Pune Mahanagarpalika Fireman Bharti 2023 | पुणे महापालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation) वतीने फायरमन (Fireman) पदासाठी पात्र झालेल्या 575 उमेदवारांची शारीरिक चाचणी परीक्षा 26 ते 29 ऑक्टोबर या कालावधीत  घेण्यात आली. दरम्यान अग्निशमन साहित्य ओळख बाबत घेतलेल्या लेखी परीक्षेची उमेदवाराची उत्तरपत्रिका आणि योग्य विवरणी महापालिका वेबसाईट वर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आली आहे. उमेदवारांच्या काही हरकती असल्या तर त्या देण्यास सांगण्यात आले होते. त्यानुसार काही हरकती आल्या होत्या. याचे निरसन करून प्रशासनाकडून सुधारित गुणांची यादी मनपा संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिद्ध  केली आहे. दरम्यान आता निवड समितीच्या बैठकीत या सगळ्या प्रक्रिये बाबत चर्चा करून अंतिम निकाल प्रसिद्ध केला जाणार आहे.  फेब्रुवारी महिन्याच्या पहिल्या आठवड्यात निकाल प्रसिद्ध केला जाऊ शकतो.  अशी माहिती सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाचे उपायुक्त सचिन इथापे (Deputy Commissioner Sachin Ithape) यांनी दिली. पुणे महापालिकेच्या वतीने 320 पदांची भरती प्रक्रिया राबवण्यात आली. यातील 200 जागा या फायरमन पदाच्या होत्या. त्यानुसार महापालिकेकडे 3500 हून अधिक अर्ज आले होते. या उमेदवारांची परीक्षा घेण्यात आली. 120 मार्कांची परीक्षा होती. यात किमान 54 गुण मिळणे आवश्यक होते. यात 666 लोक उत्तीर्ण झाले. उत्तीर्ण झालेल्या उमेदवारांच्या कागदपत्रांची पडताळणी करण्यात आली. त्यानुसार शारीरिक चाचणी परीक्षेसाठी 575 उमेदवार पात्र ठरले होते. त्यानुसार शारीरिक चाचणी परीक्षा  ही 26 ते 29 ऑक्टोबरला आणि 22 नोव्हेंबर ला घेण्यात आली होती.  त्यानुसार या चाचणीचे गुण महापालिकेच्या अधिकृत संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आले होते. त्यानंतर अग्निशमन साहित्य ओळख बाबत लेखी परीक्षा घेण्यात आली होती. यासाठी 5 गुण होते. परीक्षेची उमेदवाराची उत्तरपत्रिका आणि योग्य विवरणी महापालिका वेबसाईट वर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आली होती. याबाबत काही हरकती असतील तर त्या देण्यास सांगण्यात आले होते. त्यानुसार काही उमेदवारांनी हरकती घेतल्या आहेत. यामध्ये गुण कमी मिळणे, उत्तर बरोबर असून कमी गुण मिळणे, प्रतिस्पर्धी उमेदवाराला जास्त गुण देणे, अशा हरकतींचा समावेश होता. यामुळे प्रशासनाने सर्वच उत्तरपत्रिका पुन्हा एकदा तपासण्याचे आदेश दिले होते. ‘अग्निशमन साहित्याची ओळख’ यामधील उत्तरांबाबत आणि गुणांबाबत उमेदवारांकडून प्राप्त झालेल्या हरकती विचारात घेऊन उमेदवारांनी सोडवलेल्या उत्तरपत्रिकांची पुनर्तपासणी करण्यात आलेली आहे. पुनर्तपासणीमध्ये बदल झालेल्या उमेदवारांच्या सुधारित गुणांचा तक्ता व संबंधित उत्तरपत्रिका मनपा संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिद्ध करणेत आली आहे. तसेच यापुढे याबाबत कोणतीही हरकत विचारात घेतली जाणार नाही, असे आवाहन महापालिका प्रशासनाच्या वतीने करण्यात आले आहे.

: निवड समितीच्या बैठकीनंतर प्रसिद्ध होणार अंतिम यादी

दरम्यान अंतिम निकालासाठी उमेदवारांना फेब्रुवारी महिन्याच्या पहिल्या आठवड्याची वाट पाहावी लागणार आहे. कारण आता या सगळ्या भरती प्रक्रिये बाबत निवड समितीची बैठक लावली जाणार आहे. या समितीत 8 ते 10 सदस्य असतात. आरक्षण आणि गुण प्रक्रियेवर समितीत चर्चा केली जाईल. त्यानंतर समितीच्या मान्यतेने अंतिम निकाल प्रसिद्ध केला जाणार आहे. समितीची बैठक आगामी आठवड्यात होईल, अशी शक्यता प्रशासनाकडून वर्तवण्यात आली.

PMC Wheelbarrow | पुणे महापालिकेच्या )Pune Municipal Corporation) विविध क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयाच्या वतीने कचरा गोळा केला जातो. हा संकलित केलेला कचरा वाहतुक करण्यासाठी ढकल गाड्यांची (Pushkarts) आवश्यकता असते. त्यामुळे क्षेत्रीय कार्याकाया कडून मागणी केली जाते. त्यानुसार 2 बकेट असलेल्या 1425 व्हीलबॅरो (Wheelbarrow) महापालिका खरेदी करणार आहे. यासाठी 95 लाखांचा खर्च येणार आहे. हे काम पायल इंडस्ट्रीज ला देण्यात आले आहे. याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव स्थायी समिती (PMC Standing Committee) समोर ठेवण्यात आला आहे. पुणे मनपा मोटार वाहन विभागाच्या कर्मशाळा विभागाकडून मनपाच्या विविध कार्यालयातील लाकडी फर्निचर दुरुस्ती, नवीन तयार करणे तसेच कचरा संकलनासाठी उपलब्ध तरतूदीनुसार ढकलगाडे, व्हिलबॅरो खरेदी करुन पुरविणे त्यांची दुरुस्ती करणे व इतर तदनुषंगिक कामे करण्यात येतात. पुणे मनपाच्या १५ क्षेत्रिय कार्यालयांच्या हद्दीमधील विविध ठिकाणावरून ओला व सुका कचरा संकलनाचे काम मनपा सेवक व स्वच्छ संस्थेमार्फत करण्यात येते. विविध ठिकाणावरून संकलित केलेला कचरा उचलणे व तो अनलोडिंगच्या ठिकाणापर्यंत वाहतुक करणेसाठी सेवकांमार्फत ढकलगाडे, व्हिलबॅरो, गाळगाडे यांचा वापर केला जातो. केंद्र शासनाकडील १५ व्या वित्त आयोग अंतर्गत पुणे महानगरपालिकेला सन २०२०-२१ ते २०२५-२६ एस डब्ल्यू वॉटरसाठी सुमारे ४५८ कोटी टप्याटप्याने वितरीत करण्यात येत आहे. यामधील पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयाच्या मागणीनुसार २ बकेट असलेली १५०० नग व्हिलवॅरो (पुशकार्टस) व ४ बकेट असलेली १५०० नग ढकलगाड्या (पुशकार्टस) खरेदी करणे कामी  महापालिका आयुक्त यांची मान्यता मिळाली आहे.
तथापि, मोटार वाहन विभागाकडे याकामासाठी तांत्रिक सेवकवर्ग अत्यंत अपुऱ्या प्रमाणात उपलब्ध असल्याने घनकचरा विभागाचे मागणीनुसार विविध क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयासाठी २ बकेटसह असलेले व्हिलबॅरो (पुशकार्टस) पद्धतीने जाहीर निविदा मागवुन खरेदी करणे प्रस्तावित होते.  त्यानुसार याची टेंडर प्रक्रिया करण्यात आली होती. हे काम पायल इंडस्ट्रीज ला देण्यात आले आहे. यासाठी 95 लाख इतका खर्च येणार आहे.

| State Order to Pune Municipal Corporation to submit proposal through state Biodiversity Board

 The Karbhari Impact |  JICA Project Pune PMC |  PMC JICA Project has been undertaken in Pune City through Central Government Fund.  In this project, 11 sewage treatment plants (STP Plant PMC) will be constructed.  But the site of Botanical Garden (Botanical Garden Pune) has not yet come under the control of Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune).  No private owner is standing in the way, rather the state government is creating the problem.  The Karbhari news agency had broadcast a news about this.  According to this, a positive response has been given by the revenue and forest department of the state government.  An order has been given to the Pune Municipal Corporation by the Revenue and Forest Department to submit revised proposals through the State Biodiversity Board of Nagpur after inspecting the relevant site in the presence of the representatives of the Agricultural University and the Forest Department.
 Pune Municipal Corporation is implementing 1100 Crore Jaika project in the city through central government funds.  The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) of the Japanese government is cooperating in this.  For this, the central government will give 85% i.e. 850 crores to the municipal corporation.  170 crore of which has been received by the Municipal Corporation.  A total of 11 new sewage treatment plants will be constructed in the city.  Therefore, 396 MLD miles of water will be purified.  Actual work has also started by acquiring land for 10 out of 11 seats.  However, the Municipal Corporation has not yet taken over the site of the Botanical Garden in the Agricultural College premises.  (PMC STP Plants)
 According to the government approved development plan of 2017, sewage treatment plant at Oudh Survey No. 25 and 12 m.  Width D.P.  The road is indicated in the reservation.  The total area is 1.6 hectares.  A no-action was obtained vide letter dated 15/11/2019 from the Registrar, Mahatma Phule Agricultural University, Rahuri for starting the work of Sewage Treatment Plant.  Accordingly, the work of Site Establishment, Environmental Monitoring Tests, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation was done at the actual place.  It was agreed through the Pune Municipal Corporation that the development works demanded by them to provide space for the sewage treatment plant and the expenses incurred for that work will be deducted from the compensation of the land determined by the government.  Subsequently, Mahatma Phule Agricultural University, Rahuri vide letter dated 23/02/2023 has banned the project work at the proposed site as the said area has been declared a Biodiversity Heritage Area.  Mahatma Phule Agricultural University, Rahuri had refused to give the said area to the Pune Municipal Corporation as it was declared a Biodiversity Heritage Area.
 Meanwhile, The Karbhari news agency had broadcast a news about this.  According to this, a positive response has been given by the revenue and forest department of the state government.  An order has been given to the Pune Municipal Corporation by the Revenue and Forest Department to submit revised proposals through the Maharashtra State Biodiversity Board of Nagpur after inspecting the relevant site in the presence of the representatives of the Agricultural University and the Forest Department.  The state government has said that a complete proposal should be submitted by making necessary changes in the notification of the heritage area.

| महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार यांचे आदेश जारी

PMC Chief Labour Officer | पुणे | महापालिकेच्या मुख्य कामगार अधिकारी (PMC Pune Chief Labour Officer) पदी अखेर नितिन केंजळे (Nitin Kenjale PMC) यांची नियुक्ती करण्यात आली आहे. केंजळे यांना कामगार अधिकारी पदावरून मुख्य कामगार अधिकारी पदावर पदोन्नती (Promotion) देण्यात आली आहे. याबाबतचे आदेश महापालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार (Vikram Kumar IAS) यांनी जारी केले आहेत. तत्कालीन मुख्य कामगार अधिकारी अरुण खिलारी सेवानिवृत्त झाल्यानंतर मुख्य कामगार अधिकारी हे पद रिक्त झाले होते. दरम्यान त्या अगोदर पदोन्नती समिती घेण्यात आली होती. सेवाज्येष्ठतेनुसार नितीन केंजळे यांना कामगार अधिकारी पदावरून मुख्य कामगार अधिकारी पदावर पदोन्नती देण्याबाबत बढती समितीने शिफारस देखील केली होती. मात्र याबाबतच्या प्रस्तावाला विधी समिती आणि मुख्य सभेत मान्यता मिळत नव्हती. त्यामुळे केंजळे यांच्याकडे आयुक्तांनी प्रभारी मुख्य कामगार अधिकारी पदाचा पदभार दिला होता. बऱ्याच महिन्यांच्या प्रतिक्षे नंतर हा प्रस्ताव विधी समिती आणि मुख्य सभेत मंजूर करण्यात आला. मात्र आयुक्तांकडून आदेश जारी होत नव्हते. अखेर मंगळवारी सायंकाळी पदभार दिल्याचे आदेश आयुक्तांनी जारी केले. त्यामुळे महापालिकेला नितीन केंजळे यांच्या रूपाने मुख्य कामगार अधिकारी मिळाला आहे. दरम्यान केंजळे यांनी पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या इतिहासात प्रथमच सेवाप्रवेश नियम तयार करणेबाबतचा आराखडा तयार करण्याचे काम केले आहे. पुणे मनपा अधिकारी/कर्मचारी आरोग्य सलीकरण योजना व डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर आवास योजना, कोरोना विषाणू (कोव्हीड-१९) प्रतिबंध व उपचार सुरक्षा कवच योजना इ. योजनांचा प्रारूप आराखडा तयार केला आहे. केंजळे हे पुणे महानगरपालिकेमध्ये  २/९/१९९३ पासून कार्यरत. पुणे महापालिकेमध्ये सेवकवर्ग विभाग (आस्थापना) विभागाचा १८ वर्षे प्रशासकीय कामाचा अनुभव आहे. कामगार अधिकारी म्हणून दिनांक ९/१२/२०११ पासून ९ वर्षे कार्यरत असा एकूण २७ वर्षांचा प्रशासकीय कामाचा अनुभव आहे. खातेप्रमुखांच्या रजा कालावधीमध्ये खातेप्रमुख म्हणून वेळोवेळी कामकाज केले आहे. प्र. सुरक्षा अधिकारी म्हणून १२/७/२०१७ पासून अतिरिक्त कार्यभार सांभाळत आहेत. आस्थापना विषयक सरळसेवा, पदोन्नती रोस्टर नियमावली, भरती प्रक्रिया खातेनिहाय परिक्षा मदती व निवड समिती, बदल्या, धोरणात्मक बाबी, सेवाविनियमातील दुरुस्त्या निलंबन इ. बाबत सर्व कामाची माहिती व प्रत्यक्ष कामाचा त्यांना अनुभव आहे.

कामगार कल्याण विभागाकडील कामकाजांतर्गत कामगार व औद्योगिक न्यायालयातील कोटकेसेसच्या अनुषंगाने कामकाज पाहणे तसेच सेवाप्रवेश नियम तयार केले आहेत. मनपा सेवाविनियम व सेवा वर्तणूक नियम, कामगार कायद्यांच्या अनुषंगाने कायदेशिर अभिप्राय देणे.  कंत्राटी कामगारांना विविध लाभ मिळवून देणेकामी विविध उपाययोजना करणे. पुणे महानगरपालिकेतील कर्मचान्यांना सेवा नियमांचे व किमान वेतन अधिनियमाचे प्रशिक्षण देणे, विभागीय परिक्षांसाठी प्रशिक्षण देणे, कामगार प्रशिक्षण वर्ग आयोजन करणे. अशी कामे केंजळे यांनी केली आहेत.
सन २००४ साली त्यांना पुणे मनपा सांस्कृतिक मंचातर्फे “गुणवंत कामगार” म्हणून गौरविण्यात आले आहे. तसेच पुणे महानगरपालिकेतर्फे सन २००९ साली ‘गुणवंत कामगार पुरस्काराने सन्मानित करण्यात आले आहे.

 PMC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2024 |  Pune Municipal Corporation has started the third phase recruitment process (PMC Recruitment 2024).  Now recruitment will be done for 113 posts.  Earlier, the recruitment process was conducted for 448 posts in the first phase and 320 posts in the second phase.  Now the municipal corporation has started the process of the third phase.  These posts include Junior Engineer (Construction).  This advertisement has been published by the municipal administration.  The necessary terms and conditions for the post have been made available to the candidates on the website of the Municipal Corporation from January 16 i.e.  Let us know all the information from application submission period to exam format.  (Pune Mahanagarpalika Bharti 2024)

 Meanwhile for Junior Engineer (JE) 3 years experience was stipulated.  However, there was a demand to cancel this condition for a long time.  Accordingly, the municipal administration had sent a proposal to the state government to cancel the condition.  The government has just approved it.  A proposal to change the method, percentage and qualification of appointment of the posts of Executive Engineer, Deputy Engineer and Junior Engineer in the establishment of Pune Municipal Corporation was sent by the Municipal Commissioner to the State Government.  It has been recently approved by the state government.  Accordingly now junior engineers have been given 15% promotion instead of 25%.  Instead of 75%, 85% direct service will be recruited.  Whereas the experience condition has been reduced and the condition of having passed a degree or diploma has been kept.  It will benefit the candidates who have recently graduated or graduated.  (PMC JE Recruitment 2024)

दरम्यान कनिष्ठ अभियंता (JE) साठी 3 वर्षाची अनुभवाची अट ठेवण्यात आली होती. मात्र याबाबत बऱ्याच दिवसापासून ही अट रद्द करण्याची मागणी करण्यात येत होती. त्यानुसार महापालिका प्रशासनाने अट रद्द करण्याबाबतचा  प्रस्ताव राज्य सरकारकडे पाठवला होता. सरकारने त्याला नुकतीच मंजूरी दिली आहे. पुणे महापालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation) आस्थापनेवरील कार्यकारी अभियंता (Executive Engineer) , उप अभियंता (Deputy Engineer) तसेच कनिष्ठ अभियंता (Junior Engineer) या पदांच्या नेमणुकीची पद्धत, टक्केवारी आणि अर्हता बदलण्याचा प्रस्ताव महापालिका आयुक्त यांच्याकडून राज्य सरकारकडे पाठवण्यात आला होता. याला नुकतीच राज्य सरकारने मान्यता दिली आहे. त्यानुसार आता कनिष्ठ अभियंता यांना 25% च्या ऐवजी 15% पदोन्नती ठेवण्यात आली आहे. तर 75% च्या ऐवजी 85% सरळसेवा भरती करण्यात येणार आहे. तर अनुभवाची अट कमी करण्यात येऊन पदवी किंवा पदविका उत्तीर्ण असण्याची अट ठेवण्यात आली आहे. याचा नुकतीच पदवी किंवा पदविका घेतलेल्या उमेदवारांना फायदा होणार आहे. PMC Maternity Homes | Pune | Janani Shishu Suraksha (JSSK) program of central government is being implemented in the city on behalf of Pune Municipal Corporation. A free diet plan (Diet Plan for New Mothers) has been started by the Municipal Corporation for the mothers who have given birth under this scheme. At the same time, drop back means mothers are being taken to their homes in an ambulance. Recently this has been started on behalf of the Municipal Corporation. There are four major components of the Janani Shishu Safety Program. These include free food, taking women home, medicines and various check-ups. Only medicines and tests were being done by the Municipal Corporation. But now arrangements have been made for feeding and home discharge. Assistant Health Officer Dr Jadhav has initiated these two things. Women are being left at home since last month. A work order of diet plan has also been given.

According to Dr. Jadhav, a diet plan has been started in 8 major hospitals and maternity homes of the Municipal Corporation. A tender process was conducted for this. 1 crore 11 lakhs will be spent for this year. In this, mothers will be given two times tea, one time breakfast and two times lunch. If the delivery of the concerned mother is normal, she will be fed for three days and if there is a cesarean, she will be fed for 7 days. Meanwhile, this facility has now been made available in all maternity homes of the municipality.

PMC Maternity Homes | पुणे | पुणे महापालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation) वतीने शहरात केंद्र सरकारचा जननी शिशु सुरक्षा (JSSK) कार्यक्रम राबवण्यात येत आहे. या अंतर्गत प्रसूत झालेल्या मातांसाठी महापालिकेच्या वतीने मोफत डायट प्लान (Diet Plan for New Mothers) सुरु केला आहे. त्याचबरोबर ड्रॉप बॅक (Drop Back) अर्थात मातांना ऍम्ब्युलन्स मधून त्यांच्या घरी नेऊन देखील सोडले जात आहे. नुकतीच याची सुरुवात महापालिकेच्या वतीने करण्यात आली आहे. अशी माहिती महापालिकेच्या सहायक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ वैशाली जाधव (Dr Vaishali Jadhav PMC) यांनी दिली. जननी शिशु सुरक्षा कार्यक्रमाचे चार प्रमुख घटक आहेत. यामध्ये मोफत आहार, महिलांना घरी नेऊन सोडणे, औषधे आणि त्यांच्या विविध तपासण्या करणे, यांचा समावेश आहे. महापालिकेच्या वतीने फक्त औषधे आणि तपासण्या केल्या जात होत्या. मात्र आता आहार आणि घरी सोडण्याची व्यवस्था देखील करण्यात आली आहे. सहायक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ जाधव यांनी यात पुढाकार घेऊन या दोन गोष्टी सुरु केल्या आहेत. गेल्या महिन्या भरपासून महिलांना घरी सोडण्यात येत आहे. तर डाएट प्लॅन ची वर्क ऑर्डर देखील देण्यात आली आहे.
डॉ जाधव यांच्या माहितीनुसार महापालिकेच्या प्रमुख 8 दवाखाने आणि प्रसूती गृहामध्ये डायट प्लान सुरु करण्यात आला आहे. यासाठी टेंडर प्रक्रिया राबवण्यात आली. यासाठी वर्षभरासाठी 1 कोटी 11 लाखांचा खर्च होणार आहे. यामध्ये मातांना दोन वेळा चहा, एक वेळ नाष्टा आणि दोन वेळा जेवण देण्यात येणार आहे. संबंधित मातेची प्रसूती ही नॉर्मल असेल तर तिला तीन दिवस आहार दिला जाणार आहे आणि सीझर झाले असेल तर 7 दिवस आहार दिला जाणार आहे. दरम्यान महापालिकेच्या सर्वच प्रसूती गृहामध्ये ही सुविधा आता उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आली आहे.

 On behalf of the Government of Maharashtra, the State Commission for Backward Classes has been given the task of checking the backwardness of the Maratha community.  Accordingly, a survey of Maratha community and open category will be conducted in all rural and urban areas of the state.  This work is also going to be done in Pune city.  This survey will be done by going door to door in the future.  For this, the state government is requesting information from the municipal corporation.  This work will be done in a short period of time.  More employees are required for this.  1 thousand 5 employees from various departments have been appointed as enumerators by the administration.  Meanwhile this work will be mandatory for the employees.  The information of these employees has been sent to the government.  (Pune Municipal Corporation News)
 Meanwhile, some of the servants in this list are deceased and some of the servants are retired.  Despite this, one wonders how the order was given to these servants.  In fact, it is necessary to update this list and send it.  But the indifference of the administration has been seen here.  When asked about this from the PMC General Administration Department, they were told that we get the list from the PMC Information and Technology Department.  Orders are placed accordingly.  Also since there are so many names we cannot check every name.  Also 1% error is assumed in such lists.  When the PMC information and technology department was asked for information, it was said that if the general administration department comes to update the information of the servants, we will make the change immediately.  We gave the last list on 6th December.  The list contained the information of the servants till the end of October.
 This means that two months old list was sent to the government.  If the administration had taken it to heart, they could have given the updated information of the servants by the end of December or up to January 10.  But it didn’t happen.  That is why even dead servants have lost their order.  Who will be held responsible for this?

PMC Pune Employees | पुणे | राज्य सरकारच्या आदेशानुसार राज्यभरात मराठा समाज (Maratha Samaj) आणि खुल्या प्रवर्गाचे सर्वेक्षण (Open Category Survey) करण्यात येणार आहे. पुणे शहरात (Pune City) देखील हे काम केले जाणार आहे. त्यासाठी पुणे महापालिकेच्या (Pune Municipal Corporation) 1 हजार 5 कर्मचाऱ्यांची (Pune Corporation Employees) या कामासाठी प्रगणक म्हणून नेमणूक करण्यात आली आहे. या कर्मचाऱ्यांची यादी सरकारला पाठवण्यात आली आहे. मात्र या यादीतील काही सेवक असे आहेत जे मृत झालेले आहेत. तसेच सेवानिवृत्त देखील झाले आहेत. महापालिका प्रशासनाच्या या कामाबाबत आश्चर्य व्यक्त होत आहे.  (PMC Pune News)
महाराष्ट्र सरकारच्या वतीने राज्य मागासवर्ग आयोगाकडे मराठा समाजाचे मागासलेपण तपासण्याचे काम दिले आहे. त्यानुसार राज्यातील सर्व ग्रामीण आणि शहरी भागातील मराठा समाज आणि खुल्या प्रवर्गाचे सर्वेक्षण करण्यात येणार आहे. पुणे शहरात देखील हे काम असणार आहे. आगामी काळात घरोघरी जाऊन हे सर्वेक्षण करण्यात येणार आहे. यासाठी राज्य सरकारकडून महापालिकेकडून माहिती मागवण्यात येत आहे. कमी कालावधीत हे काम केले जाणार आहे. त्यासाठी जास्त कर्मचाऱ्यांची यासाठी आवश्यकता आहे. प्रशासनाकडून विविध खात्यातील 1 हजार 5 कर्मचारी प्रगणक म्हणून नियुक्त केले आहेत. दरम्यान हे काम कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी बंधनकारक असेल. या कर्मचाऱ्यांची माहिती सरकारला पाठवण्यात आली आहे. दरम्यान या यादीतील काही सेवक हे मृत झालेले आहेत तर काही सेवक हे सेवानिवृत्त झालेले आहेत. असे असतानाही या सेवकांना ऑर्डर कशी दिली गेली याबाबत आश्चर्य व्यक्त करण्यात येत आहे. खरे पाहता ही यादी अद्ययावत करून पाठवणे गरजेचे असते. मात्र प्रशासनाची उदासीनता येथे दिसून आली आहे. याबाबत सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाला विचारले असता सांगण्यात आले कि माहिती आणि तंत्रज्ञान विभागाकडून आम्ही यादी घेतो. त्यानुसार ऑर्डर काढल्या जातात. तसेच नावे भरपूर असल्याने आम्ही प्रत्येक नाव तपासू शकत नाही. तसेच अशा यादीत 1% चूक गृहीत धरलेली असते. तर माहिती आणि तंत्रज्ञान विभागाला माहिती विचारली असता सांगण्यात आले कि सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाकडून सेवकांची माहिती अपडेट करण्यासाठी आली तर आम्ही तात्काळ बदल करून घेतो. आम्ही शेवटची यादी 6 डिसेंबर ला दिली होती. त्या यादीत  ऑक्टोबर अखेर पर्यंतच्या सेवकांची माहिती होती.
याचाच अर्थ असा होतो कि दोन महिने जुनी यादी सरकारला पाठवण्यात आली. प्रशासनाने मनावर घेतले असते तर डिसेंबर अखेर किंवा जानेवारी 10 पर्यंतच्या सेवकांची अपडेट माहिती देता आली असती. मात्र तसे झाले नाही. त्यामुळेच मृत सेवकांना देखील ऑर्डर गेली आहे. यासाठी आता कुणाला जबाबदार धरले जाणार, याकडे लक्ष लागले आहे.
