगच्या ठिकाणापर्यंत वाहतुक करणेसाठी सेवकांमार्फत ढकलगाडे, व्हिलबॅरो, गाळगाडे यांचा वापर केला जातो. केंद्र शासनाकडील १५ व्या वित्त आयोग अंतर्गत पुणे महानगरपालिकेला सन २०२०-२१ ते २०२५-२६ एस डब्ल्यू वॉटरसाठी सुमारे ४५८ कोटी टप्याटप्याने वितरीत करण्यात येत आहे. यामधील पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयाच्या मागणीनुसार २ बकेट असलेली १५०० नग व्हिलवॅरो (पुशकार्टस) व ४ बकेट असलेली १५०० नग ढकलगाड्या (पुशकार्टस) खरेदी करणे कामी  महापालिका आयुक्त यांची मान्यता मिळाली आहे.
तथापि, मोटार वाहन विभागाकडे याकामासाठी तांत्रिक सेवकवर्ग अत्यंत अपुऱ्या प्रमाणात उपलब्ध असल्याने घनकचरा विभागाचे मागणीनुसार विविध क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयासाठी २ बकेटसह असलेले व्हिलबॅरो (पुशकार्टस) पद्धतीने जाहीर निविदा मागवुन खरेदी करणे प्रस्तावित होते.  त्यानुसार याची टेंडर प्रक्रिया करण्यात आली होती. हे काम पायल इंडस्ट्रीज ला देण्यात आले आहे. यासाठी 95 लाख इतका खर्च येणार आहे.

| मेडिकल कॉलेज च्या निधीतून वर्ग केला जाणार निधी

PMC Sport Complex | PMC Swimming Tank |  पुणे | शहरात पुणे महापालिकेची (Pune Municipal Corporation) क्रीडा संकुले (PMC Sport complex) आणि जलतरण तलाव (PMC Swimming Tank) आहेत. मात्र त्यांची देखभाल दुरुस्ती न केल्याने त्याचा वापर करता येत नाही. त्यामुळे पहिल्या टप्प्यात महापालिका प्रशासन 10 क्रीडा संकुलाची दुरुस्ती करणार आहे. यासाठी जवळपास 2 कोटी निधीची आवश्यकता आहे. हा निधी मेडिकल कॉलेज (PMC Medical College) च्या कामातून वर्ग केला जाणार आहे. याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव प्रशासनाकडून मंजुरीसाठी स्थायी समिती (PMC Standing Committee) समोर ठेवला आहे. क्रीडा संकुले वापरता येत नसल्याची तक्रार नागरिक तसेच खेळाडू करतात. त्यामुळे महापालिकेने यांची दुरुस्ती करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. मात्र या कामांसाठी पुरेशी तरतूद उपलब्ध नाही. 1 कोटी 94 लाखाची यासाठी आवश्यकता आहे. हा निधी भारतरत्न अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालय च्या कामातून घेतला जाणार आहे.

1. खराडी स.नं.4/१/१ व ४/१/२ येथील जलतरण तलावाचे दुरुस्ती विषयक कामे करणे.
2. प्रभाग क्र. २६ कौसरबाग, कोंढवा येथील स्वातंत्रवीर सावरकर जलतरण तलाव येथे स्थापत्य विषयक कामे करणे.
3. निळू फुले जलतरण तलाव येथे दुरुस्ती विषयक कामे करणे.
4. वडगाव बु. . येथील वांजळे जलतरण तलावाची दुरुस्ती विषयक कामे करणे.
5.  पुणे महानगरपालिका कै. शिवाजीराव ढुमे बॅडमिंटन हॉल व क्रीडा संकूल येथे स्थापत्य विषयक कामे करणे
6. प्र. क्र. २५ बापुसाहेब केदारी जलतरण तलाव, वानवडी येथे विविध विकास कामे करणे.
7. प्रभाग क्र. २३ हडपसर येथील पिराजी कोयाजी डांगमाळी, जलतरण तलाव येथे स्थापत्य विषयक कामे करणे.
8. वारजे मा. बारटक्के जलतरण तलाव येथे क्रीडा संकुलाच्या स्थापत्य विषयक दुरुस्ती विषयक कामे करणे.
9. वारजे येथील छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज जलतरण तलावाची दुरुस्तीची कामे करणे.

PMC Water Supply Scheme | पुणे | महापालिका (PMC Pune) हद्दीत 2017 साली समाविष्ट झालेल्या लोहगांव (Lohgaon) आणि वाघोली (Wagholi) या गावांत समान पाणीपुरवठा योजना राबवण्यात येणार आहे. यासाठी 173 कोटींचा खर्च येणार आहे. याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव मंजूरीसाठी स्थायी समिती (PMC Standing Committee) समोर ठेवण्यात आला आहे. राज्य सरकारच्या वतीने 2017 साली महापालिका हद्दीत 11 गावे समाविष्ट केली होती. यामध्ये लोहगाव आणि वाघोली या गावांचा समावेश होता. पुणे शहरा प्रमाणे या गावांत देखील समान पाणीपुरवठा योजना राबवण्याचे नियोजन करण्यात आले आहे. त्यानुसार या योजने अंतर्गत वाघोली आणि लोहगांव या गावांत पाण्याच्या लाईन विकसित करायच्या आहेत. त्यासाठी प्रशासनाकडून टेंडर प्रक्रिया राबवण्यात आली होती. हे काम अरिहंत कन्स्ट्रक्शन यांना देण्यात आले आहे. त्यानुसार या कामासाठी 173 कोटी इतका खर्च येणार आहे. त्यानुसार मंजूरीसाठी हा प्रस्ताव स्थायी समिती समोर ठेवण्यात आला आहे.
