Buddha Vihara in Vishrantwadi | विश्रांतवाडी चौकापासून (Vishrantwadi chowk)  धानोरीला जाणाऱ्या रस्त्याच्या दिशेने असणाऱ्या बुद्धविहाराला हक्‍काची जागा मिळणार आहे. लवकर या बुद्धविहाराचे इतर जागेत स्थलांतर होणार आहे. त्यासाठी दोन गुंठे जागा ताब्यात घेण्याच्या कार्यवाहीचा ठराव पुणे महापालिका आयुक्‍त विक्रम कुमार (PMC commissioner Vikram Kumar) यांनी मंजूर केला आहे. पुणे महापालिकेचे (pune municipal corporation) माजी उपमहापौर डॉ. सिद्धार्थ धेंडे (Former dy mayor Dr siddharth Dhende) यांच्या पाठपुराव्याला यश आले आहे. गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून झोपडपट्टी पुनवर्सन विभाग, महापालिकेकडे डॉ. धेंडे यांनी केलेल्या या पाठपुराव्याला यश आले आहे. धानोरी सर्व्हे नंबर 46 विश्रांतवाडी चौक येथे असणारे बुद्ध विहार राधेशाम आगरवाल यांच्या खासगी जागेत असून या जागेतून 60 फुट व 160 फुट नियोजित डीपी रस्ता आहे. त्यामुळे बुद्धविहाराची ही जागा बाधित होणार असल्याने तिचे इतर ठिकाणी योग्य पद्धतीने स्थलांतर होण्यासाठी पाठपुरावा सुरू होता. त्यानुसार सदरच्या जागेपुढेच वॉटर वर्क्‍ससाठी आरक्षित असणाऱ्या जागेत दोन गुंठे जागा बुद्धविहाराला देण्याचे आगरवाल यांनी मंजूर केले होते. त्यासाठी झापडपट्टी पुनवर्सन प्रकल्प विभागाचा आदेश आवश्‍यक होता. त्यासाठी हे काम रखडले होते. त्या बबात माजी यांनी झोनिपुकडे पाठपुरावा केला. जागा ताब्यात घेण्याबाबत महापालिकेने कार्यवाही करण्याचे आदेश दिले. त्या पत्रानुसार पुणे महापालिकेने सदरची जागा ताब्यात घेऊन बुद्ध विहाराच्या उभारणीसाठी मार्ग मोकळा करून देण्याची कार्यवाही पुर्ण केली आहे. यासाठी माजी उपमहापौर डॉ. सिद्धार्थ धेंडे यांनी सातत्याने महापालिका, झोपडपट्‌टी पुनर्वसन विभागाकडे पाठपुरावा केला होता. त्यांच्या पत्रानुसार महापालिका अधिकाऱ्यांनी वेळोवेळी प्रत्यक्ष पाहणी देखील केली होती. अखेर डॉ. धेंडे यांच्या पाठपुराव्याला यश मिळाले असून लवकरच बुद्ध विहाराची उभारणी देखील केली जाणार आहे. या बरोबरच माजी नगरसेवक अशोक कांबळे, बुद्ध विहार कमिटी अध्यक्ष राजेश बेंगळे, सर्व पदाधिकारी, विकसक प्रमोद अग्रवाल हे पाठपुरावा करत होते. तसेच पुणे मनपाच्या ताब्यात जागा आलेली आहे सर्व सभासद मिळुन वास्तुविशारद यांच्या मार्फत नविन विहाराच्या नकाशाला पसंती देऊन लवकरच काम चालु होणार आहे.

 महापालिकेच्या बैठकीत निर्णय-

डॉ सिद्धार्थ धेंडे यांच्या पाठपुराव्यावरून महापालिकेत आयुक्‍तांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली 2021 मध्ये बैठकीचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. या वेळी चार मुद्‌द्‌यांवर निर्णय घेण्यात आला होता. यामध्ये सध्याच्या विश्रांतवाडी येथील बुद्ध विहाराच्या जागेच्या बदल्यात मुळ मालक आगरवाल यांनी त्यांच्या सर्व्हे नंबर 46 मधील वॉटर वर्क्‍सकरिता आरक्षित असलेल्या जागेमधील झोपडपट्ट्या काढून दोन आर क्षेत्र बुद्धविहारासाठी पर्यायी जागा देऊन बांधकाम करावे. पर्यायी जागेमध्ये बुद्ध विहाराचे बांधकाम मिळकतधारक राधेशाम आगरवाल यांनी करून द्यावे. वॉटर वर्क्‍ससाठी आरक्षित क्षेत्राचा मोबदला आगरवाल यांनी टीडीआर स्वरूपात द्यावा. 60 फुट डीपी रस्ता मधील बुद्ध विहाराची जागा रिकामी झाल्यावर उर्वरीत क्षेत्राचा प्रलंबित टीडीआर देणेची कार्यवाही करावी.

पुणे महापालिका आयुक्‍तांनी विश्रांतवाडी येथील बुद्ध विहारासाठी मागणीनूसार दोन गुंठे जागा ताब्यात घेण्याबाबत कार्यवाही करण्याचे आदेश दिले आहे. गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून मी पाठपुरावा करत आहे. त्याला यश मिळाले आहे. लवकर पर्यायी जागेवर भव्य दिव्य बुद्ध विहार बांधण्यात येईल .

Pune Municipal Corporation Employees | अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांच्या आदेशाला महापालिका आयुक्त कार्यालयाकडूनच हरताळ!

Pune Municipal Corporation Employees | महापालिका प्रशासनाकडून (Pune civic body) विविध खात्यातील जवळपास 800 कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या नुकत्याच बदल्या (PMC Employees Transfer) करण्यात आल्या आहेत. मात्र तरीही बरेच कर्मचारी आपल्या मूळ खात्यातच काम करत होते. याबाबत अतिरिक्त आयुक्त रविंद्र बिनवडे (PMC Additional Commissioner Ravindra Binwade) यांनी कडक धोरण अवलंबले. बदलीच्या जागी रुजू न होणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांचे वेतन अदा न करण्याचे आदेश अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांनी दिले होते. तसेच हे करण्यास कुचराई झाली तर खाते प्रमुखांवर शिस्तभंगाची कारवाई करण्याचा इशारा देखील देण्यात आला होता. मात्र अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांच्या या आदेशाला महापालिका आयुक्त कार्यालयाकडूनच (PMC commissioner Office) हरताळ फसल्याचे समोर येत आहे. महापालिकेच्या (PMC Pune) काही विभागांनी यात पळवाट शोधल्याचे दिसून येत आहे. महापालिका आयुक्त कार्यालयाकडून देखील लिपिक टंकलेखक पदावरील सेवकास अजून बदली खात्यात रुजू केलेले नाही. याबाबत आयुक्त कार्यालयाचीच उदासीनता समोर येत आहे. तसेच अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांचे आदेश जुमानत नसल्याचे देखील समोर आले आहे. संबंधित कमर्चारी आणि खात्यावर कारवाई केली जाणार का, याकडे लक्ष लागून राहिले आहे. | काय होते अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांचे आदेश

आदेशानुसार पुणे महानगरपालिका प्रशासनाकडील व प्राथमिक शिक्षण विभागाकडील विविध हुद्यावरील अधिकारी / कर्मचारी यांची  पदस्थापनेने नियुक्ती व नियतकालिक बदली करण्यात आलेली आहे. त्यानुसार संबंधितांनी पदस्थापनेच्या व बदलीच्या खात्यामध्ये तात्काळ हजर होणेबाबत आज्ञापत्रांमध्ये नमूद करण्यात आलेले आहे. तथापि, असे निदर्शनास आले आहे की संबंधित अधिकारी / कर्मचारी सदर आज्ञापत्रांनुसार पदस्थापनेच्या व बदलीच्या खात्यामध्ये हजर न होता अजूनही त्यांच्या मूळ खात्यात कामकाज करीत आहेत. ही  बाब गंभीर असून वरिष्ठांच्या आदेशाचा अवमान करणारी आहे. त्यामुळे  पदस्थापनेच्या व बदलीच्या खात्यामध्ये हजर होण्याकरिता आजच्या आज कार्यमुक्त करून त्याबाबतचा खात्याचा नावासह पदनिहाय अहवाल आस्थापना विभागाकडे सादर करावयाचा आहे. तसेच संबंधित अधिकारी / कर्मचारी यांनी त्यांच्या पदस्थापनेच्या / बदलीच्या खात्यामध्ये हजर व्हावयाचे असून, सदर सेवक हजर न झाल्यास त्यांचे महिने महाचे वेतन संबंधित खातेप्रमुखांनी अदा करू नये. या प्रमाणे अंमलबजावणी न झाल्यास संबंधित अधिकारी / कर्मचारी व खातेप्रमुख यांचे कोणतेही म्हणणे न ऐकता त्यांचे विरुद्ध शिस्तभंगाची कारवाई प्रस्तावित करण्यात येईल. असे आदेशात म्हटले होते. | काही खात्यांनी अजून अहवालच दिला नाही

अतिरिक्त आयुक्तांनी बदली झालेल्या खात्यात रुजू होण्याबाबत आणि त्याचा अहवाल देण्याबाबत 20 एप्रिल ला आदेश जारी केले होते. मात्र महिना उलटून गेला तरी अजूनही आस्थापना विभागाकडे काही विभागांनी अहवाल सादर केले नाहीत. याबाबत आता अतिरिक्त आयुक्त अशा विभागावर काय कारवाई करणार, हे पाहणे महत्वाचे ठरणार आहे.

PMC Pune | Mahavikas Aaghadi March| काँग्रेस भवन (Congress Bhavan pune) येथे महाविकास आघाडीची (Mahavikas aaghadi) बैठक पार पडली. यामध्ये पुणे महापालिकेतील (Pune Municipal Corporation) ठेकेदार (Contractor) व प्रशासन (Pune civic body) यांच्या भ्रष्टाचाराविरूध्द (Corruption) १६ जूनला मोर्चा (march) काढण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला. महाविकास आघाडीच्या वतीने ही माहिती देण्यात आली. महाविकास आघाडीने दिलेल्या निवेदनानुसार काँग्रेस भवन येथे महाविकास आघाडीची बैठक पार पडली. पुणे शहर जिल्हा काँग्रेस कमिटीचे अध्यक्ष अरविंद शिंदे (Arvind Shinde), राष्ट्रवादीचे अध्यक्ष प्रशांत जगताप (Prashant Jagtap), व शिवसेनेचे शहर प्रमुख गजानन थरकुडे (Gajanan Tharkude) व संजय मोरे (Sanjay More) यांच्या प्रमुख उपस्थितीत बैठक संपन्न झाली.

 या  बैठकीत पुणे महानगरपालिकेमधील (Pune Municipal Corporation) भाजपाचा भ्रष्टाचार व शिंदे – फडणवीस राज्यात बसून पुणे महानगरपालिकेतील टेंडर राज व विशिष्ट ठेकेदार चालवित असलेली पुणे महानगरपालिका (PMC Pune) व प्रशासन या विरूध्द  १६ जून रोजी पुणे महानगरपालिकेवर मोर्चाचे आयोजन करण्याचे ठरले.      लाल महाल (Lal Mahal) येथे सुरू होणारा मोर्चा पुणे महानगरपालिका भवनवर (PMC Pune Building) काढण्यात येणार आहे. महाविकास आघाडीचा हा मोर्चा पुणे महानगरपालिकेतील ठेकेदार व प्रशासन यांच्या भ्रष्टाचाराविरूध्द काढण्यात येणार आहे. असे निवेदनात म्हटले आहे.

     यावेळी काँग्रेस, राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस व शिवसेनेचे सर्व आजी माजी आमदार, आजी माजी नगरसेवक, प्रदेश प्रतिनिधी मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते.

शासन निर्णयान्वये पुणे महानगरपालिका अतिक्रमण विभाग येथे विवरणपत्र ‘अ’- नागरी पोलीस यंत्रणा – १३० व विवरणपत्र ‘ब’- पोलीस आयुक्त कार्यालयाशी संलग्न आर्थिक गुन्हे शाखेत नागरी गुन्ह्यांची नोंदणी तपास व खटल्यासाठी विशेष कक्ष- २८ अशी एकूण १५८ पदेमंजूर आहेत. प्रत्यक्षात सध्या २ पो.नि., १ पो.उ.नि. व ३५ पोलीस कर्मचारी हजर असून त्यापैकी दिर्घकालीन रजा (प्रसुती, बाल संगोपन) गैरहजर, सिक यांचेमुळे तसेच २ पोलीस निरीक्षकांपैकी १ पोलीस निरीक्षक यांचेकडे सहाय्यक पोलीस आयुक्त यांचा प्रभारी चार्ज असल्याने मुख्य खात्यातून कारवायांचे नियंत्रण करतात. त्यामुळे प्रत्यक्षात कारवाईसाठी २ अधिकारी व २० ते २२ पोलीस कर्मचारीकर्तव्याकरिता उपलब्ध होतात. त्यामुळे कारवाईमध्ये बंदोबस्त कमी पडल्यामुळे कर्मचार्यांवर हल्ले मोठ्या प्रमाणात होत आहेत. PMC Pune RRR Centers | पुणे महापालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation) वतीने RRR केंद्राची स्थापना करण्यात आली आहे. पुणे शहरातील (Pune City) नागरिकांनी वापरलेली जुनी पुस्तके, प्लास्टिक, कपडे, पादत्राणे आणि इतर  वस्तू गोळा करून त्यांचा पुर्नवापर करण्यासाठी “रिड्यूस, रीयुज आणि रिसायकल” सेंटर्स (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle centers) म्हणजेच RRR केंद्रे स्थापन करणे आणि या संकलित केलेल्या वस्तू नूतनीकरण, पुर्नवापर किंवा नवीन उत्पादने तयार करण्यासाठी विविध भागधारकांना सुपूर्त करणे हा RRR केंद्रे उपक्रमाचा मूळ उद्देश आहे. त्यानुसार यामध्ये जुनी पुस्तके, कपडे, साहित्य जमा करणाऱ्या नागरिकांचा पुणे महापालिकेकडून (PMC Pune Solid Waste Management) सन्मान करण्यात आला आहे. अशी माहिती महापलिकेच्या घनकचरा विभागाच्या वतीने देण्यात आली. RRR केंद्रे २० मे  पासून  ०५ जून  पर्यंत रोज स. ७.०० ते दु.१.०० या वेळेत नागरिकांसाठी खुली राहणार आहेत. डॉ. हेगडेवार क्रीडांगण, गणपतीमंदिराशेजारी, कल्याणीनगर, जुने औंध क्षेत्रिय कार्यालय ब्रेमन चौक व शरदचंद्र पवार उद्योग भवन या ठिकाणचे RRR सेंटर्स हे कायमस्वरूपी नागरिकांसाठी खुले असणार आहेत. घनकचरा विभागाच्या माहितीनुसार  २० मे २०२३ रोजी १५ क्षेत्रिय कार्यालयांतर्गत स्थापित सर्व RRR केंद्रांचे उद्घाटन  महापालिका आयुक्त (PMC commissioner Vikram Kumar) यांचे मार्गदर्शनाखाली करण्यात आले. ढोले पाटील रोड क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय अंतर्गत बर्निंग घाट आरोग्य कोठी येथील केंद्राचे उद्घाटन डॉक्टर कुणाल खेमनार, अतिरिक्त महापालिका आयुक्त इस्टेट (Additional Commissioner Dr Kunal Khemnar) यांचे शुभहस्ते करण्यात आले. औंध क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयांतर्गत ब्रेमन चौक येथील केंद्राचे उद्घाटन प्रसंगी आशा राऊत, उप आयुक्त, घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन (Deputy Commissioner Asha Raut), संदीप खलाटे, महापालिका सहाय्यक आयुक्त (PMC Assistant Commissioner Sandip khalate), औंध-बाणेर क्षेत्रिय कार्यालय, डॉ. केतकी घाटगे, सहाय्यक आरोग्य अधिकारी, घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन, स्वच्छ संस्थेच्या श्रीमती लक्ष्मी नारायण व  अमोघ भोंगळे व इतर समन्वयक उपस्थित होते. यावेळी नागरिकांनी आपल्याकडील जुनी पुस्तके कपडे व इतर साहित्य जमा केले व साहित्य जमा केलेल्या नागरिकांचे पुणे महानगरपालिकेमार्फत सत्कार देखील करण्यात आले. ह्या व्यतिरिक्त 5 जून पर्यंत शहरातील विविध १७० ठिकाणी तात्पुरते सब सेंटर सुरू असतील, व त्या परिसरात दारोदारी जनजागृती केली जाईल व नागरिकांचे साहित्य स्वीकारले जाईल. सब सेंटर चे ठिकाण व तारीख मनपा संकेत स्थळावर प्रसिद्ध केले आहेत. वयोवृद्ध नागरिक किंवा ज्या नागरिकांना घराबाहेर निघण्यास शक्य नाही, त्यांच्या घरातून साहित्य संकलन करण्यासाठी फिरती RRR केंद्रे सुरू असतील. त्या साठी अपल्या परिसरातील सब सेंटर incharge ला संपर्क करावे. मनपा संकेत स्थळावर उपलब्ध (किंवा ९७६५९९९५०० ला संपर्क करावे ) असे प्रशासनाकडून सांगण्यात आले.  PMC Pune Building Permission |  The social activists of the Pune city have demanded the immediate demolition of the Blue Scape project, a 16-storey high-rise building project built in the Mutha Riverbed at Anandnagar, Sinhgadh Road and coming under the Blue Flood Line.  As many as 23 activists have given a letter to Municipal Commissioner Vikram Kumar (PMC commissioner Vikram Kumar) in this regard.  On the other hand, the Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune) has said that we have not violated any environmental norms.  Interestingly, the Irrigation Department (Pune) has also objected to this.  (PMC Pune Building permission)
  Activist Sarang Yadwadkar has alleged that the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune) approved the plan and gave building permission to the developer despite the Irrigation Department providing the flood line maps showing the location of the building in the Blue Flood Line area.  (PMC Pune News)
  The blue flood line shows the highest water level in 25 years.

  Anandnagar area, which is a part of Vitthalwadi-Hingane Gram Panchayat, had a large number of unauthorized constructions before it was merged with the Municipal Corporation.  But the area was ruined due to frequent floods.  Eventually, a protective wall had to be built on the banks of the river to protect the lives of the citizens.  The site of this new building is close to the site of the bridge over Mutha River behind Sun City.
   Activist Aseem Sarode said that in the interest of public safety, the municipal corporation must demolish the building.  Apart from this, the local self-government body should compensate the developers and the buyers of the flats in that building.
  President of Sajag Nagrik Manch Vivek Velankar said that the Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune) should not issue a completion certificate to stop the project.  Otherwise, lives and property of citizens are at risk.  Velankar also said that action must be taken against all the municipal officials who gave permission for construction after inquiry to determine the responsibility.
  City Engineer Prashant Waghmare said, “The building is not in the blue line.  The construction permission granted to the project is valid and in order.”

 | These are the demands

  • Cancel the construction permission given to Blue Scape
  • Suspend all PMC officials involved in granting construction permission and initiate inquiry against them
  • Compensate developers and flat buyers
  • Form a committee to find out if building permits have been granted at other Blue Line sites
  • Take all necessary actions to ensure the safety of life and property of citizens and to protect the environment

Pune Municipal Corporation | सिंहगड रोडवरील आनंदनगर (Anandnagar, Sinhgadh Road) येथील मुठा नदीपात्रात (Mutha Riverbed) उभारलेला आणि निळ्या पूर रेषेत (Blue Flood Line) येणारा ब्लू स्केप (Blue Scape project) 16 मजली उंच इमारतीचा प्रकल्प तात्काळ पाडण्याची मागणी शहरातील सामाजिक कार्यकर्त्यांनी केली आहे.  तब्बल 23 कार्यकर्त्यांनी महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार (PMC commissioner Vikram Kumar) यांना याबाबत पत्र दिले आहे.  दुसरीकडे, महापालिकेने (PMC Pune) म्हटले आहे की आम्ही कुठल्याही पर्यावरणीय नियमांचे उल्लंघन केलेले नाही. विशेष म्हणजे याबाबत पाटबंधारे विभागाने (irrigation Department Pune) देखील आक्षेप घेतला आहे.  ब्लू लाईन (blue flood line) 25 वर्षांतील सर्वात जास्त जलपातळी दर्शवते.
 ब्लू लाइन (Blue flood line) एरियाच्या जागेवर आणखी काही बांधकाम परवानगी मिळाली आहे का, याचा शोध घेण्यासाठी समिती स्थापन करण्याची मागणी यादवाडकर यांनी केली. (Pune Municipal Corporation News)
 विठ्ठलवाडी-हिंगणे ग्रामपंचायतीचा एक भाग असलेला आनंदनगर परिसर महापालिकेत  विलीन होण्यापूर्वी तिथे मोठ्या प्रमाणात अनधिकृत बांधकामे उभी राहिली होती. मात्र तो परिसर वारंवार येणाऱ्या पुरामुळे उध्वस्त झाला होता.  अखेरीस, नागरिकांच्या जीविताच्या सुरक्षेसाठी नदीच्या काठावर एक संरक्षक भिंत बांधावी लागली.   या नवीन इमारतीची जागा सन सिटीच्या मागे असलेल्या मुठा नदीवरील पुलाच्या जागेच्या जवळ आहे.
  कार्यकर्ते असीम सरोदे (Activist Aseem Sarode) म्हणाले की, लोकांच्या सुरक्षिततेच्या हितासाठी महापालिकेने इमारत पाडणे आवश्यक आहे.  याशिवाय, स्थानिक स्वराज्य  संस्थेने त्या इमारतीतील विकासक आणि सदनिका खरेदी करणाऱ्यांना भरपाई द्यावी.
 सजग नागरिक मंचाचे अध्यक्ष विवेक वेलणकर  (president of Sajag nagrik manch vivek Velankar) म्हणाले की, महापालिकेने  (PMC Pune) प्रकल्प रोखण्यासाठी पूर्णत्वाचे प्रमाणपत्र देऊ नये.  अन्यथा, नागरिकांच्या जीवितास आणि मालमत्तेला धोका आहे.  जबाबदारी निश्चित करण्यासाठी चौकशी करून बांधकाम परवानगी देणाऱ्या सर्व महापालिका अधिकाऱ्यांवर कारवाई झालीच पाहिजे, असेही वेलणकर म्हणाले.
 याबाबत शहर अभियंता प्रशांत वाघमारे म्हणाले, “इमारत ब्लू लाइनमध्ये नाही.  प्रकल्पाला दिलेली बांधकाम परवानगी वैध आणि सुव्यवस्थित आहे.”

 • बांधकाम परवानगी देण्यात गुंतलेल्या सर्व PMC अधिकाऱ्यांना निलंबित करा आणि त्यांच्याविरुद्ध चौकशी सुरू करा
 • विकसक आणि सदनिका खरेदीदारांना भरपाई द्या
 • इतर ब्लू लाईन साइटवर बांधकाम परवानग्या दिल्या आहेत का हे शोधण्यासाठी एक समिती स्थापन करा
 • नागरिकांच्या जीवनाची आणि मालमत्तेची सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करण्यासाठी आणि पर्यावरणाचे रक्षण करण्यासाठी सर्व आवश्यक कृती करा

Old Wada In Pune |  Wadas falling under C1 category in Pune city will be demolished soon!

  |  Preparation of Pune Municipal Administration (PMC) started

 Old Wada In Pune |  (Author: Ganesh Mule) |  Dangerous Old Wada falling under C 1 Category in Pune city will soon be demolished.  Municipal administration (Pune Municipal Corporation) has started its preparation.  Notices have been sent to the concerned Wada owners.  The wadas will be taken down before the onset of monsoon by conducting a tender process.  This information was given by Municipal Administration (PMC Pune).  (Old Wada in Pune)
 Pune city old wada survey (Pune city old wada survey) Tech Bureau Engg.  Pvt. Ltd.  (Tech bureau engineer private limited) is running from the construction department.  There are approximately two and a half to three thousand Wadas (old Wada) in the city of Pune and under this survey, around 1200 Wadas / Buildings have been surveyed (Old wada survey).  Techburo Eng. Pvt Ltd reports that 30 of them are in the category of high risk (C1).  Received from  Notices have been issued to dangerous wadas.  Also, the remaining survey will be completed by May 30, 2023 and there is a possibility that around 30 to 40 wadas will come under the category of high risk (C1).  (Pune old Wada news)
  The old wadas in Pune city are mostly in typical structures of wooden constructions and the dangerous palaces/buildings are more prone to collapse during monsoons.  According to the government circular, there should not be an accident.  For this it is necessary to evict these dangerous wadas/buildings before monsoon.  Accordingly, the tender process will be implemented by the municipal administration.  Action will be taken after that.  This was said by the administration.  (Pune Municipal Corporation News)

 How to classify in four stages?

  C-1 means an uninhabitable, extremely dangerous building requiring immediate eviction.  C-2A means to vacate the building and make structural repairs.  C-2B refers to structural repairs to the building without vacating it.  And C-3 means minor repairs of buildings are being classified in four stages.  Such instructions are given to the buildings by the municipal administration.  (PMC Pune News)
