Maratha Samaj Survey in Pune City| Pune PMC | मंगळवार (23 जानेवारी) पासून महाराष्ट्रात मराठा समाजाचे आर्थिक आणि सामाजिक मागासलेपण तपासण्यासाठी सर्वेक्षण सुरु करण्यात आलं आहे. महाराष्ट्र राज्य मागासवर्ग आयोगातर्फे (State Commission for Backward Classes) यासंदर्भातील सूचना प्रकाशित करण्यात आलेली असून. 23 जानेवारी ते 31 जानेवारी 2024 या आठ दिवसांच्या काळात मराठा आणि खुल्या प्रवर्गातील लोकांच्या घरोघरी जाऊन हे सर्वेक्षण करण्यात येणार आहे. याबाबत नागरिकांमध्ये जनजागृती करणे व सहकार्यासाठी आवाहन करणे गरजेचे आहे. या कामासाठी  महाराष्ट्र  शासनाने महाराष्ट्र  राज्य मागासवर्ग  आयोगाकडे मराठा समाजाचे मागासलेपण तपासण्याचे  काम सोपवले आहे. त्यानुसार पुणे शहरामध्ये  देखील मराठा समाज व खुल्या  प्रवर्गातील नागरिकाचे सर्वेक्षण  होत आहे.   सर्वेक्षण  २३ ते ३१ जानेवारी  या कालावधीत पुणे मनपा (Pune Municipal Corporation) मार्फत नियुक्त केलेल्या  २००७ प्रगणकामार्फत पूर्ण करण्यात  येणार आहे. सदरील  सर्वेक्षण  मनपा हद्दीतील घरोघरी जाऊन मोबाईल ॲप वर livedata entry मार्फत  करण्यात  येणार आहे. याबाबत पुणे महापालिकेने पुणेकरांना आवाहन केले आहे.   महापालिकेने  म्हटले आहे कि, यादरम्यानच्या  कालावधीत आपण घरी उपस्थित  राहून सर्वेक्षणासाठी येणाऱ्या मनपाच्या प्रगणकास माहिती देऊन सर्वेक्षणासाठी सहकार्य करावे.

Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) | पुणे | महापालिका प्रशासनातील वरिष्ठांच्या कामकाजाच्या पद्धतीला महापालिका कर्मचारी आणि अधिकारी (PMC Employees and Officers) आता कंटाळले आहेत. नोकरीत जीवापाड मेहनत करून देखील आणि पात्र असतानाही हक्काची पदोन्नती (PMC Employees Promotion) लवकर दिली जात नाही. पदोन्नती संबंधित काही प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होतात. मात्र पुन्हा वरिष्ठ रुजू करण्याचा आदेश द्यायला टाळाटाळ करतात. यामुळे कर्मचारी त्रस्त झाले आहेत. चांगल्या काम करणाऱ्या अधिकारी आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांची यामुळे नैतिक घसरण (Moral Down) होत असल्याचे पाहायला मिळत आहे. प्रशासनातील वरिष्ठ आपल्या कामकाज पद्धतीत बदल करून कर्मचाऱ्यांना प्रोत्साहन देणार का, याबाबत महापालिका वर्तुळात दबक्या आवाजात चर्चा सुरु आहे. पुणे महापालिकेत (PMC Pune) झालेली सेवा आणि सेवाज्येष्ठता या आधारावर महापालिका कर्मचारी आणि अधिकाऱ्यांना पदोन्नती दिली जाते. पदोन्नतीने वरिष्ठ पद मिळतेच शिवाय पगारात देखील वाढ होत असते. हा अधिकारी आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या नोकरीतील प्रतिष्ठेचा मुद्दा असतो. त्यामुळे करियर मध्ये पुढे जाण्यासाठी कर्मचारी पदोन्नतीची वाट पाहत असतात. मात्र गेल्या काही वर्षांपासून महापालिका कर्मचाऱ्यांना पदोन्नती देण्यात प्रशासनातील वरिष्ठ अधिकारी टाळाटाळ करत असल्याचे पाहायला मिळत आहे. विशेष म्हणजे यात ही दुजाभाव पाहायला मिळते. काही अधिकारी, कर्मचाऱ्यांना तात्काळ पदोन्नती मिळते. काहींना तर एकाच दिवशी शहर सुधारणा समिती आणि मुख्य सभा अशा दोन्ही समितीची मंजुरी मिळून पुढील दोन दिवसात संबंधित पदावर रुजू होण्याचा आदेश मिळतो. तर काहींना मात्र महोनमाहीने तरसत राहावे लागते. काही वेळेस पदोन्नती समितीची शिफारस, मुख्य सभेची मंजूरी मिळालेली असते. मात्र तरीही रुजू होण्याचा आदेश काही केल्या मिळत नाही. वरिष्ठांच्या या खेळात फक्त लेखनिकी संवर्गच नाही तर अभियांत्रिकी संवर्ग देखील भरडला जात आहे. काही आतल्या गोटातले अपवाद वगळले तर सर्वच संवर्गातील  कर्मचारी या त्रासातून जात आहेत. कधी कर्मचाऱ्यांची प्रकरणे राज्य सरकारकडे पाठवली जातात. कधी पदोन्नती देऊनही वर्षानुवर्षे त्यांना आदेशाविना ताटकळत ठेऊन आहे त्या ठिकाणी काम करायला लावले जाते. त्यामुळे वरिष्ठ आपला अहंकार बाजूला सारून आम्हाला आमचा हक्क कधी देणार, असा प्रश्न कर्मचारी विचारात आहेत. यामुळे कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या मानसिकतेवर मात्र परिणाम होत आहे. वरिष्ठांच्या अशा मानसिक जाचाला कंटाळल्याने कर्मचाऱ्यांची नैतिक घसरण होऊ लागली आहे. महापालिकेत येऊन फक्त पाट्या टाकुयात अशी धारणा कर्मचाऱ्यांची बनत चालली आहे. वास्तविक पाहता अति वरिष्ठ जेवढी महापालिकेची जबाबदारी सांभाळत असतात त्याहूनही किंबहुना जास्त जबाबदारी खालचे कर्मचारी आणि अधिकारी पार पाडत असतात. अशा कर्मचारी आणि अधिकाऱ्यांच्या कामाने संस्था उभी राहत असते. मात्र इथे वरिष्ठाकडून त्यांची उमेदच मारली जात आहे. पुणे महापालिकेला आणखी वरच्या स्थानावर घेऊन जाण्यासाठी वरिष्ठ आपला अंहकार बाजूला सारून आपल्याच कर्मचाऱ्यांना प्रोत्साहन देतील का? असा प्रश्न या निमित्ताने उपस्थित होत आहे.

 16.36 TMC water quota approved for Pune city
 PMC Pune Water Supply (PMC Pune Water Supply) is provided through the Pune Municipal Corporation to provide daily clean water to the population in proportion to the population within the city limits.  For this, the impure water is lifted from the project / dam under the jurisdiction of the Irrigation Department.  A total of 16.36 TMC of water quota has been approved for Pune Municipal Corporation limits of 11.6 TMC from Khadakwasla project, 0.34 TMC from Pavana river basin, and 2.67 TMC from Bhama Askhed project, 1.75 TMC for villages included in Pune Municipal Corporation.  As per the circular published by Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority (MWRRA) from time to time, the Pune Municipal Corporation has entered into an agreement with the Irrigation Department.  The water demand budget is submitted to the Irrigation Department during the prescribed period through the Pune Municipal Corporation and according to the water payment submitted by the Irrigation Department, the appropriate amount is paid by the Pune Municipality every year.  In this year’s water budget, only 12.82 TMC water quota has been approved.  (Pune Municipal Corporation Latest News)
 The PMC does not provide water to the industry
 According to the letter given by the Pune Municipal Corporation to the Pune Irrigation Department regarding the industrial rate, the water demand has been recorded assuming the required LPCD for residential and non-residential buildings as per CPHEEO manual.  It does not propose water demand for process industries and industrial raw materials for the industrial component.  For the purpose of various types of water use, the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority has announced the Thok Jaldar at the end of June 2022, which includes domestic water use and industrial water use (processing industries and raw materials).  It is being done and for the process industries and raw materials in the industrial unit

PMC Pune Vs Irrigation Department Pune |  | पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation) पेयजल योजनाद्वारे (Water Treatment Plant) होणारा पाणीपुरवठा हा प्रतीमाणसी करण्यात येत असून औद्योगिक घटकामधील प्रक्रिया उद्योग व कच्चा माल यासाठी होत नाही. म्हणजेच महापालिका फक्त पिण्यासाठी (Domestic use) पाणी देते. असे असतानाही पाटबंधारे विभागाने (Department of Water Resources) डोमेस्टिक आणि वाणिज्यिक दराऐवजी  औद्योगिक दराने पुणे महानगरपालिकेस बिले सादर केलेले आहेत. थकबाकी सहित 736 कोटी देण्याची मागणी पाटबंधारे विभागाने महापालिकेकडे केली आहे. महापालिका मात्र पाटबंधारे विभागाच्या या भूमिकेने आश्चर्यचकित झाली आहे. कारण औद्योगिक दराने बिलाबाबतचा मुद्दा निकाली काढण्यात आला होता. शिवाय औद्योगिक दराने बिल आकारले जाणार नाही. असे आश्वासन सप्टेंबर 2003  च्या बैठकीत पाटबंधारे ने दिले होते. असे असतानाही सप्टेंबर आणि ऑक्टोबर महिन्याची बिले औद्योगिक दराने काढून एकूण थकबाकी सहित 736 कोटी देण्याची मागणी पाटबंधारे ने केली आहे. यामुळे महापालिका पाणीपुरवठा विभागाची पुन्हा डोकेदुखी वाढली आहे.  (PMC Pune Vs Pune Irrigation Department)
पुणे शहरासाठी 16.36 टीएमसी पाणी कोटा मंजूर 

पुणे महानगरपालिके मार्फत शहराचे हद्दीमध्ये रहिवाशासाठी लोकसंख्येच्या प्रमाणात दैनंदिन शुद्ध पाणी उपलब्ध करून देण्यात (PMC Pune Water Supply) येते. यासाठी पाटबंधारेविभागाच्या अखत्यारीतील प्रकल्पामधून / धरणामधून अशुद्ध पाणी उचलण्यात येते. पुणे महानगरपालिका हद्दीसाठी खडकवासला प्रकल्पातून ११.६ TMC, पवना नदीपात्रातून ०.३४ TMC, व भामा आसखेड प्रकल्पातून २.६७ TMC पाणी, पुणे मनपामध्ये समाविष्ट गावे करिता १.७५ TMC  असे एकूण १६.३६ TMC पाणी कोटा मंजूर आहे. महाराष्ट्र जलसंपत्ती नियमन प्राधिकरण (MWRRA) यांचेकडून वेळोवेळी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येणाऱ्या परिपत्रकानुसार पुणे महानगरपालिकेकडून पाटबंधारे विभागासोबत करार करण्यात आलेला आहे. पुणे महानगरपालिकेमार्फत प्रतिवर्ष आवश्यक पाण्यासाठी विहित कालावधीत पाण्याच्या मागणीचे अंदाजपत्रक पाटबंधारे विभागाकडे सादर करण्यात येत असून पाटबंधारे विभागाने सादर केलेल्या पाणी देयकानुसार पुणे मनपाकडून योग्य ती रक्कम प्रतिवर्षी अदा केली जाते. यंदाच्या वॉटर बजेट मध्ये 12.82 टीएमसीच पाणी कोटा मंजूर करण्यात आला आहे. महापालिका उद्योगाला पाणी देत नाही 
औद्योगिक दराबाबत पुणे महानगरपालिकेकडून पाटबंधारे विभागाला दिलेल्या पत्रानुसार CPHEEO मॅन्युअल नुसार रेसिडेन्शिअल व नॉन रेसिडेन्शिअल बिल्डींग साठी प्रतिमाणसी आवश्यक LPCD गृहीत धरून पाण्याची मागणी नोंदविलेली आहे. यामध्ये औद्योगिक घटकासाठी प्रक्रिया उद्योग व औद्योगिक रॉ मटेरीअल करिता पाणी मागणी प्रस्तावित केलेली नाही. विविध प्रकारचे पाणी वापराचे प्रयोजनासाठी महाराष्ट्र जलसंपत्ती नियमन प्राधिकरण यांनी जून २०२२” अखेर ठोक जलदर जाहीर केले असून त्यामध्ये घरगुती पाणीवापर व औद्योगिक पाणी वापर (प्रक्रिया उद्योग व कच्चा माल) याचा समावेश आहे. पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या पेयजल योजनाद्वारे (Water Treatment Plant) होणारा पाणीपुरवठा हा प्रतीमाणसी करण्यात येत असून औद्योगिक घटकामधील प्रक्रिया उद्योग व कच्चा माल यासाठी
होत नाही. असे महापालिकेने म्हटले होते.
यावर पाटबंधारे विभाग आणि महापालिका प्रशासन यांची एकत्रित सुनावणी झाली होती. यामध्ये औद्योगिक दराचा मुद्दा निकाली काढण्यात आला होता. पाटबंधारे विभागाकडून आश्वासन देण्यात आले होते कि यापुढील बिले ही घरगुती आणि वाणिज्यिक दराने पाठवण्यात येतील. दरम्यान महापालिकेने वारंवार मागणी करूनही पाटबंधारेने या बैठकीचे इतिवृत्त महापालिकेला दिले नाही. त्यांनतर आता सप्टेंबर आणि ऑक्टोबर महिन्याची बिले ही औद्योगिक दराने पाठवली आहेत. बिले औद्योगिक दराने काढून एकूण थकबाकी सहित 736 कोटी देण्याची मागणी पाटबंधारे ने केली आहे. यामुळे महापालिका पाणीपुरवठा विभागाची पुन्हा डोकेदुखी वाढली आहे. दरम्यान याबाबत पाटबंधारे विभागाला जाब विचारला जाणार आहे, असे महापालिकेच्या पाणीपुरवठा विभागाकडून सांगण्यात आले.

 Hong Kong Lane Pune |  In the year 1986, the Pune Municipal Corporation General Body had taken a resolution regarding the concrete construction of 25 stalls in R Deccan Mall i.e. Hong Kong Lane (Hong King Lane Pune).  The municipal corporation would get good income from it.  However, this resolution was not implemented by the municipal administration.  This is in a way an insult to the main assembly.  Therefore, the municipal corporation has to be satisfied with the meager income.  On the other hand, the stall holders are earning lakhs per month.  Therefore, even now, will the municipality make a concrete structure in the lane and give the coal at a higher rate?  Such a question is being raised on this occasion.  (Pune Municipal Corporation News)
 Deccan Talkies in Deccan Gymkhana Area Pune and on FC Road Pune in Pune City is now a place owned by the Municipal Corporation in R Deccan Mall.  There are 25 lumps in this place.  Customers get all kinds of goods in it.  It has a legend that you can get what you can’t get anywhere else in Pune.  Mobile accessories, watches, essential cosmetics for women and men are available here.  Since this is a strategic location, the shopkeepers here earn lakhs of rupees a month.  But even though this is a Municipal Corporation site, the Corporation has to be satisfied with the meager ground rent.  But it is the municipal administration’s fault.  (Hong Kong lane FC Road Deccan Pune)
 Because the [Hong Kong Lane] stall holders had given a letter to the Municipal Corporation on 18/11/85 regarding the construction of pavement.  It said that 25 stalls measuring 10 x 5 feet in total in Deccan Docks have been given on ground rent by the Municipal Corporation.  As the stalls are very dilapidated and waterlogged, instead of wooden stalls, it is necessary to build concrete blocks of the same size instead of wooden stalls.  When feedback was sought from land acquisition, health, development planning, road department, building design department and construction permission department, the feedback of all the departments was favorable.  Accordingly, the resolution was approved by the main meeting through the standing committee.

 A total of 25 stalls measuring 10 feet by 5 feet have been provided by the municipality on ground rent in Deccan Talkies’ bolas.  As the said stalls are very dilapidated and eroded by the rain, wooden stalls should be replaced at that place to build concrete blocks of the same size and the existing stall holders are approved to rent space for the shop as shown in the maps attached to the letter of the Hon’ble Commissioner for a period of 30 years on conditions 1 to 19 of the letters of the Hon’ble Commissioner.  is being given.

 |  What should the administration do?
 Municipal administration especially Municipal Commissioner and Encroachment Department should implement this.  But no decision has been taken till now.  At present, the municipal corporation receives a rent of Rs 200 per shop per day.  Had the resolution been implemented, the municipality would have received Rs 1000 per day.  There are many places of municipal corporation in the city where concrete construction should be done and the coals should be auctioned.  Such is the place near Saras Bagh.  The municipal corporation has planned to make a food mall there.  On the same lines, a two-storied building should be constructed in Hong Kong Lane and the coals should be auctioned.  The municipal corporation will also get good income from this.

Hong Kong Lane Pune | डेक्कन टॉकीज बोळातील (R Deccan Mall) अर्थात हॉंगकॉंग लेन (Hong King Lane Pune) मधील 25 स्टॉल चे पक्के बांधकाम करण्याबाबत 1986 साली मुख्य सभेने (Pune Municipal Corporation General Body Proposal) ठराव केला होता. त्यातून महापालिकेला चांगले उत्पन्न मिळणार होते. मात्र महापालिका प्रशासनाकडून या ठरावाची अंमलबजावणीच करण्यात आली नाही. हा एक प्रकारे मुख्य सभेचा अवमान असतो. त्यामुळे तुटपुंज्या उत्पन्ना वरच महापालिकेला समाधान मानावे लागत आहे. दुसरीकडे स्टॉलधारक मात्र महिन्याला लाखों कमावत आहेत. त्यामुळे आता तरी महापालिका लेन मध्ये पक्क्या स्वरूपाचे बांधकाम करून गाळे ज्यादा दराने देणार का? असा सवाल या निमित्ताने उपस्थित होत आहे. पुणे शहरातील डेक्कन जिमखाना परिसरातील (Deccan Gymkhana Area Pune) आणि एफसी रोडवरील (FC Road Pune) डेक्कन टॉकीज आता आर डेक्कन मॉल (R Deccan Mall) बोळात महापालिकेच्या मालकीची जागा आहे. या ठिकाणी 25 गाळे आहेत. यात सर्व प्रकारच्या वस्तू ग्राहकांना मिळतात. पुण्यात इतरत्र कुठे मिळत नसेल ते इथे मिळते, अशी त्याची आख्यायिका आहे. यामध्ये मोबाईल ऍक्सेसरीज, घड्याळ, महिला आणि पुरुषासाठी आवश्यक सौंदर्य प्रसाधने अशा गोष्टी इथे मिळतात. ही मोक्याची जागा असल्याने इथल्या दुकानदारांना महिन्याला लाखों रुपये मिळतात. मात्र महापालिकेची ही जागा असून देखील महापालिकेला तुटपुंज्या भुई भाड्यावर समाधान मानावे लागते. मात्र यात महापालिका प्रशासनचीच चूक आहे. कारण  [हॉन्गकॉग लेन] स्टॉल पक्के बांधकाम – करणेबाबत स्टॉल धारकांनी १८/११/८५ पत्र देऊन महापालिकेकडे मागणी केली होती. त्यात म्हटले होते कि,  डेक्कन डॉकिजच्या बोळात एकूण १० x ५ फूट या मापाचे २५ स्टॉल्स महानगरपालिकेने भुईभाड्याने दिलेले आहेत. स्टॉल्स अत्यंत मोडकळीस आल्याने व पावसाने उगल्याने त्या ठिकाणी लाकडी स्टॉल्स ऐवजी त्याच मापाचे गाळे पक्क्या स्वरुपाचे बांधणे आवश्यक आहे. याबाबत भूमी प्रापण, आरोग्य, विकास योजना, पथ विभाग, भवन रचना विभाग व बांधकाम परवानगी विभाग कडील अभिप्राय मागविले असता सर्व खात्याचे अभिप्राय अनुकूल आलेले होते. त्यानुसार स्थायी समितीच्या माध्यमातून मुख्य सभेने ठराव मान्य केला होता. 

| काय होता 1 सप्टेंबर 1986 ला झालेला मुख्य सभेचा ठराव?

डेक्कन टॉकीजच्या बोळांत एकूण १० फूट बाय ५ फूट या मापाचे एकूण २५ स्टॉल्स मनपाने भुईभाड्याने दिलेले आहेत. सदरचे स्टॉल्स अत्यंत मोडकळीस आल्याने व पावसाने कुणल्याने त्या ठिकाणी लाकडी स्टॉल्स ऐवणी त्याच मापाचे गाळे पक्क्या स्वरूपाचे बांधणे व तेथे सध्या असलेल्या स्टॉल्सधारकांना मा.महा.आयुक्त यांच्या पत्रांतील १ ते १९ अटींवर ३० वर्षे कराराने महा.आयुक्त यांच्या पत्रासोबतच्या नकाशांत दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे दुकानासाठी जागा भाड्याने देण्यास मान्यता देण्यात येत आहे.

| प्रशासनाने काय करायला हवे?

महापालिका प्रशासन खासकरून महापालिका आयुक्त आणि अतिक्रमण विभागाने यावर अंमल करणे गरजेचे होते. मात्र अद्याप पर्यंत यावर कोणताही निर्णय घेतलेला नाही. सद्यस्थितीत महापालिकेला प्रति दुकानाकडून प्रति दिवशी 200 रुपयाचे भाडे मिळते. ठरावावर अंमल झाला असता तर पालिकेला प्रति दिवशी 1000 रुपये मिळाले असते. शहरात महापालिकेच्या अशा बऱ्याच जागा आहेत जिथे पक्क्या स्वरूपाचे बांधकाम करून गाळे लिलाव पद्धतीने द्यायला हवे आहेत. सारस बागेजवळील जागा ही अशीच आहे. तिथे महापालिकेने फूड मॉल करण्याचे नियोजन केलेले आहे. त्याच धर्तीवर हॉंगकॉंग लेन मध्ये देखील दोन मजली इमारतीचे बांधकाम करून गाळे लिलाव पद्धतीने द्यायला हवेत. यातून महापालिकेला देखील चांगले उत्पन्न मिळेल.

PMC Security Officer Promotion | पुणे महानगरपालिका (Pune Municipal Corporation) प्रशासनाकडील सुरक्षा विभागाकडील सुरक्षा अधिकारी (PMC Security Department) – (वर्ग-२), सहायक सुरक्षा अधिकारी (वर्ग 3) या पदाच्या एकूण संख्येच्या ७५% जागा कार्यरत कर्मचाऱ्यांमधून सेवाज्येष्ठता व गुणवत्ता या आधारे कर्मचाऱ्यांमधून पदोन्नतीने भरण्यासाठी प्रक्रिया सुरु करण्यात आली आहे. यासाठी 23 लोकांचे अर्ज प्राप्त झाले होते. त्यातील 13 पात्र तर 10 अपात्र ठरले आहेत. त्याची यादी महापालिका वेबसाईट (PMC Website) वर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आली आहे. त्यानुसार आता या उमेदवारांची शारीरिक तपासणी केली जाणार आहे. गुरुवारी ही तपासणी होणार आहे. असे महापालिका प्रशासनाकडून सांगण्यात आले. पुणे महानगरपालिका प्रशासनाकडील सुरक्षा विभागाकडील सुरक्षा अधिकारी-(वर्ग-२) व सहाय्यक सुरक्षा अधिकारी – (वर्ग-३) या पदाकरिता पुणे महानगरपालिकेमधील (PMC Pune) कार्यरत कर्मचाऱ्यांमधून सेवाज्येष्ठता व गुणवत्ता या आधारे कर्मचाऱ्यांमधून पदोन्नतीने भरण्यासाठी प्रक्रिया सुरु करण्यात आली आहे.  त्यानुसार सुरक्षा अधिकारी व सहाय्यक सुरक्षा अधिकारी या पदाकरिता सेवकांकडून अर्ज मागविण्यात आले आहेत. तरतुदीनुसार सुरक्षा अधिकारी व सहाय्यक सुरक्षा अधिकारी या पदाकरिता शारीरिक तपासणी करणे आवश्यक आहे. त्यानुसार सुरक्षा अधिकारी व सहाय्यक सुरक्षा अधिकारी या पदाकरिता अर्ज केलेल्या सेवकांसाठी शारीरिक तपासणी, गुरुवार, दि. 25 जानेवारी रोजी सकाळी ११.०० वाजता जुना जी.बी. हॉल, ३ रा मजला, मुख्य मनपा भवन (Pune PMC Bhavan) येथे आयोजित केले आहे. तसेच यासाठी “ चांगली दृष्टी असणे आवश्यक” या बाबत पुणे मनपाच्या कमला नेहरू रुग्णालय येथून अर्जदार उमेदवारांनी दृष्टीबाबत प्रमाणपत्र घेऊन त्याची प्रत आस्थापना विभागात सादर करावे. असे आदेशात म्हटले आहे.  तरी, सर्व खातेप्रमुख यांनी या कार्यालय परिपत्रकाची नोंद घेऊन त्याबाबत त्यांचे नियंत्रणाखालील अधिकारी / कर्मचारी यांना माहिती द्यावी. असे आदेश देण्यात आले आहेत.  जे संबंधित कर्मचारी विहित केलेल्या वेळेवर शारीरिक तपासणी करिता उपस्थित राहणार नाही त्यांचे नावे सुरक्षा अधिकारी व सहाय्यक सुरक्षा अधिकारी या पदाकरिता राबविण्यात येणाऱ्या पदोन्नतीच्या प्रक्रियेत विचारात घेण्यात येणार नाही. असा इशारा देखील देण्यात आला आहे.

| शुक्रवारी २१ चार्जिंग स्टेशन चे केले जाणार उद्घाटन

 

PMC EV Charging Stations | पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation) हद्दीतील विविध ८२ ठिकाणी इलेक्ट्रिक व्हेईकल (EV) चार्जिंग स्टेशन निर्माण करण्यात येणार आहेत. त्यातील २१ स्टेशन चे काम पूर्ण झाले आहे. याचे शुक्रवारी उद्घाटन करण्यात येणार आहे. विशेष म्हणजे त्याच दिवसापासून नागरिकांना याची सुविधा उपलब्ध करून दिली जाणार आहे. अशी माहिती महापालिका प्रशासनाच्या वतीने देण्यात आली. पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या हद्दीतील विविध ८२ ठिकाणी कार्यालयीन इमारती, वाहनतळ क्षेत्रे, उद्याने, संग्रहालये, सभागृहे, दवाखाने व स्मशानभूमी इ) नागरिकांच्या सोयीकरिता PPP तत्वावर आधारित इलेक्ट्रिक
व्हेईकल चार्जिंग स्टेशन उभारण्यात येणार आहे. सदर प्रकल्पाचा कालावधी ८ वर्षे आहे. मे. मरीन इलेक्ट्रिकल्स कंपनीला याचे काम देण्यात आले आहे. येणारा सर्व खर्च संबंधित ठेकेदाराकडून करण्यात येणार आहे व त्यामधून येणाऱ्या net profit मधून ५०% शेअर पुणे महानगरपालिकेला देण्यात येणार आहे. (Pune PMC News)

३) ८ वर्षासाठी प्रकल्पाची सर्व प्रकारची देखभाल

नागरिकांना काय करावे लागेल?

चार्जिंग स्टेशन्स नागरिकांनी वापरण्यासाठी प्ले स्टोअर मधून अथवा प्रत्येक चार्जिंग स्टेशन वरील QR कोड स्कॅन करून Bijlify हे App डाउनलोड करून व स्वतःचा मोबाईल नंबर टाकून रजिस्ट्रेशन करता येईल. सदर App द्वारे हे लोकेशन मॅपच्या सहाय्याने ठिकाण व पार्किंग उपलब्ध आहे किंवा नाही याबाबत माहिती सहज कळू शकते तसेच पेमेंट सुविधा सुद्धा App द्वारे उपलब्ध करण्यात आलेली असून चार्जिंग शुल्क (charges) नागरिकांना र.रु. १३ ते १९ प्रति युनिट दर राहणार आहे.  जे इतर खाजगी चार्जिंग स्टेशन दरापेक्षा कमी राहणार आहे. तरी सर्व नागरिकांनी या अत्याधुनिक सेवेचा अवश्य लाभ घ्यावा असे आवाहन पुणे महानगरपालिकेतर्फे करण्यात
आले आहे.

| महापालिका कर्मचाऱ्यांना प्रशासनाकडून दिवाळीची भेट

PMC Employees Diwali Bonus | पुणे |  महापालिका कर्मचारी आणि अधिकाऱ्यांना (PMC Employees and Officers) दिवाळी बोनस (Diwali Bonus) अर्थात सानुग्रह अनुदान आणि बक्षिसी दिली जाते. यंदा कर्मचाऱ्यांना च्या मूळ वेतन + महागाई भत्ता यावर 8.33% + 21,000 इतके सानुग्रह अनुदान दिले जाणार होते. त्यानुसार आज संध्याकाळी कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या खात्यात बोनस जमा झाला आहे. यामुळे कर्मचारी वर्गात खुशीचे वातावरण आहे.
 वित्त व लेखा विभागाने (PMC Chief Account and Finance Department) 9 ऑक्टोबर ला बोनस बाबतचे परिपत्रक (Bonus Circular) जारी केले असून सर्व खात्यांना त्यानुसार सूचना केल्या होत्या. 30 ऑक्टोबर पर्यंत सर्व बिले तपासून घेण्यास सांगण्यात आले होते. दरम्यान दरवर्षी दिवाळी तोंडावर आल्यावर परिपत्रक काढले जाते. मात्र यंदा महिनाभर आधीच परिपत्रक काढून प्रशासनाने कर्मचाऱ्यांना दिलासा दिला होता. मात्र तरीही बोनस मिळत नव्हता. कर्मचाऱ्यांना अपेक्षा होती कि मागील शुक्रवारी बोनस मिळेल कारण शनिवार आणि रविवारी खरेदीला वेळ मिळेल. मात्र तसे न झाल्याने कर्मचारी नाराज होते. मात्र आज संध्याकाळी बोनस जमा झाल्याने कर्मचारी खुश आहेत. दरम्यान येत्या दोन दिवसांत वेतन देखील होणार आहे. असे प्रशासनाकडून सांगण्यात आले.
